스마트폰 환경 하에서 소셜 개인방송 서비스의 취약점 분석과 가이드라인에 관한 연구 (SNS 및 U-Health를 중심으로) (A Study for Vulnerability Analysis and Guideline about Social Personal Broadcasting Service based on Smart-Phone Environment (focus on SNS or U-Health))

  • 통신과 방송의 융합 환경에서 소셜한 개인 방송은 급속하게 증가한다. 실시간 개인방송은 다수의 개인이 불특정 다수에게 전달하는 서비스이다. 반면 새롭게 소개되는 개인방송 서비스는 사회, 문화적으로 경험하지 못한 서비스로서 많은 문제점도 예상된다. 새롭게 등장한 실시간 개인방송 서비스는 그 순기능 못지않게 다양한 역기능이 예상된다. 예측된 역기능을 미연에 방지하고 서비스의 순기능을 강화하기 위해 취약점 분석을 기반으로 한 이용방안(가이드라인)의 조성과 실천이 필요하다. 따라서 이 글은 사이버규범, 사이버윤리, 사이버위험, 사이버민주주의 등을 위협하는 정보화의 역기능을 소셜한 개인방송 서비스 수준에서 점검하고 이에 적절한 이용방안을 제시하는 것에 목적을 둔다. 이를 통해 첫째, 개인방송 서비스에 따른 정보화 역기능 미래 변화 예측 및 대응 전략 그리고 정책 방향을 제시할 수 있다. 둘째, 개인방송 서비스에서 새롭게 등장할 수 있는 ICT 기반 서비스의 역기능을 예측하고 바른 이용자 가이드 라인을 마련하여 잠재적 위험 요소를 줄이고 서비스의 순기능을 늘릴 수 있다. 이 글은 신규 ICT융합서비스 중 실시간 개인방송 서비스를 중심으로 뉴미디어적인 특성을 다각도로 분석하고 역기능 출현 및 심화에 대해 예측한 후, 가이드라인을 제시한다.

  • 최근에 기업에서는 전략경영에서의 업무효율을 증진시키기 위하여 비즈니스 인텔리젼스 시스템의 구축에 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 비즈니스 인텔리젼스 시스템의 구축에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하기 위해서 기존에 비즈니스 인텔리젼스 시스템을 구축하여 활용하고 있는 기업을 대상으로 시스템의 구축에 중요한 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 이를 검증하기 위하여 요인분석(FA)을 실시하였다. 요인분석을 통해서 핵심 구축지표들의 그룹화 된 요인을 도출하였고, 이들 요인들 사이의 관계를 구정식을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과에 의하면 기업이 사용 중인 정보시스템의 기능과 경영전략이 비즈니스인텔리젼스 시스템의 구축의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 연구되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 효과적으로 비즈니스 인텔리젼스 시스템의 구축하고자 하는 기업에게 방향을 제시하는데 공헌을 할 것이라고 생각한다.

공급사슬관리시스템의 활용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (The Factors Affecting on The Implementation of Supply Chain Management System)

  • 본 연구에서는 경영전략의 하나로 활용되고 있는 공급사슬관리(Supply Chain Management : SCM)시스템의 활용에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하였다. 요인들을 도출하기 위하여 기존의 연구들을 바탕으로 SCM시스템을 구축하여 활용하고 있는 생산기업으로 부터 수집된 데이터로 실증분석을 하였다. 설문지 내용은 Likert 5점 척도로 구성하였고, 인터넷 설문을 실시하였다. 연구 모델을 구조방정식을 통해서 분석한 결과 공급사슬관리시스템의 활용에 영향을 미치는 요인들은 기업의 IT-활용능력과 기업의 공급사슬관계로 함축되었다. 이들 요인들의 관계는 구조방정식(Structural Equation Model : SEM) 기법을 통해 상호연관관계를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 한국의 제조기업 들에게 공급사슬관리시스템 구축 및 활용 있어서 고려해야할 요인들에 대한 이해를 증진시키고, 효율적인 공급사슬관리시스템을 구축할 수 있는 방향을 제시해 줄 것이다.

