다층모형을 활용한 개인, 가구, 지역차원에서의 주거만족도에 관한 연구 - 서울시 공공임대주택 사례를 중심으로 - (Analysis on the Residential Satisfaction of Individual, Household and Area-Level Characteristics using Multi-Level Models - Focusing on Public Housing in Seoul -)

  • It is necessary to implement a wide range of housing welfare policies that citizens can experience in order to improve residents' the quality of life, as it emphasizes the balance of supply and management of public housing. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting residential satisfaction considering the three hierarchical levels of individual, household, and area. In the background of the study, the individuals' quality-of-life satisfaction determined not only by the individual but also by the various influencing environmental factors. This study targets 1,736 households, 3,239 persons in 464 areas in Seoul. The main research results are as follows. At the level one, there were influencing factors such as age(-), education level and income, and housing area per person, recipient of basic living(-), period(-) and RIR (at the level two). At the level three, west-south region(-) and social mix affect the complex of public housing. In consideration of living infrastructure, the closer to public transportation, public facilities, and medical facilities, the higher the satisfaction of public housing. The results of this analysis suggest that public support needs to focus on individual household members, but there is a need for ways to link it with the complex and the region.

  • In the past few decades, great progress has been made on understanding the interaction between nutrition and health status. But despite this wealth of knowledge, health problems related to nutrition continue to increase. This leads us to postulate that the continuing trend may result from a lack of consideration for intra-individual biological variation on dietary responses. Precision nutrition utilizes personal information such as age, gender, lifestyle, diet intake, environmental exposure, genetic variants, microbiome, and epigenetics to provide better dietary advices and interventions. Recent technological advances in the artificial intelligence, big data analytics, cloud computing, and machine learning, have made it possible to process data on a scale and in ways that were previously impossible. A big data platform is built by collecting numerous parameters such as meal features, medical metadata, lifestyle variation, genome diversity and microbiome composition. Sophisticated techniques based on machine learning algorithm can be used to integrate and interpret multiple factors and provide dietary guidance at a personalized or stratified level. The development of a suitable machine learning algorithm would make it possible to suggest a personalized diet or functional food based on analysis of intra-individual metabolic variation. This novel precision nutrition might become one of the most exciting and promising approaches of improving health conditions, especially in the context of non-communicable disease prevention.

  • In general, members of an organization want their own growth and development. As these members grow or develop, they feel satisfied and fulfilled in the process. Growth or development can motivate members to become more involved in their jobs. Therefore, these concepts are very important for organizations as well as individual members. Various elements of the organization affect the growth of its members. Leaders influence members to achieve organizational goals. Leaders can therefore be an important variable influencing the growth of members. Specific leadership informally develops the potential to identify and satisfy members' personal needs and to achieve higher performance. These leader behaviors motivate members and drive their growth. Thus, this leadership will have a significant impact on the growth of members. In addition, in this relationship, if members have perceived organizational support, they can further improve their expectations for growth. Therefore, support from leaders and organizations will have a positive impact on employee growth. This study highlights the importance of the growth of members of the organization. It demonstrates the moderating effects of leader's individualized consideration and perceived organizational support necessary elements for member growth. Through this process, the purpose and significance of the study are to identify the variables that affect the personal growth of members and explain how they can grow.

고정성 보철치료의 영속성을 높이기 위한 지대치의 적합성 (Requirements of the abutment teeth for long-term predictability of fixed prosthesis)

  • The success in periodontal-prosthetic therapy lies in patient satisfaction with subjective and customized treatment regimen that has been refined for individual needs. To fulfill these requirements, multiple predictors may have to be taken into consideration in the comprehensive treatment planning. Incorporation of complex factors that guarantee the evidence-based therapy would include, but not limited to, osseous morphology, biotype of gingival around abutment, bone morphology of interdental bone and those around furcation area, abutment or bridge mobility. The periodontal-restorative interface should be of mutually protective. Also strategic and esthetic value of abutment teeth to be restored should also be taken into consideration. Taken together, all these should work in concert to enhance the predictability and longevity of abutment teeth in periodontal-prosthetic therapy.

마스터-슬레이브 조작기에서 제한된 힘반영제어기 구조를 고려한 Tendon 설계 (Tendon Design for Master-slave Manipulator in Consideration of Constrained Force Reflection Control Structure)

  • In this work, a master-slave manipulator system which will be used for handling objects contaminated by radioactivity has been addressed. The links of manipulators are driven independently by individual motors installed on the base and the driving torque is transmitted through pre-tensioned tendons. Since the measurable variables are the positions and rates of master/slave motors, only a constrained specific bilateral control structure is available. In the consideration of the flexibility of the tendon and constrained control structure, we derived a necessity for tendon design to prevent uncontrollable vibration mode through a modal analysis. Based on a reduced rigid body model, a control design was suggested and tendons were selected. The feasibility of the proposed analysis and tendon design were verified along with some simulation results.

