지식정보화사회 조성을 위한 주부의 인적자원개발 교육프로그램에 관한 연구* : 가정과 사회의 정보격차 해소와 사회적 통합을 위하여 (An Education Program for Housewives' Human Resource Development Toward the Knowledge Informatization Society. For the Social Integration and a Solution of Digital Divide Between Family and Society)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the contents and effective methods of educational program for human resource development focused on the full-time housewives. For this purpose the case interviewed with 24 professionals and management leaders of women education field are performed and 445 questionares from full time housewives who participate in at least one education program are analyzed. The findings of this study are followed. 1. The most preferred programs are sports/health program(28.8%), leisure program(26.5%), household income management program(15.9%), culture/arts program(15.2%) in percentage order. And the first preferred motivation of participation in the programs is the self development(38.4%). 2. The positive effect of program is founded more with participants in family oriented program and society oriented program than in individual oriented program. And the satisfaction degree of participants in family oriented program is higher than in individual/society oriented program. 3. The degree of demands for Program management and program characteristics is higher than the demands for program installations and program supplying methods. 4. In the area of effectiveness methods the demands for program systematization according to program level are most referred.

인재개발 교육프로그램의 평가준거 개발을 위한 기초연구 (Research of Evaluation Criteria for Educational Program of Human Resources Development)

  • 조직구성원의 인재개발을 위한 교육훈련의 관심이 증대되면서 다양한 교육프로그램이 제공 및 보편화되고 있으며, 교육의 정당성 확보와 프로그램에 대한 지속적인 질 관리 차원에서 평가의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 따라서 이 연구의 목적은 지식정보화 사회에서 요구되고 있는 인재개발 교육프로그램 평가준거 개발의 기초자료를 제공하는데 있으며, 국내 외 문헌고찰과 사례조사를 통하여 과정중심 평가모형인 Stufflebeam의 CIPP(Context, Input, Process, Product)모형에 기반한 인재개발 교육프로그램의 평가준거 대영역을 도출하였으며, 이에 따른 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인재개발 교육프로그램의 상황평가 대영역으로 도출한 평가영역은 요구분석, 목표설정, 조직환경이다. 둘째, 인재개발 교육프로그램의 투입평가 대영역으로 도출한 평가영역은 교육프로그램 전략, 인적자원, 물적자원이다. 셋째, 인재개발 교육프로그램의 과정평가 대영역으로 도출한 평가영역은 교육프로그램 관리, 교수 학습 전략, 교육지원환경이다. 넷째, 인재개발 교육프로그램의 산출평가 대영역으로 도출한 평가영역은 영향력, 효과성, 지속가능성, 전이력이다. 이러한 인재개발 교육프로그램의 평가준거 분석과 대영역 도출에 관한 연구결과는 교육프로그램 평가의 체제적 접근에 기초자료가 될 것으로 판단된다.

  • RI-Biomics field comes into the limelight as a new fusion radiation technology. These rapid development of RI-Biomics cause the necessity of establishment of a new methodical education program model for consistent training of professional manpower in RI-ADME, Biomics field. But domestic current status is not satisfied to training human resource development in RI-Biomics. Actually domestic educational organization related to RI-Biomics just run educational programs oriented basic theory, so practical and fusion education are not existed nowadays for preliminary RI-Biomics expert. Therefore we established a new education program model for educate of the expert in RI-Biomics field to overcome current problem about the route of knowledge that has more monotonous and concentrated tendency and non-professional education. To improve universality and practicality, we conduct education-training model survey about domestic and foreign country. This new human resource development model will contribute to fostering new expert in RI-Biomics field.

주부교육프로그램에 대한 요구도 분석 (A Study on the Needs for Housewives' Educational Program)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the housewives' needs for educational program. In this study the needs lot housewives educational program are consisted on 3 areas ; 1. program contents, 2. program management and 3. program activization plan. For the survey and statistical analysis the questionares from 445 full-time housewives who participate in educational program at present are used. The results of this study are following; 1, in the area of program contents the needs for housing/health, nutrition, family life planning for elderly stage and enhancement of parents-children relationship are very high. This contents are very related with research topics of human ecology. So the researcher of our science are expected to be involved more in the related program development and actualization in the field. 2. in the area of program management the needs for the concret management process such as human resource management and education period are much higher than the educational provision. 3. in the area of program activization the systematization of the program incording with program level is most needed. 4. the housewive who are keeping the social characteristics such as social orientation, the motivation of social integration, the participation in the social-oriented educational program have higher needs for the most entire program contents, management and activization plan.

생태공원 조성 및 생태교육 프로그램에 대한 요구 조사 (A Survey of the Needs for the Development of Ecopark and Ecological Education Program of Ecopark)

  • Ecopark enables sustainable use of natural resource and can be used as a place for site-based environmental education as well as for recreation. This study investigated the opinion for the development of ecopark and ecological education program of ecopark. Nine hundred and fifteen (918) students, 388 teachers, 341 adults, 200 administrators of district education offices, and 40 administrators of environmental offices participated in this survey with a response rate of 89.7%. Results of this survey indicated the followings are needed to develop ecopark : natural resources and facilities, ecological educational program and its operation, human resource and professional development, and cooperation system with educational and environmental offices. On the basis of these results, the way of improvement was discussed and proposed.

