헬스케어 패러다임 변화에 따른 형사법적 쟁점과 과제 (Criminal Law Issues and Challenges Due to Changes in the Healthcare Paradigm)

  • 헬스케어 산업은 제4차 산업혁명 기반 기술과 접목된 디지털 헬스케어로 개인의 건강과 의료에 관한 정보 등을 다루는 분야로 건강관리 서비스와 의료 과학기술이 융합된 형태이다. 패러다임 변화에 따른 디지털 헬스케어는 기존 「의료법」상의 의료행위 개념에 포섭되어 논의가 가능한 것인지 의문이 생긴다. 「의료법」상 의료행위의 개념에 관한 명확한 정의 규정은 없지만, 판례를 통해서 그 개념을 정립하고 있다. 그리고 「의료법」상 의료행위의 주체는 의료인으로 한정하고 있다. 그러나 디지털 헬스케어는 의료인에 의 한 디지털 기술을 이용한 질병 진단과 치료행위를 하는 경우가 있다. 이와는 달리 비의료인에 의해서 가능한 것이 디지털 헬스케어이다. 왜냐하면 디지털 헬스케어는 운동, 식습관 그리고 체중조절 등과 같은 건강관리를 포함하는 개념으로 이해되기 때문이다. 이로 인하여 디지털 헬스케어에 대한 「의료법」상 의료행위 개념에 포섭하는 경우 「의료법」 제27조에 규정된 '무면허의료행위'로 형사처벌의 대상이 된다. 보건의료산업은 디지털 전환과 정보통신기술과의 융복합이 빠르게 진행되고 있다. 이로 인하여 기존의 의료행위와 구분하여 '디지털화된 의료행위' 또는 '정보통신기술(ICT) 기반 의료행위'로 새롭게 규정할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 의료행위 개념은 고정불변한 개념이 아닌 가변성을 가진다. 그렇다고 이러한 요구에 따라 의료행위 개념의 무한 확장이 아닌 그 범위의 재설정을 요청하는 것이다. 따라서 의료서비스체계에 대한 수요자의 요구를 반영하여 의료행위 개념을 법제화하여야 할 것이다.

  • 시험은 학생들의 학습진단, 학습을 촉진 시키기 위한 학습동기를 유발해주는 역할을 하게 된다. 그 외에도 많은 이유로 평가가 실시되고 있고 시험이라는 제도는 결국 개인에게는 아주 중요한 결과를 안겨주게 된다. 본연구는 시험을 준비하는 모든 수험생들에게 유용한 모의고사 점수를 분석할수 있는 시스템을 개발하고자한다.

환자 개인정보보호에 대한 치위생 전공 학생의 인식도 (Awareness of Dental Hygiene Department Students regarding the Protection of Patients' Personal Information)

  • Background: The purpose of the present study was to gather basic data necessary for developing an educational program regarding the protection of patients' personal information. Such a program would stress the importance of the protection of patients' personal information for dental hygiene students obtaining clinical practice. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire-based survey was conducted targeting dental hygiene undergraduates who were obtaining clinical practice in the capital region. A total of 543 questionnaires were included in the analysis. Results: The results of this study were as follows: 1) the average score for awareness of the Patient Privacy Act was 2.93 on a 4-point scale; 2) the average score for the recognition of the protection of patients' personal information was 3.22 on a 4-point scale; 3) the area-based perception of the protection of patient's personal information was 3.37 points for communication, which scored highest, followed-by the linked-work area at 3.27 points, the patient's information management at 3.22 points, and the direct dental hygiene work at 3.18 points; 4) with regard to awareness of the protection of patients' personal information according to general characteristics, the perception was higher in the advanced academic year (p < 0.01), in those who had education regarding the protection of patients' personal information at both the university and the clinical practice institution (p < .05), and in those with higher grades (p < 0.01). Conclusions: Based on the above findings, the development and application of an educational program to improve awareness of the protection of patients' personal information are considered to be necessary by both universities and clinical practice institutions.

