  • Recently, Housing projects in the center of the Metropolis are getting higher, larger, more complex gradually, the resources are increasing greatly. Especially, the right manpower in the right place could quite important factor because the construction cites are wide and many subcontractors and labors throw into finish works in High-rise Housing projects. Differing from apartment building projects. it is only four or five years that high rise building projects are started so, there is little data for manpower information. Furthermore it is difficult that the data gathering and managing because manpower management is usually used to execute by subcontractors from supply to demand. Consequently, this study, proposed develop management for accurate manpower plan and efficient collection and practical use of manpower information through analysis of present condition in construction sites

The Career Plateau and Organizational Commitment of R&D Professionals : Focusing on the Moderating Role of Age and Creative Behavior (R&D인력의 경력정체와 조직몰입의 관계 : 연령과 창의적 행동의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • This paper investigates the relationship between R&D professionals' career plateau and organizational commitment in which career plateau's sub-dimensions consist of structural and job-content plateau. Further, it aims to examine the moderating effect of age and creative behavior of R&D professionals on the relationship between career plateau and organizational commitment. Empirical data were collected from 418 R&D professionals who work for Government sponsored research institutions. The results showed that the relationship between structural plateau and organizational commitment is differently related depending on age level. That is, the negative relationship between structural plateau and organizational commitment is stronger for junior R&D professionals. Furthermore, the relationship between job-content plateau and organizational commitment is negatively related, and differs in the strength depending on the creative behavior level of R&D professionals. For one with stronger characteristics of creative behavior, job-content plateau is more negatively related to organizational commitment. Based on the results, some implications are suggested on the career plateau issues of R&D professionals who work for government sponsored research institutions. Finally, it is discussed on the limitations of this study and further research directions.

  • This study began with the question of obtaining human resources through the promotion of outstanding resources of the Special Forces Officer and studied the following four promotion strategies: First, it is Facebook's promotional strategy medium. Second, it is a promotional strategy medium of YouTube. Third, it is a promotional strategy medium for blogs. Fourth, it is a public relations strategy medium for Web site. Furthermore, we would like to consider this study through four promotional strategies and cases of acquiring excellent foreign personnel in order to acquire excellent non-commissioned officers. Therefore, it is necessary to obtain excellent resources through promotional activities by utilizing strategic intermediaries for obtaining excellent resources from special forces. Ultimately, this study can provide fundamental implications for recruiting special forces officers for obtaining excellent resources by utilizing strategic intermediaries.

  • e커머스 풀필먼트 비즈니스에서 수요예측은 매우 중요하다. 이는 고객의 온라인 주문정보를 바탕으로 풀필먼트 창고 내에서의 적정 피킹, 패킹 인력과 배송을 위한 차량의 적정규모도 산정하여 관련 비용 및 자원들 관리에 활용되기 때문이다. 특히 예측결과에 따라 인력 운영비용 및 배송에도 영향을 미치기 때문에 그 중요성이 날이 갈수록 커지고 있는 상황이다. 이런 이유로 e커머스 풀필먼트 비즈니스에 활용하기 위한 특화된 수요예측 방법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 멀티 조합 수요예측 기술은 풀필먼트 비즈니스에 가장 중요한 요소인 피킹과 패킹을 위한 적정 작업 인력 확보를 하고 이를 통해 안정적인 상품 출고가 가능해진다.

  • The development of Semantic Web basically requires knowledge induced from the formalization and semantization of information, and thus ontology should be introduced as a knowledgization tool. URI(Universal Resource Identifier) is an indispensible scheme to uniquely indicate individuals on ontology. However, it is difficult to find the use cases of URI in real data including science and technology papers. This paper describes the method to construct internal and external human resource information based on URI from the papers. We use co-authors, e-mails, publication date, and affiliation for discriminating authors with the same strings. HRST(Human Resources devoted to Science and Technology) is referred to acquire URIs for human resource. We expect the internal and external human resource information would be adopted to outcome analysis applications such as researcher network analysis and outcome statistics.

A study on the professional mobility of researchers in Korean government-funded research institutes (활용중심의 연구인력 유동성 현황 연구 : 우리나라 이공계 출연(연)을 중심으로)

  • This paper presents an emerging concept, professional mobility in S&T innovation system, that focus on the utilization of highly qualified researchers without recruiting. In this paper we divided the utilization of external researcher into four types: (1)visiting/post-Doc/guest researcher, (2)collaborating research student, (3)part-timer or trainee and (4)foreign researcher. From 2002 to 2005 in 19 Korean government-funded research institutes, while total researchers have increased by 13.3%, external researchers have decreased from 39.2% to 35.7%. In 2005, visiting and foreign researchers were only 6.5% of total external researchers. It may indicate that the innovation capability of Korean research institutes is on the quite limited situation compared to foreign research institutes. The financial and institutional support programs for promoting the professional mobility are also insufficient in Korean S&T innovation system.

  • The technological convergence of IT, BT and NT is expected to drive technological revolution in the twenty first century, so a large amount of R&D expenditure is being concentrated on the development of fusion technology worldwide. Researches on how to direct and manage fusion technology development, however, are rare up to the present. This study investigates technology development and S&T human resources practices in the fusion technology are a focusing on the career path movement of researchers. On the basis of case study and a field survey of 209 scientists and engineers from academia, research institutes and industry, four strategic directions are recommended for improving human resources development in convergence technologies. The limitations and contributions of the study are also discussed.

Analysis on changes in work autonomy of content industry workers (콘텐츠산업 인력의 업무 자율성 변화 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze changes in work autonomy of content industry workers using Korea Working Conditions Survey(2010, 2014) and difference-differences estimation method. The results find that there was no significant change in the work autonomy (work order, work method, work speed) of the content industry worker in In the overall sample. On the other hand, analyzing the sample of 30 or more employee establishment size shows that work autonomy of the content industry worker is greatly reduced. Also, work autonomy is high when the rank or capability is high, whereas work autonomy decreases when the establishment size is large. This study implies that the content industry workers have shown quantitatively the reduction of work autonomy. It also suggests that compensation and management systems are needed to enhance the competitiveness of the content industry.
