The Female workforces opened the combatants which was not allowed so far including the artillery in the army, air defense, and etc. to the woman soldier in 2014. I exceeded 10,000 people in 2015 and it is in the plan to be expanded to 4,450 officers, 6,374 noncommissioned officers in 2017. A navy is the plan which selects the woman officer to board a submarine since 2017 and which I board over 3,000 t level in a submarine. But the institutional supplementation about this is insufficient although the woman soldier increased depending on the policy's decision. The role of the woman soldier was expanded and it was the time when the system developmental about the woman soldier management which is consistent with the future war aspect will have to be guaranteed, and the clear standard including the post circulation to the starting in advance of the woman soldier and human resource expansion and treatment, and etc. is required. I supplement the current regulation which I am applying as man soldier Army and the same standard although the woman soldier and man soldier Army has a difference and I analyze the phenomenon and the developmental solution should be suggested about the woman soldier people management.

Battlefield management systems are operated by the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and cryptographic equipment is distributed through the personal delivery to the enemy has deodorizing prone to structure. In addition, Per person each battlefield management system (C4I) encryption key operate and authentication module to manage multiple encryption so, encryption key operating is restrictions. Analysis of the problems of this public key infrastructure(PKI), Identity-Based Cryptosystem(IBC) and Attribute-Based Cryptosystem(ABC) to compare construct the future of encrypt ion and authentication system were studied. Authentication method for the connection between the system that supports data encryption and secure data communication, storage, and communication scheme is proposed.

Cordyceps bassiana has long been used as an oriental medicine and reported to possess diverse biological activities. The fruiting bodies of Cordyceps bassiana was extracted with ethanol and then further fractionated with n-hexane, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water. The butanol fraction from Cordyceps bassiana (CBBF) exhibited the most effective in anti-inflammatory activity in RAW 264.7 macrophages and the roles of CBBF on the anti-inflammation cascade in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells were studied. To investigate the mechanism by which CBBF inhibits NO, iNOS and COX-2, the activation of $I{\kappa}B$ and MAPKs in LPS-activated macrophage were examined. Our present results demonstrated that CBBF inhibits NO production and iNOS expression in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophage cells, and these effects were mediated through the inhibition of $I{\kappa}B-{\alpha}$, JNK and p38 phosphorylation. Also, CBBF suppressed activation of MAPKs including p38 and SAPK/JNK. Furthermore, CBBF significantly suppressed LPS-induced intracellular ROS generation. Its inhibition on iNOS expression, together with its antioxidant activity, may support its anti-inflammatory activity. Thus Cordyceps bassiana can be used as a useful medicinal food or drug for further studies.

The purpose of this study is to rethink the common theme that penetrates Faulkner's authorship. That is to say, does his authorship come from "being white"? To answer this question, I try to look into "otherness"/violence against others through re-reading Light in August. By borrowing the idea of "panopticon' mechanism in Michel Foucault's Surveiller et Punir, I will examine the process of justifying the violence against others, especially blacks. Through this process, I try to research the one side of Faulkner's Southern myth which was riddled with the history of pillage and violation of black people's rights. In Light in August, I will compare Jefferson society which encircles Joe Christmas to panopticon mechanism derived from Michel Foucault's Surveiller et Punir. Jefferson society as a designer of surveillance system and an executor as well ceaselessly surveils Joe Christmas's otherness/difference or blackness and tries to punish him whenever they can. With this mechanism, I try to explain that writer's repetitive narration of collective amoral behavior such as lynch comes from his anxiety and conscience about his dark side Southern history.

This study attempted to propose a theoretical model for STEAM education, entitled to the Ewha-STEAM education model, which could provide more concrete guidelines for science educators and curriculum developers to execute STEAM ideas. We identified key knowledge and key competencies to nurture future creative/convergent human resources. Key knowledge included an understanding of core ideas cutting across traditional disciplinary boundaries as well as the nature of different disciplines. And additionally, key competencies implied such abilities as to explore the scientific world, to resolve problems, and to communicate and collaborate with others. We also added creativity and character as an essential part of key competencies. In order to provide more specific guidelines when developing, implementing, and evaluating STEAM curriculum, we suggested three elements of convergence to consider: 1) unit of convergence (i.e. concept/skills, problem/phenomenon, activity), 2) degree of convergence (i.e. multi-disciplinary, inter-disciplinary, extra-disciplinary), and 3) context of convergence (i.e. personal, societal, global). It is expected that the Ewha-STEAM education model would contribute towards diverse education communities understanding the direction of STEAM education and its educational potentials.

