The purpose of this study is to identify the educational effects of Whole language approach through ICT Education to see children with intellectual disorders's change after praticing this program. It's specially meant determine specially, It's impact on reading ability. by focusing reading comprehension. (comprehension of detail contents and memorizing of detail contents.) that is differences of other existing research. The subjects are 14-16 years old who are with intellectual disorders and This study utilized a single case. (1) Is there any effects of the whole language approach through ICT Education on comprehension of detail contents, (2) Is there any effects of the whole language approach through ICT Education on memorizing of detail contents. The result showed the following: First, the Whole language approach served to increased comprehension of detail contents of children with intellectual disorders. Second, the Whole language approach served to increased memorizing of detail contents of children with intellectual disorders. Third, the Whole language approach given to positive influence about maintenance that comprehension of detail contents and memorizing of detail contents of children with intellectual disorders.

현재 학교의 컴퓨터 교육이 소프트웨어 활용 측면에서 벗어나 컴퓨터과학 교육을 강화하는 쪽으로 방향을 전환하고 있다. 특히 2005년에 개정된 정보통신기술 운영지침에 따르면 초등학교에서부터 알고리즘을 학습 내용으로 다루도록 하였으며 이에 따라 초등학교 현장에서도 알고리즘을 쉽고 효과적으로 지도하기 위한 다양한 교육 방법 연구가 필요해졌다. 현재까지 초등학생 대상의 컴퓨터과학 교육 연구는 대부분 초등학교 고학년을 대상으로 구체적인 조작과 활동 중심으로 제한되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 정렬 수행 과정이 시뮬레이션되도록 제작한 애니메이션 컨텐츠를 통해 여러 알고리즘의 방법을 경험하도록 하는 ICT 기반의 알고리즘 교수-학습 과정을 설계하여 저학년에 적용하고 성취도와 학생들의 반응을 분석하였다.

The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of ICT on tenth grade students' understandings of and attitude toward reproduction. The subject of the study was 8 classes of 267 students. Four classes learned with help of lCT, but another four classes learned on the basis of a textbook. Understanding of reproduction and the attitude were assessed using a written test and a survey, respectively. The lCT was found to be effective to foster understanding of reproduction concepts and consciousness toward human reproduction. Discussions in the web enabled students get some feedbacks on their preconceptions from other students.

Lots of developments and changes are happening with ICT utilization in the field of education. However, most teachers can't feel the practical efficiency in an evaluation. Specially, they are not keeping and using continuously the evaluation result. Therefore they cannot reflect the results in continuous learning activity of a child. We developed the test management system that supplies the forms, which facilitate the control of the various test items and are suitable for the test types. Through this system, teachers can easily design the tests and develop the content of evaluation. They can improve educational efficiency using various perspective evaluation results.

This study was done in order to suggest a desirable organizational and developmental strategy of electronic textbooks for elementary school mathematics. First of all, it was intended to set up the exact definition of electronic textbooks for elementary school mathematics by surveying previous researches and examinations regarding elementary mathematics and electronic textbooks, and showed were the total organizational model of electronic textbooks for elementary mathematics by analyzing related cases. Finally, it was intend to present a developmental strategy for each level and an effective method to secure its content.

TGT (teams-games-tournaments) cooperative learning is suggested as a method which enables both the individualized teaching-learning and the small group learning in students-centered open education. This study investigated the instructional effects of the pre-learning program applied by ICT-based TGT cooperative module for science museum excursion regarding of the earth and the moon on the science related attitude according to gender difference in elementary school science class. Three classes of third graders (N=87) at a elementary school were randomly assigned to the ICT-based TGT cooperative learning group, the ICT learning group, and traditional learning group. The students were taught about the planning of exploring the moon in the chapter of the earth and the moon, for 1 class hour. Prior to the instructions, the TOSRA(test of science related attitude) and achievement test were administered. Two-way ANCOVA results revealed that the scores of the ICT-based TGT cooperative learning group were significantly higher than the other learning groups for most of the TOSRA scales. However, there was a little significant difference among the three groups in the three distinct scales of TOSRA, Normality of Scientists, Leisure Interest in Science, and Career Interest in Science. Advantage/disadvantage and usefulness of ICT-based TGT cooperative learning were also discussed.

