내부자의 정보 노출 사고가 지속해서 발생하면서, 조직 내부의 정보보안 강화에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있다. 그러나 엄격한 정보보안 정책 및 규칙이 조직원에게 적용될 때 정보보안 스트레스와 저항 행동으로 나타날 수 있다. 본 연구는 내부자의 정보보안 정책의 부정적 행동 원인과 완화 요인을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히, 개인(심리적 권한) 및 조직(공정성 분위기) 요인이 어떻게 상호 영향을 주어 부정적 행동을 완화하는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 연구는 정보보안 정책을 내부자에게 반영하는 조직의 근로자에게 설문하여 표본을 확보했으며, 구조방정식모델링으로 가설검증을 하였다. 분석 결과, 정보보안 관련 심리적 권한이 정책 저항에 미치는 영향을 업무 스트레스가 부분 매개 효과를 가졌으며, 공정성 분위기가 심리적 권한의 영향을 강화하였다. 연구 결과는 내부자의 정보보안 정책 저항 감소를 위한 방향성을 제시하였으므로, 조직 내부의 보안 목표 달성을 위한 전략 수립에 도움을 준다.

시큐리티 요원이 인지하는 자신의 역할에 대한 불확실성이 시큐리티 산업의 경영성과에 직접적인 영향을 미친다는 선행연구 결과를 토대로 시큐리티 요원이 가지는 권한의 정도를 선행적으로 규명할 필요가 있다. 그러나 이를 측정할 수 있는 심리적 임파워먼트 척도에 대한 적합성이 현재까지 시큐리티 요원을 대상으로 규명되지 않았기 때문에 정보의 타당성이 불분명하다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시큐리티 요원의 심리적 임파워먼트 척도를 문항의 적합성, 문항의 신뢰도, 문항의 난이도, 웅답반응 범주의 적절성 관점에서의 문항 적합도를 규명하였으며 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 심리적 임파워먼트 척도의 자기결정론 요인에서 문항 11번(내 업무수행 방식에 있어서 나 스스로 결정할 수 있다)은 적합하지 않은 문항으로 나타나 향후 시큐리티 요원을 대상으로 심리적 임파워먼트를 규명할 시에는 문항 11번을 삭제하는 것이 타당하다. 둘째, 심리적 임파워먼트 척도의 문항신뢰도가 높아 다른 시큐리티 요원을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여도 결과의 일관성을 보인다. 셋째, 문항 12번(업무수행하는데 있어 독립적이며 간섭없이 일할 기회가 많다)을 응답하는데 어렵게 느끼는 반면 문항 1번(부서에 대한 나의 영향력은 크다)이 가장 쉽게 인지하고 있으며, 심리적 임파워먼트 척도의 문항난이도는 골고루 분포되어 있다. 넷째, 심리적 임파워먼트 척도의 5점 반응범주는 시큐리티 요원에게 적합한 것으로 규명되었다.

Purpose - Research on community empowerment based on superior commodities to improve the economic resilience of the tourist village of Lumajang Regency is an investigative descriptive study to obtain an overview of the problems of community economic development, especially regarding economic resilience. The output of this research activity is the formation of integrated and comprehensive strategic programs and activities in order to improve economic empowerment and food security of the community around the tourist village. Research design, data, and methodology - This research method applies several methods of analysis such as the Loqation Quotion (LQ) method, SWOT analysis, Trend analysis, and analysis of Community Economic Empowerment in the agricultural sub-sector. Results - This research has strategic values and objectives in addition to providing important information to improve food security of tourism villages in Lumajang district in particular and disadvantaged communities in Indonesia in general. Through this supportive community economic empowerment programs, Lumajang District has an agricultural area and at the same time as a nature-based tourism area that supports it. Conclusion - Village tourism community empowerment activities are taken based on existing superior commodities. The existing tourism village program in Lumajang district can be used as one of the references for the upcoming tourism village program.

노인 고령화에 따른 노인복지시설 증가와 함께 노인에 대한 정보보안 사례관리가 중요시 되었다. 노인복지시설 종사자들은 노인 보호를 위해 노인의 개인정보, 사회복지서비스 정도 등 중요한 정보를 관리함에도 직무수행체계나 정보보안에 관한 연구는 미흡하다. 노인복지시설 종사자들의 정보보안 인지가 정보보안행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대하여 정보보안 역량강화를 매개로 한 연구를 실시하였다. 연구는 종사자들의 성별에 따른 잠재평균분석을 통한 실증분석을 진행 하였다. 연구결과 정보보안 인지(개인경험, 정보 기술이해, 정보보안 인식, 정보보안 정책), 정보보안역량강화, 정보보안 행동의 구조 관계에서 성별에 따라 각기 다른 수준으로 집단 간 차이 있었다. 또한 정보보안 행동에 있어서 성별 차이가 있었으며, 정보보안 역량강화가 정보보안 행동에 중요한 영향을 미치고 있었다.

본 연구는 서울, 경기지역에 있는 사회복지사 200명을 대상으로 편의추출방법을 활용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 20을 이용하여, 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 매개회귀분석실시하였고, 소벨테스트를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 사회복지사의 소진과 조직효과성간의 관계에서 임파워먼트가 매개효과가 있는지를 확인하여 조직효과성을 높일 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 본 연구를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 소진과 조직효과성의 하위영역인 직무만족간의 관계에서 임파워먼트는 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 소진과 조직효과성의 하위영역인 이직의도간의 관계에서 임파워먼트는 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 소진되어 있는 사회복지사를 대상으로 사회복지조직에 관한 권한을 부여하는 것보다 안정감을 줄 수 있는 휴식의 장이 필요하다.

