사물인터넷에서 치위생과 학생의 임상실습관련 무력감과 진로정체감과의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과 (Mediating effect of self-Esteem in the Relationship between Dental Hygiene Students' Powerlessness and Career Identity in the IoT)

  • 본 연구는 사물인터넷에서 치위생과 학생을 대상으로 자아존중감이 임상실습관련 무력감과 진로정체감 사이의 관계에 영향을 주는지 확인하고자 하였다. 충청지역에 소재한 대학에 재학 중인 치위생과 학생 172명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 임상실습관련 무력감과 자아존중감 그리고 진로정체감 간의 상관관계를 확인하기 위해 피어슨의 상관관계분석을 시행하였고, 위계적 회귀분석을 이용하여 임상실습관련 무력감과 진로정체감 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 연구결과 임상실습관련 무력감은 자아존중감과 진로정체감에 유의한 부적 상관관계가 있고 자아존중감과 진로정체감은 정적 상관관계가 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 자아존중감은 임상실습관련 무력감과 진로정체감 사이의 관계에서 부분적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 임상실습에 참여하기 전 치위생과 학생들에게 자아존중감 향상을 위한 다양한 온라인 기반 자아존중감 향상 프로그램 마련이 필요하다.

주택문화관의 브랜드 아이덴티티 표현특성에 과한 사례조사 연구 (A Case Study on the Expression Characteristics of Brand Identity in Housing Cultural Center)

  • The essence of brand identity is to draw an interrelation between user and brand based on user's desire. The housing cultural center is focused on brand identity for satisfaction of user. The purpose of this study is to inquire out the expression characteristics of brand Identity in housing cultural center according to analyze previous studies and case studies. The results of this study are summarized as follows. 'Uniqueness' is directly expressed through brand name or logo or through brand colors. 'Experience' is expressed as auditive expression through stimulation using a body and providing music. 'Relationship' has provided a communication environment or created relationship with brand by leading interaction with others. 'Estheticism' has increased visual satisfactory level by aesthetically sublimating lighting direction or form. 'Functionality' is expressed by providing various programs through smooth flow plan and grafting with the latest technology. 'Non-dailiness' has affected memory territory by inducing curiosity and astonishment through space modification or new and contrasting direction. The housing cultural center needs to be planned as a space where interaction of user and brand will be initiatively activated sensationally and psychologically by pursuing user-oriented brand identity.

간호대학 학생들의 자아존중감 및 진로정체감에 관한 연구 (Self Esteem and Career Identity of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This is a descriptive study to identify the self esteem and career identity of nursing students. Method: The sample consisted of 416 junior nursing students of diploma programs in the cities of Seoul and Kyung-gi area, and Kyungbook province. Data were analyzed by the program of SPSS WIN 11.5. Results: Self esteem was significantly higher in the students attending rural school than in those attending urban school (F=3.46, p<.03), in those between the age of 24-25 years than in the rest (F=2,17, p<.05), and in those satisfied on admission to nursing school than in those less satisfied (F=3.12 p<.04). Career identity was significantly higher in the students between the age of 24-25 years than in the rest (F=6.10, p<.000), and in those satisfied on admission to nursing school than in those less satisfied (F=49.64, p<.000). The results of correlational analysis between self esteem and career identity revealed that career identity increased with increasing self esteem(r=.316 p<.001). Conclusion: Based on the above findings, programs are needed for the improvement of self esteem and career identity, and further research is suggested on the development of such programs.

내러티브를 통한 임상간호사의 간호 정체성 (Reconstruction of Professional Identity in Clinical Nurses)

  • This study was carried out to identify and re-establish the professional identity in clinical nurses. Method: From Dec. 1999, for 4 months, the study had been conducted by narrative analysis method based on hermeneutic principles. Subjects were ten nurses with 3-4 years of nursing experience at a university hospital. The data were collected and transcribed through narrative interviews. Result: As a result, the maternal role was identified as the most dominant discourse in which nurses formed their identity. Subjects felt that a maternity is socio-culturally needed in case of nursing. Reconstruction of professional identity consists of 3 stages, Telling, Retelling and Rebuilding. At first, nurses felt confused by skeptism of the profession, interpersonal difficulties, and heavy work loads. However, during the interviews, nurses recognized that nursing is not regarded as significant, effort to make nursing meaningful were small, and there was a lack of understanding others. From this new insight, they re-established a new image of nursing ″through better understanding of others, seeking knowledge, and making positive efforts towards qualified nursing". Conclusion: The above narrative interviews may help nurses reflect and contextually interpret themselves, so that a new identity could be established. Furthermore researchers can obtain new insight from the subjects, while the subjects form a new nursing image from self-reflection.tion.

