This study uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) on viewing motivation for the revitalization of Korean creative musicals. The IPA is the evaluation techniques to simultaneously compare and analyze relative importance and achievement of each attribute for multi-attribute models. This analysis uses the discerning method by displaying the matrix that includes the factors about which customers care and customer satisfaction on each factor. The customer satisfaction is determined by customer expectation for each attribute and its implementation level. This study, through this method, exams the importance and satisfaction level on attributes of viewing motivations for Korean creative musicals.

This paper surveys the physical properties of the MWNT dispersion solution dispersed with the three types of solvents and of the polyurethane composite film for improvement of mechanical properties and electrical characteristics of PU/MWNT composite film. For this purpose, the MWNT dispersed solution was mixed with three types of solvent such as IPA, MEK and Toluene and then mixed with polyurethane (100part) with variation of loading content (0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 part) of MWNT dispersed solution in the ultrasonic wave dispersion apparatus. And eighteen PU/MWNT composite films were prepared as specimens. The various physical properties of these PU/MWNT films were measured and discussed with the loading content of three types of MWNT dispersed solutions. The highest absorbancy among the three types of dispersed solutions was shown in the IPA/MWNT solution. But the absorbancy of PU/MWNT films was not same as the solution. The low electrical surface and volume resistivity of PU/MWNT film were shown at the condition of 20 and 10 parts loading of IPA/MWNT dispersed solution, respectively. The low triboelectricity of PU/MWNT film was shown at the condition of above 30part loading of IPA/MWNT dispersed solution. The breaking strength and strain of PU/MWNT film prepared with IPA/MWNT dispersed solution were decreased with increasing loading content of IPA/MWNT from 10 to 40 parts. The maximum breaking strength and breaking strain according to the dispersion solution were shown on the IPA/MWNT dispersed solution. The uniform dispersion of PU/MWNT film according to the loading content of MWNT solution was shown by surface image analysis on the films dispersed with IPA.

Recently, as people's interest in health care has been rising, the health care service awareness and utilization has been increasing. However, the existing healthcare services have problems such as inconvenience of mobility, the low reliability of input for information and low accuracy of information provided as well. in this study, we developed the m-Health application by utilizing smart phone with improvement of these problems. This application provided the total of 5 services such as notification for risk of cardiovascular disease, personalized dietary recommendations targeted to 20s and 30s who do not properly manage their health care by bad habits. In addition, the benefits and problems of these services were found out through the analysis for the general importance and satisfaction of these services by Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) technique. In result of IPA analysis, The six items such as 'input accuracy and reliability of information', 'content reliability', 'proper health service recommendations', etc. among 12 of the items needed to receive the effective services on m-Health were belonged to importance and satisfaction area with high level. And, in the 'information security', the importance is high but the satisfaction was low. In conclusion, the further study for strengthening security of information, service update provided with PHR to consistently keep the advantage of these services will be conducted.

This study sheds light on the quality aspect of cloud computing services as next IT platform. Three tasks of the research are to extract the quality factors of cloud service from the user's viewpoint, empirically analyze the perceptual differences between the user group and the provider group by applying the IPA technique, and suggest some quality factors that need to be improved. Based on the previous researches and focus group evaluation, 13 quality factors have been established. Two field surveys have been performed respectively to collect the perceptual importance and satisfaction level of the users and the providers. It is shown that the quality satisfaction of the user group is lower than the quality perceived by the providers. And there exist significant differences between two groups in respect to quality importance level and IPA matrix. In conclusion, 6 quality factors that need to be improved are suggested such as service functionality, service availability, interoperability, scalability, confidentiality, and provider's responsiveness.

The objective of this study is to provide improved methodology based on the IPA method. One case studies are solved by the proposed method. this study present the method that give value to use SN(Signal-to-Noise) ratio in IPA. A case study of lecture satisfaction are solved by the proposed method and the existing method. Also, the result is compared with the existing method using Mean and the proposed method using SN ratio.

