Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics and limitations of various R&D processes. And to propose new R&D processes by analyzing the characteristics of the era of the fourth industrial revolution that will lead to innovative changes throughout the industry. Methods: Research method is to analyze the previous research on existing R&D process and draw out implications, and develop a new R&D process model that reflects characteristics of the fourth industrial revolution era. Results: This study analyzes the characteristics and situation of existing R&D process and derives the features of parallel structure and modularity suitable for the 4th industrial revolution era, characterized by super connectivity, super intelligence, super fusion. And propose a R&D process model that can respond flexibly and promptly to various market and customer needs. Conclusion: Suggestions for the development of R&D processes suitable for the fourth industrial revolution era will present new strategies and measures and provide diverse & innovative opportunities.

Recently, the whole world is facing an unprecedented moment of opportunity, so-called The Fourth Industrial Revolution. As emphasized in the World Economic Forum held in January of 2016 at Davos, the Fourth Industrial Revolution is not merely a changes of technological devices. The fundamental of the revolution is new, innovative, and visionary business models which change the whole systems dramatically. One of the greatest challenges is to feed an expected population of 9 billion by 2050 in a impactful way. The system should be sustainable as well as beneficial in improving the lives of people in the food chain along with the ecological health of environment. The technological advances of the Fourth Industrial Revolution are expected to improve our food system. The smart farm technology such as precision planting and irrigation techniques will improve the yields of food materials. The smart food transportation and logistics systems will substantially improve the safety and human nutrition. The adaptation the Fourth Industrial Revolution technology will induce the smart supply chains, smart production, and smart products in food industry due to its flexibility and standardization. This will lead the manufactures to adapt to customers' changing product specifications and traceable services in a timely manner.

본 연구에서는 소비자들의 개인정보보호태도와 인터넷 활동성이 4차 산업혁명 전망에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 나아가 개인정보보호태도와 4차 산업혁명 전망의 관계에서 인터넷 활동성의 조절효과를 탐색하였다. 연구데이터는 정보통신정책연구원에서 제공하는 2018년 한국미디어패널조사 자료를 이용하였다. 연구결과, 소비자들의 개인정보보호에 대한 우려는 4차 산업혁명 전망에 부정적이었으며, 높은 인터넷 활동성은 4차 산업혁명 전망에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 개인정보보호에 대한 우려가 4차 산업혁명 전망에 부정적인 영향을 미치지만 활발한 인터넷 활동성은 이를 완화시키거나 긍정적으로 전환시키는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명에 당면한 경제구조 속에서 보다 적극적인 대응을 위한 기초자료로 기여할 것이다.

한국 게임 산업은 대내외적 불안요인으로 성장이 멈춰있는 상황이다. 이러한 대내외적 불안요소 속에서 국내 게임 산업의 새로운 돌파구로 언급 되고 있는 것이 4차 산업 혁명이다. 4차 산업 혁명은 기존 산업 구조의 패러다임을 변화시키고 있으며, 제조업뿐만 아니라 콘텐츠 산업 전반에 생태계의 변화를 가져 오고 있다. 본 연구에서는 제 4차 산업 혁명을 통한 국내 게임 산업의 발전 방향을 모색하고 AI와 AR / VR의 발전과 미래의 제 4차 산업 혁명의 핵심이 될 게임 산업과의 연관성을 연구하고자 한다.

Investigation for industrial revolution has been recognized as an important issue of historical science, since industrial revolution itself was a historical moment in modern economic society and in the forming of modern capitalistic culture. If clothing culture had been developed in close relation to social culture. industrial revolution which gave a base for modern capitalistic culture, would be a birth of modern clothing as well as a moment for modernization of western clothing. As it takes for granted that industrial revolution, historical phenomenon is a developmental base of modern clothing culture. This study tried to enlighten the origin of modern clothing culture phenomenon with investigation of industrial revolution as a historical moment in modern clothing culture through documental study. Historian's point of view and method of studying are important when we investigate the clothing phenomenon. Although culture phenomenon of industrial revolution has been evaluated usually through socialogical aspect, studying for clothing culture phenomenon must be carried out on aethetical as well as well as sociological aspect, on account of dualism of clothing, as it is social and artistic nature. In 19th century, there were technical improvement, changing patterns of production, changing social relation and beginning of mass culture. At the same time clothing culture phenomenon was changed in relation to modern capitalistic society. The findings of the study could be summarized as follows. 1. Technical improvement in textile industry and fitting process brought about mechanization of clothing industry. 2. Appearance of popular clothing culture made it easy to spread to various classes of society. 3. Development of transportation system and communication channel made it internationalization of western clothing. 4. Recognition of importance in functional style of clothing. 5. The pursuit of modern aesthetics made rapid changing mode of clothing. Above distinctive features of modern clothing culture were derived from by-product of machinary culture, mass culture, internationalism, rapidly changing mode of various culture during industrial revolution. Industrial revolution was a change of the material world as well as in industry owing to machine advent, then the culture part that displayed directly these changes was the plastic arts of living that mould the material. The problem of clothing construction caused by industrial revolution was solved by pursuing the functional aesthetics. Clothing phenomenon as a process of value transfer participates mass culture in closs relation to general change of various culture caused by industrial revolution. Therefore western clothing gained the qualities of modern culture, condensed as function, and popularity in the process of modernization.

