The technology of the SWG (Smart Water Grid) as one of most important national projects results in significant assignment that is closely associated with systematic management and effective operation. The individual component technics are required to establish directory and classification for the purpose of effectively managing their information related to research and development (R&D). The national science technology (S&T) standard classification tree which results in the representative example has been established with an intention to manage R&D information, human resource, and budget. It has been also revised every five years and then used in the various fields related to the evaluation, administration, and prediction of the national R&D projects. In addition, the standard classification system for R&D projects has been widely used in the UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) and EU (European Union) since the Frascati Manual was established in the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Therefore, it is necessary for SWG techniques to develop the standard S&T classification tree for research management and evaluation. For this, it is essential to draw the core techniques for the SWG, which are incorporated with IT (Information Technology), NT (Nano Technology), and BT (Biology Technology).

북한에서는 매년 기근 때문에 상당한 인명 손실이 있어왔다. 이러한 손실을 줄이기 위해 북한 정보와 함께 다양한 정보 공유를 통해 조사 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 또한, 그에 맞는 농작물 관리 시스템의 개발이 필요하다. 이 연구는 북한의 농작물 관리 시스템의 개발을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이 시스템은 북한의 수자원의 이용 상태뿐만 아니라, 농작물에 관한 정보를 수집하고, 관리하며, 분석하는 기능을 담고 있다. 그리고 이 시스템은 최종적으로 농작물 관리에 필요한 토지 이용 계획을 수립하고, 관련된 의사 결정을 하는데 도움을 준다. 첫 번째 결과물은 농작물과 수자원 관련 데이터를 수집하고 데이터베이스로 구축한 다음 사용자 요구에 맞춰 통합 시스템을 구축하는 것이다. 두 번째는 댐, 토지 피복도, 다리, 터널, 위성영상 등의 데이터를 이용하여 데이터베이스를 업데이트하고, 강화시킨다. 세 번째는 통계분석, 지속적인 데이터베이스 갱신, web-based 시스템으로 개발 등과 같은 유용한 기능 등을 추가하는 것이다. 본 연구의 결과물은 농업활동을 더 용이하게 하기 위해 연관된 데이터를 수집하고 분석하게 해준다. 그리고 식량 생산을 위해 효과적인 의사결정을 하게 한다. 게다가, 정보 공유를 통해, 농작물 관련 정보를 유용하게 사용하고 데이터 관리의 비용을 줄일 수 있다.

ICBM(IoT, Cloud, Bigdata, Mobile)의 다양한 융합적 환경에서 IT기술의 발전이 진화되어 기존에 없던 다양한 새로운 정보보안의 위협이 생기고 있다. 또한 주요 금융권과 정부 공공기관을 대상으로 대형 정보유출 사고가 급증하면서 인적 보안의 중요성을 강조하고 있다. 이에 체계적인 정보보호 관리체계 구축은 해킹 및 보안 침해사고가 발생하는 경우 신속하게 대응하여, 피해 규모를 최소화 한다. 본 논문에서는 ISO27001, NIST 800-53, K-ISMS, COBIT, Cyber Security Framework등 주요 정보보호 관리체계에 나타난 인적보안 통제항목의 이론적 비교, 분석을 수행함으로써 보안사고의 주요 원인인 인적보안 문제에 관하여 효과적인 통제 방안과 시사점을 제시하였다.

In the Mexican territory the cultural diversity is associated with the environmental diversity, this is demonstrated by the presence of native groups that inhabit the regions of the country, which are characterized by the management of various natural resources that they obtain from the terrestrial and aquatic environments of each of the regions. Through the RECREA Model: complex thinking, information and communication technologies and research-action, complemented with fundamentals of geography, environmental geography, cultural ecology, field work and cartographic information, we explained and analyzed the association between environmental diversity and cultural diversity to demonstrate that in Mexico there are still links between the environment, society and culture, a situation that determines the existence of human groups that subsist in the context of a global capitalist system that extracts in an unsustainable way natural resources. Based on these results, an instructional model is made to put it to practice with international students, in this case from Japan and South Korea, to allow the observation of its functionality in transmitting the aforementioned results on environmental and cultural diversity in Mexico during the teaching-learning process.

사서직 분야의 인적자원개발이 실효성 있게 이루어지기 위해서는 도서관 및 관련 산업분야를 중심으로 한 인적자원 현황 파악을 토대로 향후 예상되는 인적자원의 양성 및 활용과 관련된 인력수급 전략과 법적 뒷받침이 있어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인력 고도화를 위한 기초 취업 현황, 취업 환경 및 관련 이슈의 종합적 분석 등 정책수립을 위한 기초연구를 수행하였다. 사회적 환경과 관련 제도 및 법을 포함하는 정책적 환경, 인적자원 양성 측면에서 현황을 분석할 뿐만 아니라 도서관 현장의 사서직 수요조사를 통하여 현장의 요구사항을 분석하고자 하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 사서직의 두드러진 특징은 사서직의 여성에 편중된 성별 불균형 현상, 비정규직 증가, 그리고 도서관 분야 진출에 대한 높은 기대 등으로 나누어 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 정규직과 비정규직이 수행하고 있는 업무의 차이가 크지 않으나 임금이나 복지 측면에서 큰 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 현장사서의 사서직 교육 요구사항으로 현장 전문가 멘토링, 단기인턴십, 사서실습 등을 제시하고 있었고, 취업요건으로 인턴이나 실습, 어학능력, 각종 자격증 취득, 경력관리 등을 중요시하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 유관기관의 사서자격증 보유자는 20%나 더 많은 사서자격증 보유자를 요구하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

