전자상거래 인적자원의 양성과 개발을 위해서 자격은 학위와 더불어 지식축적의 결과를 표시하는 대표적인 지표이다. 하지만 기존의 출제기준은 전자상거래 시장변화를 포함한 현장성 반영과 업무에의 활용도가 부족하여 개선이 요구된다. 본 연구는 전자상거래관리사 직무분석을 통하여 산업현장에서 요구되는 능력을 체계적으로 분석하여 출제기준을 개선하고자 하였다. 연구목적의 달성을 위해 국내외 전자상거래 관련 자격현황 조사 및 문헌연구를 수행하고 직무분석을 통하여 전자상거래관리사 직무의 구조와 과업을 도출함으로써 기존의 과업목록을 보강하였으며, 과업분석을 통하여 각 과업별로 요구되는 필요지식, 기술 등의 능력요소들을 도출하였다. 도출된 직무의 범위와 과업목록을 검증하고 이를 바탕으로 기존의 출제기준과 비교분석하여 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연구방법으로는 전자상거래 자격관련 문헌과 현황을 조사하였으며, 직무분석단계에 전문가 면담조사와 전문가위원회 조사가 수행되었으며 검증단계에 설문조사와 면담조사를 수행한 후 전문가위원회를 통해 출제기준 개선방안을 설계하고 확인하였다.

Nowadays, many countries have strived to promote prospective industries and occupations at the national level under the global circumstances such as green growth, job creation and so on. For this reason, the decision making method for qualifications foresight which will be available for the mentioned category-prospective industry and occupation- is required for it's feasibility. Pilot surveys on future workforce demand and promotion policies on service industries which are selected as a prospective industry or occupation by government parties were conducted through this research. Based on them, available qualifications-including not only national(skill) qualification but also private qualification- which can be created for prospective industries and occupations related to green growth and job creation were predicted. On the other hand, observing the change of service industry, occupation and qualification abroad, this research attempts to present the decision making method for verifying the decision' validity on qualification in Korean service industry and related occupation. Applying multicriteria decision making, a preference was examined for checking the validity of the created qualifications by prospective service industries and occupations in both sides-experts and laypeople. Based on it's result, the research was conducted regarding a validity of new qualifications in prospective industries and occupations.

Validation specifies and coordinates all relevant activities to ensure compliance with good laboratory practices (GLP) according to suitable international standards. This includes validation activities of past, present and future for the best possible actions to ensure the integrity of non-clinical laboratory data. Recently, validation has become increasingly important, not only in good manufacturing practice (GMP) institutions but also in GLP facilities. In accordance with the guideline for GLP regulations, all equipments used to generate, measure, or assess data should undergo validation to ensure that this equipment is of appropriate design and capacity and that it will consistently function as intended. Therefore, the implantation of validation processes is considered to be an essential step in a global institution. This review describes the procedures and documentations required for validation of GLP. It introduces basic elements such as the validation master plan, risk assessment, gap analysis, design qualification, installation qualification, operational qualification, performance qualification, calibration, traceability, and revalidation.

This study suggests a solution of an incentive system from the viewpoint of the external effect on the renting of firefighting qualifications and on rental agencies. Currently, the Human Resources Development Service of Korea does not have a penalty for neglecting to perform a search into qualification lending and rental agencies. In the short term, the penal clause should be strengthened so that companies and qualification holders cannot borrow or lend their qualifications. In addition, the Human Resources Development Service of Korea will increase the number of personnel dedicated to investigating the loaning of qualifications. It is necessary for the government to establish a penalty for neglecting to investigate the lending of qualifications for the Human Resources Development Service of Korea. In the long term, the state needs to make only minimal regulations. Also, the state needs to make companies and qualification holders feel like they benefit more when they are not borrowing or lending qualifications. The anticipated effect of this study is that the government will intervene appropriately by applying firefighting qualifications according to market principles. It can also be used as a basis for the revision of related laws on the renting of national technical qualification certificates and the investigation of rental agencies.

In this paper, we propose the way to solve the problems of current college of education at university that they are running a curriculum that is insufficient for immediate application to the school. So, we analyzed the application of capstone design which is proven to be effective in various fields, and constructed a curriculum for the development of educational materials to improve the teacher's qualification in the college of education and applied them to the preliminary informatics teachers. As a result, we confirmed that the development class of educational materials based on capstone design is positive for the change of awareness about informatics teacher's qualification, and also confirmed that the students' satisfaction level about class is higher. Based on the results, we discussed the effects of applying capstone design to the college of education. The conclusions are as follows: First, it helps students to improve the teacher's qualification. Second, it is a curriculum that can fill the shortage of student teaching. Third, the curriculum is an effective curriculum for the recognition of the student who is in charge of evaluation, and the teacher who is in charge of the evaluation. Fourth, Capstone design information textbook study class is a method of greatly improving class satisfaction compared to lecture class.

