Off-Site Construction (OSC) is a new construction method based on factory production. OSC (Off-Site Construction) is a new construction method based on factory production. Researches such as OSC-related design and production standardization, transport methods are actively conducted in the U.S., UK and other parts of the world as this new method has an edge over existing methods in terms of productivity, economy and quality. As the emergence of this new area requires reasonable management, an analysis of the scope of construction project management is required accordingly. Therefore, this research analyzed the study trends and relationships at the CM/PM range's "Operation level" to identify areas of study, relationship between studies and deficiencies in current research. This study carried out a comprehensive literature review of the OSC (CM/PM) research by analyzing 94 papers in Operation level as of September 3, 2018, and the analysis results are as follows. (1) Working stage level researches have been increasing rapidly since 2006. (2) Non-volumetric type is contributing most significantly at work stage level. In the building sector, it has been identified that problems such as residential: living, quality issues, non-residential: economic difficulties, factory: productivity problems have been addressed. (4) The Non-volumetric pre-assembly type dealt with the economic feasibility of residential and non-residential buildings, whereas the modular type was studied in regards to assembly quality. (5) From 2006, project management areas (e.g., quality, human resources, risks) have been expanded. It is expected that this research will help find new areas of research for OSC. If the analysis is carried out to the level of the industrial, corporate and project phases in the future, it is deemed that the overall research flow and area of the OSC industry can be identified.
This study aims to emphasize the importance of organizational culture through case studies on the activation of Atomy corporate culture, which is a key factor in corporate sustain-ability. In addition, A company established and practiced, a unique thinking and organizational culture characteristic of work, to realize growth and development of a top-notch company beyond a global Korean network marketing company. On the other hand, A company is realizing the re-establishment and implementation of the human resource management system that strategically reflects the value of industry according to the changes and characteristics of the times. In other words, the most important factor for revitalizing the organizational culture is the aspect of changes in the personnel system. We are further improving our sustain-ability management system through system innovation to provide continuous value to our partners, members, and consumers along with a strategic HR system differentiated from existing network marketing companies.
This study examined the relationship between organizational justice, intragroup trust, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Hospital Administrative Staff(OCB of HAS) and investigated convergence effects of these factors on OCB. The subjects were randomly selected 274 HAS from 22 hospitals randomly selected in J area. The data were collected from July 1 to July 31, 2019 for about a month, and the structured self-administered questionaries was used for the data survey. OCB was positively correlated with organizational justice, intragroup trust and organizational commitment. As a result of covariance structure analysis, it was found that the higher organizational justice, intragroup trust, and organizational commitment, the higher OCB. The results of the analysis showed that in order to increase the OCB of HAS, it was necessary to increase organizational justice, intragroup trust, and organizational commitment. The results of the survey are expected to be used as basic data for hospital human resource management, which enhances OCB of HAS, and health education in the emotional and psychological aspects of HAS. In the future study, it is necessary to investigate various factors affecting OCB of HAS.
The current curriculum in the 7th informatics, which simply highlights the use of applied programs rather than enhancing creativity through learning several principles in information science and thus making it hard to have optimism on the future as a powerhouse in IT. By diagnosing these problems, Education Ministry revised the existing curriculum to have a more scientific access to the informatics. However, the curricular revision fails to meet the needs of learners sufficiently because it tends to put the considerations of theoretical specialists before the learners them selves. This paper compares and analyzes the overall understanding of learners on informatics, current-curriculum and 7th revised curriculum and that of college-level, thus offering the student-centered one. Also, the research tries to bridge the opinion gap between developer and learner by looking into the understanding level of university majors about the current curriculum. In doing so, thesis may provide the basis on exploring new approaches and contribute to establishing 7th revised curriculum in school.
