This study investigated the public opinion on the use and conservation management of national park, to manage the growing demand of national park visit and to support the policy direction of national park. So far, various surveys and big data analysis on the use and perception of national park have been conducted, but there have been limitations such as lack of survey questions on issues in park management and use. In addition, the object of the previous studies were limited to the national park visitors; therefore, this study expanded the object of survey from national park visitors to ordinary citizens. Unlike previous studies conducted only on national park visitors, ordinary citizens relatively prefered bottom areas rather than high-altitude ones. A policy to limit the visit to high-ridge area of mountain is being currently driven; however, the survey results of ordinary citizens suggested to maintain current policies or to increase visitor reservations system within narrow limits. On the other hand, the proportion of citizens who have used the visitor-reservation system was very small. We discuss the difference between national park visitors and ordinary citizens and the policy conditions according to changes in park management principles and public attitudes toward national parks.
Purpose - Our Research is a study on the competition structure between retailers in traditional markets. Specifically, this study examined the effects of SSM, commodity supply store, Hanaro mart, food mart and other mart in traditional markets on retail stores of small businesses. The purpose of this study is to provide a solution to the market encroachment of large retailers in traditional markets. Research design, data, and methodology - This study is based on the data of 'Market Survey of Traditional Market·Shopping Mall and Store Management in 2016' and 'Current status of SSM(Super SuperMarket), commodity supply store, Hanaro mart, food mart and other mart in the traditional market in 2017' conducted by Small Enterprise and Market Service. In this study, a multiple regression equation was constructed using the number of SSM, commodity supply store, Hanaro mart, food mart and other mart as an independent variable and sales, number of customers as a dependent variable for analysis. Results - The increase of SSM and commodity supply stores in the traditional market affects the sales decrease of the surrounding small merchants in the traditional market. This means that the SSM and commodity supply stores can lead to the decline of the traditional market. However, it has been found that the penetration of these companies in traditional markets does not affect the number of visitors. Second, Hanaro mart's entry into the traditional market has a negative impact on the sales and visitor numbers of the surrounding small-scale merchants. The increase in the number of food mart has a significant effect on the sales and the number of visitors to the small stores. The results of this study indicate that the food mart can contribute to the revitalization of traditional markets. Lastly, other mart with more than medium size were found to affect the sales of small stores, the number of visitors. Conclusions - We examines the competitive structure among retailers in traditional markets. The penetration of large retailers in traditional markets has a negative impact on traditional markets, particularly Hanaro mart has a greater impact than SSM. We provide practical and theoretical implications for the retail competition structure in traditional markets.
Personal value and lifestyle have been regarded as the common factors in many studies of the destination selection. And the evaluations by visitors or tourists of certain destinations have been conducted in many respects. Based on those influential factors and measures from the review of the previous researches, this article considers the impact of residents' evaluation of the tourism resources in their own resident area on selecting destinations of their future overseas trips as well as their personal value and lifestyle. This article is aimed to reveal whether the impact exists, and if so, to what extent this impact can expand. According to the result, perception of tourism resources in residential area has impact on preferred destination, although its impact was relatively less than those of personal value and lifestyle. The more highly perceived the tourism resources are found, the more preferred tourist destination with abundant tourism attractions are. And the lowly perceived the cost of living in residential area is found, the more preferred the consumption-oriented tourist destinations are. It would be helpful for the product developers like travel agents or product marketers to know and predict the tendency of people s present evaluation of their areas and the future destination selection tendency for their trips.
This study examined the effectiveness of and satisfaction of visitors with the Environmental Improvement Project on national parks' trail entry areas. A survey was conducted to improve the proposal framework based on the data. Data for the study were obtained from 6400 respondents who used 28 national park offices at 32 national park trail entry areas. The field research was collected in 3200 surveys, divided between pre- and post-implementation of the Environmental Improvement Project. The study variables consisted of socio-demographics, visitors' perceptions on the environmental improvement of trail entries, effects of the environmental improvement, and visitor satisfaction. Several important results were found. First, the environment of trail entries has a significant impact on the formation of images and user satisfaction of national parks. Second, the influence of the trail entry improvement showed that 71.8% of visitors rated the trail entry as environmentally friendly after the Environmental Improvement Project, compared to 48.5% of visitors rated the trail entry as environmentally friendly before the Environmental Improvement Project. The findings indicated that a top priority of environmental improvement of the trail entries needs to be the installation of convenience facilities such as rest areas, restrooms, and direction boards (pre: 34.5%, post: 32.6%). Third, functionality and the other nine variables were shown to enhance the effect of the environmental improvement of the trail entries at the 1% statistical significance level. Finally, results indicated that the overall satisfaction of the visitors with the park was significantly higher after the environmental improvement (t-value=25.741, p=.000), showing the satisfaction score was higher after the environmental improvement (pre: 3.51, post: 4.12), with a statistically significant difference at the 1 % level. This study helps to understand trail entries, which have influenced the image of the national park and satisfaction. These findings can be utilized to manage and design a national park as a public space.
This study used big data to analyze visitors' experiences in Fishing Experience Recreation Village. Through the portal site posting data for the past six years, the experience of visiting Fishing Experience Villages in Baekmi and Susan was analyzed. The analysis method used Text mining and Social Network Analysis which are Big data analysis techniques. Data was collected using Textom, and experience keywords were extracted by analyzing the frequency and importance of experience texts. Afterwards, the characteristics of the experience of visiting the Fishing Experience Village were identified through the analysis of the interaction between the experience keywords using 'U cinet 6.0' and 'NetDraw'. First, through TF and TF-IDF values, keywords such as "Gungpyeong Port", "Susan Port", and "Yacht Marina" that refer to the name of the port and the port facilities appeared at the top. This is interpreted as the name of the port has the greatest impact on the recognition of the Fishing Experience Villages, and visitors showed a lot of interest in the port facilities. Second, focusing on the unique elements of port facilities and fishing villages such as "mud flat experience", "fishing village experience", "Gungpyeong port", "Susan port", "yacht marina", and "beach" through the values of degree, closeness, and betweenness centrality interpreted as having an interaction with various experiences. Third, through the CONCOR analysis, it was confirmed that the visitor's experience was focused on the dynamic behavior, the experience program had the greatest influence on the experience of the visitor, and that the experience of the static and the dynamic behavior was relatively balanced. In conclusion, the experience of visitors in the Fishing Experience Villages is most affected by the environment of the fishing village such as the tidal flats and the coast and the fishing village experience program conducted at the fishing port facilities. In particular, it was found that fishing port facilities such as ports and marinas had a high influence on the awareness of the Fishing Experience Villages. Therefore, it is important to actively utilize the scenery and environment unique to fishing villages in order to revitalize the Fishing Experience Villages experience and improve the quality of the visitor experience. This study is significant in that it studied visitors' experiences in fishing village recreation villages using big data and derived the connection between fishing village and fishing village infrastructure in fishing village experience tourism.

