최근 유비쿼터스 시대가 도래함에 따라 서비스 형태가 다양화되고 있다. 모바일 기술의 발전으로 휴대폰의 새로운 기능들이 대두되고 있고 모바일폰을 활용한 유비쿼터스 응용들이 활발히 개발 중이다. 또한 모바일폰과 관련된 여러 응용에서 이차원 바코드의 활용이 증가하고 있다. 이차원 바코드는 지금까지 이력관리를 위해서 주로 사용되다가 모바일폰에 탑재되면서 교육, 관광, 축제 등 홍보를 위한 수단으로 그 영역이 확장되었다. 본 논문에서는 이차원 바코드인 QR코드의 응용영역을 확장하여 오프라인과 온라인을 연동하는 스마트폰 기반의 QR코드 해석기를 개발한다. 또한 트리즈(TRIZ)를 이용하여 성능개선을 위한 요소를 찾아내고 해석기를 개선한다. 본 논문에서 개발한 QR코드 해석기와 오픈 소스 기반의 QR코드 해석기의 성능을 해석이 가능한 QR코드 이미지의 크기, 해석 속도 측면에서 비교하여 본 논문에서 제안한 해석기의 우수성을 입증한다. 마지막으로 QR코드를 이용한 응용으로 u-맵과 u-팜플렛을 소개한다.

Low-density parity-check(LDPC) 코드는 그 탁월한 에러 정정 능력으로 인해 많은 통신 표준에서 사용되고 있다. 여러 종류의 LDPC 코드 중 quasi-cyclic LDPC(QC-LDPC) 코드가 많이 사용되는데 QC-LDPC 코드의 복호기에는 여러 크기의 rotation을 수행할 수 있는 multi-size circular shifter(MSCS)가 필요하다. MSCS의 구현 방법 중 Benes 네트워크에 기반한 구조가 많이 사용되는데, rotation할 데이터의 개수가 3의 배수일 경우에는 $3{\times}3$ 스위치가 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 기존의 제어 신호 생성에 비해 복잡도가 줄어든 생성법과 기존의 $3{\times}3$ 스위치 구조 보다 더 빨리 동작할 수 있는 $3{\times}3$ 스위치 구조를 제안한다. IEEE 802.16e WiMAX 표준에서 사용되는 QC-LDPC 코드 복호기의 MSCS 에 적용하여 지연 시간을 8.7% 정도 줄이고 면적도 조금 감소시켰다.

본 논문에서는 LTE-A (Long Term Evolution-Advanced) 하향링크 시스템을 위한 채널 추정 기법을 제안한다. 제안 기법은 빠른 속도로 움직이는 사용자의 채널 추정이 가능하도록 FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) 보간 기법을 사용한다. FFT 보간 기법은 LS (Least Square) 또는 MMSE (Minimum Mean Square Error) 채널 추정으로부터 얻은 채널 주파수 응답을 IFFT (Inverse FFT)를 거쳐 시간 영역 채널 임펄스 응답으로 변환한다. 시간 영역의 채널 응답을 윈도잉을 한 후, FFT를 하여 채널 주파수 응답을 구할 수 있다. 시스템 레벨 시뮬레이션은 3GPP LTE-A 하향링크 시스템의 20MHz 대역을 기반으로 이루어졌으며, 모의실험 결과 제안한 채널 추정 기법을 통해 기존 시스템보다 SINR (Signal-to-Noise-plus-Interference Ratio), 전송률 및 스펙트럼 효율 측면에서 성능 향상을 가져다주는 것을 확인하였다.

클라우드 환경이나 빅데이터 환경에서의 역할기반 또는 속성기반의 접근제어에는 계층적 모델을 표현하는 적당한 수학적 구조가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 역할기반 또는 속성기반의 접근제어의 계층적 모델을 구현할 수 있는 격자함의 대수에서 멀티플라이어와 단순 멀티플라이어의 개념을 정의하고, 모든 멀티플라이어는 단순 멀티플라이어임을 증명한다. 또한 격자함의대수 L의 멀티플라이어와 준동형사상의 관계를 조사하고, 각각의 $u{\in}L$에 대하여 격자 [0, u]와 격자 $[u^{\prime},1]$이 동치임과 $u{\vee}u^{\prime}=1$인 $u{\in}L$에 대하여 L과 $[u,1]{\times}[u^{\prime},1]$이 격자함의대수로써 동치임을 보인다.

Background Applicants to integrated plastic and reconstructive surgery (PRS) residency in the United States spend exorbitant amounts of time and money throughout the interview process. Outside of first-hand experience through a visiting rotation, applicants utilize various resources in learning about a program. Today's applicants are "Millennials," the demographic cohort raised during the information age and proficient with digital technology. The authors evaluated whether programs have a presence on social media, and whether applicants are following these accounts. Methods An online survey was sent to applicants to a single integrated plastic surgery program evaluating basic demographics, social media utilization, and sources of information accessed throughout the residency application process. A manual search of popular social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter) was performed in October 2019. Accounts affiliated with integrated PRS programs were identified and analyzed. Results Eighty-four of 222 applicants (37.8%) completed the survey. Ninety-six percent of applicants were within the Millennial demographic. Ninety-six percent of applicants had some form of social media presence, with Facebook (90%) and Instagram (87%) being the most popular platforms. Seventy-three percent of applicants reported following a PRS residency social media account. As of October 2019, 59 integrated residency programs (73%) have active Instagram accounts. Conclusions Applicants still rely on the program website when researching potential residencies, but social media is being rapidly adopted by programs. Program social media accounts should be used as a dynamic form of communication to better inform applicants of program strengths and weaknesses.

