As the space of the wind power generator stator end is limited, it is difficult for us to place the inner evaporative cooling system in it. We use the non-overlapping concentrated windings scheme to solve the placing and cooling problem. The characteristic of a 5MW direct-driven permanent magnet generator with non-overlapping concentrated windings were analyzed under no-load, rating-load and short-circuit by (Finite Element Method) FEM for verification of design. We studied the connection methods of the stator windings and designed the end connection member. The heat dissipation of the stator end was simulated by FEM, the result showed that the end cooling could satisfy the wind generator operation needs. These results show that the direct-driven permanent magnet wind power generators with non-overlapping concentrated windings and inner evaporative cooling system can solve the cooling problem of wind power generator, and obtain good performance at the same time.
A new perturbation method is introduced to study the undamped free vibration of a non-prismatic Timoshenko beam for its natural frequencies and vibration modes. For simplicity, the natural modes of vibration of its corresponding prismatic Euler-Bernoulli beam with the same length and boundary conditions are used as Ritz base functions with necessary modifications to account for shear strain in the Timoshenko beam. The new method can transform two coupled partial differential equations governing the transverse vibration of the non-prismatic Timoshenko beam into a set of nonlinear algebraic equations. It significantly simplifies the solution process and is applicable to non-prismatic beams with various boundary conditions. Three examples indicated that the new method is more accurate than the previous perturbation methods. It successfully takes into account the effect of shear deformation of Timoshenko beams particularly at the free end of cantilever structures.

Within wafer non-uniformity(WIWNU) improves as the stiffness of pad decrease. We designed the pad groove to study of pad stiffness on WIWNU in Chemical mechanical polishing(CMP) and measured the pad stiffness according to groove width. The groove influences effective pad stiffness although original mechanical properties of pad are unchanged by grooving. Also, it affects the flow of slurry that has an effect on the lubrication regime and polishing results. An Increase of the apparent contact area of pad by groove width results in decrease of effective pad stiffness. WIWNU and profile of removal tate improved as effective pad stiffness decreased. Because grooving the pad reduce its effective stiffness and it makes slurry distribution to be uniform. Futhermore, it ensures that pad conforms to wafer-scale flatness variability. By grooving the top pad, it is possible to reduce its stiffness and hence reduce WIWNU and edge effect.

In wireless sensor networks, a positioning scheme is one of core technologies for sensor applications such as disaster monitoring and environment monitoring. The One of the most positioning scheme, called DV-HOP does not consider non-uniform sensor networks that are actual distributed environments. Therefore, the accuracy of the existing positioning scheme is low in non-uniform network environments. Moreover, because it requires many anchor nodes for high accuracy in non-uniform network environments, it is expensive to construct the network. To overcome this problem, we propose a novel sensor positioning scheme using density probability models in non-uniform wireless sensor networks. The proposed scheme consists of the density probability model using the deployment characteristics of sensor nodes and the distance refinement algorithm for high accuracy. By doing so, the proposed scheme ensures the high accuracy of sensor positioning in non-uniform networks. To show the superiority of our proposed scheme, we compare it with the existing scheme. Our experimental results show that our proposed scheme improves about 44% accuracy of sensor positioning over the existing scheme on average even in non-uniform sensor networks.