아프리카를 비롯한 개발도상국은 균등한 교육기회 박탈, 열악한 교육여건, 선진국과의 정보화 격차 등으로 인적자원개발이 미미한 실정이다. 우수한 인적자원을 확보하지 못한 개발도상국은 선진국과의 세계화 경쟁에서 더욱 뒤쳐지고 있어, 개발도상국의 '인적자원개발' 문제는 시급히 해결해야 할 과제가 아닐 수 없다. 개발도상국은 교육 예산이 교육수요를 충족하고 의무 교육을 달성하기에 턱없이 낮은 수준이어서 양적으로 증가하는 교육 수요에 적절히 대응하지 못하고 있는 실정이며, 이러한 교육예산의 부족 문제는 교육 인프라 부족 문제로 연결이 된다. 본 연구에서는 NAS기반의 서버를 구성하여 교육 콘텐츠 및 학습관리 등의 기능을 구성하고, 클라이언트 영역은 태블릿, PC, 빔 프로젝터 등 다양한 미디어를 활용이 가능하도록 솔루션을 제시하여, 인트라넷 환경의 어학교육 지원을 위한 쾌적한 교육환경의 구성 및 SCORM 기반의 플랫폼을 구축을 통한 개발도상국의 최적화된 이러닝 서비스를 지원하고자 한다.

스킬 프레임워크는 IT 관련 정보 시스템을 효율적으로 개발하기 위한 기초 인프라이다. 이는 IT 스킬 프레임워크가 정보통신 관련 스킬들을 구분하기 위해 일반적 기준모형이 될 수 있기 때문이다. 즉, 스킬 프레임워크는 스킬 유형, 스킬 수준으로 구분된 스킬 행렬표로서 작성된 각 스킬들을 정확히 구분할 수 있는 정의와 직무수행능력 명세서 등을 만드는 작업이다. 이러한 스킬 프레임워크가 있음으로 인하여, 우리는 일관된 자료의 작성과 관리가 가능하며, 정보잡음(information noise)을 감소시킬 수 있다. 효율적 정보교류는 교육시장과 노동시장의 연계성을 강화시키며, 궁극적으로 효율적 인적자원개발을 촉진한다.

최근 정보 검색 분야에서 시맨틱 웹 기술에 따른 인터넷 용어사전과 더불어 시소러스의 필요성이 더욱 중요시되고 있다. 시소러스는 분류와 사전의 결합으로 상위 및 하위개념 사이의 전후관계를 명확히 하기 위해서 공식적으로 조직, 통제된 색인어의 어휘로 인간의 학습, 탐구활동 등 제반 지식활동의 대상이 되는 개념(용어)간의 관계를 표현한 지식구조의 토픽 맵이다. 하지만 시소러스가 용어의 통제 및 표준화와 더불어 정보를 능률적으로 처리하고 검색하는데 필수적인 수단으로 평가되고 있음에도 불구하고 아직까지 지질분야에서 우리말 시소러스가 없는 실정이다. 시소러스를 구축하기 위해서는 표준화되고 잘 정의된 지침이 필요하다. 이러한 표준화된 지침은 보다 효율적인 정보 관리를 가능하게 할 것이며, 정보 이용자 또한 보다 정확한 정보를 쉽고 편리하게 이용할 수 있게 될 것이다. 본 연구는 지질정보 중 가장 기본이 되는 용어 시소러스 시스템 구축 연구이다. 이를 위해서 첫째, 국내외 지질용어 표준화 동향을 살펴보았다. 둘째, 15개 분야에 대한 지질학적 주제를 정하고 각 주제에 대한 분류체계(안)를 마련하였다. 셋째, 지질용어 시소러스 분류체계를 바탕으로 지질용어 시소러스 명세서를 작성하였다. 마지막으로 이 명세서를 이용하여 인터넷기반 지질용어 시소러스 시스템을 설계하고 구축하였다.

The Fourthly, it builds up public services like convenient facilities and resting areas. Fifthly, it must provide information through the build up the Cyber-Museum for the survival in the information-oriented, Globalization of current times. Next, it focus's on the public advantage of not mixing mean and purpose but of having a geared mind. Lastly, it educates the regional inhabitants through training professional human resources in each sphere.

PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) is an information management system that can integrate data, processes, business systems and human resources throughout the enterprise. BOM(Bills Of Material) is key data for designing, purchasing materials, manufacturing planning and management, which is basic for product development throughout the product life cycle. In this paper, we propose the efficient system to increase the data loading speed and the processing speed when using such large BOM data. We present the performance and usability of IMDG (In Memory Data Grid) for data processing when loading large amounts of data. In the UI, using the pure web grid of JavaScript instead of the existing data loading method can be improve performance of data managing.
