사용자 경험이 중요한 스마트폰에서는 사용자의 입력에 대한 응용 프로그램의 반응 시간에 대한 분석이 필요하며 특히 사용자 반응 시간에 큰 영향을 주는 스토리지 I/O 성능의 분석은 사용자 경험최적화를 위한 중요한 요건이다. 사용자가 경험하는 반응 시간의 분석을 위해서는 입력을 받아들이는 최상위 계층에서 최하위 저장장치 계층을 수직적으로 아우르는 통합된 분석도구가 필요한데 기존의 도구들은 제한된 범위의 계층들에 맞추어 있어서 효과적인 사용자 경험 분석이 어려운 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 안드로이드 스마트폰을 대상으로 최상위 안드로이드 플랫폼, 리눅스 커널을 포함하는 전체 스토리지 I/O 계층의 I/O 동작을 측정하고, 이를 바탕으로 계층 통합적 분석을 통하여 각 계층간 I/O 동작을 연결하여 사용자 입력에 따른 스토리지 I/O가 미치는 영향의 분석이 가능한 도구인 AIOPro를 소개한다. 검증 실험을 통하여 AIOPro가 0.1% 미만의 동작부하로 정확히 분석할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

$cI_{857}$ repressor 단백질을 대량으로 얻기위해 tac promoter 하류에 $cI_{857}$ 구조 유전자를 삽입하는 것을 검토하였다. $cI_{857}$ 유전자를 포함하는 DNA 단편을 plasmid PUC12를 이용하여 대량생산후, HphI으로 부분 분해하여 $cI_{857}$ 구조 유전자만을 취하고, tac promoter 하류에 삽입시켰다. 그리고 $\lambda$ phage $cI_{90}$에 의해 $30^{\circ}C$에서는 용원성을, $42^{\circ}C$에서는 용균성을 보이는 균주를 선택함으로 tac promoter 하류에 cI857 구조 유전자가 삽입된 pDR540-$cI_{857}$을 선택할 수가 있었다. 이 plasmid는 $lacI^q$ JM103 뿐만 아니라 각종 E.coli에서 $cI_{857}$-repressor 단백질을 균체 단백질당 약 17까지 생산하였다.

In this article, if the range of $X_k$ is dense in H for a certain k in {1, 2, ${\cdots}$, n), then the following are equivalent: (1) There exists a self-adjoint operator A in $\mathcal{B}(\mathcal{H})$ stich that $AX_i$ = $Y_i$ for I = 1, 2, ${\cdots}$, n. (2) $sup\{{\frac{{\parallel}{\sum}^n_{i=1}Y_if_i{\parallel}}{{\parallel}{\sum}^n_{i=1}X_if_i{\parallel}}:f_i{\in}H}\}$ < ${\infty}$ and < $X_kf,Y_kg$ >=< $Y_kf,X_kg$> for all f, g in $\mathcal{H}$.

This study has suggested the base data for decision of maintenance ranking and estimation of maintenance effect in the maintenance project of sewers as based on investigation of the defective rate in the sewer through Infiltration/Inflow(I/I) and CCTV analysis. It also analyzed the correlation between I/I and defective rate of sewer. As the result of this study, (1) Defective items of sewer was found out one item each 12.97m with an average. (2) By regression analysis, I/I has high correlation with defective rate of sewer like that $R^2$ is 0.7806. (3) The first thing in the item with bad influence on the I/I was joint badness and secondary was cross connection.

Let X = {a} ${\cup}$ {$a_{i}$ ${$\mid$}$i $\in$ N} be a subspace of Euclidean space $E^2$ such that $lim_{{i}{\longrightarrow}{$\infty}}a_{i}$ = a and $a_{i}\;{\neq}\;a_{j}$ for $i{\neq}j$. Then it is well known that the space X has no expansive homeomorphisms with the shadowing property. In this paper we show that the set of all expansive homeomorphisms with the shadowing property on the space Y is dense in the space H(Y) of all homeomorphisms on Y, where Y = {a, b} ${\cup}$ {$a_{i}{$\mid$}i{\in}Z$} is a subspace of $E^2$ such that $lim_{i}$-$\infty$ $a_{i}$ = b and $lim_{{i}{\longrightarrow}{$\infty}}a_{i}$ = a with the following properties; $a_{i}{\neq}a_{j}$ for $i{\neq}j$ and $a{\neq}b$.