Comparison of Relative Risk before and after SEMI S2-93A Implementation: Using a Semiconductor Plant in a Taiwan's Science Park as an Example

  • The objective of this study is to evaluate the equipment risk before and after SEMI S2-93A implementation, thus providing a guideline for safety improvement. Semiconductor Plant A located in Taiwan's Hsinchu Science Based Industrial Park with 147 manufacturing machines was used for risk assessment. This study was carried out in three steps. First, a preliminary hazard analysis was conducted. A detailed process safety evaluation was conducted (Hazard and Operability Study, HAZOP); and finally, the equipment risk comparison before and after Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturing Instruction (SEMI S2-93A) implementation. The preliminary hazard analysis results showed high risk in 21.77% of the manufacturing machines under risk assessment at Plant A. The largest percentage existed in the Diffusion Department. The machine types specified by the hazardous work site review and inspection according to Article 26 of Labor Inspection Regulation (the machines that use such chemicals as, $SiH_4$, HF, HCL, etc. and that are determined to be highly hazardous through preliminary hazard analysis) were added to the detailed process analysis and evaluation. In the third part of this evaluation, the machines at Plant A used for detailed process safety assessment were divided into two groups based on the manufacturing data before and after 1993. The severity, possibility, and actual accident analysis before and after SEMI S2-93A implementation were compared. The Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturing Instruction (SEMI S2-93A) implementation can reduce the severity and possibility of hazard occurrence.

An Analytical Appraisal of Building Information Modelling (BIM) Guidelines to Identify Variations in the Procedures

  • The usage of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in building projects has enabled improvement in project planning, implementation and collaboration process amongst various stakeholders within architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry. However, variations exist in the current practices of BIM implementation and coordination process in the industry. These variations result in inconsistent degree of BIM use across the construction industry. This inconsistency gives rise to several managerial and technological challenges such as data interoperability issues and purposeful integration and exchange of information within the BIM components. In order to tackle the issue, it is essential to analyse the different BIM approaches employed by the industry practitioners. BIM guidelines serve as a critical link between the BIM model, and its subsequent execution. They therefore provide the best reflection of BIM application and processes. This research paper aims to address the variations existing in BIM practices across the construction industry. It includes an extensive study of 21 existing, publicly available BIM-based guidelines in order to establish an understanding of the present state of practice and deduce issues and concerns related to them. All guidelines analysed in this paper are first categorised based on authorship and the release date for efficient comparison. The points of similarity and difference between them are thereby realized and outlined. In addition, the transition of project implementation process from traditional methods to BIM technology is also explained. The existence of inconsistencies in the BIM guidelines reviewed in this paper reflects the need of a BIM 'Code Compliance Check'. The Code Compliance Check will serve as a regulatory project guideline that will further improve the potential of BIM by incorporating a consistent BIM modelling methodology for the entire construction industry.

정보화전략의 효과적 추진을 위한 교육훈련체계에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on Education and Training System for Effective Implementation of IT Strategies)

  • The objective of this research is to develop education and training systems for IS department and user department personnel, which is essential to effective implementation IT(information technology) strategies in most of organizations. In order to achieve this research objective, first this study theoretically derives six categories of education and training based on comprehensive review of the previous research, and explicates concrete items for each category. And then, with respect to each of these items, we empirically investigate the degree of necessity measured by the gap between the required level of knowledge and skills which staff members should have for effective implementation of IT strategies and the present level of them which they really have. Field survey is employed for the data collection: 270 questionnaires are distributed to the companies in private and public sectors, and 196 questionnaires are collected in useful condition and are analyzed. The findings of this research shows that six dimensions of education and training are empirically derived by factor analysis as following: (1) general knowledge for organizational overview, (2) management knowledge and skills, (3) knowledge and skills of the specific information system which IS department and user department personnel are directly involved in developing and operating, (4) knowledge and skills for strategic use of IT, (5) general knowledge and skills for IT and (6) advanced expert knowledge and skills for specific IT. And the degree of necessity turns out to be statistically significantly different among six dimensions of education and training needed by IS department and user department personnel respectively. Also for each dimension, the degree of necessity is shown to be statistically significantly different between IS department and user department personnel The results of this study can provide the theoretical basis for constructing the IT education and training system for effective implementation of IT strategies, Also they can be used as a practical guideline in developing and promoting specific IT education and training programs in real organizations.

