해양용콘크리트의 초기강도 및 내염해 저항성 향상에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Improvement of Early Strength and Chloride Attack Resistance for Marine Concrete)

  • 해양환경과 같이 특수한 환경에 위치한 구조물은 해수 및 염해 등에 의해 물리적 화학적 침식을받아 철근부식과 그 팽창압으로 인해 콘크리트 구조물의 성능저하가 가속화되고 있으며, 이러한 성능저하로 인해 콘크리트 구조물은 균열 박리되어 내구성이 현저히 저하된다. 이러한 염해대책으로는 염해침투를 억제하는 혼합시멘트를 사용하거나, 수화과정에서 염화물을 화학적으로 고정화 시키는 등의연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 고강도 혼합재가 첨가된 해양콘크리트의 특성을 검토하기 위하여 저발열 혼합시멘트에 고강도 혼합재(오메가2000)를 0, 5, 10, 15% 치환 첨가하여 해양콘크리트를 제조하였다. 제조한 해양콘크리트의 재령별 압축강도는 증가하는 경향을 나타내었으며, 재령에 따른 염소이온 침투저항성은 향상되는 것으로 나타났다.

플라이애쉬와 고로슬래그를 사용한 3성분계 고성능 콘크리트의 강도 및 촉진 중성화에 대한 실험적 고찰 (An Experimental Study on Compression Strength and Carbonation Resistance for Ternary High-Performance Concrete with fly-sah, granulated blast furnace)

  • 콘크리트는 골재, 시멘트와 물이 주 구성성분이지만 현대 구조물의 다양화 및 해양환경 구조물의 증가로 해수에 대한 저항성이 우수한 콘크리트의 개발과 환경적 측면에서의 자원재활용이라는 사회적 관심 또한 증폭되고 있다. 따라서 내구성 향상, 고강도화, 현장에서의 워커빌리티 향상, 운반, 경제성 향상 등의 고성능 콘크리트의 필요성이 요구되어 오고 있다. 또한 고강도 영역의 고성능 콘크리트는 단위결합재량이 많으므로 수화열의 상승으로 콘크리트 균열에 의한 내구성능 저하의 원인이 되어 왔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수화열의 억제 목적으로 Plain 실험체와 기본적으로 플라이애쉬 20%, 고로 슬래그 미분말 30%, 45% 치환한 조건에서 물-결합재비 26%, 30%, 34%인 실험체를 제작하여 이에 따른 압축강도 및 중성화 특성과 중성화 영역과 미중성화 영역을 대상으로 XRD(X-ray diffraction) 분석을 통하여 혼화재 치환량에 의한 특성을 평가하였다.

  • Hardened cement paste is mainly affected by corrosion of sulphate and chlorine ions in sea water. In this investigation, many specimens were made with the cement clinker minerals such as C3S, C3A, C4AF and their mixture according to cement composition added various blending materials. After the specimens were immersed in 4% MgSO4 and MgCl2 solutions, the product of reaction, the microstructure of specimen and Ca+2 ion leached in the solution were studied. The formation of Ca(OH)2 in the specimen of C3S is reduced relatively by adding pozzolanic admixtures. The chlorine ion is easily diffuse into the C3S specimen and produced CaCl2 compound, and it makes the specimen porous by leaching out itself into the solution. The specimen of C3A, C4AF are broken down by expanding reaction of ettringite and gypsum compound produced in the MgSO4 solution. At a later period, the ettringite is transformed into gypsum and 5MgO.2Al2O3·15H2O. The C3A in the MgCl2 solution combines chlorine ion to form Friedel's salt and prevents the diffusion reaction of chlorine ion into the specimen. Granulated slag shows inferior effect on the resistance of the specimen in MgSO4 solution by forming ettringite and gypsum, but good result in MgCl2 solution. Pozzolanic materials, on the whole, offer noticable effect on the resistance of the specimen in both solutions.