Competency cannot be transformed as knowledge, so the operation of competency-based curriculum requires support from the extracurriculum that gives many opportunities practical experience. Therefore, many universities establish the own extracurricular courses by using much financial, human, and physical infrastructure. However, it is doubtful whether the extracurriculum is effective on cultivating competencies, what kinds of programs is useful to nurture right abilities, how to assess the outcome of implementing of the extracurriculum. For these reason, the accreditation system, that awards to student who accomplish certain programs based on the given standard, has been used as the tool to manage outcome achieved by the extracurriculum. This study aimed to investigate the outcome of the accreditation system of K university in order to verify its effectiveness for cultivating competencies through the extracurriculum. Through the analysis of prior research, it could be inferred that students who achieved the accreditation system would be able to cultivate relevant competencies, improve major abilities, and instill a positive image of related administrative departments while participating in various programs. Thus, this study collected data of those who achieved the accreditation and did not by participating at least once in extracurricular program from March 2020 to February 2021 to compare their results of the diagnosis of core competencies and student circumstances, and survey of educational satisfaction and interpreted interviews of 10 students, excellent certifier. As a result, it was verified that the more evenly participating in various programs to achieve the accreditation system, the more diverse competency was obtained, and the satisfaction with the student support department and major education was improved.
This study aims to understand the relationships between antecedents (recognition, empowerment, fair rewards, procedural justice(PJ), perceived organizational support(POS) and consequence(turnover intention(TI) of job engagement in a super deluxe hotel's F&B departments. Based on a total of 402 useful samples obtained for the empirical research, this study reviewed reliability and fitness of the research model and verified total 6 hypotheses with through the use of the AMOS statistical program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously by using a structural equation model(SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data, ${\chi}^2=668.894$(p<.001), df=373, CMIN/DF=1.794, GFI=.901, AGFI=.877, NFI=.928, CFI=.967, RMSEA=.044. The model's fit, as indicated by these indexes, was deemed satisfactory, and thus provided a good basis for testing the hypothesized paths. The results show that recognition, empowerment, fair rewards, PJ, and POS had a positive significant influence on job engagement. In addition, job engagement had a negative significant influence on TI. Through this it was confirmed that an optimized organization(working) environment reduced employees' turnover intention by increasing their job engagement level. Therefore, it is suggested that F&B departments at super deluxe hotels design various internal marketing programs from the perspective of efficient human resource management. Implications and limitations, as well as future research directions are also discussed.
This study attempted to investigate how the transformational leadership perceived by flowers of telemarketing organizations. In particular, this study explored the moderating effect of followership in the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational performance. To verify the research model, 321 surveys collected from 10 domestic call centers were analyzed. Reliability, correlation, factor analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were performed, and as a result of the analysis, it was found that the transformational leadership in the telemarketing organizations had a positive effect on organizational performance. In addition, it was confirmed that goal consistency, proactive participation, critical thinking, and team spirit, which are the four sub-variables of followership, all have a positive (+) effect on organizational performance, and both goal consistency and proactive participation moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational performance. Considering the special working environment of telemarketing organizations, the results of this study suggest the need for a corporate educational role to increase transformational leadership and followership and the need to build environments by setting up an atmosphere for members to exercise follow-up, and opening up communication structures for members to follow.
According to the '2013 Performance Assessment Report on the Financial Program' from the National Assembly Budget Office, the unfilled recruitment ratio of Software(SW) Developers in South Korea was 25% in the 2012 fiscal year. Moreover, the unfilled recruitment ratio of highly-qualified SW developers reaches almost 80%. This phenomenon is intensified in small and medium enterprises consisting of less than 300 employees. Young job-seekers in South Korea are increasingly avoiding becoming a SW developer and even the current SW developers want to change careers, which hinders the national development of IT industries. The Korean government has recently realized the problem and implemented policies to foster young SW developers. Due to this effort, it has become easier to find young SW developers at the beginning-level. However, it is still hard to recruit highly-qualified SW developers for many IT companies. This is because in order to become a SW developing expert, having a long term experiences are important. Thus, improving job continuity intentions of current SW developers is more important than fostering new SW developers. Therefore, this study surveyed the job continuity intentions of SW developers and analyzed the factors associated with them. As a method, we carried out a survey from September 2014 to October 2014, which was targeted on 130 SW developers who were