  • It is very diffcult to applied ergonomics data & experiments in industrial design. At the industrial design process attempted toadoption a egonomics. But sometimes easyto use ergonomics data and at other times very hard to adopted a element into a design process. Industrial design of the essence is a sensual act. As ergonomics data is to the hardware, sois the design sense to the software. The harmony are important to hardware & software of design process. New products demand to new form. Therefore, designer neglect to ergonomics experiments for user. Anyway, ergonomics experiments & data endlessly applied to more things year after year. This paper show improved computer front design with graphic, knobs size & control panel tilt angle.

조선 산업에서 프로세스 마이닝을 이용한 블록 이동 프로세스 분석 프레임워크 개발 (Analysis Framework using Process Mining for Block Movement Process in Shipyards)

  • In a shipyard, it is hard to predict block movement due to the uncertainty caused during the long period of shipbuilding operations. For this reason, block movement is rarely scheduled, while main operations such as assembly, outfitting and painting are scheduled properly. Nonetheless, the high operating costs of block movement compel task managers to attempt its management. To resolve this dilemma, this paper proposes a new block movement analysis framework consisting of the following operations: understanding the entire process, log clustering to obtain manageable processes, discovering the process model and detecting exceptional processes. The proposed framework applies fuzzy mining and trace clustering among the process mining technologies to find main process and define process models easily. We also propose additional methodologies including adjustment of the semantic expression level for process instances to obtain an interpretable process model, definition of each cluster's process model, detection of exceptional processes, and others. The effectiveness of the proposed framework was verified in a case study using real-world event logs generated from the Block Process Monitoring System (BPMS).

산업용 유압펌프의 재제조 공정분석을 통한 성능개선 (Performance Improvement through the Remanufacturing Process Analysis of Industrial Hydraulic Pumps)

  • As production, distribution, consumption and processing increase with the development of industrial societies, the importance of resource depletion and environmental problems is increasing day by day. This has led to increased research and interest in remanufacturing that can satisfy both environmental and economic aspects. Currently, the remanufacturing industry is progressed in Korea with automobile parts with as the central figure, and it needs to be expanded into various areas. In this study, the failure type analysis and FMEA were performed on the hydraulic pumps used in construction and industrial sites for the development of the standard remanufacturing process plan, and the actual disassembly and reassembly process was carried out. Remanufacturing products were manufactured through the analysis contents and drawing process, performance tests were conducted in accordance with RS B1501 criteria to evaluate performance, and all of these products passed the test criteria.

경제적 손실을 고려한 기대손실 관리도의 설계 (Design of Expected Loss Control Chart Considering Economic Loss)

  • Control chart is representative tool of Statistical Process Control (SPC). But, it is not given information about the economic loss that occurs when a product is produced characteristic value does not match the target value of the process. In order to manage the process, we should consider not only stability of the variation also produce products with a high degree of matching the target value that is most ideal quality characteristics. There is a need for process control in consideration of economic loss. In this paper, we design a new control chart using the quadratic loss function of Taguchi. And we demonstrate effectiveness of new control chart by compare its ARL with ${\overline{x}}-R$ control chart.

솔리드 타이어 제조를 위한 스프링 벤트 시스템의 적용 (Application of Spring Vent System for the Manufacturing of Solid Tire)

  • Manufacturing processes of industrial tire are composed of mixing, extrusion, curing, trimming and inspecting. Among them curing is the most important process in the production of industrial tire. In this study the newly developed spring vent system was designed in order to solve rubber intrusion problem inside spring vent system in the curing process. After the experiment it is concluded that rubber intrusion was caused by angled stem head part. New spring vent system was manufactured and new design of spring vent system is proper to use for industrial tire curing process.

생산공급사슬에서의 아웃소싱을 고려한 공정계획 및 일정계획의 통합을 위한 모델 (A Model for Integration of Process Planning and Scheduling with Outsourcing in Manufacturing Supply Chain)

  • An integrated process planning and scheduling model considering outsourcing in manufacturing supply chain is proposed in this paper. The process planning and scheduling considering outsourcing are actually interrelated and should be solved simultaneously. The proposed model considers the alternative process plans for job types, precedence constraints of job operations, due date of production, transportation time and production information for outsourcing. The integrated states include:(1) Operations sequencing, (2) Machine selection, (3) Scheduling with outsourcing under the due date. To solve the model, a heuristic approach based on genetic algorithm(GA) is developed. The proposed approach minimizes the makespan considering outsourcing and shows the best operation-sequences and schedule of all jobs.

  • A flexible assembly system (FAS) is a production system that assembles various parts with many constraints and manufacturing flexibilities. This paper presents a new method for efficiently solving the integrated process planning and scheduling in FAS. The two problems of FAS process planning and scheduling are tightly related with each other. However, in almost all the existing researches on FAS, the two problems have been considered separately. In this research, an endosymbiotic evolutionary algorithm is adopted as methodology in order to solve the two problems simultaneously. This paper shows how to apply an endosymbiotic evolutionary algorithm to solving the integrated problem. Some evolutionary schemes are used in the algorithm to promote population diversity and search efficiency. The experimental results are reported.

  • This paper introduces a simulation model which is based on the process analysis of a semiconductor company. The objective of the simulation modelis not only to estimate the overall performancesof the company but also to evaluate the performances of various operation rules for shop floor control. First, in order to develop the simulation model, a time study is performed for each process after analyzing the processes for the company. Second, by using ARENA, a simulation model is constructed based on the process analysis and the time study. After the simulation model is tested and run, its results are discussed.
