An Empirical Study on the Effect of Cryptocurrency Personal Characteristics on Investment Intentions (암호화폐 개인 특성이 투자의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구)

  • Unlike other currencies, cryptocurrency is not a currency used for general transactions, but is currently applied to various investment assets and its scope is expanding. The purpose of this study is to the effect of personal characteristics on investment intention. As a theoretical background, it was verified by applying the Extended Technical Acceptance Model (ETAM). self-confidence propensity, bandwagon propensity, risk tolerance propensity, network externality, attitude, and Investment intention were composed of variables. The research method collected data from 871 people who had experience in cryptocurrency investment through a survey and analyzed it after excluding the data of 71 people who were judged to be inappropriate. The structural equation modeling method using AMOS was used. As a result of this paper, five hypotheses were accepted as statistically significant. This study concluded that self-confidence propensity, bandwagon propensity, risk tolerance propensity, network externality, and attitude had statistically significant effects on Investment intention. In this respect, this study will be able to provide useful information for cryptocurrency research.

  • Recently, researches using deep learning technology based on Wi-Fi fingerprints have been conducted for accurate services in indoor location-based services. Among the deep learning models, an RNN model that can store information from the past can store continuous movements in indoor positioning, thereby reducing positioning errors. At this time, continuous sequential data is required as training data. However, since Wi-Fi fingerprint data is generally managed only with signals for a specific location, it is inappropriate to use it as training data for an RNN model. This paper proposes a path generation method through prediction of a moving path based on Wi-Fi fingerprint data extended to region data through clustering to generate sequential input data of the RNN model.

  • Purpose: The purpose is to prevent accidents by predicting disasters through the analysis of near-miss. Method: In this study, a near-miss literature review and data were collected at construction sites, and a questionnaire survey was conducted to use logistic regression analysis and decision tree analysis to classify the possibility of near-miss connection. Result: As a result of analyzing the effects of near-miss types on mental, physical, and safety habits and behaviors, the factor with a high influence on the body is the need for near-miss management, the type of job is electricity·information communication, and health status in order, and the mental factor is the construction scale The influence was high, and the factors with the highest influence on the habit behavior factors were analyzed in the order of experience, number of serious injuries, and occupation in order of illusion, inappropriate work instructions, and body parts. Through decision tree analysis, factors and patterns that affect the possibility of a near-miss being a surprise accident were identified. Conclusion: Construction site officials consider the observation of near-miss and mentally and physically. Specific management of the relevance of physical aspects to near-miss should be implemented, and a work environment in which serious accidents are reduced is expected through personnel allocation, work plans, work procedures and methods, and feedback so that inappropriate work instructions do not lead to near-miss.

  • In this paper, we propose an efficient SA(simulated annealing) algorithm for the synthesis of binary phase computer generated hologram. SA algorithm is a method to find the optimal solution through iterative technique. It is important that selecting cost function and parameters within this algorithm. The aplications of converentional SA algorithm to synthesize parameters within this algorithm. The applications of conventional SA algorithm to synthesize binary hologram have many problems because of inappropriate paramters and cost function. So, we propose a new cost function and a calculation technique of proper parameters required to achieve the optimal solution. Computer simulation results show that the proposed method is better than conventional method in terms of diffraction efficiency and reconstruction error. Also, we show the reconstructed images by the proposed method through optical esperiment.

On the Design of the Linear Phase Lapped Orthogonal Transform Bases Using the Prefilter Approach (전처리 필터를 이용한 선형 위성 LOT 기저의 설계에 관한 연구)

  • The lapped orthogonal transform(LOT) has been recently proposed to alleviate the blocking effects in transform coding. The LOT is known to provide an improved coding gain than the conventional transform. In this paper, we propose a prefilter approach to design the LOT bases with the view of maximizing the transform coding gain. Since the nonlinear phase basis is inappropriate to the image coding only the linear phase basis is considered in this paper. Our approach is mainly based on decomposing the transform matrix into the orthogonal matrix and the prefilter matrix. And by assuming that the input is the 1st order Markov source we design the prefilter matrix and the orthogonal matirx maximizing the transform coding gain. The computer simulation results show that the proposed LOT provides about 0.6~0.8 dB PSNR gain over the DCT and about 0.2~0.3 dB PSNR gain over the conventional LOT [7]. Also, the subjective test reveals that the proposed LOT shows less blocking effect than the DCT.

  • The technique of reduction goal prediction in LR parsing has several applications such as the computation of right context. An LR parser generating the set of pre-determined reduction goals was previously suggested. The set approach is nondeterministic, and so it is inappropriate in some applications. This paper suggests a deterministic technique to give a uniquely predictable reduction symbol.

  • A typical algorithm used for image analysis is the Convolutional Neural Network(CNN). R-CNN, Fast R-CNN, Faster R-CNN, etc. have been studied to improve the performance of the CNN, but they essentially require large amounts of data and high algorithmic complexity., making them inappropriate for small and medium-sized services. Therefore, in this paper, the image label prediction algorithm based on CNN with collaborative layer with low complexity, high accuracy, and small amount of data was proposed. The proposed algorithm was designed to replace the part of the neural network that is performed to predict the final label in the existing deep learning algorithm by implementing collaborative filtering as a layer. It is expected that the proposed algorithm can contribute greatly to small and medium-sized content services that is unsuitable to apply the existing deep learning algorithm with high complexity and high server cost.

  • The power law process model the Rate of occurrence of failures(ROCOF) with monotonic trend during the operating time. However, the power law process is inappropriate when a non-monotonic trend in the failure data is observed. In this paper we deals with the reliability modeling of the failure process of large and complex repairable system whose rate of occurrence of failures shows the non-monotonic trend. We suggest a sectional model and a change-point test based on the Schwarz information criterion(SIC) to describe the non-monotonic trend. Maximum likelihood is also suggested to estimate parameters of sectional model. The suggested methods are applied to field data from an repairable system.

A Study on the Homogeneity of Objects and the Variety of Context in Addition Word Problems (덧셈 문장제에서 대상의 동질성과 상황의 다양성에 대한 소고)

  • To solve the addition word problems provides young children the chance to learn about and exercise in problem solving. This paper focuses on two aspects to be considered in addition word problems: the homogeneity of objects and the variety of contexts. The homogeneity of objects involved in addition word problems has to be kept in the following reasons: concept of unit, effectiveness of information, prevention of inappropriate variety, inconsistency of mathematics with real world, continuity between elementary and secondary mathematics. And for the variety of contexts, the additive structure proposed by G. Vergnaud, can be considered: composition, transformation, relation of comparison, composition of two transformations, composition of two relations, transformation of a relation. According to this structure, some examples, which contain homogeneous objects, were extracted from the elementary school mathematics textbooks.
