패션 일러스트레이션에 표현된 스테레오타입 여성성 (Stereotype Femininity Expressed in Fashion Illustration)

  • This study analyzes the stereotyped femininity with a focus on body codes, which has been continuously expressed in fashion illustrations from the late $19^{th}$ century to the year 2010, and examines the changes in its meaning. Stereotyped femininity was reorganized by the changes in female sex role effected by social changes, as well as by the body discourse and feminism in the late $20^{th}$ century, These socio-cultural backgrounds led to the change in the meaning of stereotyped women expressed in fashion illustrations. The stereotyped women in fashion illustrations are characterized by gender-oriented body, and the typical image of women was reproduced with the marks of poses and looks that feature passiveness and subordination. Then, the gender-oriented body since 1990's shifted to active meaning that positively revealed sexual desire. The space positioned by women is also the symbol of gender. In line with changes over time, the backgrounds in fashion illustrations have changed from private space such as home and nature to public space such as city, which reflects diversification and expansion of space for women. This study has identified the changes in meaning, based on the analysis of the characteristics of stereotyped women expressed in fashion illustrations. Above all, women who were objectified as a subject by dominant discourse have established the concept of active body as an entity. In addition, the symbol of typical femininity is "slim" and "beauty", which reflects the change from the emphasis on childbirth-related femininity to self-control and conquer. On the other hand, the typical features expressed through body have reproduced dichotomous structure, but the emergence of body and background deviated from gender has reorganized the symbolic order of gender.

공신부인(恭愼夫人) 한씨(韓氏)에게 전달된 물품 및 출토복식 분석을 통한 15세기 조선 사대부 가 여성복식 고찰과 착장고증 (The Consideration and Historical Research of Joseon Ladies' Attire in the 15th Century by Analyzing Excavated Costumes and Presents for Lady Han, Gongsin-buin)

  • Lady Han, Gongshin-buin(恭愼夫人韓氏: 1410~1483) was Gongnyeo of Ming emperor and sister of Han Hwak(韓確:1400~1456). The aim of this study is to analyze the characteristic of costume presents for Lady Han, and to investigate a part of Joseon women's attire in the 15th century. Most of the presents for Lady Han were native products of Joseon to help alleviate her homsickness, but surviving relics are very rare. The costume-related presents included daily accessories and fabrics such as natural ornaments, embroidered pouch, needle case, wig, wooden comb, portable knife with multi-blades, various colored plain silk [綿紬] and ramie. Also, preceding research analysis of costume relic were combined with study of presents for Lady Han's. The most salient costume of Joseon women in the 15th century was the symmetric collared jacket. In addition, ornamented jeogori, pouch with pine nut stitch, chima, jangot, jangsam, black veil[羅兀] made with ra or jeung, glass beads, paintings of Ming and Joseon can be references. Illustrations show 6 representative type of Joseon women's full attires in the 15th century are as follows. First, is a combination of 'symmetric collared jacket with peacock rank badge, jeoksam, chima, underwear' and 'hoa-a, janga-a, embroidered pouch, needle case, knife with multi-blades: presents for Lady Han'. Second, formal wear focusing on symmetric collared Jacket of cloud pattern. Third, formal wear focusing on multicolor ornamented jeogori. Fourth, town wear with jangot and neoul. Fifth, formal wear with jangsam. Sixth, daily wear focusing on banbi with symmetric squre collar. Accessories and underwear shown in another illustration were same as the first illustration. Results of this study can be used as content for making historically accutate costumes as well as costume education.

  • 세계에서 사용 인구가 제일 많은 한자는 커뮤니케이션 수단으로서 만이 아니라 풍부한 문화적 가치와 조형미를 지니고 있어 오늘날 우리 생활디자인 소재로 많이 활용되고 있다. 티셔츠에 활용된 한자의 캘리그라피는 언어적 측면에서 메시지의 전달력이 강하고, 조형적 측면에 있어서 개성이 강하게 드러날 수 있기에 많은 젊은이들이 선호하는 패턴디자인 중 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 한자의 조형적인 측면과 중국과 미국의 한자 캘리그라피 티셔츠디자인들의 사례들을 수집하여 문자의 수, 구조, 서체, 크기, 배치, 색, 기타 표현방식을 비교분석한다. 또한 이러한 캘리그라피 표현이 활용된 다른 분야의 패션디자인분야를 조사하고 다양한 표현형식을 벤치마킹하여 중국 한자 캘리그라피를 활용한 티셔츠디자인의 프로토타입을 개발하고자 한다.