  • The Toyota Production System (TPS) developed by Toyota Motor Corporation is a management principle and production method to improve values added thorough elimination of waste. Since the oil shock in 1970s, the TPS has drawn the worldwide attentions as a main factor of competitiveness of Japanese manufacturing system and has been studied and implemented in many countries regardless of size and types of industry. While the principles of the TPS system are known widely, the framework and the implementation methodology are rarely discussed, especially in the domestic companies. In this paper, the framework of the TPS system are developed as a view of the domestic practitioners and researchers, with which the introduction strategy can be developed as a guideline.

SIMULATOR-BASED HUMAN FACTORS EVALUATION OF AUTOMATED HIGHWAY SYSTEM

  • From a viewpoint of human factors, automated highway systems(AHS) can be defined as one of the newly developing human-machine systems that consist of humans(drivers and operators), machines(vehicles and facilities), and environments(roads and roadside environments). AHS will require a changed vehicle control process and driver-vehicle interface(DVI) comparing with conventional driving. This study introduces a fixed-based AHS simulator and provides questionnaire-based human factors evaluation results after three kinds of automated driving speed experiences in terms of road configuration, operation policies, information devices, and overall AHS use. In the simulator, the "shared space-at-grade" concept-based road configuration was virtually implemented on a portion of the Kyungbu highway in Korea, and heads-up display(HUD), AHS information display, and variable message signs(VMS) were installed for appropriate AHS DVI implementation. As the results, the subjects expressed positive opinions on the implemented road configuration, operation policies, and the overall use of AHS. The results of this study would be helpful in developing the road configuration and DVI design guideline as the basic human factors research for the future implementation of AHS.

프랑스 주택 임대료 규제 및 관련 제도 연구 (House Rent Control System and Its Implementation in France)

  • Since year 2000, French housing and rent prices rose at a rapid rate and the housing market has been overheated. Face to this phenomena, the French government enacted a new law Alur which is a legislatif tool to control the private housing rent price for the cities, where the tension of the housing market is very high. This new law has impacted the housing market in two major ways. First, for the 38 cities designated by this law, the rent price's increase rate can not rise above the IRL, which is the rent reference index. Secondly, this law also permits local authorities to control the housing rent's price following the concrete price guidance. Especially in Paris, the city applicated this method for private rental housing since 2015. This city classified its own area by 14 zones. Based on the market surveys of each sector, local authority made a guidance for private housing rent's price. The guideline is consisted of average prices, maxima and minima price by types, which is classified by the construction year, number of rooms and furnished or not. Therefore, this study aims to understand french housing rent's price control system and draw implementation for korean housing rent policies. This research is meaningful for it introduces recent foreign regislations which could be helpful to control the housing market in Korea.

눈질환자의 퇴원 후 증상관리를 위한 전화상담 전산 Triage 시스템 개발 (Development of a Computerized Telephone Triage and Consultation System for Patients Discharged with Ophthalmic Disease)

  • Purpose: This methodological study was done to develop a computerized telephone triage and consultation system for patients discharged with ophthalmic disease in order to provide more efficient practice guidelines for nurses, and evaluate the usability of the system. Methods: Development of the system consisted of six phases: strategic planning, analysis, design, implementation, evaluation, modification, and maintenance. Results: In the strategic planning phase, ophthalmic problems and nursing interventions of triage algorithms and practice guidelines were cross-mapped with the Omaha system. In the analysis phase, users requirements were identified. Then infrastructure including database, nursing knowledge base, and user interface were designed in the implementation phase. Usability and satisfaction of the system presented as very positive. Telephone consultation took about 2 minutes less than time in the previous system. The system was modified based on users' comments during the evaluation phase. Conclusion: This study was the first attempt in Korea to develop computerized triage system to prompt the quality of telephone consultation. It is suggestive that the computerized triage system may improve the quality of nursing.