  • 고유동 콘크리트의 사용이 일반화 되면서 유동화제 사용에 따른 콘크리트의 초기 재료물성 발현에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 콘크리트 수화반응에 따른 응결시점은 초기 물성 발현을 나타낼 수 있는 지표 중 하나이며, 이러한 응결시점 평가를 위해 관입저항시험과 함께 다양한 비파괴 평가 기법들이 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전기비저항 측정법을 이용하여 유동화 모르타르의 응결 지연 현상 평가에 관한 실험연구를 수행하였다. PC계 유동화제 첨가량에 따른 총 9종류의 모르타르 샘플을 준비하였으며, 4-전극법을 이용한 초기재령 모르타르 샘플의 전기비저항 변화를 24h 측정하였다. 측정결과로부터 결정된 전기비저항 상승시기를 모르타르 응결시점 평가를 위한 전기적 변수로 사용하였으며, 측정결과의 비교 분석을 위해 동일 샘플의 관입저항시험을 실시하였다. 또한 유동화 모르타르의 1일 동 탄성계수 및 압축강도 측정을 통해 전기비저항 측정을 이용한 유동화 모르타르의 초기 재료물성 평가 가능성을 확인하였다.

Comparing the Whole Body Impedance of the Young and the Elderly using BIMS

  • The bioelectrical impedance (BI) for the young and the elderly was measured using bioelectrical impedance spectroscopy (BIS). First, while applying a current of $600{\mu}A$ to the foot and hand, BI was measured at 50 frequencies ranging from 5 to 1000 kHz. The BI for young subjects was considerably lower than that for old subjects since young subjects have more lean mass (hydration). The prediction marker was 0.74 for young subjects and 0.78 for old subjects. Second, a Cole-Cole diagram was obtained for young subjects and old subjects, indicating the different characteristic frequencies. At 50 kHz, the average phase angle was $7.8^{\circ}$ for young subjects whereas that was $6.1^{\circ}$ for old subjects. Third, BIVA was analyzed for young subjects and old subjects. The vector length was 210.89 [${\Omega}/m$] for young subjects and 326.12 [${\Omega}/m$] for old subjects. At 50 kHz, the resistance (R/H) and the reactance ($X_C/H$) divided by height were 208.94 [${\Omega}/m$] and 28.68 [${\Omega}/m$] for young subject, and 324.33 [${\Omega}/m$] and 34.09 [${\Omega}/m$] for old subjects.

CFT 기둥용 초고강도 충전콘크리트에 관한 연구 (A Study on High Strength Concrete of Concrete Filled Steel Tube Column)

  • CFT(Concrete Filled Steel Tube) is a structure of circular or squared of steel column filled with concrete. The steel tube holds the concrete inside and that makes this structure to perform superior features on stiffness, proof stress, transformation, fire resistance and construction itself. In this study, by over the 800kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$ of high strength concrete for CFT column, research has been done on the basic property of matter such as fluidity, resistance on segregation, compressive strength, setting icons of the concrete filled in the steel tube under conditions of standard weather. Physical properties of concrete for CFT that Concrete with silica fume, fly ash of air entraining and high-range water reducing agent, that used to CFT column research purpose to find the most ideal composition, which is achieved by the investigation in the concrete's property of matter like ability of Slump, Slump Flow, Air content, Bleeding, and Settlement. For this study, experiments which are bused on obtained the result through physical test are practiced, with all of the experiment, specimens only for control are produced in each method of curing and analyzed to relations with core strength in mock-up test. In mock-up test, the research is studied compactability of concrete filled in tube and degree of hydration hysteresis, as a basic reference for applying to field of CFT column which is used over 800kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$ high strength concrete.