Given vectors x and y in a Hilbert space, an interpolating operator is a bounded operator T such that Tx = y. An interpolating operator for n vectors satisfies the equation $Tx_i\;=\;y_i,\;for\;i\;=\;1,\;2,\;\cdots,\;n$. In this paper the following is proved: Let H be a Hilbert space and L be a commutative subspace lattice on H. Let H and y be vectors in H. Let $M_x\;=\;\{{\sum{n}{i=1}}\;{\alpha}_iE_ix\;:\;n\;{\in}\;N,\;{\alpha}_i\;{\in}\;{\mathbb{C}}\;and\;E_i\;{\in}\;L\}\;and\;M_y\;=\;\{{\sum{n}{i=1}}\;{\alpha}_iE_iy\;:\;n\;{\in}\;N,\;{\alpha}_i\;{\in}\;{\mathbb{C}}\;and\;E_i\;{\in}\;L\}. Personal- und Reflexivpronomen stehen in einer komplementaren Beziehung zueinander. Die vorliegende Arbeit zeigt, welches von beiden Pronomen verschiedenen AcI-Konstruktionen jeweils richtig ist Vor allem stelle ich hier die These auf, dass Grammatik in erster Linie ein Regelwerk ist und dass dernzufolge $S\"{a}tze$ mit gleicher Struktur immer einheitlich und konsistent mit denselben Regeln $erkl\"{a}rt$ werden sollten: (1) a. Der Gefangen $l\"{a}sst$ den Polizisten auf ${\ast}sich_i/ihn_i$ achten. b. $Hans_i{\;}l\"{a}sst$ Maria zu $sich_i/{\ast}ihm_i$ kommen. (2) a. $Peter_i$ sieht Hans von ${\ast}sich_i/ihm_i$ betrogen. b. $Hans_i{\;}f\"{u}hlt$ die Freundin von $sich_i/{\ast}ihm_i$ weggezogen. Bei diesen Beispielen liegt der Verteilungsunterschied der Pronomina nicht an Grammatikregeln sondern am individuellen Sprachgebrauch. Ferner wird hier darauf hingewiesen, dass die AcI-Verben mit Ausnahme des Verbs lassen a1s 3-wertige Verben so wie die $S\"{a}tze$ in Beispiel (3) zu behandein sind D.h., die Struktur $f\"{u}r$ AcI-Konstruktionen sieht so aus wie (4b), nicht wie (4a). Betrachten wir dies noch einmal an einem Beispiel: (3) a. Ich sehe mich $m\"{u}de$ b. Ich $f\"{u}hle$ mich viel besser.

물부추과 ($Iso{\ddot{e}}taceae$)의 물부추속 ($Iso{\ddot{e}}tes$ L.)은 외부형태의 단순함으로 인해 분류학적 혼란이 있어왔다. 국내에는 I. japonica (물부추)와 I. coreana (참물부추)가 보고되어 왔으며, 최근에 I. jejuensis (제주물부추)와 I. hallasanensis (한라물부추)가 신종으로 발표되었다. 그러나 I. japonica의 생육지는 재확인되지 않고 있으며, 이를 제외한 세 종의 생육지만 확인되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내의 세 종과 대만 (I. taiwanensis), 일본 (I. japonica와 I. asiatica), 중국 (I. sinensis) 등 주변 지역에 분포하는 물부추속 식물의 형태학적인 특성을 비교 검토하고 국내 물부추속 식물에 대한 분류학적 특성을 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 각 종에 대한 형태 및 해부학적 특성과 포자의 특성을 비교 검토하였다. 괴경 열편의 수, 포자엽의 습성과 기공의 유무, 포막의 발달 상태로 I. taiwanensis와 I. asiatica가 식별되며, 모든 종은 포자의 특성에 따라 종의 식별이 가능하였다. 특히 국내에 보고된 종은 대포자 표면구조물의 형태에 따라 cristate형의 I. coreana, rugulate형의 I. jejuensis와 echinate형의 I. hallasanensis로 각각 구분되었으며, I. japonica는 reticulate형을 가진 종으로 판명되었다. 그리고, 각 종을 대상으로 핵 유전자인 LEAFY $2^{nd}$ intron의 염기서열과 amplified fragment length polymorphism(AFLP) 분석 결과를 검토하여 우리나라 물부추속 식물에 대한 계통을 논의하였다. 또한, 멸종위기에 처한 우리나라 물부추속 식물을 보전하기 위하여는 새로운 생육지에 대한 발굴조사와 함께 유전적 부동의 영향을 줄이기 위한 보전 대책의 필요성을 제안하였다.

i.i.d 신호의고차 모멘트와 스펙트럼의 성질에 대하여 4차까지 고찰하였으며 이의 결과를 이용하 여 2차 Volterra 급수로 표시되고, i.i.d. 입력 신호를 갖는 시불변 비선형 시스테므이 파라메타들을 추정 하는 알고리즘을 시간 영역과 주파수 영역에서 각각 제안하였다. 비록 2차 Volterra 급수가 i.i.d. 입력 신호에 대하여 orthogonal 모델이 아닐지라도 입력 신호의 각종 시간지연에 대한 모멘트나 역행렬의 계 산등이 요구되지 않으며 선형 전달함수와 2차 전달함수를 추정할 수 있는 알고리즘이 존재하는 것을 보 았다.

Consider the heteroscedastic regression model $Y_i=g(x_i)+{\sigma}_i\;{\epsilon}_i=(1{\leq}i{\leq}n)$, where ${\sigma}^2_i=f(u_i)$, the design points $(x_i,\;u_i)$ are known and nonrandom, and g and f are unknown functions defined on closed interval [0, 1]. Under the random errors $\epsilon_i$ form a sequence of NA random variables, we study the asymptotic normality of wavelet estimators of g when f is a known or unknown function.