The PMU (Payload Management Unit) is the main subsystem for the management, control and power supply of the MSC (Multi-Spectral Camera) Payload operation. It is the most important function for the electro-optical camera system that performs the Non-Uniformity Correction (NUC) function of the raw imagery data, rearranges the data from the CCD (Charge Coupled Device) detector and output it to the Data Compression and Storage Unit (DCSU). The NUC board in PMU performs it. In this paper, the NUC board system is described in terms of the configuration and the function, the efficiency for non-uniformity correction, and the influence of the data compression upon the peculiar feature of the CCD pixel. The NUC board is an image-processing unit within the PMU that receives video data from the CEV (Camera Electronic Unit) boards via a hotlinkand performs non-uniformity corrections upon the pixels according to commands received from the SBC (Single Board Computer) in the PMU. The lossy compression in DCSU needs the NUC in on-orbit condition.
Myositis ossificans (MO) is a benign condition of non-neoplastic heterotopic bone formation in the muscle or soft tissue. Trauma plays a role in the development of MO, thus, non-traumatic MO is very rare. Although MO may occur anywhere in the body, it is rarely seen in the lumbosacral paravertebral muscle (PVM). Herein, we report a case of non-traumatic MO in the lumbosacral PVM. A 42-year-old man with no history of trauma was referred to our hospital for pain in the low back, left buttock, and left thigh. On physical examination, a slightly tender, hard, and fixed mass was palpated in the left lumbosacral PVM. Computed tomography showed a calcified mass within the left lumbosacral PVM. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed heterogeneous high signal intensity in T1- and T2-weighted image, and no enhancement of the mass was found in the postcontrast T1-weighted MRI. The lack of typical imaging features required an open biopsy, and MO was confirmed. MO should be considered in the differential diagnosis when the imaging findings show a mass involving PVM. When it is difficult to distinguish MO from soft tissue or bone malignancy by radiology, it is necessary to perform a biopsy to confirm the diagnosis.
This paper presents transport current non-uniformity in a joint for superconducting multistage cable-in-conduit conductor (CICC) and relaxation in the CICC. The joint is considered to have a current loop linked to an external magnetic field so that it becomes an emf voltage source. It is numerically analyzed using an electrical transmission line model. The inductive current in a resistive joint is compared to that of a non-resistive joint when the ramping field is applied vertically to the joints. Regarding the parameter values of the model. a full scale $Nb_3Sn$ CICC and a strand-to-strand (STS) joint for the toroidal field magnet of the KSTAR (Korea Superconducting Tokamak Advanced Research) device are referenced to. It is found that the resistive joint prevents the current from rising too much and enhances decaying the current when the ramping stops. The 'flattop' current is found to be proportional to the ramp rate of the field (dB/dt). The relaxation length, which is defined as the length within which the maximum induced current falls by 1/e. is found to saturate within 0.27m.
A versatile method for performing non-cyanide electroless gold plating using thiomalic acid (TMA) as a complexing agent and 2-aminoethanethiol (AET) as a reducing agent was investigated. It was found that TMA was an excellent complexing agent for gold. It can be used in electroless gold plating baths at a neutral pH with a high solution stability, makes it a potential candidate to replace conventional toxic cyanide complex. It was found that one gold atomic ion could bind to two TMA molecules to form the [2TMA-Au+] complex in a solution. AET can be used as a reducing agent in electroless gold plating solutions. The highest current density was obtained at electrode rotation rate of 250 to 500 rpm based on anodic and cathodic polarization curves with the mixed potential theory. Increasing AET concentration, pH, and temperature significantly increased the anodic polarization current density and shifted the plating potential toward a more negative value. The optimal gold ion concentration to obtain the highest current density was 0.01 M. The cathodic current was higher at a lower pH and a higher temperature. The current density was inversely proportional to TMA concentration.
As non-face-to-face classes have been adopted as an essential class method in universities after COVID-19, interest in ways to encourage student engagement is increasing. Class engagement is a prerequisite for improving the quality of education, so it is inevitably an even more important requirement in non-face-to-face classes. Therefore, this study examined the efforts and concerns based on the teaching experiences of three professors of D University, which have been operated by mixing non-face-to-face or non-face-to-face classes since 2020. As a result, both professors and students went through trial and error in the early stages of non-face-to-face classes, but over time, it was confirmed that students not only actively expressed their opinions but also voluntarily expanded the class activity. This study is meaningful in that it found the possibility that professors-led classes can develop into learner-participating classes through appropriate harmony between face-to-face and non-face-to-face and the use of various media. Data were collected through an autobiographical method.

The cadastral system which accomplishes the base of national land administration with accuracy of proper data and the cadastral maintenance quickly is agreeing with the actual place in information ages in Inundation. But even in spite of many efforts, various Problems are exposed in accuracy of the data on the cadastral maps and local situation must agree accurately from the process which propels cadastral information systems. Therefore, it must be carried out the cadastral non correspondence arrangement first of all in link of the plan which it corrects the error of existing data and computerization quickly. It summarizes the research as follows ; Cadastral non correspondence of the land boundaries on the map and actual circumstance does not agree with cadastral maps accurately, The lands which exceed the standards with the position error excess of 50cm on lil ,200 and 240cm on 1/6,000 areas on the map scale are the registration correction objectives. It is investigated that the cadastral non correspondence parcels occur in various cause and long period, the area error corrections are mainly objectives, and about 80% of the test area comes to reveal within permitted the limit of the measurement of planimetric area for cadastral survey, so it is not difficult with the fact that the compensation back which it follows in area increase and decrease and the location error correction becomes the important object fer the cadastral non correspondence arrangement projects.
