Many advanced scholars and policy makers say that biotechnology is and will be the most important technology in 21th century. And biotechnology has a lots of character which are new and high tech industry, costing too much on early R&D stage and so on. One of them is that it can't be developed all seater by one single firm. So effective and efficient way to solve this generic problem is using the infrastructure which is given by government for flourishing the bio industry, especially, Knowledge infrastructure. The purpose of this study is to understand and give the information about which knowledge infrastructure affects biotechnology firms to obtain competitive advantage in technological improvement. To develop this object, I made 5 variables about infrastructure in biotechnology such as high-skilled researchers infrastructure, R&D policy infrastructure, industrialization infrastructure that supports the biotechnology industry, networking infrastructure between firms, universities, research centers, and finally bio-safety infrastructure. According to this study, to obtain technological competitive advantage for Korean bio firms, all main actors those are government, industry, university, research center they try to develop bio sector at the same time. After this cooperated effort, Korean bio firms and industry can get a international competitiveness in the global society which no one conquer the market.

새로운 미디어 환경의 도래와 복수 미디어랩의 등장을 앞두고 방송광고의 공용인프라 구축과 활용에 대해 광고업계와 학계의 관심과 노력이 지속적으로 제기되어왔다. 본 연구에서는 새롭게 조성되는 방송광고 환경에 따라 기존 코바코 코덱스의 가치를 분석하고 코덱스를 방송광고산업의 공용인프라로 사용할 수 있는 활용방안을 살펴보았다. 연구결과 코바넷과 코덱스 시스템은 첫째, 방송광고 거래 시스템 인프라 둘째, 광고콘텐츠 활용 인프라 셋째, 광고산업 진흥 인프라 넷째, 새로운 수익창출 인프라로 활용할 수 있다는 가능성을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 변화되는 방송광고 환경에서 방송광고 인프라 활용의 선행적인 연구로 업계와 학계에 시사점과 함의를 제공할 것이다.

Purpose - The purpose of the paper is to look into and review the management and operation of Chinese infrastructure process, especially focusing on port industry. Research design, data and methodology - The research methods to be applied is to examine PPPs that is a key way of cooperation in many infrastructure investment, financial matters, and then port industry as well. Results - It is well noticed that Chinese government has well managed with project, planning and investments in national infrastructure matters. Especially, this is clear message that government institutions for infrastructure planning has been well organized with systematic structure. However, even if it is involved with some risky business, PPPs should be asked for cooperation in the areas of financial, institutional and logistic part of infrastructure development in China. Conclusions - Every country has been in promoting its infrastructure development and it is not an exception in China. In order to get over inefficiency done by public sectors, Chinese government has invited a private sector in the form of PPPs, which gives more competitive opportunities, especially in port industry.

Delay, cost overrun and inferior quality in public works are common in Nepal and Cambodia. Almost 90 percent of the civil construction engineers working in the industry were one-degree graduates without appropriate training. The civil engineering education had provided elemental engineering knowledge to the graduates however integrated engineering and management knowledge and skill are essential for efficient infrastructure development. ODA in developing countries had been concentrated in hard infrastructure development without improving the quality of higher education. Integrating ODA to engineering education system would help develop qualified technical manpower and appropriate technology domestically, and improve the efficiency in infrastructure development in developing countries.

정보보호 산업은 기술집약적, 고부가 가치 산업이다. 한국은 우수한 ICT 기술과 다양한 사이버공격에 대응 경험과 기술을 보유하고 있어, 전 세계의 벤치마킹 대상이 되고 있다. 하지만 국내 정보보호기업의 영세성과 함께 지원인프라는 부족하다. 국내 정보보호 산업을 활성화하는데 일차적인 조건은, 해외진출이다. 부가가치가 높은 제품과 서비스의 해외 수출을 위해서는, 국내 IT 정보보호 산업의 해외진출 거점 인프라의 설립 추진이 필요하다. 국내 정보보호 산업을 분석해보니, 자본의 영세성과 해외 현지 진출의 판로개척, 관련 정보, 인력 부족이 문제점으로 나타났다. 무료 AS기간의 비용까지 합치면, 사실상 손실이 발생한다. 따라서 정보보호 산업 해외 거점의 인프라 구축에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 해외 거점의 인프라의 선정 방법과 선정 원인을 분석한다. 해외 거점의 인프라를 활용하여 부가가치를 올릴 수 있고, 정보보호 산업 중소기업들이 수출을 활성화하기 위한 해외 거점의 인프라를 연구를 한다.

