Factors Influencing COVID-19 Preventive Behaviors in Nursing Students: Focusing on Health Belief Model (간호대학생의 코로나-19 예방 행위에 영향을 미치는요인: 건강 신념 모델에 집중)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between nursing students' COVID-19-related knowledge, perception of infection risk, and health beliefs and infection prevention behaviors, and to identify the factors influencing COVID-19 prevention behaviors, and to provide the necessary basic data for the preparation of measures to improve the infection prevention behaviors of nursing students. Data were collected from 161 nursing students 4th in G city. Data analysis was analyzed by descriptive statistics, Independant t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 21.0 program.. AS a result of this study, Preventive Behaviors was found to have significant positive correlations with COVID-19 Risk Perception(r=.217, p=.006), Health Belief Model of Perceived benefit(r=.206, p=.009) and negative correlations with Perceived barriers(r=-.219, p=.005). The most influential factors the Preventive Behaviors of nursing students were the Perceived benefit (β=.17, p<.001), mental health status after COVID-19(β=.188, p=.014), and these factors explained 58% in Preventive Behaviors(F=9.686, p=.000). In conclusion, it is expected that nursing students' health belief promotion programs, infection-related curriculum, and emotional support programs can be developed and applied to improve the degree of infection prevention behaviors.

  • A color sensor is an optical sensor used to take pictures of objects, including the human body, and reproduce them on a monitor. A color sensor quantifies the red, green, and blue light coming from an object and expresses it as a digital number, and can judge the state of the object by comparing the values ​​or the ratio.In this study, the standard colors displayed on the monitor were measured using a color sensor, and the magnitudes of the red, green, and blue components, or RGB values, were compared with the values ​​indicated by the computer. When measured with the TCS 34725 color sensor, even when the light generated by the computer consists of only one or two of red, green, and blue light, the color sensor detected all three components. Additionally, when the colors of two monitors with the same RGB values ​​were measured using a color sensor, different RGB values ​​were measured. These results can be attributed to the imperfection of the color filters used to express colors on the monitor and the imperfect optical characteristics of the photodiodes used in the color sensor. When photographing an object and judging its condition based on its color, you must use the same type of camera or smartphone.

  • The purpose of this study analyzes the cultural identity, learning motivation, learning strategies, and second language acquisition trends of Chinese students living in Korea to reveal the structural relationship between these four variables, thereby revealing the cultural identity, learning motivation, and learning strategies of international students in the Korean language learning process. The purpose is to provide basic data to promote . This study verified reliability and validity through a preliminary survey targeting 200 people. This survey was conducted on 1,006 Chinese students studying abroad at six universities in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Busan, and Chungcheong-do from May 28 to June 15, 2023. As a result of the study, first, the structural relationship between variables was that cultural identity had a positive effect on learning motivation, learning strategies, and second language acquisition. Second, learning motivation had a positive (+) effect on learning strategies and second language acquisition. Third, learning strategies had a positive (+) (+) effect on second language acquisition. Fourth, learning motivation and learning strategy between cultural identity and learning strategy were found to play a positive (+) mediating role and multiple mediating roles. Therefore, in order to promote international students' cultural identity, learning motivation, and learning strategies in the Korean language learning process, it is necessary to increase opportunities for international students to directly experience the formation of cultural identity and to organize and teach a multifaceted curriculum centered on practice.

  • The future military combat environment is rapidly expanding the role and importance of artificial intelligence (AI) in defense, aligning with the current trends of declining military populations and evolving dynamics. Particularly, in the civilian sector, AI development has surged into new domains based on foundation models, such as OpenAI's Chat-GPT, categorized as Super-Giant AI or Hyperscale AI. The U.S. Department of Defense has organized Task Force Lima under the Chief Digital and AI Office (CDAO) to conduct research on the application of Large Language Models (LLM) and generative AI. Advanced military nations like China and Israel are also actively researching the integration of Super-Giant AI into their military capabilities. Consequently, there is a growing need for research within our military regarding the potential applications and fields of application for Super-Giant AI in weapon systems. In this paper, we compare the characteristics and pros and cons of specialized AI and Super-Giant AI (Foundation Models) and explore new application areas for Super-Giant AI in weapon systems. Anticipating future application areas and potential challenges, this research aims to provide insights into effectively integrating Super-Giant Artificial Intelligence into defense operations. It is expected to contribute to the development of military capabilities, policy formulation, and international security strategies in the era of advanced artificial intelligence.

The Effects of college students' sense of community on their psychological well-being: The mediating effect of emotional intelligence (대학생의 공동체 의식이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향: 정서지능의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of emotional intelligence on college students' sense of community and psychological well-being. Accordingly, a survey was conducted targeting 267 college students attending universities in the Busan and Gyeongnam regions. For data analysis, the SPSS 21 program was used to check the general characteristics of the survey subjects, the mean, standard deviation, skewness, and kurtosis of the main variables. Correlation analysis was performed to check multicollinearity among the main variables, and mediation effects were examined. For this purpose, regression analysis was conducted according to the three-step verification method proposed by Barron and Kenny.The results of this study were as follows. First, college students' sense of community was found to have a significant impact on their psychological well-being. Second, the sense of community perceived by college students was found to have a significant impact on emotional intelligence. Third, emotional intelligence was found to have a significant impact on psychological well-being. Lastly, emotional intelligence was confirmed to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between college students' sense of community and psychological well-being. Lastly, emotional intelligence was confirmed to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between college students' sense of community and psychological well-being. Accordingly, we strive to find and implement various ways to increase the sense of community that is closely related to the emotional intelligence skills and social participation of college students in the special situation of college, so that college students can form and sustain a happier and more satisfying life.   • The Fourth Industrial Revolution is centered on a personalized demand fulfillment economy and is all about transformation and flexible processing that can deliver what customers want in real time across space and time. This paper implements the construction and operation of a packaging platform that can instantly procure the required packaging products based on real-time orders and evaluates its performance. The components of customer satisfaction are flexible and dependent on the situation which requires efficient management of enterprise operational processes based on an e-SCM platform. An OMS optimized for these conditions plays an important role in maximizing and differentiating the efficiency of a company's operations and improving its cost advantage. OMS is a system of mass customization that provides efficient MOT(Moment of Truth) logistics services to meet the eco-friendly issues of many individual customers and achieve optimized logistics operation goals to enhance repurchase intentions and sustainable business. OMS precisely analyzes the collected data to support information and decision-making related to efficiency, productivity, cost and provide accurate reports. It uses data visualization tools to express data visually and suggests directions for improvement of the operational process through statistics and prediction analysis.