The purpose of this study was to explore college students' subjective perception on physical education using Q-methodology. Thirty college students participated in this study. This study found four types of college students' perception for physical education. Type I is named 'the type of Emphasizing Expertise.' The subjects of type I emphasize the importance of practicing professional motor skills and basic physical education knowledge in physical education classes. Type II is named 'the type of Emphasizing Instructional Strategy.' The subjects of type II emphasize the importance of developing effective teaching methods for students to participate actively. Type III is named 'the type of Making Physical Education Mandatory.' The subjects of type III emphasize the needing to make physical education and to increase physical education classes in school. Type IV is named 'the type of Emphasizing Sports for All.' The subjects of type IV emphasize to improve students' fitness and social-skill and connect between physical education and sports for all. These findings will contribute to plan the effective school curriculum.

Nowadays, the importance of presentations is emphasized more and more. But the university presentation education has not met the today's needs. So this study is focused on showing effective practice methods and finding development directions of the university presentation education, by having a correct understanding of presentation as a process of convergence communication. To accomplish purpose of study, I analyzed and criticized the case of Writing and Communication classes at Seoul National University of Science and Technology which has carried out practical presentation education based on former learners presentation outcomes. As a result, I suggested actually helpful presentation education method by dividing and explaining presentation process into two stages which were 'contents planning' and 'expression&communication'. To properly actualize the university presentation education, It will have to operate as convergence program and activate more learner interactions, the communications between Instructor and learners.

ICT is still lacking relevant studies and efforts even though it needs to be accompanied by character education. Against this backdrop, this study has developed and operated an education program that combines ICT with character education and conducted surveys on its accomplishments. The research findings are as follows. The analysis of theme-based correlations has revealed that individual's character has not significantly affected character for others and global character and that building character for others have made a significant impact on establishing global character with a high level of correlations. Therefore, I have found that a program involving a group of people together such as team-based task has a positive effect on fostering problem-solving talents with global leadership. It is hard to obtain tangible results in character education in a short period of time but I would like to contribute to laying the foundation for cultivating and fostering talents equipped with global leadership while respecting oneself and caring for others in everyday life through these classes. There is a study on convergence of character education and different subjects, left behind of this study.

The objectives of this study identify the factors that affect the quality of MTS services, to determine the effects of these service quality factors on customer's satisfaction and customer's loyalty. The results are as follows: First, The Four factors, i.e., tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance, represent statistically marginal significance in explaining the relationship between MTS service quality factors and customer's satisfaction. Second, The Five factors, i.e., rapidness, tangibles, responsiveness, empathy, and assurance represent statistically marginal significance in explaining the relationship between MTS service quality factors and customer's loyalty. Third, There are some differences in assurance/period of utilization, empathy/period of utilization in using MTS services according to social statistics. This article provides the paradigm of new convergence on IT and finance.

This study to investigate the relationship between knowledge about cancer, health beliefs, and health promotion behaviors of nursing students. The subjects were 195 nursing students. Data were collected with structured questionnaires in August 5 to August 29, 2020. A hierarchical regression analysis was performed to investigate the factors affecting the progress of cancer prevention and health promotion of nursing students. In Model I, the fit of the regression model was significant (F=2.543, p=.012), and grade (𝛽=.079, p=.011) was found to be a factor influencing the progress of cancer prevention health. Regression model fit of Model II (F=14.924, p<.005), age (𝛽=.079, p=.011), and health beliefs (𝛽=.078, p=.001) were related to cancer prevention and health promotion. appeared to have an impact. Therefore, the results of this study will help nursing students to develop and evaluate cancer prevention-related convergence programs.
