This study aimed to reveal the structural relationship between the awareness of the 4th industrial revolution, entrepreneurship knowledge, entrepreneurship mind, and entrepreneurship intention in college students majoring in beauty. To this end, the study used a questionnaire to survey college students majoring in beauty. A total of 300 copies of the questionnaire were distributed, and after weeding out insincere responses, 283 copies were used for a final analysis. The analysis was carried out using SPSS 26.0. The results are as follows: First, the awareness of the 4th industrial revolution had a positive effect on entrepreneurship knowledge, entrepreneurship mind, and entrepreneurship intention of the subjects, and entrepreneurship mind had an effect on entrepreneurship intention. Second, it was verified that the goodness of fit of the structural model on the relationship between the awareness of the 4th industrial revolution and entrepreneurship intention was satisfactory. After analyzing the hypotheses on the structural model, it was discovered that all of them were adopted. In respect to the awareness of the 4th industrial revolution and entrepreneurship intention, the indirect effect of entrepreneurship knowledge and entrepreneurship mind were statistically significant. In conclusion, this study investigated the structural relationship between the awareness of the 4th industrial revolution and entrepreneurship in college students majoring in beauty, with the goal of providing basic data for entrepreneurship education.

본 연구의 목적은 미래 보건의료융합에 대비하여 치과위생사들을 대상으로 4차 산업혁명에 관한 인식도를 조사함으로써 급변하는 치과의료 현장을 대비하고자 한다. 연구대상은 대구지역 치과 병 의원에서 근무 중인 치과위생사 209명을 대상으로 2017년 8월 19일부터 9월 22일까지 설문조사하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 4차 산업혁명에 대한 치과위생사의 인식도 평균은 2.41로 비교적 낮았다. 항목별로 교육의지 2.87, 치과에 미칠 영향력 2.81, 인지정도 2.25이었고, 준비정도가 1.72로 가장 낮았다. 일반적인 특성에 따른 인식도에서 영향력은 연령과 근무기관이 유의한 차이를 보였고(p<0.05, p<0.001), 교육의지는 직급과 학위에서 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 4차 산업혁명에 대한 인지정도와 영향력, 준비정도 및 교육의지와 관련성을 알아본 결과 모두 양의 상관관계(p<0.01)를 보여 인지정도가 높을수록 영향력, 준비정도, 교육의지가 높았다. 결론적으로 미래 보건의료융합을 대비하기 위해서는 치과위생사들에게 4차 산업혁명과 관련한 다양한 교육 프로그램 개발과 교육기회를 제공하여 첨단 의료기술에 대한 관심을 유도하고 인식을 변화시키는 것이 필요하다 사료된다.

One of the core pillars of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is the innovation of the manufacturing industry. From the beginning, the 4th Industrial Revolution appeared in Germany under the concept of 'Industrial 4.0', which means a radical change in the manufacturing industry that can provide super intelligent product production and services based on artificial intelligence and big data. Since manufacturing innovation is a change in the industrial character of the entire nation, the initial role of government is important. Korea also has various policies related to the 4th Industrial Revolution, but there are still various problems to be solved. Therefore, this paper monitors and analyzes the public R&D projects of the advanced countries on manufacturing innovations in the background mentioned above, and through this, the policy implications are drawn.

본 연구는 문헌 연구를 통하여 제4차 산업혁명의 성공요인을 도출하고, 제4차 산업혁명을 선도하는 산업계 경영진에게 설문을 통하여 이들 성공요인을 실증적으로 검증하는데 있다. 문헌 연구 결과, 리더쉽', '변화관리', '최고경영층 지원', '전략적 조화', '교육훈련', '의사결정 위양', '팀워크', '조직문화', '소통', '프로젝트 관리'의 10개의 성공요인이 도출되었다. 제4차 산업혁명에 관련된 산업계에 해당되는 기업의 CIO와 CEO를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 설문 조사로서는 상당히 높은 64.4%의 응답률을 보였다. 설문 분석 결과 응답자는 '전략적 조화', 가장 중요한 성공요인으로 이어서 '최고경영층 지원', '리더쉽', '변화관리', '프로젝트 관리', '팀워크', 소통', '교육훈련', '조직 문화', 의사결정 위양' 순으로 평가하였었다. 제4차 산업혁명의 성공적인 추진을 위해서는 (1) 추진 전략의 구체화와 정교화, (2) 정부, 공공기관, 연구기관, 대학, 산업계의 효과적인 네트워크 구축, (3) 전략적이고 장기적인 계획, (4) 추진 전략의 차별화와 글로벌 협력체계 구축이 요청된다.