근거중심 문헌정보실무의 내용과 방법론에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Content and Methodology of Evidence-Based Library and Information Practice)

  • 본 연구는 근거중심 문헌정보실무의 개념과 연구방법 및 동향을 분석하여 국내 적용가능성을 살펴보기 위한 기초연구로 수행되었다. 근거중심 문헌정보실무는 실무에서 문제해결과 업무수행 향상을 위해 신뢰성 있는 연구 결과의 활용을 촉진함으로써 연구와 실무 간에 근본적으로 존재하는 격차를 줄이기 위한 운동이다. 근거중심 문헌정보실무는 초기에 의학도서관을 중심으로 수행되었으나 점차로 대학, 전문, 학교도서관으로 확대되었으며 연구 주제 또한 이용자연구, 평가에 한정되었던 것이 경영, 장서, 서비스 등 도서관 서비스 전분야로 확대되고 있다. 근거중심 문헌정보실무의 수행은 특정한 문제해결을 위한 다양한 연구 결과의 검색, 선정, 평가, 활용의 과정이 이루어진다. 또한 가장 높은 수준의 연구결과인 비평적 리뷰의 생산과정을 정형화함으로써 기존 연구의 체계적인 평가를 수행함과 동시에 새로운 연구통합 방법을 제시하고 있다.

영아기 어머니의 모유수유에 대한 지식, 태도 및 실천에 관한 연구 (Study on Knowledge, Attitude and Practice of Breast Feeding of Mothers of Infant)

  • This study presents results of surveys conducted Incheon area using structured questionaire developed by researcher to determine the degree of knowledge, attitude and practice of breast feeding of mothers of infant. The suvjects were mothers of 84 Childs, 1-6 months of age. Results were as follows : 1. More than half of the subjects started breast feeding and breast-bottle feeding(61.9%) 2. Duration of breast feeding was under one month (9.6%), 1-2months(13.7%), 3-4months(5.5%), 5-6months(23.3%) and had continued breast feeding until they were questioned. 3. The 40.5% of mothers'never got information of breast feeding and 21.4% of mother got information of breart feeding through T. V. or radio. 4. Degree of mothers' knowledge of breast feeding was significantly correlated with mothers' attitude of breast feeding (r=.47, p<0.01) and degree of mothers' attitude of breast feeding was significantly correlated with mothers' practice of breast feeding(r=.34, p<0.01).

분류시스템 개발과정에서의 협력에 대한 연구 (A Study on Collaboration in Classification System Development Practice)

  • 본 연구는 실제 분류 시스템 개발자들의 행태를 이해하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여, 협력행태를 중심으로 협력의 유형, 협력에 영향을 미치는 요인, 협력이 분류 시스템 개발에 미치는 영향 등을 조사하였다. 또한 협력에 대한 이해가 분류 교육자, 연구자, 개발자에게 제공하는 의의를 논의하였다. 자료는 문헌조사, 현장인터뷰, 관찰법, 이메일의 방법을 통하여 수집되었다. 본 연구는 이미지 분류 시스템 개발팀을 대상으로 조사하였으며 사회과정모델을 연구의 프레임워크로 채택하였다.

중등학교가정과 교육실습 실태 및 교육실습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (The Survey of Teaching Practive and the Factors of Satisfaction on Teaching practice in Home Economics Education)

  • The Survey of Teaching Practice and the Factors of Satisfaction on Teaching Practice in Home economics Education The purpose of this study was to investigate teaching practice and factors on satisfaction of educational practice in home economics education of middle and high school, to provide information for improving educational practice. The subjects were 365 college students who had the educational practice in 1999. A questionnaire was used. The results were as follows: 1. Seventy on point eight percent of the subjects choose their teaching-practice school by themselves, however 25.2% of them was recommended by college. Twenty five point six percent of the subjects satisfied the orientation of the college, but 32.8% of them didn’t. Thirty four point four percent of the subjects indicated the form of practice documents was good, whereas 27.9% of them it needed more improvement. 2. Fifty four point eight percent of the subjects used their own research room. The orientation of teaching-practice school was good(36.4%) but 20.0% of the subjects dissatisfied. Eighty nine percent of the subjects managed the class as vice supervisory teachers, 46^ of them had example instruction, the number of subjects practised at middle school and public school were more than high school and private school respectively. 3. The score of educational expertise of teachers was 3.66 and the teacher educators’was 3.85 The score of educational expertise of the teacher educators who were in college of education(3.87) was higher than in general teacher course(3.77) at p$\leq$0.05 4. The score of educational practice satisfaction in the all subjects was 3.67. The factors to effect the satisfaction of the educational practice were the kind of research room, the orientation plan of the practice school and the management of the class, The score of the educational practice satisfaction was correlated with the score of educational expertise of teachers and teacher educators. and the agrresive attitude to the teaching practice of the teacher educators.