The Impact of Creative Role Identity and Creative Self-Efficacy on Employee Creativity in the Hotel Business

  • The study aims to investigate the nexus of between role identity, self-efficacy, feeling of energy, and employee creativity in the hotel industry of Korea. The employees' innovative behaviors like creativity have been many researchers' interest for decades in the hotel industry. The hypotheses depicting the relationship among the variables have been proposed based on a review of existing literature. The number of 215 cases was used for final analysis and the results were explained through structural equation modeling. The results indicate the hotel employees' role identity and creative self-efficacy positively influenced their feeling of energy. Further, both role identity and creative self-efficacy make significant impact on employee creativity. Feeling of energy also makes a positively significant impact on employee creativity. Feeling of energy partially mediates the relationship between the two independent variables and employee creativity. As a result, creative role identity, self-efficacy, and feeling of energy explain the variance of the hotel employees' creativity. The results present that hotel practitioners need to regard their employees' creative roles and build organizational culture to support creative activities so as to enhance employee creativity. Finally, theoretical and practical implications for the hotel industry and future studies have been discussed.

영화를 활용한 진로 집단상담 프로그램이 보호관찰 청소년의 자아정체감과 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Career Group Counseling Program using Cinema on Self Identity and Career Decision-making Self-efficacy of Adolescent on Probation)

  • Purpose: This study was to examine the effect of career group counseling program using cinema for the improving self identity and career decision-making self-efficacy of adolescents on probation. Methods: The subject were 36 (Experimental. 20, Control. 16) adolescents on probation who were referred to N mental health center in G city South Korea, but 2 of the experimental group did not complete the program. The program consisted of 8 sessions and was conducted from November, 2008 to February, 2009. The study variables were 'self identity' and 'career decision-making self-efficacy' surveyed by self-reported questionnaires. Results: Self identity (t=-2.797, p=.005), and career decision-making self-efficacy (t=-3.354, p=.001) changed more significantly in the experimental group than in control group after career group counseling program using cinema. Conclusion: Based on these results, career group counseling program using cinema for adolescents on probation was especially effective in increasing self identity and career decision-making self-efficacy.

패션콜라주 프로그램이 대학생의 자아정체감과 창의성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Fashion Collage Program on Self-Identity and Creativity of College Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out about the impact on self-identity and creativity of college students through the fashion collage program. The methods of research were content analysis and statistical analysis. The research subjects consisted of six fashion major college students experiment group and six control group students attending P university in Busan. The period of investigation was conducted once a week in the 9th session (2019. 04. 25. - 06. 18). The analysis criteria of fashion collage were divided into formality and contents, and the analysis criteria consisted of number of collage pieces, margin, overlapping, cut method, text position, color, space layout, and location of fashion design drawing. Collage maps were analyzed based on formal analysis, and fashion design drawings were analyzed based on formal and contents analysis. In order to verify the effectiveness of the fashion collage program, a pre-post test of self-identity and creativity was conducted. Statistical analysis was conducted by using the SPSS WIN 25.0 program, U-test of Mann-Whitney, Wilcoxon signed-rank test. In pre-post test of self-identity and creativity, there were significant differences. In conclusion, it has been shown that fashion collage programs are effective in improving self-identity and creativity for college students majoring in fashion. This study has a limitation of collage programs focused on self-discovery, so it should be carefully analyzed.