A valve assembly used in nuclear power plants must be qualified and supervised. New technical standards such as ASME QME-1 2007 particularly require detailed qualification using experiment and analysis. Particularly, diagnostic tests and engineering studies are required for qualification of ASME QME-1 2007. Among these studies, the research on the measurement of friction coefficient and packing stress is important. The irregular change of packing stress along the stroke distance occurs because of the abnormal phenomenon, which must be found and studied with quantitative methods. Packing stress should be analyzed conservatively through experimentation and analysis. In this study, various formulas were applied to measure and calculate coefficient of friction and packing stress. This study can be used in relation to qualification and supervision of packing materials. And the calculation using static diagnosis test can be used to find the packing frictional force in dynamic diagnosis test with flow pressure in a pipe. This study has made it possible to reliably consider packing frictional force generated in a valve body. And so, it is believed that more margin can be secured when evaluating the capacity of valve actuator by applying the accurate frictional force generated in the valve assembly.

이 연구에서는 국가기술자격의 분류체계가 21세기 산업구조와 기술변화에 부응할 수 있도록 하기 위해서 현행 26개로 설정되어 있는 직무분야의 적절성을 검토하였으며, 이에 터하여 국가기술자격제도 관리 운영의 효율성과 효과성을 높일뿐만 아니라 자격취득자의 취업을 촉진할 수 있는 새로운 직무분야 분류체계를 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 국가기술자격제도와 관련된 문헌 및 자료를 수집 분석하였고, 국가기술자격 직무분야의 적절성에 대한 전문가 의견 등을 수렴하여 26개 국가기술자격 직무분야를 13개 분야로 새롭게 구분 제시하였다.

기존 검정형 자격제도가 산업의 숙련수요를 충분히 반영하지 못하여 노동시장에서 효용성이 낮게 나타나고 있다는 우려가 제기됨에 따라 최근 검정형 자격을 보완 차별화한 혁신형 국가기술자격제도로써 과정평가형 자격제도가 시행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 과정평가형 자격취득자를 채용한 기업들을 대상으로 한 조사자료를 분석하여 국가기술자격제도의 혁신이 기업의 고용결정에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지 살펴보고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 기업의 숙련수요 반영정도는 전체 고용결정에 있어서 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 과거 기술부족으로 인한 손실발생 경험이 있는 경우 지속고용 및 고용확대를 결정할 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 기업이 우수한 인력을 고용하고자 하는 것은 모든 기업의 공통적인 희망사항임에도 그간 중소기업들은 우수한 인력을 선별하는 수단이 부족했을 수 있다는 점을 시사한다. 결과적으로 자격제도의 기업숙련수요 반영정도가 높아질수록 자격 취득자의 지속고용 및 고용확대 가능성이 높아질 수 있고, 국가기술자격제도를 산업체의 구체적인 기술숙련 수요에 대응하는 방향으로 설계해야 할 필요성을 제시한다고 하겠다.

This paper is a study on a nuclear water chiller. It presents a test-verified finite element model of a water chiller to be used at a Nuclear Power Plant. The test-verified model predicts natural frequencies within 5% for all major modes below 50 Hz. This model accurately represents the dynamic characteristics of the actual hardware and is qualified for its use in the final stress analysis for seismic verification.

이 연구는 국가기술자격제도 관리 운영체제에 대한 국가와 민간의 적절한 역할분담 체계가 무엇인지를 알아보고 이를 구축하기 위한 방안을 마련하고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 국가기술자격제도 관리의 국가와 민간의 역할분담에 대한 방향을 탐색하였다. 또한 국가기술자격제도의 관리 운영 현황을 분석하여 국가중심의 자격제도 운영의 한계를 살펴보았으며, 자격제도 관리 운영에 대한 국가 및 민간의 역할 분담 방안을 제시하였다. 연구방법으로 관련자료의 수집 및 분석, 기업체(사내자격관리자), 업종별 협회(사업주 단체)를 대상으로 한 설문조사, 국가와 민간의 역할 분담 방향을 설정하기 위한 전문가 협의회 개최, 기업체 및 업종별 협회에 대한 의견수렴을 위한 면담조사 등이 실시되었으며, 자격제도 전문가를 중심으로 연구 협력진 구성하여 운영하였다.