The need for network security is being increasing due to the development of information communication and internet technology. In this paper, firewall models, operating system models and other network component models are constructed. Each model is defined by basic or compound model, referencing DEVS formalism. These models and the simulation environment are implemented with MODSIM III, a general purpose, modular, block-structured high-level programming language which provides direct support for object-oriented programming and discrete-event simulation. In this simulation environment with representative attacks, the following three attacks are generated, SYN flooding and Smurf attack as an attack type of denial of service, Mail bomb attack as an attack type of e-mail. The simulation is performed with the models that exploited various security policies against these attacks. The results of this study show that the modeling method of packet filtering system, proxy system, unix and windows NT operating system. In addition, the results of the simulation show that the analysis of security performance according to various security policies, and the analysis of correlation between availability and confidentiality according to security empowerment.

네트워크 보안은 정보통신 및 인터넷 기술이 발전함에 따라 그 중요성과 필요성이 더욱 절실해지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 침입차단 시스템, 운영체제 모델과 다양한 네트워크 구성요소들을 모델링 하였다. 각 모델은 MODSIM III 기반의 기본모델(Basic Model)과 결합모델(Compound Model)의 두 가지 유형으로 정의하였다. 대상 네트워크 환경에서 사용한 공격은 서비스 거부공격 형태인 SYN flooding 공격과 Smurf 공격을 발생하였다. 이 공격들에 대하여 패킷 필터 모델에 다양한 보안 정책을 적용하여 시뮬레이션을 실행하였다. 본 연구에서의 시뮬레이션을 통하여 보안정책의 강도를 점점 높였을 때 보안성능이 향상되는 점을 검증하였다.

현재의 역할기반 시스템에서는 보안관리자가 역할에 사용자를 지정한다. 이는 분산 환경에서 보안관리자의 계속적인 참여로 인해 관리의 어려움을 증가시키고 있다. 역할기반 위임 기술은 각 사용자의 위임을 갖는 분산 환경 하에서 RBAC을 적용하게 하는 수단을 제공한다. 역할기반 위임의 기본 개념은 사용자가 자신의 역할의 권한을 다른 사용자에게 부여하여 그로 하여금 자신의 일을 수행하게 하는 것이다. 본 논문은 사용자가 새로운 위임 역할을 생성하여 자신의 역할 권한을 위임하는 사용자 수준의 역할기반 위임 모델에 대한 rule-based framework을 제시한다. 또한 보안 정책을 규정하고 적용하기 위한 rule-based 언어를 소개한다.

형사사법정보시스템(KICS)는 형사사법절차의 전자화를 촉진하여 신속 공정하고 투명한 형사사법절차를 실현하고자 하는 목표 하에 시행되고 있다. 그리하여 형사사법 분야의 대국민 서비스를 개선하여 국민의 권익신장을 위해 형사사법포털을 구축하여 운영되고 있다. 2008년 법원이 사법부의 독립적 기능 침해 및 개인정보보호를 우려하여 반대하면서 사법부와 타 기관간의 독자적 시스템 운영과 연계를 제시하였다. 이러한 형사사법정보시스템은 첫째, 단일 형사사법기관에서 서류 작성하여 형사사법기관 간 문서교환에 소요되는 비용 및 원가를 절감시킴으로써 사무생산성을 향상, 둘째, 전자문서시스템을 이용함으로써 의사결정 과정이 단순화 신속화하고, 문서 접수에서부터 편철 및 보존에 이르는 문서처리절차가 비약적으로 축소되어 업무개선을 통한 조직의 경쟁력 제고에 기여, 셋째, 전자문서를 이용하게 되면 정보의 축적이 용이하고, 다양한 정보에 용이하게 접근할 수 있어 국민에 대한 정보제공을 원활하게 함으로써 열린 정부의 실현을 촉진할 수 있으며, 형사사법체계의 네트워크를 구축하여 전자통합효과를 극대화함으로써 형사사법체계 전반의 업무 효율성을 제고시키는 장점과 평가를 받고 있다.

The role of information in knowledge society has changed. Library refers to information centre, which is actively involved information collection and promoting use of for the development of individual and society. Modern libraries are the centres of interaction for all interested in accessing information and in participating in the marathon of the present competitive age. Information and a conducive environment of its free flow is a vital tool in all forms of human endeavour. It is the link pin of national development. For a nation to develop it needs to have and provide relevant, updated and adequate information on food security, health, democracy, population, education, family planning, youth empowerment, gender quality, environment etc. The information intermediaries are the persons to modulate these complexities and find match between the information sources and users needs to satisfaction of Ranganathan's law: Books are for use; Every reader his/her book; Every book its reader; Save the time of the reader; Library is a growing organism. The relative importance of these norms in modern context has been evident from experience, study, observations, discussions, etc., and only by scientists and technologists, but also by managers, planners, and policy makers. They recognize the usefulness of information in the performance of their needs information needs. Libraries are therefore proper management, provision and dissemination of such information. It is clearly visible in the contemporary context, that the libraries in the knowledge society are much more than the book depositories This article looks at the theory/practice divide in library and information science and particularly Ranganathan's contributions, basic statements remain as valid in substance if not in expression as -to-day as when they were promulgated, concisely representing the ideal service and organizational philosophy of libraries today.