The purposes of this study were to investigate students' perception on importance and performance of service quality of university foodservice, and to examine Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) of foodservice quality for male and female students. A total of 500 university students in Daejeon were surveyed and 432 responses were returned. Excluding responses with significant missing data, 412 responses were used for data analysis. In terms of importance of service quality attributes, 'sanitation(4.74)' category received the highest score, followed by 'food(4.36)', 'service(4.22)', 'convenience(4.01)', 'menu(3.90)' and 'atmosphere(3.73)'. In terms of performance, the highest service quality attribute was associated with 'convenience(3.30)', followed by 'service(3.06)', 'sanitation(2.95)', 'food(2.88)', 'atmosphere(2.79)' and 'menu(2.68)'. As the results of IPA, 'staff's kindness', 'overall quality of service', 'taste of the food', 'freshness of the food', 'overall quality of the food', and 'cleanliness of the facility' fell into the Quadrant IV(Focus here) for female students. On the other hand, male students' IPA grid illustrated that 'taste of the food', 'freshness of the food', 'nutrition of the food', 'sanitation of the food', and 'sanitation of the utensils' fell into Quadrant IV(Focus here).

The purpose of this study was to find out the difference between importance and performance regarding perception of core competence of gifted education teachers through importance-performance analysis (IPA). One hundred fourteen elementary gifted education teachers including math and science participated in the study. The collected survey data was analyzed with IPA matrix. As the result, firstly, there was significant difference between importance and performance regarding perception of core competence of gifted education teachers. Secondly, core competencies of 'understanding knowledge', 'research and instruction', 'passion and motivation', and 'ethics' are high in both perceptions of importance and performance. However, both 'communication and practices' and 'professional curriculum development' are low. Thirdly, there was a difference in core competence of gifted education teachers between math and science at the competence of 'passion and motivation'. Math gifted education teachers perceived 'passion and motivation' high in both importance and performance while science gifted education teachers perceived its importance low and performance high. In addition, math gifted education teachers showed lower performance compared to its importance in the sub-categories; 'knowledge of gifted development', 'gifted child assessment', 'information gathering and its literacy', and 'creative answers to various questions'. However, science gifted education teachers showed lower performance compared to its importance in sub-categories; 'higher-order thinking skills in its subject', 'teaching methodology for self-directed learning', 'problem behavior of the gifted', and 'counseling the gifted'.

DRT should have higher positive benefits to become the public transit than the current backcountry buses having demand deficiency and operation problems. The study examines the factors for activating DRT through importance and performance analysis(IPA) and applies the IPA gap theory to find relationship between the current buses and DRT in the mixed operation area. As a result, the operation area is the urgent improving factor and the next ones are transfer related factors, on-time arrival, safe driving, operation time and vehicles. According to the gap theory to activate DRT and reduce the current bus system, in the case that performance is smaller than importance, the performance of transfer, operating time and area, and vehicles should be up. In the case that performance is higher than importance, the performance of luggage space, vehicle clean, safe driving, operator kindness, transfer, operating elements, and fare should keep going.

The main purposes of this study is to examine a local restaurants menus' importance and satisfaction of the servicescape. Survey was collected by December 1 through December 31 2015, in the region Kijang County. the data from this survey were analyzed by using various statistical techniques including frequency tables, factor analysis, reliability test, and IPA. Results of IPA analysis showed that menu consisted of local products is the highest average value, and it means the local food restaurants need to use the nostalgic marketing techniques. In addition, menus are currently for sale in order to attract continuing foreign tourists as perceived by Busan residents Kijang. Therefore, the local food restaurants need to revive the traditional flavors and recipes coming down area from ancient times. Based on these results, this study will contribute to provide fundamental information for developing marketing strategies especially local food restaurants.

This study analyzed the awareness and performance of physical therapists' infection control using IPA. The four areas were divided into handwashing, personal management, Treatment room environment management, and infection control education, and a survey was conducted on awareness and practice. General characteristics were analyzed for frequency, and recognition and performance were analyzed through paired t-test and Pearson's correlation. Handwashing was both high and infection, control education had high performance, but low awareness. The performance of Treatment room environment was high, but the awareness was low, and personal management was both low. Therefore, based on this study, there is a need for a strategy to improve the awareness of infection control education, a strategy to improve performance in the treatment room environment, and a strategy to improve both performance and awareness in Personal management.
