The reality and task of non-face-to-face performing arts in the COVID-19: Focusing on the survey on the perception of workers and experts in the performing arts field (코로나시대 비대면 공연예술의 현실과 과제 - 공연예술분야 종사자 및 전문가 인식조사를 중심으로)

  • This study confirmed the perceptions of performing arts field workers and related experts under the theme of non-face-to-face performing arts. As a result of the analysis, first, respondents agreed with the practical need for non-face-to-face performing arts, but respondents in the field viewed the lack of "fieldability" and "communication with the audience" of non-face-to-face performances as a problem. Second, respondents who participated in non-face-to-face performance production had negative perceptions of realism, immersion, interaction with the audience, lack of enjoyment outside the performance, and difficulties in securing budgets, filming and editing, and actors' acting commitment. Third, regarding the government's non-face-to-face performing arts-related support policy, they complained that support was only given to specific organizations and a small number of people, and administrative difficulties in support. Through this study, it can be suggested that face-to-face and non-face-to-face performance arts should be treated in a complementary and balanced relationship in terms of government policy.

  • As the importance of ICT use in education grows, this study analyzes the differences and characteristics of perceptions of educational fields and industries on the use of Edutech, and proposes policy suggestions for revitalizing Edutech by deriving requirements. Accordingly, a survey was conducted on 201 teachers and 100 companies, and IPA analysis, Borich's needs, basic statistics, and t-test were conducted to find out the necessity and utilization of Edutech. As a result, they were highly aware of the need for the use of Edutech, and perceived that the support or accessibility for Edutech was insufficient. Accordingly, direct exchange between on-site teachers and companies from the product development stage to utilization and follow-up management, professional support for the introduction of Edutech, simplification of the purchase process and deregulation, customized support and training programs according to the characteristics of teachers are required. In the future, it is necessary to consider the changes in education that will occur after COVID-19 and establish appropriate product development and spread strategies.

The Effects of Using Consumers' Risk Perception and Service Quality on the Intention of Repurchase in the Rental Service (렌탈 서비스 이용고객의 위험지각 및 서비스품질이 재이용의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study can be helpful in establishing and establishing company-wide marketing strategies from the supplier's point of view by analyzing the effects of rental service users' risk perception and service quality on customers' re-use intentions, and revealing differences according to demographic characteristics. It was intended to provide valid results. A total of 218 data were used as analysis data. Frequency, factor, mean, reliability and regression analysis, ANOVA, and t-test were performed through SPSS program (statistics). As a result of the study, first, as a result of analyzing the effect of risk perception on rental service quality, functional and psychological risks have a negative (-) effect on service quality. Second, in the relationship between service quality and re-use intention, the empathy factor has a high positive (+) effect, and as a result of analyzing the effect of risk perception on re-use intention, functional and psychological risk have the greatest influence, and financial Risk perception was also highly influential. In conclusion, the research results suggest that increasing the concentration of marketing strategies by reducing the negative (-) effect related to risk perception for short-term customers and housewives and enhancing the reliability and empathy for service quality can maximize the sales of suppliers.

  • Because of the need of actual performance of education, this study aims to understand how the factors of educational content and organizational characteristics affect organizational commitment and work performance, which are organizational effects, through learning transfer. As a result, task value, job relevance, and organizational compensation had a significant effect on learning transfer, learning transfer had a significant effect on organizational commitment and work performance, and organizational commitment had a significant effect on work performance. In order to increase the learning transfer of education, when specifying the connection with the actual job and strengthening the compensation system of the members, the learning transfer can be increased and eventually connected to performance. Since limited variables are considered, a more representative sample or professional group should be extracted through future research. In future studies, it will be possible to closely grasp the relationship between learning transfer and organizational effectiveness by setting representative samples and specifying variables.

  • As the aging of our society gradually deepens, the quality of the elderly care environment based on the elderly care model of the Silver Town space is gradually becoming the focus of everyone's attention. This study mainly studies and discusses the visual and behavioral characteristics of the elderly. In order to pay more attention to the special needs of the elderly in order to optimize the spatial environment, the design of visual experience design in the living environment of the elderly in Silver Town is designed. explore in depth Through this, the environment of the space is optimized so that the elderly can enjoy their old age in a comfortable environment. This study is based on visual psychology, environmental psychology, gerontology and other theories. Through the collection of related literature and field research on the elderly, the function and overall combination of the living environment of the elderly in Silver Town is studied, and the environment is organized. Based on the behavioral and visual needs of middle-aged and older people, a design method was proposed to strengthen the visual connection in space. In terms of visual experience, the lighting, colors, and materials of the environment are studied. Through a combination of theory and research and experiments, it is concluded that the elderly prefer plants with warm colors, high brightness colors, and geometric patterns. The design principle and design method of the visual experience in the Silver Town space are summarized.

Impact of the User Experience on OTT services on Continuous Use Intention: Mainly focusing on the Use Satisfaction Mediating Effect (OTT 서비스에 대한 사용자 경험이 지속적 이용 의도에 미치는 영향: 이용 만족의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • Generally, people act to use Information Technology on the premise of their experience in using various Information Technology. Namely, users perceive Information Technology through their User Experience, and these User Experiences can be said to impact Continuous Use Intention of the Information Technology. Based on this condition, the present study was proceeded to investigate the User Satisfaction's Mediating effect in the relationship between User Experience and Continuous Use Intention of the OTT services. For this purpose, 195 male and female college students' survey data were used for analysis, verified through the SPSS Process Macro. As a result of the analysis, not only the Reliability experience for the OTT services but also the Usability, Convenience, and Pleasurable experiences' User Experiences were verified that Use Satisfaction was Fully Mediating in relation to Continuous Use Intention. This result gives an implication that the importance of User Experience and Use Satisfaction in maintaining customers through continuous use of OTT services are worth noting. Overall, the present study increased the customer utility for OTT services and confirmed the importance of User Experience and Use Satisfaction in order to increase the competitiveness of the company. Also, it proposed a direction for an in-depth future research to develop this study.