심리적 공포 완화를 위한 아동병원 대기공간의 환경 그래픽 디자인 연구 (A Study on the Children's Hospital Waiting Room Environmental Graphic Design to Ease Phobic Psychology)

  • 아동은 병원이라는 특수 환경에 들어간 초기부터 상당한 심리적 공포심을 느끼게 되기 때문에 병원의 환경 구축에 아동의 심리적 정서를 고려해야 한다. 본 연구는 아동병원의 대기공간을 중심으로 아동의 심리적 공포 요인을 파악하고, 아동의 감성적 반응을 이끄는 3가지 단계와 7가지 감성 요소를 탐색하며, 이를 병원의 환경 그래픽 디자인에 적용하여 개선방향을 모색하였다. 또한 국내외 대표 아동병원에 대한 사례분석을 통해 아동병원의 환경 그래픽 디자인 유형을 현대적 디자인, 일러스트레이션을 이용한 디자인, 입체적 디자인, 인터랙션을 이용한 디자인으로 분류하고, 감성 요소를 포함시켜 평가 및 논의하였다. 평가결과, 현대적 디자인에는 감성 요소가 거의 없고, 일러스트레이션을 이용한 디자인과 입체적 디자인은 감각과 경험이 부족하기에 감성 요소가 비교적 적으며, 인터랙션을 이용한 디자인은 전반적으로 아동에게 좋은 감각과 경험을 주는 감성 요소가 많았다. 결론에서는 이러한 평가결과를 바탕으로 아동병원 대기공간의 환경 그래픽 디자인가이드를 제안하였다.

고유변형률 기반 등가하중법을 이용한 판의 용접변형 해석 (Welding Deformation Analysis of Plates Using the Inherent Strain-based Equivalent Load Method)

  • IIn this study, used is the equivalent loading method based on the inherent strain to predict the welding deformation of panel members. Equivalent loads are computed from the inherent strain distribution around weld line, and then applied for the linear finite element analysis. Thermal deformation of panel members can be, of course, carried out through the rigorous thermal elasto-plastic analysis procedure but it is not practical in applying to predicting the welding deformation of large structures such as blocks found in a ship structure from view of computing time. The present equivalent load approach has been applied to flat plate model to verify the present approach, and to several curved plate models having the curvature in the welding direction to investigate the effect of the longitudinal curvature upon the weld-induced deformation. The results are compared with those by thermal elasto-plastic analysis. As far as the present results are concerned, it can be said that the present approach shows good agreement with the results by welding experiment and the rigorous thermal elasto-plastic analysis. The present approach has been also applied to predict the welding deformation of panel block as for application illustration to practical model.

시각적 평가에 의한 개더 드레이프 형상 분석 (Analysis of Types of Gather Drape with Visual Evaluation)

  • Gathering is method used to control fullness along a seam line. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the quantitative research and qualitative method; the effect of gather and the types of gather drape. The experimental design consists of four factors: (l) three kinds of different weight and thickness of fabrics (2) three kinds of stitch densities (3) five kinds of ratio of gathers (4) three kinds of grain directions. Therefore one hundred thirty five (135) samples were made. And utilized SPSS WIN 10.0 Package in data analysis. The results of this study were as follows; First, after frequency analysis, side height, hem line width, node depth, node count, node width accorded with these result data recording. Second, after correlation analysis, side height related with front statements. Side height and entire visual was negative correlation. Hem line width, node depth, node count with section statements was negative correlation but node width at section statements was positive correlation. Third, after $k^2$ analysis, front picture parts getting excellent evaluation were 1st side height, 3rd hem line width, 4th node depth, 3rd node count, 3rd node width. And section illustration parts getting excellent evaluation were 4th side height, 1st hem line width, 2nd node depth, 3rd node count, 4th node width.

