The paper used to the Neral Netwok for a forecasting conservation system A neural network is a powerful data modeling tool that is able to capture and represent complex input/output relationships. The motivation for the development of neural network technology stemmed from the desire to develop an artificial system that could perform "intelligent" tasks similar to those performed by the human brain. The true power and advantage of neural network lies in their ability to represent both linear and non-linear relationships and in their ability to learn these relationships directly from the data being modeled. Form results of this study, the Neral Netwok is will play an important role for insulation diagnosis system of real site GIS and power equipment using $SF_6$ gas.

The safety-critical software in healthcare systems needs more and more perceptive excess among human observation and computer support. It is a challenging conversion that we are fronting in confirming security in healthcare systems. Held in the center are the patients-the most important receivers of care. Patient injuries and fatalities connected to health information technologies commonly show up in the news, contrasted with tales of how health experts are being provided financial motivation to approve the products that may be generating damage. Those events are unbelievable and terrifying, however they emphasize on a crucial issue and understanding that we have to be more careful for the safety and protection of our patients.

Numbers of successful companies in the world develop The core values of action in order to produce effective human resource management and organization culture. Core values are belief, and values that are shared by all members to maintain organization. Also, The core values function as to inspire motivation and decision making for organization's identity and assist to settle their own unique culture. Previous studies on women who immigrated through marriage were focused on the frictional issues within the couples and their families as well as language tutoring. However, for the long-term integration of these women into society and the acquisition of status, it is most important to increase their economic value. Indeed many such women are facing economic difficulties, and have a strong desire to participate in economic activities. This study focuses on the economic self-sufficiency of these women through employment and entrepreneurship. We analyze their education level and employment experience and attempt to find the most effective policies to support them. We take particular interest in their entrepreneurial motivation and propose policies and frameworks for supporting their successful enterprise creation.

In this paper, a three-fingered anthropomorphic robot hand, called SKK Robot Hand 1, is presented. By employing a two-DOF joint mechanism, called Double Active Universal Joint (abbreviated as DAUJ from now on) as its metacarpal joint, the hand makes it possible to mimic humanlike motions. We begin with addressing the motivation of the design and mention how the anthropomorphic feature of a human is realized in the design of SKK Hand I Also, the mechanism of the hand is explained in detail, and advantages in its modular design are discussed. The proposed hand is developed for use as a testbed for dextrous manipulation. It is expected to resolve the increasing demand for robotic applications in unstructured environments. We describe its hardware construction as well as the controller structure including the preliminary results of experiments.

The reason for exploring dreams is to understand the of patient's conflicts and unconscious motivation. Even if the therapeutic value of dreams is considerably faded these days, I can not deny that dreams are still very useful. From the beginning of human history, dreams have been an appealing subject for many people. In the past, dreams chiefly had the value of prophetic meaning, and in our tradition attention was paid to dreams in terms of good and bad dichotomy. Freud's discovery of the Unconscious and technical development of its exploration is reinforced by dream interpretation. In contemporary terms, although dreams are not the royal road to the Unconscious, they surely present a short-cut. I suggest that dreams as a treasure island of the Unconscious have a useful therapeutic value, and that stressing the importance of dreams is by no means anachronistic. I believe that practical sessions without dreams are like a river without bridges.

This paper is to analyze the effect of demographic factors on children' wear buying pattern, media and information utilization, and design preference. A total of 355 usable data was collected from house wives in three metropolitan cities(Seoul, Daejon, Bundang) in Korea. Correlation analysis showed that there were statistically significant correlation between demographic factors and clothing buying behavior, information utilization, and design preference. Also, Regression results showed that 8 Demographic Factors are significant predictors. The results with ANOVA showed that there were significant relationships between PURCHASE OCCASION and DISPLAY INFORMATION UTILIZATION, and showed that there were significant relationships (F=28.625, p=<.001) between PURCHASE MOTIVATION and SALES PERSON ADVICES UTILIZATION. Thus, both visuality and friendliness of service were affected by consumers. Considering the increasing importance of service quality in the retail VMD, sale promotion should be enhanced and sale person is needed to be trained to be friendly to all consumers regardless of product composition

In this paper we study the effect of decomposed spatiotemporal convolutions for action recognition in videos. Our motivation emerges from the empirical observation that spatial convolution applied on solo frames of the video provide good performance in action recognition. In this research we empirically show the accuracy of factorized convolution on individual frames of video for action classification. We take 3D ResNet-18 as base line model for our experiment, factorize its 3D convolution to 2D (Spatial) and 1D (Temporal) convolution. We train the model from scratch using Kinetics video dataset. We then fine-tune the model on UCF-101 dataset and evaluate the performance. Our results show good accuracy similar to that of the state of the art algorithms on Kinetics and UCF-101 datasets.

Knowledge sharing occurs through voluntary interactions between human actors. In this paper, from the perspective of social interaction, the effect of transactive memory capability and social capital (bridging social capital and bonding social capital) on knowledge sharing intention was analyzed, and tenure was demonstrated as a moderating factor that can strengthen their relationship. Therefore, the results of this study are summarized as follows. First, it was verified that the transactive memory capability had a significant positive effect on the knowledge sharing intention. Second, it was found that the bridging social capital and bonding social capital held by individuals had a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing intention. Social capital is understood to form an individual's voluntary motivation for knowledge sharing. Third, it was verified that the moderating effect of tenure suggested in this study was not significant. Based on the results of this study, implications and future research directions were presented.