도시재생 패러다임에서 사회적 앵커로서의 공공도서관 고찰 - 유휴자원 재활용을 통한 공공도서관 건립 사례 분석 - (Public Libraries as a Social Anchor in Urban Regeneration Paradigm - A Case Study of Constructing Public Libraries through Renovating Under-used Spaces -)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 도시재생 패러다임 하에서 공공도서관의 존재당위를 검증하는 것이다. 도시재생 패러다임의 맥락에서 도입된 생활SOC 정책에서 도서관은 중요하다. 왜냐하면 도서관은 사회적 앵커이기 때문이다. 사회적 앵커는 시공간에 제약된 장소에서 다양한 사람들의 상호작용을 촉진하여 집합적 정체성을 형성해 사회자본의 형성을 지원하는 공간이다. 공공도서관은 사회자본의 생산을 지원하는 기관이지만 개방과 공유, 정보평등의 사명으로 인해 경계와 소속을 강조하는 집합적 정체성이 미약하다. 공공도서관의 집합적 정체성이 어떻게 강화되는지를 확인하기 위해 본 연구에서는 문헌연구와 사례연구를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 도시재생 패러다임 하에서 유휴자원 재활용 전략을 통해 공공도서관이 유휴자원의 장소정체성을 집합적 정체성으로 환원하는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 유휴자원을 활용한 공공도서관 건립은 도시재생 패러다임에 입각한 사회적 앵커 형성 모델이다.

Molecular Characterization of Five Potyviruses Infecting Korean Sweet Potatoes Based on Analyses of Complete Genome Sequences

  • Sweet potatoes (Ipomea batatas L.) are grown extensively, in tropical and temperate regions, and are important food crops worldwide. In Korea, potyviruses, including Sweet potato feathery mottle virus (SPFMV), Sweet potato virus C (SPVC), Sweet potato virus G (SPVG), Sweet potato virus 2 (SPV2), and Sweet potato latent virus (SPLV), have been detected in sweet potato fields at a high (~95%) incidence. In the present work, complete genome sequences of 18 isolates, representing the five potyviruses mentioned above, were compared with previously reported genome sequences. The complete genomes consisted of 10,081 to 10,830 nucleotides, excluding the poly-A tails. Their genomic organizations were typical of the Potyvirus genus, including one target open reading frame coding for a putative polyprotein. Based on phylogenetic analyses and sequence comparisons, the Korean SPFMV isolates belonged to the strains RC and O with >98% nucleotide sequence identity. Korean SPVC isolates had 99% identity to the Japanese isolate SPVC-Bungo and 70% identity to the SPFMV isolates. The Korean SPVG isolates showed 99% identity to the three previously reported SPVG isolates. Korean SPV2 isolates had 97% identity to the SPV2 GWB-2 isolate from the USA. Korean SPLV isolates had a relatively low (88%) nucleotide sequence identity with the Taiwanese SPLV-TW isolates, and they were phylogenetically distantly related to SPFMV isolates. Recombination analysis revealed that possible recombination events occurred in the P1, HC-Pro and NIa-NIb regions of SPFMV and SPLV isolates and these regions were identified as hotspots for recombination in the sweet potato potyviruses.

온라인 서비스의 본인확인 요구사항 분석 기반의 차등화된 본인확인서비스 적용 방안 (A Study on Differentiated Personal Proofing Service Based on Analysis of Personal Identification Requirements in Online Services)

  • 최근 온라인 서비스가 확대함에 따라 비대면 거래에서 본인을 확인하기 위한 주민번호 대체수단 기반의 본인확인서비스의 적용이 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 온라인 서비스 제공 사업자(Internet Service Provider: ISP)들은 대체수단 기반의 본인확인서비스를 무분별하게 적용함으로써 이용자의 개인정보가 과도하게 제공되는 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 온라인 서비스에서 본인확인이 필요한지 여부와 또 필요하다면 어떤 보증수준의 본인확인 인증수단을 적용하는 것이 적정한지에 대한 차등화된 본인확인서비스 적용 방안을 제안한다. 이를 위해 본인확인 관련 요구사항들 분석하여 각각의 요구사항들에 대해 위험을 분석하고, 해당 위험을 최소화하기 위한 보증수준에 따른 차등화된 본인확인서비스 적용 방안을 제시한다. 제안한 방안을 통해 대체수단 기반의 본인확인서비스 적용을 최소화하여 인증비용 감소와 개인정보 제공 최소화를 통해 이용자 개인정보보호에도 도움을 줄 수 있음을 알 수 있다.
