Purpose: This study was to identify nursing interventions which were perceived highly in the importance and performance of nursing interventions by nurses in long-term care facilities for elderly. Method: Data was collected from nurses working in long-term care facilities for elderly over 2 years who participated in continuous education by Korea Association of Senior Citizens Welfare Institution. Data was analyzed using mean and paired t-test to compare difference between the importance and performance of each nursing intervention. Results: Among 264 nursing intervention, 49 nursing interventions were considered highly important and performed very often by nurses. Especially, 11 nursing interventions had significant difference between the importance and the performance, which meant that nurses perceived them as the most important and they were not implemented often as much as that by nurses. Conclusion: The results of this study revealed that what kinds of the nursing interventions were perceived highly important and performed very often by nurses in long-term care facilities for elderly. These nursing interventions can be utilized in the development of standardized nursing intervention classification to be used for the long-term care facilities for elderly.

This study aims to determine the influence of the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) in coffee exporting companies in Bali. The research was conducted as there was not much research done to explore the application of TQM in coffee exporting companies in the city of Kintamani, Bali. Thus, this research plays an important role in examining the effect of the application of total quality management factors on company performance. In this research, the effect of TQM variables which are: customer focus factors, continuous improvement factors and employee empowerment factors on the company's performance was measured by using a balanced scorecard approach. The research result showed that the customer focus, the continuous improvement, and the employee empowerment factor has a positive impact on the performance of coffee exporting companies in the City of Kintamani. The result showed that continuous improvement factor has a more dominant influence compared to the customer focus factors and the employee empowerment factor. Thus, it is very important to consider the consistency when the companies implement TQM. In conclusion, TQM is important for coffee exporting companies in Indonesia to enter global competition, especially for world market-oriented companies and should be supported by the government and stakeholders.

The purpose of this study was to investigate importance and performance about the quality attributes of bean coffee and instant coffee for the Koreans and the Mongolians. The survey was conducted in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, Korea and in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia from April to May, 2012. The questionnaire was distributed to 380 Koreans and 380 Mongolians, and 253 and 250 copies were collected from the Koreans and the Mongolians, respectively, for statistical analyses. For the importance-performance analysis(IPA), 14 quality attributes of bean coffee and instant coffee were investigated. The main results of this study were as follows. In the importance and performance comparison about the bean coffee quality, taste, aroma, quantity, price, hygiene, freshness and shelf life were more important to the Koreans than to the Mongolians. On the other hand, nutrition and ingredient were regarded as more important attributes for the Mongolians. Also, price, nutrition, temperature and ingredient were better performance to the Mongolians than to the Koreans. In the importance and performance comparison about the instant coffee quality, quantity and price were more important to the Koreans than to the Mongolians. However, nutrition and temperature were more important to the Mongolians. Moreover, nutrition, temperature, variety and freshness were better performance to the Mongolians than to the Koreans. According to the IPA results of 14 quality attributes of bean coffee, the selection attributes with high importance but low performance were price and shelf life for the Koreans, while nutrition, hygiene and ingredient for the Mongolians. For instant coffee, the selection attributes with high importance but low performance were hygiene and concentration for the Koreans, while concentration and ingredient for the Mongolians.

International trade is becoming more and more important in this age of globalization. In particular, It is very important to export for South Korea economy. An important factor in export performance is logistics firms' competitiveness and resources. Nevertheless, many scholars and researchers are overlooking the role of logistics firms in the export market. Most studies have focused only on the capability of export companies without considering the capacity of logistics companies. This paper is attempted to analyze the competitiveness of logistics which affect export performance. So this study adopts the moderated regression analysis. The results analysis shows that logistics firms' resource level were statistically significant on export performance. The moderating effect of logistics firms' resource level was found in the relationship between export performance and international orientation. Lastly, the moderating effect of the logistics services level on the relationship between export firms capacity and export performance was statically significant.

