Various personalized services are provided based on user context these days, and IoT(Internet of Things) devices provides effective ways to collect user context. For example, user's activity such as walking steps, calories, and sleeping hours can be collected using smart activity tracker. Smart scale can sense change of user's weight or body fat percentage. However, these services are independent to each other and not easy to make them collaborate. Many standard bodies are working on the documents for this issue, but due to diversity of IoT use case scenarios, it seems that multiple IoT technologies co-exist for the time being. This paper propose a framework to collaborate heterogeneous IoT services. The proposed framework provides methods to build application for heterogeneous IoT devices and user context management in more intuitive way using HTTP. To improve compatibility and usability, gathered user contexts are based on MPEG-UD. Implementation of framework and service with real-world devices are also presented.

Bluetooth Video Distribution Profile (VDP) defines the protocol and procedures that realize the distribution of video content compressed in a specific format for the efficient use of the limited bandwidth. In this paper, we describe the design of VDP tester based on TTCN-2 (Tree and Tabular Combined Notation), a language standardized by ISO for the specification of tests for real-time and communicating systems. Our work was carried out as a part of supporting a new profile testing module for VDP in PTS (Profile Tuning Suite), a reference test system for Bluetooth interoperability testing. Test demonstration for the interoperability with various VDP solutions at the PTS session in UPF30 (Unplug Fest) showed the validity of the developed tester. Eventually, we introduce the PTS architecture, and show the design and implementation of VDP tester included in the released PTS 3.0 in this paper.

최근 금융 및 통신 산업 중심의 텔레마케팅 시스템이 증가하고 있는 가운데 전문 콜 센터 솔루션에 관한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 특히, 국내에서 발신자 번호 표시 서비스가 일반 휴대폰으로도 지원 가능하면서 콜 센터 시장이 활성화 되고 있다. 현재에는 대형 업체에서 값 비싼 기기와 솔루션으로 대형 기업만을 위한 솔루션 개발 및 서비스를 하고 있으나, 중소규모의 기업을 위한 전문 콜 센터 솔루션이 없는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 PBX와 컴퓨터간의 통합을 통해 PBX의 교환, 중계기능을 컴퓨터 제어의 의하여 고객 데이터베이스와 연동하여 안정적인 서비스를 제공하고, 발신자 번호를 활용하여 인/아웃바운드가 가능한 CTI 콜 센터를 설계 및 구현해 보았다. 이를 위해 우선, PBX를 거쳐 들어온 콜을 통신 규약에 따라 패킷 분석 및 콜 흐름도를 설계하였고, 그 후, 직원과 고객 간의 콜을 연결시켜 주고 관리해 주는 CTI 미들웨어를 설계 및 구현하였으며, 마지막으로 CRM 기술을 적용하여 고객의 컨텐트를 효율적으로 관리하는 데이터베이스 모듈을 설계하였다.

무선 통신 기술의 발전으로 기존 유선 전화 선로를 무선으로 대체하고자 하는 무선 가입자망 (WLL) 의 상용화가 가속화되고 있다. WLL(Wireless Local Loop) 기술을 적용함으로써 사업자는 유선 선로에 비해 설치 및 유지 보수등의 이점을 얻게 되고, 가입자는 전화 서비스외에 고속의 부가 서비스를 제공받을 수 있는 장점등의 이유로 많은 통신 업체와 사업자들의 큰 관심과 함께 개발과 적용이 늘고 있다. 본 논문에서는 WLL 시스템 구성중 기지국 제어기 시스템의 하드웨어(Hardware) 구현에 관한 것으로, 기지국 제어기의 시스템 하드웨어 구성과 기능 및 시스템 IPC(Inter Processor Communication) 구조등의 개발 내용을 기술하였다. 그리고 개발 시스템 검증은 IPC Backplane 버스를 통한 모듈간 통신 시험에 의해서 수행하였다. 모듈간의 반복적인 데이터 통신시험과 동시에 신호파형 측정으로 기본적인 시스템 통합시험을 완료하였다.

This is the last part of the four-part describing the development of a packet-switched computer communication network named the KORNET. In this paper we describe the design and implementation of the packet assembler/dissassembler (PAD) protocol for the asynchronous channel service, and of the network management softwares. The line processing module-B(LPMB) system supporting the asynchronous line includes a PAD protocol, a packet mode DTE/DCE protocol converting to the X.25 protocol, and the asynchronous receiver/transmitter(ART) software. The network management software is operated in master central processing module(MCPM) which includes virtual circuit management (VCM) managing the user channel, the routing management and the high level protocol for communication between the network management center (NMC) and the network node processor(NNP). In this paper, the design, implementation and operation of the softwares for the above service functions will be described in detail.

