Silver and Whitten proved that every knot in $S^3$ is invertibly concordant to a hyperbolic knot by a series of Nakanishi's construction. We prove that every knot in $S^3$ is invertibly concordant to a nonhyperbolic prime knot by a simple one step satellite construction.

The concept of discrete curvature is a discretization of the curvature. Many literatures introduce discrete curvatures derived from arc length of circular arcs. We propose a new concept of discrete curvature of a polygon at each vertex, which is derived from area of fan shapes. We estimate the error of the discrete curvature and compare the discrete curvature with old one.

The mixed chord-integrals are defined. The Fenchel-Aleksandrov inequality and a general isoperimetric inequality for the mixed chordintegrals are established. Furthermore, the dual general Bieberbach inequality is presented. As an application of the dual form, a Brunn-Minkowski type inequality for mixed intersection bodies is given.

A noctuid species, Avitta puncta Wileman is reported for the first time from Korea. One male of A. puncta was collected from Island Gageo-do, which located at the most southwestern part of the Korean Peninsula. Diagnosis of the species is provided with brief description of adult including male genitalia.

B cells, by virtue of their diverse roles in immune responses to foreign and self antigens, have become of increasing interest to the clinician as well as the basic immunologist. In particular, it is now apparent that the development of B cell unresponsiveness in antibody and T cell mediated autoimmune disorders and the transplant setting is both worthwhile and achievable.

It is proposed the basic filtering method to remove bias and conjugate image in incoherent hologram. To demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method, the image reconstruction of incoherent hologram is presented.