산업부산물을 이용한 콘크리트 벤치플룸의 성능평가 (Performance Evaluation of Concrete Bench Flume Using Industrial by Products)

  • 기존 보통포틀랜드시멘트를 사용하여 제작한 수로관은 시멘트의 수화생성물이 산에 취약한 특성으로 인하여 열화가 빠르게 진행되고 내구성이 저하되는 문제점이 발생되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다양한 산업에서 발생되는 산업부산물인 고로슬래그와 플라이 애시를 이용하여 수로관을 제작하고 그 특성을 분석하였다. 실험결과 굳지 않은 콘크리트에서 슬럼프는 플라이애시의 볼베어링작용으로 인해 증가되는 경향을 나타내었고, 공기량은 미연탄분으로 인해 감소되어 내동해성에 대한 대책이 필요할 것으로 나타났다. 또한 압축강도는 증기양생을 통해 초기강도가 증가되었고, 슬래그 50 %이상의 배합에서는 OPC와 동등이상의 결과가 나타났다. 내산성결과는 질량감소율이 5 % 미만으로 나타나 내구성에 우수한 성능을 나타내었고, 벤치플룸의 휨파괴하중도 KS기준을 모두 상회하여 상용화가 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

분쇄된 플라이애시를 혼합한 3성분계 시멘트의 유동특성 (Rheological Properties of Ordinary Portland Cement - Blast Furnace Slag - Fly Ash Blends Containing Ground Fly Ash)

  • In this study, rheological properties of ternary system cement containing ground fly ash(F3, Blaine specific surface area $8,100\;cm^2/g$) were investigated using mini slump, coaxial cylinder viscometer and conduction calorimeter. In the results, the segregation resistance was observed at high W/B and PC area while the replacement ratio of F3 was increasing. The 2:5:3 system was shown in higher fluidity and lower hydration heat than 3:4:3 system. The segregation range of cement pastes occurred over 175 mm in average diameter by mini slump and below $10\;dynesec/cm^2$ of the plastic viscosity or below 50 cP of the yield stress by coaxial cylinder viscometer. It was observed that even if BFS and FA blended together admixture properties would remaine as they were separately. The properties of admixture would not be changed. On the above results, the decreased replacement ratio of OPC and increased replacement ratio of admixtures would be possible.

고성능 팽창재를 이용한 FRP 긴장재의 정착에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Behavior of Non-Metallic Anchoring System for FRP Tendons)

  • Since non-corrosive Fiber Reinforced Polymer(FRP) tendons have been in increasing use for underground and coastal structures constantly contacted with fresh water or sea water because of their superiority to metallic ones in corrosion-resistance, new non-metallic anchoring system for FRP tendons has been developed and investigated to verify the effectiveness of tendon force, which consist of mainly FRP pipes and Highly Expansive Mortar(HEM). The major factors considered in this experiment were expansive pressures of HEM during its hydration, sleeve lengths and types, and anchoring methods of tendon. New anchoring system were investigated from the pull-out tests. The pull-out procedures of the FRP tendons in the various pipe filled with HEM were analyzed and improved ideas were suggested to develop novel non-metallic anchoring system for FRP tendons The pull-out tests for the FRP tendon and new non-metallic anchoring system were conducted. The results show that non-metallic anchoring system for the FRP tendon has been more stablized due to the gradual expansive pressrure of HEM, as tims goes. Since tile lower stiffness of FRP pipes causes the weakness of anchoring force, it requires the increase of stiffness using a carbon fiber or an increased section area.

SUS 304 마이크로 와이어 직선화 처리에 관한 연구 (Study on Micro Wire Straightening Process in SUS 304)

  • In the study, we have developed a straightening system for 304 micro wires that are normally used in the medical and semi-conductor fields. To apply heat to the micro wires, we introduced the direct wire heating method which generates the thermal energy by the electrical resistance of the wire itself. To avoid the deterioration of the wire surface by the environment, such as the oxidation or the hydration, the $N_2$ gas was filled in the glass pipe in which the straightening process was being performed. A precision tension meter was also attached to control the tension of the wire during the heating and straightening process. In order to control the straightening process, several experimental investigations with varying the tension, the feeding velocity and the temperature (current) was carried out. As a result of experiments, we obtained the optimal processing conditions satisfying the straightness requirement of the micro wires.
