프로젝트 성공을 위해서는 좋은 역량을 지닌 건설관리자가 필요하다. 특히 건설 프로젝트를 기반으로 이윤창출을 하는 건설사나 CM사 입장에서는 건설관리자인 현장소장이나 CMr를 신중하게 선정해야할 필요성이 있다. 선정하기 위해서는 건설 현장 관리 역력을 진단하는 적절하게 평가하기 위한 기준과 방법이 있어야 한다. 선행 연구에서는 건설관리자의 역량에 관한 많은 연구가 있었으나 두 가지 측면에서 보완해야할 점이 있다. 하나는 측정이 가능하지 않다는 점, 다른 하나는 프로젝트 성과를 직접 개인의 성과를 반영한다는 점이다. 본 연구는 스포츠에서 선수의 역량을 측정하는 지표를 도출 했을 때 사용하는 부호화 분석 기법으로 건설관리자 역량 평가 지표를 도출한다. 부호화 분석 기법은 델파이 방법으로 2차까지 진행하였다. 도출된 '측정 가능한 행동'들로 건설관리자의 역량을 측정할 수 있는 기반을 마련하였다. 이를 통해 각 관리자의 전문성, 리더십, 개인특성 역량을 수치화된 표현으로 나타낼 수 있다. 이는 향후 의사 결정자가 건설관리자를 선정 시 뒷받침 될 수 있는 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 직관에만 의존하였던 기존 방식을 보완하여 기록에 의한 근거로 과학적인 접근방법을 통해 건설관리자를 평가할 수 있으므로 의사결정자들이 필요한 건설관리자를 선정하기 위한 결정을 수월하게 할 수 있도록 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

Recently, owing to performance elevation of telecommunication technology, increase of wireless internet's subscriber and diffusion of wireless device, Interest about LBS (Location Based Service) which take advantage of user's location information and can receive information in concerning with user's location is increasing rapidly. So, MOMS (Moving Object Management System) that manage user's location information is required compulsorily to provide location base service. LBS of childhood such as service to find a friend need only current location, but to provide high-quality service in connection with Data Mining, CRM, We must be able to manage location information of past. In this paper, we design distributed manage system to insert and search Moving Object in a large amount. It has been consisted of CLIM (Current Location Information Manager), PLIM (Past-Location Information Manager) and BLIM (Distributed Location Information Manager). CLIM and PLIM prove performance of searching data by using spatiotemporal-index. DLIM distribute an enormous amount of location data to various database. Thus it keeps load-balance, regulates overload and manage a huge number of location information efficiently.

Process incapability index which is intended to evaluate the process capability by measuring process incapability provides more detailed information by dividing information about the process mean and variance. But when the target value is not consistent with the center of specification, it is very difficult to evaluate the process capability accurately. Thus it is necessary to improve the existing process incapability index. The improved process incapability index can identify the variation of the process faster than other process capability indices when applied firstly, to the precision process which can be affected sensitively by the change of the process, secondly, to the ordinary process where cost difference from the change of process is noticeable. By using subindices such as inaccuracy index and imprecision index, it is easier for quality manager to find where the cause of the variation of process is, and to take necessary action in advance.

This paper presents a process incapability index to provide manager with various information of process and to reduce cost. The introduced process incapability indices indicate information about mean and variance of manufacturing process and variance of inspection process to evaluate process capability using ratio of variance and difference between target and mean to specification. This model can be used by the scale of six sigma management.

주기억장치 DBMS(MMDBMS)는 디스크가 아닌 주기억장치를 주요 저장 매체로서 사용하므로 고속의 처리를 요구하는 다양한 데이터베이스 응용을 효과적으로 지원한다. 본 논문에서는 차세대 MMDBMS Tachyon의 인덱스 관리자 개발에 관하여 논의한다. 최근 하드웨어의 급격한 발전으로 인하여 주기억장치 액세스 속도와 CPU의 처리 속도의 차는 점점 커지고 있다. 따라서 CPU 내에 있는 캐쉬(cache)의 존재를 충분히 활용하는 자료 구조 및 알고리즘을 고안함으로써 MMDBMS의 성능을 크게 개선시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 Tachyon를 위한 캐쉬-인지 인덱스 관리자의 개발 중에 경험한 실질적인 구현 이슈들을 언급하고, 이들에 대한 해결 방안을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 다루는 주요 이슈들은 (1) 캐쉬(cache)의 효과적인 사용, (2)인덱스 엔트리 및 인덱스 노드의 집약적 표현(compact representation). (3) 가변 길이 키(variable-length key)의 지원, (4) 다중 애트리뷰트 키(multiple-attribute key)의 지원, (5) 중복키(duplicated key)의 지원. (6) 인덱스를 위한 시스템 카탈로그의 정의. (7) 외부 API(application programming interface)의 정의. (8) 효과적인 동시성 제어 방안. (9) 효율적인 백업 및 회복 방안 등이다. 또한, 다양한 실험을 통한 성능 분석을 통하여 제안된 인덱스 관리자의 우수성을 규명한다.