The perception of earthquake in Korea has changed due to the earthquake that occurred in Gyeongju and Pohang, and the earthquake has become an important factor in infrastructure management. Damage to infrastructures in the event of an earthquake is extensive. In particular, damage to infrastructures that perform public function used to spread to the whole area. From the point of view of earthquake disaster prevention, it is very important for the public to define what infrastructures are important management targets and to prepare a countermeasure. In this study, we propose a method to evaluate the importance of infrastructure to effectively manage infrastructures for earthquakes. For this purpose, important factors for the railway bridges, power generation and electric power facilities, and apartment complexes are suggested. AHP analysis is conducted to suggest priorities. In addition, the evaluation criteria for infrastructure importance are presented.

Firms often collaborate on building an infrastructure, which benefits all the firms in the industry, although in unequal magnitudes. Then a difficult and tricky issue is concerned with 'free riding.' Should there be only 'common, i.e., industry-wide' benefits in such collaboration, the literature indicated that the free rider problem is unavoidable, In this paper, however, we suggest that while collaborating, the firm also learns firm-specific knowledge, experience, and know-how, which can be directly utilized for its own internal improvement. That is, the collaboration between firms provides them with not only 'industry-wide,' but also 'firm-specific' benefits, Our analysis shows that if there indeed exist two types of benefits simultaneously, depending on the balance between the two, the free rider problem can be mitigated or even eliminated.

미래 산업 유지를 위하여 세계적으로 지속가능한 에너지의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 다양한 신재생 에너지 중 수소에너지는 청정에너지로서 각광받고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 수소에너지산업 인프라 구축시에 필요한 전략 수립을 위하여 SWOT/AHP 분석을 적용하였다. 우선 수소에너지 산업 인프라 구축시 요구되는 요인들을 추출하였고, SWOT matrix를 재구성하기 위하여 전문가의 의견을 조사하였다. 쌍대비교를 하여 개발된 요인들의 상대적 중요도를 알기 위하여 AHP 분석을 실시하였다. SWOT 분석과 AHP 분석을 적용하여 얻은 연구 결과를 기초로 하여 향후 수소에너지산업 인프라와 관련된 전략 계획의 수립 방안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze IT infrastructure of Korean apparel industry in order to enhance business effectiveness and customer's satisfaction in information society with global networks. For this study, the questionnaires were distributed to 57 apparel industries in Korea. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, descriptive statistics, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, multi regression analysis. The results of this study are as follow: First, Considering the apparel industry, construction of information system is essential for assistance of information policy and utilization of information. Understanding of e-business policy affects profits of suppliers. Second, Apparel industry with higher information policy has higher productivity with flexibility. Third, Apparel industry which has close relationship with suppliers has better customer support. Flexible scheduling and production line are important factors for quick response of customer's order and need.

도시의 밀집화, 고층화, 다양화로 인해 재난의 규모가 커지면서 소방산업의 경제적 기대효과도 커지고 있다. 그러나 국내의 소방산업은 태동단계로 법제도가 미비할 뿐만 아니라 체계적 육성전략이 수립되지 않은 상태이고, 산업구조 또한 대다수 영세업체로 이루어져 있어서 인력, 인프라, 기술력이 매우 열악한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 태동산업인 국내 소방산업을 고부가가치형 산업으로 육성하기 위해 3가지 성장동력 세부 분석요인을 설정하여 각 요인별 현황을 살펴보고, 국내 성장동력산업인 IT산업과 비교분석을 통해 문제점 도출 및 육성 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