최근, 빅데이터 분석은 기계학습의 발전에 따른 다양한 기법들을 이용할 수 있다. 현실에서 수집된 빅데이터는 단어 간의 관계성에 대한 의미적 분석을 바탕으로 같거나 유사한 용어에 대한 자동화된 정제기법이 부족하다. 빅데이터는 일반적인 문장으로 기술되어 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 문장의 형태소 분석과 의미를 이해해야 할 필요가 있다. 이에 자연어를 분석하기 위한 기법인 NLP는 단어의 관계성과 문장을 이해할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 빅데이터에서 추출된 문장에서 단어를 추출하여 단어 간의 연관 관계를 생성하는 방법을 연구한다. 이에 트랜스포머 기술을 이용한다.

This study aims to discuss the characteristics on marketing distribution of landscape materials after consideration in the side of cognition on the present condition of marketing which is important factors for analysis in understanding the market of landscape materials. To do this, the investigation of marketing distribution are to collect data refer to purchases and sales reports and questionnaires, these results are used to analyzed the operative factor of forming market structure and problematic, improvement spot of marketing distribution. The periodic range of this paper is limited on 609 landscape materials and examination was performed from 21.Feb. to 15.Mar, in 2002. The results of the whole prices trends and marketing distribution survey can be summarized as follows : 1. Differences of cognition on marketing distribution among four group toward problematic spot on product and marketing of landscape materials was summarized as follows : 1) Group of landscape design : Interest of government, Various articles. 2) Group of landscape construction : Communication of marketing information, Role of intermediary ecc. 3) Group of landscape materials and cooperation between company and university : Interest of government ecc, 2. Differences of cognition on marketing distribution among four group toward improvemental spot on product and marketing of landscape materials was summarized as follows : 1) Group of landscape design and construction : Network of marketing distribution on landscape materials, Criterion of articles, Quality adiministration through establishment of sale level ecc.. 2) Group of landscape materials : Employment of specialist education program ecc.. 3) Group of cooperation between company and university : Conscious reformation of comsumer ecc.

본 논문에서는 신학적미학이 무엇인지 그리고 이 신학적 미학의 기준으로 인간의 가치 기준의 표준이 되는 성경으로부터 근거를 조사한다. 다른 관점에서 동물과 식물의 유일한 설계가 미학이라는 견지에서 살펴보았다. 우리가 고안하고 창조할 수 있는 또다른 다양한 아름다움을 가지는 적용에 대해서도 살펴보았다. 그런데 이러한 설명은 사물을 설계하고 만들기 위해 적용되고 실용가능한 적용 뿐 아니라 아름다움을 위해서도 인지된다. 이런 관점으로부터 우리는 신과 창조세계 그리고 신학적 미학의 관련성을 유추할 수 있다. 우리는 인간이 만든 그리고 만들 융합공학기술과 신학적 미학이라는 함의에 대해 살펴보았다. 왜 융합공학기술에 신학적 미학이라는 도구가 필요한지 그리고 중요한지 라는 문제를 논의하였다. 우리는 이 사회에 보다 건강하고 도덕적이며 윤리적인 융합공학기술을 개발하여, 인류에게 보다 가치있고 건강한 미래의 삶을 제공하기 위해, 신학적 미학이 함의된 기술 진보라는 측면에서 더 많은 논의가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

본 논문에서는 공진기와 인체와의 거리에 따른 근접 전자기장 변화에 의한 공진기 임피던스의 변화를 토대로 사람의 호흡 및 심박신호를 검출할 수 있는 센서를 제안한다. 제안된 생체신호 측정센서는 패치형 공진기가 결합된 발진기, 발진주파수의 2채배 주파수만 통과시키기 위한 다이플렉서, 증폭기, SAW 필터 및 RF 검출기로 구성되어 있다. 호흡과 심박신호와 같은 인체의 주기적인 움직임은 근접 전자기장 영역 안에서 공진기의 임피던스 변화를 야기하며, 발진기의 주파수를 변화시킨다. 감도를 향상시키기 위해 발진주파수의 2채배 주파수 천이를 SAW 필터의 저지대역에 위치시킴으로써, 제안된 센서의 검출 거리를 2배로 확장시킬 수 있다. 제안된 센서의 측정결과, 최대 40 mm까지 호흡 및 심박신호가 안정적으로 측정되는 것을 확인하였다.

Agricultural Extension Services in Korea have accomplished a significant role in self- sufficiency of rice, a national staple food, through green revolution in 1970's; supplying green vegetables even during the winter season through white revolution in 1980's; and establishing technical agriculture by organizing rural leaders and 4-H members. In 1990s changes were made in international situations under the Uruguay Round multilateral trade negotiations and inauguration of the World Trade Organization. This was followed by localization of the extension staffs and the functions of extension services in Korea changed dramatically from national government to local governments. Thus, a weakened national function resulted in loosening of the linkages of research and extension in central government and local extension offices. Difficulties were reported in diffusion of new agricultural technology and efficient management of extension personnel. Developmental tasks for better extension services for the 21st century in Korea would include recovering national functions of agricultural extension, and developing a new paradigm for extension service. This should include the following measures; 1) Cooperative extension service should be adapted to involve national as well as local governments and non-government organization. 2) The target groups for extension services should be expanded to include farmers, noel residents as well as urban consumers. 3) The role of the extension service should cover agricultural technological diffusion of innovations as well as managerial skills and leadership development for rural organizations. 4) Extension services should be introduced to small farmers as well as consultation services for advanced farms. Diversified approaches should be employed for mama effective services. 5) Pre-service as well as in-service education should be offered to secure better extension educators equipped with knowledge, understanding and abilities on agricultural technology, information, agricultural philosophy, instructional methods and communication skills.