어린이 성희롱/성폭력 예방교육 프로그램 개발 (Development of the Educational Program for Prevention of Sexual Abuse in Children)

  • Purpose: The purposes of this study is to develop an educational program to prevent sexual abuse of children and to improve the physical and mental health of children by providing a rape-free environment and safety education. This program will provide parents and children with information on how to prevent sexual abuse in children. Children learn specific methods to avoid being victimized both at home and outside the home through a learning game and simulation, which is based on problem solving. Method: This program was developed based on a literature reviews, surveys and negotiation process. School- aged-children, parents, and teachers were interviewed to reveal their educational needs based on their experiences related to sexual abuse. Result: This program includes useful subjects such as safety education, early detection of sexual abuse, crisis management, resource persons, and phone numbers of available hospital. Counseling is provided by researcher or by a pediatric psychiatrist if needed. Conclusion: This program could be adequately utilized for prevention of sexual abuse of children. It also will provide an intervention strategy for abused children. This educational program was distributed to all of the elementary school through the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development.

병원에서의 간호관리역량 교육요구도 (Educational Need of Nursing Managerial Competency in the Hospitals)

  • Purpose: This study was aimed to investigate educational need of nursing managerial competency in the hospitals. Method: The data were collected from 296 nurses(nurse manager and nurse) who had worked in 9 hospitals using the structured questionnaires. Data was analysed by the SPSS for Windows 12.0 program. Results: Educational needs of the nurse managerial competency development were very high. Most of items in the areas of 'human resource management', 'leadership', 'ethic/ law responsibility' and 'quality improvement' were needed for nurse managerial competency development. Current level of the nurse managerial competency level in practice was lower than education need. However nurses had moderate level ability in the areas of 'ethic/ law responsibility', 'human resource management' and 'nursing information management'. There were significant differences in current level and need of the nurse managerial competency(p=.000). Education needs of the nurse managerial competency were influenced by age, clinical career, position, education level, experience of nurse manager education(p<.05). 5) Education program operations were preferred to 'the theme course', 'lecture', 'external education institution'. Conclusion: Education program of the nursing managerial competency development is urgently needed for nurses who have worked in a hospital.

위탁승선실습생의 인적자원관리 프로그램 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of a Human Resource Management Program for Commissioned On-board Trainees)

  • 본 연구는 상선 해기사를 양성하는 교육부 소속의 해기교육기관을 중심으로 위탁승선실습 실시 목적 및 위탁승선실습생 관리에 관한 법적 근거를 조사하고, 설문조사를 통해 위탁승선실습생 관리 현황을 분석하였으며, 이를 토대로 프로그램을 개발하는 절차로 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 위탁승선실습생 관리에 대한 법적 근거가 마련되어 있음에도 불구하고 승선실습 관리에 대한 만족도가 높지 않고, 감독기관의 실습생 관리 시스템도 허술한 것으로 나타났으며, 이에 따라 위탁승선실습생의 안전사고 발생 및 실습을 중도에 포기하는 학생이 적지 않게 발생하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 위탁승선실습생의 안전하고 체계적인 관리를 위한 I.M.S.A.R. 모델(정보제공-모니터링-공유-경보발생-대응)을 도출하였으며, 이를 토대로 웹 기반의 위탁승선실습생 인적자원관리 프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 연구는 위탁승선실습생 관리를 위한 실질적인 방안을 도출하였다는 점에서 의미가 있는 연구라고 할 수 있다.

보건소 건강증진사업 담당자의 직무교육에 대한 인식 및 교육요구도 (Analysis of Perceived Job Training and Educational Needs for the Public Health Promotion Program Personnel)

  • Objectives: This study is for understanding the perceived job training of the public health promotion program officials and analysis the educational needs in order to serve as the basis for the development of the future educational programs. Methods: To this end, we have developed a survey based on references and consultations with experts. We had explained the purpose and the intent of the survey to nationwide public health directors in advance and an online questionnaire was conducted for health promotion program and service providing personnel; the results from a total of 763 survey respondents were used in the final analysis. Collected data were analyzed through SPSS Win 21.0. Results: The results shows that the tasks of public health promotion personnel are 'business practices,' 'planning and evaluation related work' and so on in order of importance while the duties of service providing personnel are 'counseling,' 'education' and so on. One of the factors affecting field applications of education is 'awareness of the connection between education and career development' which accounts for 33% of explanatory power; the selected six other factors constitute 41.7%. Necessary educational contents for public officials are 'public health service planning,' 'report writing skills' and 'project evaluation methods.' On the other hand, for service providers, the contents are 'counseling methods,' 'development of educational materials,' 'monitoring health status' and so on. Conclusions: In order for trained service personnel to accord with the changed health promotion environment and the demand of local residents, Public Health Promotion officials should increase educational opportunities based on the competencies for each job, provide continuous learning opportunities and information even after the training, and finally, create a system that can link to career development.

현장성 강화를 위한 현장직무연수에 대한 운영 및 분석 (Operation and Analysis of field-oriented training to enforce the field education)

  • 최근 산업구조가 고도화됨에 따라 기술의 변화가 크게 일어나고 있으며 특성화고 및 마이스터고의 교육에 있어서도 이와 같은 기술변화에 맞는 교육이 필요로 되고 있다. 이와 같은 요구에 따라 특성화고 및 마이스터고 전문교과 교원에 대한 현장역량강화 및 기업과의 인적 교류 확대를 위하여 현장직무연수 프로그램이 개발되어 운영되었다. 본 연구에서는 한국기술교육대학교 능력개발교육원에서 2013년도 운영된 단기 및 중 장기의 현장직무연수 프로그램을 분석하고 그 문제점과 개선방안을 도출하였다. 분석결과 현장직무연수에 대한 만족도가 상당히 높게 나왔으며 앞으로 산업과 기술의 변화에 대응할 수 있는 연수 프로그램으로 정착될 수 있도록 개선방향을 도출하였다.