An analysis method of trajectory prediction has been suggested and the developed trajectory prediction module, which is an important functional component of the Arrival Manager (AMAN) of Jeju airport, has been tested by applying the suggested method. The objective of this method is to improve prediction performance of the trajectory prediction module. The trajectory prediction module predicts the trajectories based on the real-time track data and flight plans. Therefore, the suggested analysis method includes the simulation framework which is based on real-time playback, recording, and graphic display systems for testing. Besides, the definition of time error, which is a important index for the time based scheduling system, such as AMAN, is included in the suggested analysis method. An example of arrival time prediction accuracy improvement through the suggested analysis method has also been presented.

As the mobile devices have powerful CPUs and memories, it is possible to carry the large volumes of design drawings, such as DXF files, on mobile devices. However, since the format of a DXF file is the ASCII, it has the shortcoming where the size of a file is larger than a binary formatted file and it is difficult to display the entities of drawings quickly on mobile devices. In this paper, we design the DXF manager system on a smart phone. To speed up the rate of the display and panning, the DXF manager hires the spatial index, the fixed grid file. We also implement the system on the Samsung Omnia-1$^{(R)}$ to exploit the Windows Mobile$^{(R)}$ operating system.

Recently, the scale of construction project is getting bigger compared to previous projects. Therefore, the job stress of the field manager responsible for the construction project is getting more and more intense. Therefore, construction companies should establish a job stress management plan for stable human resource management of the field managers. From this perspective, in this study was developed a job stress measurement system in connection with MBTI personality types. The developed system allows the job stress of the field manager to be judged on a scale from 1 to 9 points. Accordingly, it is expected that construction companies will contribute to the effective management of field managers in the future.

본 연구는 고등학생들의 영양 지식과 식생활 태도 및 식습관을 파악하기 위하여 부천 지역 7개교의 남녀 고등학생 281명을 대상으로 영양 지식 및 식생활 태도 및 식습관에 대한 내용과 식생활 관리자와 BMI지수를 파악하여 각각의 차이와 상관관계를 조사하였다. 분석결과, 식생활 습관에 가장 영향을 미치는 집단은 부모였고, 다음으로는 친구들 집단으로 나타났으며, 영양 지식의 정도는 유의수준 이내에서 여성집단이 남성보다 높게 나타났다. 식생활 관리자에 따른 영양 지식 및 식생활 태도 차이검증결과, 유의적인 차이를 보여 식생활 관리자가 어머니인 경우가 영양 지식이 가장 높게 나타났으며(p<0.01), 식생활 관리자가 어머니인 경우에 가장 규칙적인 식사를 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 식생활 관리자에 따른 차이 검증 결과 식생활 관리자가 아버지인 경우에 유의하게 높은 수준으로 식생활 태도로 간식을 가장 선호하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며(p<0.001), 이들 집단은 또한 외식을 선호하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 상관관계 분석결과 유의수준 이내에서 조사대상자의 영양 지식과 식생활 태도 간에 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타나, 영양 지식 점수가 높은 학생들이 그렇지 않은 학생들에 비해 비교적 규칙적인 식사를 하며, 과식 및 폭식을 하지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

The problem of productivity improvement is one of the most challenging problems facing the world economy. This paper studies an analysis of improving personal-computer(PC) company productivity through factory automation. It attempts to analyze value added productivity at the company level. The index measured will effectively help managers supervise their companys. This study justifies that the proposed approach will stimulate manager's profit-motivation by providing them with value-oriented management instead of quantity-oriented method.