Purpose - Recently, as the franchise market has grown rapidly and competition has intensified, the creation of competitive advantage by companies has become important as a corporate survival strategy. Based on previous studies, this study proposed a theoretical framework for the structural relationship between psychological ownership (organization and job), job performance, and customer orientation. Research design, data, and methodology - This research examines the structural relationship between psychological ownership, job performance, and customer orientation in terms of employees. More specifically, in this model, psychological ownership consists of two sub-dimensions of organization and function. Research models and hypotheses have been developed for this purpose. A total of 409 respondents responded via surveys. 2 out of 409 respondents have been removed and a total of 407 were used for this study. The data were analyzed using frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling with SPSS 21.0 and Amos 21.0 statistical program. Result - The results of the study are as follows. First, psychological ownership (organization and job) has a statistically significant positive effect on job performance. Second, psychological ownership of the job has a statistically significant positive effect on customer orientation. On the other hand, psychological ownership did not have a significant effect on customer orientation. Conclusions - The implications of this study are following as: From the theoretical point of view, this study distinguishes the psychological ownership of employees of a franchise corporate into two dimensions, organization and job, rather than a single dimension. Based on this, we examined the effect of psychological proprieties on job performance and customer orientation. This study also provides several implications. In a fiercely competitive franchise market, it is very important to analyze your employees to gain a competitive advantage over other competitors. It is meaningful to study the employees who work in the franchise. In addition, psychological ownership is an important variable that enhances job performance and leads to customer orientation, so the company needs to pay attention. Therefore, it needs to develop an internal marketing strategy that promotes psychological ownership.

The purpose of this study is to identify function of make-up as an Important variable in terms of its influence to psychology of performers and outcome of their performance. From June to November 2004 performers in 4 types of fields, i.e., opera, musical, drama and dancing being performed in Seoul and Cheongju were chosen as subjects and totally 450 questionnaires were prepared and distributed and among them 416 were used as data for final analysis. For data analysis frequency analysis, factor analysis, T-test, one-way ANOVA, path analysis, chi-square test were conducted by means of SPS 12.0 and MOS 4.0 statistical programs and as ex post facto checking Duncan's multiful range test was conducted. Make-up is an important element in acting and it has great influence on level of psychological satisfaction of an individual. It was disclosed that psychological factor of concentration and lethargy have direct bearing on acting performance. In order to maximize actor or actresses performance skill perfect make-up is essential and role of make-up specialist can become a critical factor for inducing success in performance. Role and duty of make-up artists in terms of scope of their responsibility should be extended so that they may give their full support to the performers to be most successful in their performance.

Recently, the quick heating performance is an important issue in the car because engine power becomes so high. So car makers have been adapted the additional heating devices as like PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) heater. And the quick cooling performance is also important issue because its result is used in the IQS(Initial Quality Study). In this paper, control of the HVAC(Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) intake door has been studied for the quick heating and cooling performance. Heating performance is improved $4.0^{\circ}C$ at $-20^{\circ}C$ ambient temperature after 20 minutes. And cooling performance is improved $1.5^{\circ}C$ at $35^{\circ}C$ ambient temperature after 10 minutes. In addition, intake door control system brings on the cost reduction because the flab door can be eliminated. This intake door control system has been adapted to the new developing cars.

This study analyzes the importance-performance analysis (IPA) of the 10 dimensions of the smart construction safety management system, and analyzes which dimensions are important and which dimensions are performing to determine key improvement tasks, incremental improvement tasks, Maintenance and reinforcement tasks and continuous maintenance tasks were derived. Among the 10 dimensions of the smart construction safety management system, the dimensions that are recognized as important by all field managers and field workers and have high performance are the automatic risk displacement measurement system, smart environmental sensor system, and heavy equipment seizure prevention system. However, areas that were perceived as having high importance but low performance were worker location tracking systems, smart safety helmet chin muscles, and smart safety ring fastening. Among the smart construction safety management systems perceived by field managers, areas for key improvement with high importance and low performance included worker location tracking system and smart safety ring fastening. Among the smart construction safety management systems perceived by field workers, the area for key improvement with high importance and low performance was the automatic risk displacement measurement system.

Since PSD(Platform Screen Door) is set up at many subway stations, its design related to a safety becomes gradually important. Especially the intereference check with a running railway vehicle is the most important of performance indices. This study proposes a dynamic analysis models for the railway vehicle and rail. Some design parameters are considered in the models to find a correlation to the performance.

The most important task in acquiring the weapon system is to determine the required performance and to test & evaluate it. The importance of the weapon system by ROC (Required Operational Capability) is not considered, and system development and test evaluation are carried out. In addition, technical incidental performance is tested on the same basis as ROC in the test evaluation and determined according to the result. Development test and evaluation that evaluates technical ability is very important, but development agency is supervised and performed. In this paper, we propose a method to give weights considering the importance of ROC, a technical incidental performance determination and test procedure, and a improvement plan for the development and operational test & evaluation.