The Effects of Children's Self-esteem, Peer Attachment, and Parents' Parenting Attitudes on Children's Grit (아동의 자존감, 또래 애착, 부모의 양육태도가 아동의 그릿에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between children's self-esteem, peer attachment, parenting attitudes, and children's grit, and to specifically identify the influence of children's self-esteem, peer attachment, and parenting attitudes on children's grit. The characteristics of the survey subjects were identified through frequency analysis and descriptive statistics analysis of the 11th year of the Korea Children's Panel (2018) data, and Pearson's moment correlation coefficient was calculated for correlation analysis between major variables. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to examine the influence of children's self-esteem, peer attachment, and parenting attitudes on children's grit. The research results are as follows. First, children's self-esteem, peer attachment, and parenting attitudes were found to be positively correlated. Second, the child's self-esteem was found to have a positive influence on the child's grit, and among the peer attachment sub-variables, peer trust was found to have an influence, and among the sub-factors of parenting attitude, 'mother' affection/involvement, 'father' Democratic relationships were found to have an effect. In other words, it can be seen that children's self-esteem at the personal level, peer trust at the school level, and maternal affection and paternal relationship at the family level are useful variables that strengthen children's grit. Accordingly, in order to improve children's grit level, we must consider promotion measures through intervention and support at a multifaceted level.

Security Stress Management Plan for Military Soldiers (군 장병의 보안 스트레스 관리방안)

  • Soldiers serving in military units and institutions are subject to strict security policies and technologies because they handle sensitive and confidential information related to national security, so they are likely to experience security stress. The purpose of this study is to recognize the need to manage the security stress of military personnel and to suggest management measures. To this end, a literature study was conducted on 12 KCI(Korean Journal Citation Index) journals dealing with security stress. Since 2016, research on security stress has been conducted mainly through empirical analysis through surveys. Studies related to security stress were divided into studies dealing with factors that affect stress, the relationship between security stress and security compliance intentions, and factors that reduce security stress. In particular, it was confirmed that factors such as organizational justice, organizational technical support, and security feedback can alleviate security stress. Next, by applying the results of this literature study to the defense security environment, we presented security stress management measures for military personnel in terms of improving security-related organizational justice awareness, technical support, and security feedback. The significance of this study is that we recognized the need to manage military personnel's security stress and reviewed practical measures related to this.

A Study on the Role of Local Governments in the Era of Generative Artificial Intelligence: Based on Case Studies in Gyeonggi-do Province, Seoul City, and New York City (생성형 인공지능 시대 지방정부의 역할에 대한 연구: 경기도, 서울시, 뉴욕시 사례연구를 바탕으로)

  • This paper proposes an action plan for local governments to safely utilize artificial intelligence technology in various local government policies. The proposed method analyzes cases of application of artificial intelligence-related laws and policies in Gyeonggi Province, Seoul City, and New York City, and then presents matters that local governments should consider when utilizing AI technology in their policies. This paper applies the AILocalism-Korea analysis methodology, which is a modified version of the AILocalsm analysis methodology[1] presented by TheGovLab at New York University. AILocalism-Korea is an analysis methodology created to analyze the current activities of each local government in the fields of legal system, public procurement, mutual cooperation, and citizen participation, and to suggest practical alternatives in each area. In this paper, we use this analysis methodology to present 9 action plans that local governments should take based on safe and reliable use of artificial intelligence. By utilizing various AI technologies through the proposed plan in local government policies, it will be possible to realize reliable public services.

Analyze dosimetry with and without shielding when amplifying scattered rays (산란선 증폭시 차폐체 유무에 따른 선량 분석)

  • The reason for recording dose data when using a diagnostic radiation source is to record and manage the dose to healthcare personnel and patients. The purpose of this study was to verify the difference in radiation dose when using diagnostic radiation generating devices and to inform users' awareness of dose reduction through measurement and analysis of dose in situations with and without shielding. The dose analysis of each equipment for two Korean C-arms and two German C-arms showed that the Korean FPD type C-arm had the highest dose value, followed by the German I.I type C-arm, German FPD type C-arm, Korean, and I.I type C-arm. The results of the dose analysis with and without shielding showed that the dose to the human phantom in a normal atmosphere increased by about 2 times due to scattered radiation, but the dose to the human phantom was reduced by about 5 times by wearing a shield (0.5mm/lead apron). More important than the management of radiation dose is the study of how to reduce exposure when using radiation, and since the radiation dose output from different equipment is different, it is necessary to provide dose information with and without shielding.