인터넷 트래픽의 급격한 증가에 따라, 새로운 멀티미디어 서비스의 요구를 수용하기 위해서 MPLS가 제안되었으며, MPLS는 QoS 를 보장하는 Differentiated Service를 제공하는 방향으로 진화되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Diffserv를 지원하며, 고속의 스위칭이 가능한 MPLS 스위치의 구조를 제안한다. 트래픽 제어기는 분류, 측정, 기록 둥의 기능을 수행하도록 구성되었다. 스위치는 입력 큐잉 방식으로 QoS를 보장하도록 VOQ와 PHB별 큐를 확장한 방식이며, 이의 스케줄링 알고리즘으로는 Priority-iSLIP 알고리즘을 사용하였다. 제안한 구조는 NS-2 시뮬레이터로 모델링하여 검증하였고, VHDL을 이용하여 모델링하여 합성한 후, SYNOPSYS사의 VSS analyzer를 이용하여 그 타당성을 검증하였다. 또한 Apollo tool을 이용하여 layout을 수행하였다.

수로데이터 기술표준이 S-57에서 S-100으로 변경됨에 따라 국가 해사안전정보 제공기관은 차세대 전자해도 뿐만 아니라 다양한 해사안전정보를 제공할 수 있는 표준화 체계가 마련되었다. S-57 전자해도를 표시하고 항해지원 기능을 제공하는 ECDIS는 S-100 표준의 출현으로 신규 표준에 대한 고려가 요구되며, 이를 통해 S-10X 데이터 및 e-Nav 정보가 운용 가능할 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 S-100 기반 항해지원시스템 설계를 위해 S-100 표준기술의 운용 메카니즘을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 설계 세부 결과를 수로데이터 로딩 모듈, SENC 표현 모듈, 항해지원 모듈로 구분하여 정리 하였다. 본 시스템의 입력 자료로 예상되는 S-10X 데이터는 차세대 전자해도, 해저지형 그리드 데이터, 전자항해서지 등을 반영 하였다.

본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 스트리밍 프레임워크에서 미디어 관리자의 설계와 구현에 대한 경험을 기술한다. 미디어 관리자는 스트리밍 프레임워크 내에서 미디어 스트림이 어떠한 타입의 소스로부터 얻어지며, 그것이 어떠한 종류의 스트림인가를 판별하고, 획득된 미디어를 가장 적절하게 처리할 수 있는 코덱을 선택하며, 어떠한 미디어 디바이스를 통해 재생되어야 효과적인지를 식별하고 관리하기 위해서 필요하다. 제안된 미디어 관리자는 크게 미디어 소스와 싱크 모듈로 구성되어 있는데, 미디어 소스 모듈은 미디어를 추상화시킴으로써 여러 소스로부터 입력되는 성격이 다른 미디어들을 어떤 소스에서 전달된 미디어인지 상관하지 않고 효과적이고 일관된 방법으로 처리할 수 있다. 미디어 싱크 모듈은 클라이언트 측에서 얻어온 미디어 데이타를 적절한 미디어 디바이스에 분배해주는 역할과 전달된 미디어를 다양한 미디어 표현장치를 통해 재생시키는 역할을 수행한다. 제안된 미디어 관리자는 멀티미디어 데이타베이스와 연동기능을 지원함으로써 높은 부가가치 서비스 제공을 가능케 하였고, RTP/RTSP 소스필터나 Winamp 게이트웨이 기능도 지원함으로써 융통성을 제공한다. 더욱이, 향후 새로운 형태의 미디어 소스가 출현하더라도 이를 용이하게 스트리밍 프레임워크에 추가시켜 서비스할 수 있는 유연성과 확장성을 지원한다.

The ZigBee communication method, which is the most frequently applied to the LED lighting control system, has drawbacks of low-speed and low-capacity, and the communication failure possibility due to environmental influences is on the rise. Therefore, it is important to secure the communication reliability by applying an integrated interface with a wire-wireless dual-network. This paper developed a communication module, which has a platform converging and combining the ZigBee of USN environments with the PLC of power line communication environments, to implement a dualized communication interface system supporting the wire-wireless integrated protocol, and implemented a wire-wireless networking device and a control system software technology. As a result, it was automatically switched into the PLC communication within 4.4 seconds on average when there was an access failure in the ZigBee communication network, so a reliable communication network was built.

This study was concerned about mobile web-service of a VMI in the SCM system. The VMI would be a main module part of the SCM and regarded as very important thing on supply chain. Therefore, it was essential to react in real time of materials production and situation of used auto-part in procurement company. We could find an affordable method to realize the VMI in a web service. The web service has made inter relevant enterprise easy to collaborate because of supporting most operating system and frame-work. Moreover, the use of a mobile tools was guaranteed a product recording and requirement of materials to real time in a rapid changing of production environments. The result of this research was very useful to apply the VMI system in medium and small sized auto parts company. This web service package has programmed the Visual Studio Dot Net 2003 and the MS SQL 2000 as database.