This study aims to examine the future image of the fashion industry according to the level of consumer knowledge and anxiety about the 4th industrial revolution. An online survey was carried out from March 13 to 23, 2018. A total of 698 consumers participated in the survey. The results of the study are as follows. The consumer knowledge level about the 4th industrial revolution was 10.2% for the first recognition, 48.3% for the term recognition, and 41.5% for the content understanding. The level of consumer anxiety about the 4th industrial revolution was 36.5% lower than average and 63.5% higher than the average. An ANOVA was conducted to confirm the anxiety according to the knowledge level of the 4th industrial revolution. The results revealed that consumers with higher knowledge level felt more anxiety than consumers with a lower level of knowledge. Consumer's knowledge level about the 4th industrial revolution did not affect the future image of fashion industry and individual phases of the fashion industry. Consumer's anxiety level about the 4th industrial revolution had a partial influence on the future image of the fashion industry and on each phase of the fashion industry. In the midstream and downstream areas of the fashion industry, significant differences were observed in the future image according to the level of anxiety.

오늘날 우리는 초연결사회에 살고 있다. 초연결사회란 초연결성(hyper-connectivity)으로 연결된 네트워크 사회(network society)를 말한다. 이러한 초연결성의 기술적 토대가 오늘날의 제4차 산업혁명임을 잘 알고 있다. 이 글에서는 산업혁명의 단계적 발전의 패턴을 밝힘으로써 초연결사회의 기원을발견하고자 한다. 산업혁명을 포함한 기술혁명의 변화의 패턴은 다음과 같이 지극히 단순하게 요약할 수 있다. (1) 기술혁명${\rightarrow}$네트워크혁명. (2) 네트워크혁명${\rightarrow}$사회적 네트워크의 변화 (3) 물질의 혁명${\rightarrow}$정신의 혁명. 산업혁명의 단계적 발전의패턴은 다음과 같다. 따라서 네트워크 혁명의 차원에서 본다면 초연결사회의 기원은 1840년 이후 미국에서 일어난 철도혁명(2차 산업혁명)에서 찾아볼 수 있다.

The era of the 4th industrial revolution is a complex environment in which the cyber world and the physical world are integrated and interacted. In order to successfully implement and be sustainable the 4th industrial revolution of hyper-connectivity, hyper-convergence, and hyper-intelligence, not only the technological aspects that implemented digitalization but also the social aspects must be recognized and dealt with as important. There are socio-technical systems and socio-technical systems theory as concepts that describe systems involving complex interactions between the environmental aspects of human, mechanical and tissue systems. This study confirmed how the Socio-technical System was applied in the research literature for the last 10 years through machine learning-based analysis. Eight clusters were derived by performing co-occurrence keywords network analysis, and 13 research topics were derived and analyzed by performing a structural topic model. This study provides consensus and insight on the social and technological perspectives necessary for the sustainability of the 4th industrial revolution.

The ultimate purpose of this study is as follows: The current primary concern in the defense sector revolves around how to strategically utilize Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies in combat. The Fourth Industrial Revolution denotes a shift towards an environment where automation and connectivity are maximized, driven by technologies such as artificial intelligence. Coined by Klaus Schwab in the 2015 Davos Forum, this term highlights the significant role of machine learning and artificial intelligence. Particularly, the military application of Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies is expected to be actively researched and implemented. Combat involves military actions between units, typically conducted as part of a larger war, with units striving to achieve one or more objectives. The concept of combat refers to the fundamental ideas of how units should engage with the enemy, both presently and in future scenarios, to achieve assigned objectives.

4차 산업혁명은 빅데이터, 인공지능 등의 기술을 통해 사물들이 지능화 사회로 진입하는데 크게 기여한다. 혁명을 통해 인간의 행태와 인지를 파악할 수 있게 되었고, 인공지능의 활용을 통해 의료, 과학 등 다양한 분야에서 핵심 도구로서 자리매김하였다. 그러나 4차 산업혁명에는 긍정적인 미래와 함께 부정적인 이면이 자리 잡고 있다는 점에 주목하여, 본 연구에서는 소셜 미디어를 통해 수집된 비정형적인 빅데이터를 기반으로 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용한 분석을 실시하였다. 연도별(2016년, 2017년, 2018년) 4차 산업혁명과 관련된 키워드를 살펴보고, 각 키워드가 가지고 있는 의미에 대해 파악하고자 하였다. 또한, 연도의 변화에 따라 4차 산업혁명과 관련된 키워드가 어떻게 변화하는지 파악하였으며, R을 활용하여 키워드 연관 분석(Association Analysis)을 실시함으로써 4차 산업혁명과 연관된 키워드 흐름을 통해 4차 산업혁명과 밀접하게 연관된 인식 흐름을 알아보고자 하였다. 마지막으로 연도별 4차 산업혁명과 관련한 긍정적, 부정적인 감정을 살펴봄으로써 4차 산업혁명에 대한 사람들의 인식을 파악하였다. 분석결과, 부정적인 의견은 연마다 감소하고 있었으며 긍정적인 전망과 미래가 더 많아지는 것으로 나타났다.