working in IT industries in South Korea. We gathered the demographic information and characteristics of the respondents, work environments of a SW industry, and social positions for SW developers. Afterward, a regression analysis and a decision tree method were performed to analyze the data. These two methods are widely used data mining techniques, which have explanation ability and are mutually complementary. We first performed a linear regression method to find the important factors assaociated with a job continuity intension of SW developers. The result showed that an 'expected age' to work as a SW developer were the most significant factor associated with the job continuity intention. We supposed that the major cause of this phenomenon is the structural problem of IT industries in South Korea, which requires SW developers to change the work field from developing area to management as they are promoted. Also, a 'motivation' to become a SW developer and a 'personality (introverted tendency)' of a SW developer are highly importantly factors associated with the job continuity intention. Next, the decision tree method was performed to extract the characteristics of highly motivated developers and the low motivated ones. We used well-known C4.5 algorithm for decision tree analysis. The results showed that 'motivation', 'personality', and 'expected age' were also important factors influencing the job continuity intentions, which was similar to the results of the regression analysis. In addition to that, the 'ability to learn' new technology was a crucial factor for the decision rules of job continuity. In other words, a person with high ability to learn new technology tends to work as a SW developer for a longer period of time. The decision rule also showed that a 'social position' of SW developers and a 'prospect' of SW industry were minor factors influencing job continuity intensions. On the other hand, 'type of an employment (regular position/ non-regular position)' and 'type of company (ordering company/ service providing company)' did not affect the job continuity intension in both methods. In this research, we demonstrated the job continuity intentions of SW developers, who were actually working at IT companies in South Korea, and we analyzed the factors associated with them. These results can be used for human resource management in many IT companies when recruiting or fostering highly-qualified SW experts. It can also help to build SW developer fostering policy and to solve the problem of unfilled recruitment of SW Developers in South Korea.

This paper is targeted on proposing ameliorating alternative to performance assessment method of GSEM through evaluating the current one, which is initiated by SMBA to induce fair competition among 5 GSEM across the country and accommodate the quality improvement of entrepreneurship education since 2005 after beginning the SMBA support, from the perspective of BSC(Balanced Scorecard) tool. Ultimately, it complements the policy defects of SMBA over GSEM, in particular, in the process of performance assessment and management. This paper carries out two studies as follow. First, throughout reviewing the previous studies relating to BSC applications to non-profit organization, it set out the direction of introducing BSC in assessing performance of GSEM in order to enhance its effectiveness. Second, it evaluate the rationality of performance assessing tools apllied to GSEM by SMBA on the basis of BSC application over non-profit organization, especially in education institution. Research results shows the following implications. First, the current evaluation system over GSEM is just merely assessment itself and not much contributions for the post performance management. Second, The annual evaluation just remains to check up whether the policy goals are met or not. Third, the current evaluation puts much emphasis just on financial inputs and hardware infra, not considering human resources and utilization of government policy and institution. Fourth, the policy goals are unilaterally focused on entrepreneurs. Fifth, the current evaluation systems do not contain any indexes relating to learning and growth perspectives for concerning sustainable and independent growing up. However, lack of empirical testing require this paper to need the further study in the future.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of dental hygienists' leader-member exchange (LMX) and empowerment on organizational performance, improve human resource management in their organization and their job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and provide basic data that could help improve organizational performance. A survey was conducted in 324 dental hygienists at dental care institutions in Ulsan, Busan, and Daegu from March 2 to 31, 2015 and the following results were obtained: Dental hygienists at dental hospitals had higher levels of LMX than those at dental clinics; those who were at higher positions, who were older, and who were more educated showed higher levels of empowerment. There was significant, positive correlation between LMX and empowerment and job satisfaction and organizational commitment: dental hygienists with better LMX and higher levels of empowerment showed higher levels of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. For dental hygienists, significance (${\beta}=0.325$, p<0.001) exerted the greatest impact on job satisfaction, followed by organizational commitment (${\beta}=0.264$, p<0.001) and competence (${\beta}=0.164$, p<0.01) and LMX (${\beta}=0.321$, p<0.001) had the greatest impact on organizational commitment, followed by job satisfaction (${\beta}=0.275$, p<0.001) and significance (${\beta}=0.210$, p<0.001).To put the results together, dental hygienists in dental care practice had their job satisfaction and organizational commitment affected by LMX and empowerment; therefore, it is necessary to develop diverse education programs with the objective of promoting mutual exchange between a manager of dental hygienists' team and members and improving empowerment.