Difference of Cultural competence and Educational needs for cultural nursing competence by Cultural contact experience of Nursing students (간호대학생의 다문화 접촉경험에 따른 문화적 역량과 문화간호역량 교육요구 차이)

  • This study was to identify the cultural competence and educational needs for cultural nursing competence according to the cultural contact experience. The survey participants were 125 nursing students in S university of Gyeonggi-do. The data were collected through self-report questionnaires from October 1 to 31 in 2021. Data were analyzed using independent t-test, one-way ANOVA of the SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The cultural competence was 3.49±0.55 points, and the educational needs for cultural nursing competence was 8.25±0.10 points. The cultural competence showed significant differences according to academic score(F=7.465, p=.001), multicultural friend(t=-2.477, p=.016), foreign language communication ability(t=-3.113, p=.002), and suburban multicultural education (t=-2.030, p=.045), and there was no difference in educational needs for cultural nursing competence according to cultural contact experience. It is necessary to provide an educational program that enhances foreign language communication and strengthens qualitative contact experience with multicultural subjects in order to increase the cultural competency of nursing students.

The Effect of Non-Face-to-Face Class on Core Competencies of College Students in Clothing Major: Focused on Application Case of Flipped Learning (언택트 시대에 비대면 수업이 의류학 분야 대학생의 핵심역량 수준에 미치는 영향: 플립러닝 기법의 적용 사례를 중심으로)

  • The aim of this study is to examine the effectiveness of non-face-to-face classes conducted due to the COVID-19 crisis. In order to achieve this goal, a non-face-to-face class with flipped learning was applied in one subject of clothing major held at 'S' University in Cheongju, Korea. In addition, this study tried to analyze the differences between pre- and post-non-face-to-face classes in problem analysis ability, resource/information/technology literacy, convergent thinking ability as core competencies, and overall learning satisfaction. As a result, after participating in the non-face-to-face class in which the flipped learning was applied, the students recognized that their abilities improved in the three problem-solving competency sub-areas, and their overall learning satisfaction also increased. The effectiveness of non-face-to-face classes in the field of clothing and fashion has been mainly measured in fashion design and clothing construction courses. However, based on the results of this study, it can be suggested that non-face-to-face classes in a theory-oriented lecture-type class can be effective methods for improving students' core competencies such as problem-solving skills if teaching-learning methods such as flipped learning are applied. Therefore, the results of this study will be useful data for designing differentiated non-face-to-face class strategies in a theory-oriented lecture-type class to improve the core competencies of college students.

Perceptions of Academic Journals and Scholarly Events in Library and Information Science: An Online Survey (문헌정보학 분야 학술지 및 학술행사 인식 연구 - 설문조사 결과를 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of academic journals and scholarly events published and operated by the four major academic societies in library and information science (Korean Library and Information Science Society, Korean Society for Library and Information Science, Korean Biblia Society for Library and Information Science, and Korea Society for Information Management). An online survey was carried out to know the members' perceptions of journals' quality, number, review process, publication/distribution, readership, practicality, interdisciplinarity, internationalization, and differentiation. In addition, the reasons for participation and non-participation in scholarly events, the degree of achievement of the purpose, differentiation between scholarly events, and ways to revitalize joint academic conferences were examined. A total of 197 members of the four societies completed the survey. The findings showed that the overall quality of the four journals was good, but they still needed to be improved in the review process, publication and distribution, readership, practicality, and internationalization. Strategies to specialize each journal needed to be considered as well. To revitalize scholarly events, large-scale joint academic conferences can be organized to encourage the participation of researchers and practitioners, considering both academic and social aspects of research and practice. This study mainly reported the results of the online survey. Also, it shed light on the suggestions to improve the academic journals and scholarly events in the field of library and information science based on the findings from the case studies of international academic journals and events as well as the group discussions and feedback from the participants at the joint conferenece held in December 2022.

A Study on 3D Virtual Restoration and Convergence Utilization of Gas Masks for Digital Reproduction of War Cultural Heritage (전쟁 문화유산 디지털 재현을 위한 방독면 3D 가상 복원 및 융합 활용 연구)

  • In January 2007, the Remains Excavation and Investigation Team of the Ministry of National Defense was established, and full-scale excavation of remains was promoted. Currently, the scope of the excavation is being expanded to Baekma Hill within the DMZ, where fierce battles were fought during the Korean War. Now, many remains and remains are being excavated in Baekma hill. Most are in damaged condition. Therefore, in this study, the original form of the excavated remains was restored using 3D scanning and 3D modeling. This digital restoration method can be an alternative to compensate for the disadvantages of the manual method. Currently, various digital restorations using 3D technology are active in the field of cultural heritage. Digitally restored materials can be used as basic data for digital heritage. Based on this, various contents related to excavation of remains and patriots and veterans can be developed. Furthermore, if digital human restoration is made based on the excavated remains, it will be possible to reproduce the appearance of the dead.