간호학생의 셀프리더십, 비판적 사고성향, 임상실습만족도 및 임상수행능력 (Self-leadership, critical thinking disposition, satisfaction of clinical practice and clinical practice competency of nursing students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 셀프리더십, 비판적 사고성향, 임상실습만족도 및 임상수행능력의 관계를 확인하고 임상실습만족도와 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보고자 시행되었다. 두 개의 광역시에 소재하는 2개의 4년제 간호학과 3, 4학년에 재학 중인 199명을 대상으로 설문지로 측정하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생이 인지하는 셀프리더십, 비판적 사고 성향, 임상실습만족도 및 임상수행능력은 중간 이상으로 나타났으며, 이들 간에는 모두 유의한 순 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 임상실습만족도에 영향을 주는 예측요인은 실습학기 (${\beta}=.223$, t=3.534, p=.001), 전공만족 (${\beta}=.257$, t=3.962, p <.001), 비판적 사고성향 (${\beta}=.217$, t=3.118, p=.002), 셀프리더십(${\beta}=.169$, t=2.260, p=.025)이었으며 30.4%의 설명력을 나타냈다 (F=19.145, p <.001). 임상수행능력에 영향을 주는 예측요인은 건강상태 (${\beta}=-.133$, t=-1.937, p=.054), 비판적 사고성향 (${\beta}=.316$, t=2.551, p=.012), 셀프리더십 (${\beta}=.323$, t=4.181, p <.001)이었으며 23.7%의 설명력을 나타냈다(F=10.948, p <.001). 따라서 간호대학생의 임상실습만족도와 임상수행능력을 높이기 위해서는 간호대학생의 비판적 사고와 셀프리더십을 높일 수 있는 교육과정 프로그램의 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.

간호대학생의 신생아집중치료실 실습경험 (Nursing Students' Practice Experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Units)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the meaning and substantial nature of NICU practice among nursing students by applying a research method based on hermeneutic phenomenology in an attempt to lay a foundation for enhancing theoretical and practical child nursing education. Methods: The participants were eight nursing student who had experience in clinical practicing in NICU. In-depth interviews were performed from April to December, 2014 until data were fully saturated. Collected data were analyzed using Colaizzi's method. Results: Seven theme clusters were extracted from fourteen themes. The seven theme clusters of the nursing students' clinical practice experience in NICU were: 1) Excitement about the clinical practice setting 2) Afraid of practice environment 3) Babies have priority over clinical practice 4) Comparing with adult nursing clinical practice 5) Feeling pity for babies and their parents 6) New awareness about the role of nurses 7) Demands of enhancing clinical practice. Conclusion: The results of the study provide useful information in understanding nursing students' practice experience in NICU and establishing effective strategies to support these nursing students.

가족서비스 실천과정에서의 건강가정사의 관점에 대한 질적 분석 (A Qualitative Analysis of the Certified Healthy Family Specialists' Perspectives on Family Service Practice)

  • Based on the premise that perspectives or the frame of cognition may affect the ways that family practitioners support or intervene in families, this study aimed to investigate the perspectives of Certified Healthy Family Specialists (CHFS) on family practice in the Healthy Family Support Centers. A total of 9 CHFSs gave information about their beliefs and perspectives on family practice in in-depth interview. Additionally, 5 CHFS participated in focus group interview and gave information about their values, beliefs, and perspectives on family practice. Through qualitative analyses, four perspectives were found to be explicitly or implicitly carried by CHFSs: System theory perspective, Strengths perspective, Family cognition perspective, and Public intervention perspective. These four perspectives are currently leading themes of family research and are prospected to prevail in family support and intervention practices in the Healthy Family Support Centers in South Korea. Based on the results of qualitative analyses, directions and range of influence in perspectives on family practice perceived by CFHSs were discussed. In this study, the subject of Healthy Family Project, the CHFSs' aims, and emphasis on family practice were dealt with, and developmental direction establishment related to the Healthy Family Support Centers and CFHSs in the dimension of practice and policy in the future were implied.
