In order to resolve the imbalances in the supply of living SOCs according to socio-economic status, location, and population groups, the discussions on inclusive city policies are expanding. The purpose of this study is to propose an Index of Park Derivation (IPD) as an alternative indicator for the promotion of an inclusive urban park policy that can be applied in the 7 major metropolitan cities to select a region with a relatively high park needs. The main research results are as follows. First, the concept of an inclusive urban park policy is defined as "a policy to supply to manage high-quality park services with priority given to areas with low socio-economic and environmental status, such as a large amount of elderly, children, low-income families, areas vulnerable to disasters, such as heat and fine dust, and population groups." Second, we developed the index of park derivation (IPD), which is a combination of 17 variables including park service level, demographic characteristics, economic and educational level, health level, and environmental vulnerability. The variables that constitute the index of park deprivation (IPD) can be applied to SOC policies outside the parks, such as sports facilities, daycare centers, kindergartens, and public libraries. Third, applying index of park deprivation (IPD) to 1,148 Eup/Myeon/dong areas of the 7 metropolitan cities resulted in areas with relatively high park service needs. This study implies that the central and the local government suggest an alternative index to promote an inclusive urban park policy based on statistical and geographical information and data that can be easily accessed and utilized.

This Study is the effect of the inclusive institution on a nation's economic development. Therefore, we focused on the gaming industry as an index that can drive the economic growth in the future. The reason to compare the game institution in South Korea and Germany is that both countries began to develop the game by the State, but the game institution in South Korea and Germany at the present time are sharply opposed, because the institutions can focus on the main points that are experiencing this difference. The results of this study, first, open/closed network in institutionalized aspect affects the social status of the game. This second, game workers in the legal institution has been classified as artists in Germany, as addicts in South Korea. And, Germany also has incentives to creators protected profits reinvested in the gaming industry, Korea leads to punitive exploitation is being transferred to the group for addiction treatment that revenue. Third, this exclusive and inclusive institutional system could affect the stable growth of the game market. As a result, South Korea's state institutions will notice that you get a result away from opportunities for economic development due to the loss of inclusiveness.
The purpose of this study was to determine early childhood education(ECE) and early childhood special education(ECSE) teachers' perceptions of (a)important teacher competencies needed for working in inclusive early childhood programs and (b)current levels of these competencies. Sixty-two ECE teachers and 77 ECSE teachers responded to the survey developed for this study. There were no differences between the ECE teachers and ECSE teachers in the ratings of importance of the competency domains. However, the ECSE teachers had significantly higher perceptions than the ECE teachers of their self-proficiency on competencies related to child development, curriculum and instruction, assessment procedures, working with other adults, and professionalism. Both the ECE and ECSE teachers perceived the greatest need for further training in competencies related to assessment procedures and working with families and other adults.
The Development Assistance Committee of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development discusses the reorganization of the five evaluation criteria of the Public Development Assistance Committee, which are used internationally, and the five evaluation criteria including adequacy, efficiency, effectiveness, impact, and sustainability when assessing public development assistance in 1991. This study is to derive alternatives by applying the evaluation criteria of the Development Assistance Committee of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development in the evaluation of the inclusive business program being implemented in Nepal since 2019. As a result of the study, the adequacy of Nepal's inclusive business program was consistent with continuous employment and job creation for vulnerable groups such as disabled and orphan women. Efficiency can be said to be efficient in that processes such as work order and work confirmation are made with an electronic management tool, and delivery of the result is transmitted online, saving time and cost compared to other industries. The effectiveness of this project can be said to be an effective program in that it provides high-quality jobs such as providing specialized computer graphics education for the vulnerable, such as disabled and orphan women in Nepal, and hiring graduates as employees. Sustainability is the point that KOICA's inclusive business program has enabled vulnerable groups in the existing fields of agriculture and manufacturing to engage in the computer graphics industry, and the scalability of movies, characters, education businesses, and role models in other countries. However, considering that the scale of public development assistance will continue to increase in the future, it is necessary to establish a systematic monitoring system and a recirculation system so that the project between the donor and recipient countries can continue.

The purpose of this study is to develop and implement the Appropriate Technology Science School program (ATSS) for youth operated by the Europe-Korea Conference on Science & Technology (EKC) since 2016. The development process consisted of pre-online management meetings, online and offline tutor training, operation of ATSS for youth, and satisfaction surveys. As a result of the development, the management team selected the mission-solving theme of "Transforming village using blockchain technology" through a pre-online meeting. The contents were reorganized according to the level of the participating tutees, and various learning activities such as co-building activities, games, and plays were newly introduced and developed first, and the programs developed through tutor training were demonstrated and improved. A total of 38 tutees and tutors from 6 countries participated in the 2018 ATSS. As a result, participants showed positive satisfaction overall. Tutees showed interest in dome co-building activities and hash function calculation activities, and tutors showed interest in lectures and monopoly games related to blockchain technology. The development and of the 2018 ATSS will contribute to the improvement of expertise in the operation of the EKC ATSS in the future to the management team. It will be an opportunity for tutors to experience that high-tech science and technology have a good impact on appropriate technology for the third world and community society. The port space can be considered to be the space in which the characteristics of the port city are best expressed. Also, since it acts as a representative gateway along with the airport, it can have a direct impact on the image of the region and country. However, the harbor hinterland has been a refuge during the war in the past, and it has been concentrating on development related to the port industry; hence, it has a poorer residential environment. Therefore, in this study, in order to ensure equal development in space and equal access to basic urban services, urban design directions were suggested for the harbor hinterland based on the concept of an inclusive city'. To this end, through factor analysis, urban planning elements that can be applied to urban design were derived, and through PLS(Partial Least Square)regression analysis, based on the opinions of residents and experts, urban design directions for the port hinterland were presented. The study site was Gamcheon Port, one of the Busan Ports in Korea, the hinterland of Gamcheon Port was a high slope, and the residential environment was relatively poor due to the dense concentration of older residential areas.

This study aims to emphasize the importance of social inclusiveness for evaluation and future development of social policy in Korea. In particular, this study emphasizes that the future of social policy in Korea depends on the level of social inclusiveness. Social inclusiveness can be measured by the extent to which social policy is inclusive and the level of citizens' perception of social inclusiveness. This study uses 4 frameworks (universality, progressiveness, life-long, and adequacy) of inclusive asset-based policy to evaluate the level of social inclusiveness of key laws and social policies. Key findings are as follows: First, Korea has established normative systems of laws and social policies. Second, however, Korean social policy has multiple problems in universality, progressiveness, life-long, and adequacy. To enhance social inclusiveness of social policy, this study emphasizes the 'socialness' of social problems. Korea has faced market failure, the high level of rate experiencing poverty during life, and inefficiency of social policy. If we accept the socialness of social problems, social policy should attempt to increase publicness of social policy. The increase in socialness as well as social inclusiveness may be fundamental for inclusive society in Korea.