휴가목적지 선택과정에서의 선택기준의 중요성 (The importance of choice criteria in vacation destination decisions)

  • A vacation destination was conceptualized to be chosen through a three-stage process consisting of an early consideration set formation, a late consideration set formation, and a final selection stage. Choice criteria were defined as an individual's belief toward the relationships between perceived attributes, expected outcomes, and the destination. And these criteria were assumed to be divided into benefit-related dimension and perceived risk-related dimension. Through two pilot surveys, 13 items which have 4 factors were identified. used on 4 factor structures, the benefit-related dimension was identified to be consisted of three sub-dimensions, "historic/cultural", "escaped" and "naturalness". A longitudinal panel survey was used to test the differences of the importance of choice dimensions through the choice process. The importance of benefit-related dimension was decreased through the choice process as hypothesized except "naturalness" factor. And as hypothesized, the importance of perceived risk-related dimension was increased.

저고리 원형제도의 비교고찰 (The Comparative Consideration on the Basic pattern of Geo-go-ri)

  • We consider the irrational part of the basic pattern drafting of the Geo-Ko-ri so that we want to design it more scientically. So there are problems which is found after we considered with comparison about the existingly basic pattern drafting of Geo-go-ri. (1) there is a difference between the practical and Calculation. (2) The part of the curved line was mad indistinctly There is a difference betweence the calculating expression and calculating value. (4) There are some parts which lack objectivity about the reference size. (5) The calculating method of Collar-width and Neck-Nidth are not formative and rational. These are items that we must consider and study further. Especially if we can make up of the scientific form in consideration of the formativeness focused on "git" I think it will make a great contribution to not only the standardization of the basic pattern of Geo-go-ri and the use of the use of education but also the manufacture of individual clothing the production by Auto CAD.   • While use of computers to teach English in a conventional educational environment promotes motivation and effective learning in students, the method generates problems such as provision of learning materials without consideration of teaching methods and evaluation without consideration of individual differences in students. To solve these problems and produce a superior system, we propose knowledge representation of expert module for an Intelligent Tutoring System (ITS).

In the consideration of human factors, also, in the design of equipment, facilities, and other physical items that people use, there are certain basic stages or processes that typically have to be carried out. The main purpose of this paper is study fundamental man-machine system assumptions in Human Factors Engineering. 중소기업 CEO의 리더십이 지식경영에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Small and Medium Enterprises CEO's Leadership on Knowledge Management)

  • 지식정보사회의 출현으로 구성원들의 지식창출, 지식이전 및 지식활용활동은 기업의 경쟁력 유지에 매우 중요하다. 특히 중소기업의 경우 CEO의 리더십과 능력에 의존하는 바가 크다는 점에서 구성원들의 자발적 참여에 의한 지식경영활동의 촉진은 기업 경영자가 관심을 가져야할 것이다. 또한 CEO의 역할과 함께 구성원들 간에 축적되는 사회적 자본은 CEO의 역할과 함께 지식경영에 많은 영향을 미치게 된다는 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중소기업을 대상으로 CEO의 변혁적 리더십이 지식경영에 미치는 효과와 그러한 관계에서 사회적 자본인 구성원들 간의 신뢰와 상호작용의 조절효과를 살펴보고자 한다. 실증분석을 위한 자료수집은 강원 영서지역에 입지한 중소기업체 종사자 311명으로부터 회수한 설문을 통해 이루어졌다. 변혁적 리더십이 지식경영에 미치는 효과 및 사회적 자본으로서 신뢰와 상호작용의 조절효과를 분석한 결과, 개별적 배려와 고무적 리더십은 지식창출, 지식이전, 지식활용 모두에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 카리스마는 지식창출에만 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 신뢰의 조절효과 분석결과, 카리스마와 고무적 리더십이 지식창출에 미치는 긍정적 효과는 구성원들 간의 신뢰수준이 높을수록 강한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 상호작용의 조절효과 분석결과, 지적자극과 고무적 리더십이 지식창출에 미치는 긍정적 효과는 구성원들 간 상호작용 수준이 높을수록 강한 것으로 나타났다. 변혁적 리더십 중 개별적 배려와 고무적 리더십이 지식경영에 미치는 긍정적 효과가 크다는 점에서 부하직원들의 관리에 있어서 업무수행이나 결과에 대해 비판적 접근보다는 칭찬과 격려를 보여주고, 구성원 개개인에 대해 이해하고 배려하는 리더십의 발휘가 적절하다. 그리고 구성원들 간의 빈번한 접촉과 대화, 신뢰 구축이 지식경영을 촉진한다는 점에서 수평적 의사소통 채널을 비롯하여 다양한 의사소통채널을 구축하는 것이 바람직하다.