본 연구는 제4차 산업혁명과 기술 상용화에 대해 논의하고, 기술 상용화에 영향을 미치는 성공 요인을 문헌 연구를 통하여 도출하여, 제4차 산업혁명을 주도하는 산업계 경영진에게 설문을 통하여 이들 요인을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 문헌연구 결과 기술 상용화에 영향을 미치는 11가지 성공 요인은'대화와 소통','경영층 지원','경영에 대한 이해','기술 상용화의 이해','관련자간의 협력','기술 상용화 장려책','공동목표 인식','정부 지원','기술 상용화 경험', '기술의 구체성','수요자 요청 기술'이었다. 404부의 설문지를 제4차 산업혁명 업계에 속하는 기업의 CEO와 CIO에게 발송하였고, 최종 응답률은 64.4%(260부)로서 상당히 높은 참여율을 보였다. 응답자들은 제4차 산업혁명의 기술 상용화에 가장 중요한 요인으로'관련자간의 협력'을 꼽았고, 뒤이어'경영층 지원','대화와 소통','공동 목표 인식','기술 상용화에 대한 이해'순으로 평가하였다. 기업이 제4차 산업혁명의 기술 상용화 프로젝트의 성공 가능성을 제고하기 위해서는, 본 연구에서 높은 평가를 받은 성공 요인들에 높은 관심을 가지고 사업을 추진하여야 할 것이다.

Purpose: This study is descriptive survey research on the analysis of nurses' perception of the 4th industrial revolution and the importance and performance of future core nursing competencies in a tertiary hospital located in Seoul. Methods: Data were collected from 149 nurses with more than a year of work experience and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Importance Performance Analysis(IPA) with the IBM SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. Results: The nurses' perception of the 4th industrial revolution was 3.23±0.71 out of 5 points. The importance of future core nursing competencies was 4.31±0.48, and the performance of it was 3.47±0.54. The analysis results of IPA showed that A (area of continuous maintenance) included critical thinking, problem-solving skills, teamwork and collaboration, evidence-based practice, communication, quality improvement and safety, professionalism, self-regulation and self-management, and personal literacy. The specific competencies were not included in B (area of priority improvement). Creativity, informatics, healthcare policy, leadership, research ability, and continuing education were included in C (area of progressive improvement). Knowledge and patient-centered care, ability to manage resources as well as professional, legal, and ethical responsibility were included in D (area of overinvestment). Conclusion: The nurses seemed not to be fully prepared for the 4th industrial revolution. However, they were well aware of the importance of the future core nursing competencies. Therefore, if nurses increase the performance of core competencies in order of priority according to the IPA results, they will be able to independently lead the changing nursing field.

The fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0) will generate great benefits and big challenges in equal measure. Industry 4.0 has an impact on context, technology and business as long as it transforms design, production systems and products themselves. Industry 4.0 has also created many opportunities and challenges for startups to improve their business efficiency. The reality has shown that the industry 4.0 has begun to strong impacts of various levels on many areas of Vietnam's economy. In such context, it is necessary to implement sufficient and thorough research and evaluation of many issues of startups and innovation and to consider suitable solutions and effective ways to take advantages of opportunities that the Industry 4.0 brings to Vietnam. This paper proposes the solution for supporting and promoting to develope of innovative start-up enterprise in accordance with the conditions and circumstances of Vietnam in the context of Industry 4.0.