Establishing problem-based leaning(PBL) that is one type of constitutional learning models is meaningful not only for finding the diversity of WBI types but also for being the specific example of constitutional usage of WBI. This paper shows the development of web-based and problem-based learning program for 6th grade students of elementary school and finds its effect on their studies achievement. There were two classes of traditional lessons and one class of web-based and problem-based lessons. It performed a test with the classes for science lesson. It was found that web-based and problem-based learning is more effective on the improvement of studies achievement. There was meaningful difference in studies achievement according to ICT utilization ability. Web-based and problem-based learning statistically had a meaningful effect on the improvement of ICT utilization ability.

본 내용은 첨단 정보통신 기술을 이용하여 강의자 중심의 단방향 교육(Teaching) 환경을 학생 중심의 양방향 교육(Learning) 환경으로 개선하여 보다 창의적인 인재를 양성할 수 있는 교육환경 구축에 관한 내용이다. 우리나라를 포함한 OECD 국가들은 ICT활용 수업에 대한 필요성을 공감하고 교단 선진화를 위한 연구 및 지원을 다양하게 진행하고 있다. 학생들에게 지급하는 교과서를 인쇄매체 대신에 메모리 스틱, CD-ROM 및 인터넷을 통한 전자 매체로 대체하는 방안 등이 그 예이다. 따라서 학생들이 강의실에서 멀티미디어를 이용해 강의를 듣고, 과제를 풀며 정리된 내용을 발표하고 토론할 수 있는 양방향 수업환경이 요구된다. 그러나 컴퓨터를 활용한 수업을 진행할 때의 문제점이 강의내용을 학생들에게 효율적으로 전달하기가 어렵고, 학생들의 컴퓨터를 통제할 수 없기 때문에 수업을 이탈하는 경우가 발생되는 등 교육에 역효과가 초래된다. 본 내용에서 소개하는 양방향 수업진행 장비(드림랩)는 강의자가 학생들의 컴퓨터 모니터, 키보드 및 마우스를 자유로이 통제할 수 있어서 강의자의 화면과 음성을 실시간으로 선명하게 학생들에게 전달하고, 학생들의 내용을 모니터하고 제어할 수 있으며, 개인지도 및 수준별 그룹지도가 가능하다. 또한 강의자에게 개인적으로 질문을 할 수 있고, 학생들의 내용을 자신의 자리에서 전체 학생들에게 발표할 수도 있다. 드림랩은 순수 하드웨어로 구성되어 컴퓨터 기종이나 운영체제에 영향을 받지 않으며, 컴퓨터 자원과 네트워크 자원을 사용하지 않기 때문에 컴퓨터나 네트워크의 성능을 저하시키지 않는다. 또한 사용법이 간단하고 유지관리가 쉬운 장점 등이 있다. 따라서 컴퓨터를 활용한 수업진행이 원활하여 다양한 과목에 활용 가능하고, 학생들의 자발적인 수업 참여로 강의 중심 교육에서 자기 주도적 수업환경(T2L, Teaching to Learning)으로 자연스럽게 전환되어 교육의 질적 향상과 함께 창의적인 인재를 양성할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문에서는 교무업무지원시스템의 하나인 WDCMS(웹기반데이터취합관리시스템)를 학교현장에 실제로 적용시켜 봄으로써, ICT(정보통신기술) 기반으로 일하는 방식을 개선하고 일상적으로 반복되고 중복되는 업무에서 탈피하고 지금까지 모든 내ㆍ외부 문서처리(공문, 비 공문서)의 수작업과 결재과정의 시간과 인적자원의 낭비를 개선함은 물론 업무의 정확성 및 효율성을 높여 신속한 업무처리로 교원의 업무 경감과 교사의 주된 업무인 교수 ㆍ학습활동에 전념 할 수 있도록 교육 여건을 개선하고, 나아가 교육 정보 자료의 효과적인 관리 및 활용으로 경쟁력 있는 선진교육 환경을 구축하고자 한다.

한국LAN연구조합이 지난 '97년 10월 8일부터 4일간 한국종합전시장에서 LAN전시전 기간중 전시전 및 세미나 참석자 710명을 대상으로 구축유무, 구축형태, 구축시점, 구축방향, 이용부서, 구축후 애로점, 활용도, 교육방법 등 LAN 활용에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다.