패션 정보 분석 교과목의 원격교육을 위한 이러닝 콘텐츠 개발 (The Development of the Multimedia Contents for the Fashion Information Analysis)

  • This study attempts to develop e-learning contents for the "fashion information analysis," which should be performed in combination of theory and practice in fashion education, in a recent Web-based education environment. The e-learning contents are developed by using the three steps of analysis, design and development. In order to analyze the requirements of curricula, the status and content of fashion information related curricular provided by general universities and cyber universities are analyzed, and then on the basis of this analysis the education objectives and detailed contents of e-learning contents are determined. Design and development of e-learning contents consist of the types, education menus and education form. The types of e-learning contents are developed into an education form combined with tutorial and practice/activity types. The education menus are comprised of syllabic, the profiles of professors and students, announcements, questions and answers regarding respect subjects, materials, and notes. Meanwhile, the education form consists of the following sections: "Before the Learning", "Learning", "Review Questions", "Final Review", "References", and "Practice", "Before the Learning" consists of two parts of a theory lecture that is composed of video clips and Power-Point presentations, and practice that consists of an audio(or video) lecture and illustration or Photoshop software execution window.

단섬유 금속복합체에서의 복합강화효과에 관한연구 (A Study on the Composite Strengthening Effect in Metal Matrix Composites)

  • An overall feature to simulate composite behavior and to predict closed solution has been performed for the application to the stress analysis in a discontinuous composite solid. To obtain the internal field quantities of composite, the micromechanics analysis and finite element analysis (FEA) were implemented. For the numerical illustration, an aligned axisymmetric single fiber model has been employed to assess field quantities. Further, a micromechanics model to describe the elastic behavior of fiber or whisker reinforced metal matrix composites has been developed and the stress concentrations between reinforcements were investigated using the modified shear lag model with the comparions between reinforcements were investigated using the modified shear lag model with the comparison of finite element analysis (FEA). The rationale is based on the replacement of the matrix between fiber ends with the fictitious fiber to maintain the compatibility of displacement and traction. It was found that the new model gives a good agreement with FEA results in the small fiber aspect ratio regime as well as that in the large fiber aspect ratio regime. It was found that the proposed simulation methodology for stress analysis is applicable to the complicated inhomogeneous solid for the investigation of micromechanical behavior.

  • 본 논문에서는 SWATH선의 횡 구조물에 신뢰성 해석법을 적용하였다. cross-structure와 strut의 윗부분에 있는 판부재를 선정하여 그 압축 최종강도에 대한 신뢰성해석을 수행하였고, 또한 cross-structure와 strut, sponson과 strut의 연결부에 대한 피로 신뢰성해석을 수행하였다. 피로손상의 허용수준의 설정에 대한 일례를 보여주었으며, 최종강도와 피로강도를 동시에 고려한 일종의 series system에 대한 신뢰성해석을 포함하였다. 이는 구조의 안전성 평가시 보다 정확한 결과를 얻을 수 있다는 점에서 바람직하다고 하겠다.

  • 본 연구에서는 그래픽통합환경을 갖춘 전력시스템 해석과 운용을 위한 교육 및 훈련용 팩키지를 개발하였다. 개발된 팩키지는 PC에서 운용되며 초보자의 전력시스템교육 및 훈련에 적합하도록 대화식으로 구성되어 있다. 그 구성 요소들로는 첫째, 전력시스템 모델링을 위한 그래픽 편집기. 둘째, 풀-다운 방식의 주메뉴. 셋째, 모의결과의 그래픽 및 동화상 출력 모듈. 넷째, 데이터베이스 시스템. 다섯째, 전력시스템 해석 및 운용의 응용 모듈 등이 있다. 사례 연구를 통하여 제시한 팩키지가 초보자를 위한 전력시스템 해석과 운용에 대한 유용한 교육 및 훈련용 수단일 수 있음을 나타내었다.