본 연구의 목적은 의료기사를 준비하는 보건계열 대학생 280명을 대상으로 4차 산업혁명에 대한 인식도와 준비도를 조사하여 보건계열 미래형 교육과정 개발의 기초자료로 활용되고자 수행되었다. 자료 수집은 자기기입식 구조화된 설문지를 이용하였고, 4차 산업에 대한 전반적 인식도는 2.74로, 관련 용어 인식은 3D프린팅(3.59)이 높았고 신경망기계학습(2.33) 인식이 가장 낮았다. 전공별로 물리치료학(3.00) 전공 학생의 인식이 높았고 치기공학(2.37) 전공 학생의 인식이 가장 낮았으며 사물인터넷에 대한 전공별 인식도에 차이가 있었다(p=0.024). 4차 산업혁명 관련 준비를 '한다' 54.5%이었고 준비가 어려운 이유로는 '흥미부족'(42.9%)이 높았으며, 교육경험은 50.6%, VR&AR 게임경험은 60.9%에서 '있다'고 응답하였다. 4차 산업혁명 시대에 나타날 변화로 '일자리 감소'(38.7%), 요구되는 역량은 '창의역량'(50.6%)이었다. 따라서 4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞이하는 보건계열 대학생들의 인식도와 준비도를 높일 수 있는 4차 산업혁명 관련 교육과정 개발 및 교수법 적용 등의 변화가 필요하겠다.

본 논문의 목적은 미국의 상쇄전략 개념을 발전적으로 검토하여 4차 산업혁명 기술혁신을 적용하고 국방개혁 2.0과 연계한 북한의 핵 위협에 대응하기 위한 방안을 제시한 것이다. 남북, 미 북 정상회담을 통하여 북한의 완전한 비핵화를 달성하기 위한 다양한 협상을 진행하고 있으나 2019년 베트남 하노이에서의 미 북 정상회담 결렬 등 북한의 완전한 비핵화를 달성하기까지는 많은 시간과 노력이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 현실화된 북한의 핵 위협에 대응하기 위한 개념과 기술, 조직을 발전적으로 검토하였다. 대응개념은 미국의 상쇄전략 추진사항을 발전적으로 검토하여 '적 중심 마비작전'을 작전개념으로, 이를 뒷받침할 수 있는 기술은 4차 산업혁명 기술혁신과 미국의 3차 상쇄전략 추진 사항을, 조직은 국방개혁 2.0 추진과 미국의 국방부 획득조직 개편에 대한 시사점을 분석하여 발전적인 방안을 도출하였다. 미국의 전략적인 개념의 일치가 필요한 부분이 있고, 기술의 상호운용성, 한 미동맹 차원의 협력분야를 도출하였다. 그리고 4차 산업혁명 기술혁신과 국방개혁 2.0 추진 사항을 연계하여 북핵 대응 역량을 강화할 필요가 있음을 도출하였다. 북핵 대응을 위한 작전수행 개념의 발전을 위해 새로운 패러다임을 적용이 필요하였으며 미국의 '국제공역에서의 접근과 기동을 위한 작전개념'(JAM-GC)를 벤치마킹하여 '적 중심 마비전' 작전개념을 제안하였다. 북한의 비핵화 협상이 진행 중인 점과 4차 산업혁명 기술혁신의 방대함, 국방개혁 2.0과의 연계성, 한반도 평화프로세스와의 접목 등을 고려할 때 더욱 정교하고 세밀한 북핵 대응방안의 발전이 필요할 것이다.

With the advent of the recent Fourth Industrial Revolution, efforts are vigorously underway to comprehend the new paradigm of Construction 4.0, following in the footsteps of Industry 4.0, and to establish novel production systems. The necessity and significance of technological advancements in the field of construction automation and robotics, a pivotal component for Construction 4.0, are being emphasized. This paper aims to discuss the concept of construction automation and robotics, encompassing its past, present, and future prospects. Particularly, it reviews the six relevant papers featured in the June 2022 special issue of IJHRB, along with discussions on the integration of cutting-edge ICT technologies and R&D in the realm of automation and robotics. With the progression of ICT technology, the domain of construction automation and robotics is anticipated to play a substantial role in the realization of Construction 4.0 and smart construction through more dynamic convergence in technological development.