The Monitoring System developed in this study was designed to help manage the recreational forests by gathering data on visitors' profiles and their opinions about recreational use and related facilities, This data could identify for changing situations in forest recreation demand as well as providing information on planning the management and use of the forest areas in advance. The standardized questionnaire had contained visitor profiles, activities, distribution of use by area, distribution us by time, duration of the visit, expenditure of visitors and information on visitor satisfaction and motivation. Also, the questionnaire had included the evaluations visitors' perception of facilities in order to identify the importance and performance of the various facilities, such as recreational and educational facilities, accomodations, directional signs as well as infrastructure. The monitoring system was developed in the object-oriented programming (OOP) environment. Microsoft Visual Basic 6,0 for the program language, Microsoft Access, and Excel program were used to develop the system. The monitoring system was composed of data input, database, and data analysis system, Once data were put into data input system, it automatically transferred to database, and it eventually produced the results of statistical analysis with one step procedure. This study was integrated with facilities and visitor monitoring system to identify the visitor impact at the recreational forests. In addition, this monitoring system would provide necessary and useful background information for management on recreational use of natural resources in a practical manner.
Starting with the market vitalization project in 2008, The Gwangju Dae-in Art Market has attracted to many artists, changing into cultural and art market. After the project was carried out for a certain period of time, a study was conducted to determine the differing opinions of the artists and merchants in regards to the market. The study also examined and analyzed the factors affecting the artists' continuous activities. The difference in recognition perception between artists and merchants was analyzed through a T-test. PLS-regression analysis was used for the artists' continuing intention to work. As a result, the artists and merchants recognized that the number of visitors increased after the influx of artists. Programs that had a positive impact on the artist's intention for sustainable activities were as follows: the 'Art Products Creation Workshop', where artists, merchants, and citizens collaborate to develop commodities needed for the market; 'Hanpyeong Gallery', where artists directly or indirectly interact with merchants and citizens; the 'Artist-Merchant Workshop', where artists and merchants produce articles required for the market; 'C'est Si Bon', which expresses the placeness of the market into art; and the 'Dae-in Art Night Market', where citizens, merchants and visitors can sell their own works. On the other hand, programs with the negative effect were those where artists' participation was low or none, as the policy implications, they should be actively develop this type of programs, where artists could participate and interact with citizens and merchants, like this visitors and sales can be increased.

This research examines the effect on how the recognizing and emotional image influence on the visitors satisfaction and revisit intention. For this study, actual proofs analysis was conducted on the O-World visitors in Daejeon. The analysis results are as following. First, according to the analysis results about the influence on the whole image of recognizing image factor of event program, three factors have an effect on the whole image of the theme park: 'Atmosphere-service' factor, 'convenience facility - circumstance' factor, and 'event content' factor. Second, three of emotional image factors of event program have an impact on the whole image of the theme park: 'Interest' factor, 'experience' factor, and 'psychology' factor. In conclusion, the whole image of the theme park has an influence on the whole satisfaction and the whole satisfaction affects the revisit intention positively.
The atmospheric deposition flux was measured with dustfall from July of 1997 to July of 1998 at nine sampling sites located in Tae-an peninsula to examine the seasonal variations. The results showed that the average dry deposition was higher in spring than the other seasons. Thus, it is considered that yellow sand is one major source of the additional deposition flux in spring. There also appeared the higher measurement of deposition at the sites nearby road (like Hagampo, Bangali and Sinduri) in summer, and it is assumed that the heavy traffic caused by summer visitors was the main factor of that. For more accurate study, the qualitiative analysis should be taken on the deposited materials.

This study aims to examine the impact of visitor's satisfaction on revisit and recommend intention to other in Onyang spa destination. These analyses is based on the Visitors' Survey and, the survey conducted in Onyang Spa Destination in Chung Cheong Province. The results of factor analysis shows: First, six factors are extracted for the attributes of choice towards spa destinations: facilities of the spa, accessibility, water quality of the spa and surrounding areas, costs and prices, hospitality and shopping opportunities, and tourism space. Second, visitor satisfaction is effected by the following factors; facilities of the spa, accessibility, water quality of the spa and surrounding areas, and tourism space. Lastly, the overall visitor satisfaction with the spa destination positively affected visitor loyalty, that is, their intention to revisit the place and recommend it to others.
