고효율 전력증폭기 설계를 위한 새로운 고조파 조절 회로 기반의 입출력 정합 회로 (In/Output Matching Network Based on Novel Harmonic Control Circuit for Design of High-Efficiency Power Amplifier)

  • 본 논문에서는 새로운 고조파 조절 회로를 이용한 Si LDMOSFET 고효율 전력증폭기를 구현하였다. 본 고조파 조절 회로는 2차, 3차 고조파 성분에 대하여 단락 임피던스를 갖으며, 입출력 정합 회로를 설계하기 위하여 사용된다. 제안된 고조파 조절 회로의 효율 개선 효과가 class-F 혹은 inverse class-F 고조파 조절 회로 보다 우수하다는 것을 증명하였다. 또한, 고조파 조절 회로가 출력 정합 회로뿐만 아니라, 입력 정합 회로에도 사용될 경우, 제안된 전력증폭기의 효율은 더욱 더 개선된다. 제안된 전력증폭기의 최대 전력 효율 (PAE)의 측정값은 1.71 GHz의 주파수 대역에서 82.68%이다. Class-F와 inverse class-F 전력증폭기와 비교할 때, 제안된 전력증폭기의 최대 PAE 측정값은 $5.08\;{\sim}\;9.91\;%$ 향상된다.

  • Technical requirements for medium voltage class circuit breaker were harmonized by IEC and IEEE, and IEC newly adopted the requirements for class S2 circuit-breaker for overhead-line with the ratings of high-frequency TRV(Transient Recovery Voltage), which IEEE already adopted. Under these circumstances, KERI(Korea Electrotechnology Research Institute) studied testing technologies and facilities, which enable to perform interrupting capacity tests for class S2 circuit-breaker. As results, KERI could carry out interrupting capacity tests for medium voltage class circuit breaker rated up to 3-phase 52[kV] 40[kA], which satisfies the IEC standard.

환경콜라주 제작수업이 영재학생들의 환경인식에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Environmental Collage Making Class on Environmental Perception of the Gifted students)

  • How would environmental education be implemented for effectiveness today? Deep reflection on the way of teaching environment in classes to achieve effectiveness is required. If there exist differences in students' environmental perception depending on environment class pattern, its most effective way should be looked for. In environmental education, inducing the students to have advisable attitude voluntary about environment is more important than teaching them environmental knowledge. From such view, students' active participation is necessary for successful environmental classes. Students need to be set to share their principle, values, attitude about environment problems at environmental class through presentation which is important factor to make them have advisable environmental attitude. Therefore, environmental class need to be carried out student-led way. For that, a class model need to be designed which will be helpful for the students to arrange and elaborate their emitting thought about environment problems through disclosing their thoughts to share them with fellow students which will end up in their advisable environmental attitude. This study aimed to find out the effectiveness of environmental collage making class contributive to offering various environmental perception to students and grasping others' thinking about environment. Fifty-eight 10th graders at U Science High School in Ulsan metropolitan city were selected for the study that carried out from 2010 April to June by choosing total 10 environmental themes divided into environmental collage making class applied to the 30 test group students, and general environmental class applied to 28 control group students. Following are the study results. First, in students' environmental sensitivity, the students in the environmental collage making class appeared to be higher compared with them in general environmental class. Second, in students' intentional environment action, the students in the environmental collage making class appeared to be higher compared with them in general environmental class. Third, in students' satisfaction with environmental class, the students in the environmental collage making class appeared to be higher compared with them in general environmental class.

일반계고의 창의공학설계 수업을 위한 아두이노 기반 STEAM 수업자료 개발과 적용 (Development of STEAM Instructional Materials using Arduino for Creative Engineering Design Class in High Schools and Its Application)

  • The purpose of the study was to develop the Arduino based STEAM instruction materials for creative engineering design class. PDIE model was used in this study. We developed a STEAM lesson plan and a STEAM lesson worksheet for a total of six sessions through the steps of preparation, development, implementation and evaluation. The validity of the instruction materials was evaluated by the 10 experts using a survey. The instruction materials were applied to the class (52 students attended) of the creative engineering designs unit in technology and home economics subject. The class satisfaction and the creative solving-problem ability were examined after the calss. The class satafacition was high as the average of 10 item was 4.57 (out of 5). The paired t-test was conducted to compare the means of the creative solving-problem ability. It was observed that 'understanding and mastery of knowledge, thought, function and skills in a specific domain', 'divergent thinking', 'critical and logical thinking' and ' motivational factors' were significantly increased after the class. The instruction materials develped in this study were successfully designed to enhance the creative solving-problem ability by designing creative tasks and to intrique the interest by adding visual and auditory stimuli with the Arduino.

RFID 시스템에 사용되는 주파수 적응형 고효율 Class-E 증폭기 (Frequency Adaptive High Efficiency Class-E Amplifier in RFID System)

  • 이 논문은 RFID와 같은 무선통신 시스템에 적용할 수 있는 고 효율을 유지하는 적응형 E급 증폭기를 제안하였다. 스위치 모드의 이 증폭기는 출력의 공진기를 제어하기 위하여 MCU를 사용하였고, 이에 따라서 입력 주파수 변화에 공진기 주파수를 적용하여 고 효율을 유지하도록 하였다. 이러한 적응형 E급 증폭기의 동작을 보이기 위해서 중심 주파수 450 MHz. 대역폭은 100 MHz인 증폭기를 제작하여 이 주파수 구간에서는 60% 이상의 효율을 유지하였고, 최대 효율은 74.8%를 얻었다.

초등예비교사들의 계절변화 수업에 대한 연구 (The Study of Elementary Preservice Teacher's Classes on Seasonal Variation)

  • The purposes of this research are to analyze preservice elementary teachers' degree of difficulty in classes of seasonal variation and suggest the measures of classes so that preservice elementary teachers can progress classes of seasonal variation effectively. To achieve them, the research was conducted for 90 first graders completing teaching method of elementary science in P university of education from Sep. to Dec. 2012. This research was conducted, based on the results of in-depth interview for 9 preservice elementary teachers who performed classes of seasonal variation, survey on the degree of class difficulty and evaluation of classes on 8 classes theme of Earth sector in elementary science. The results of this research are as follows. The first, preservice elementary teachers had relatively high class difficulty for teaching seasonal variation among the sector of the earth in elementary science. The second, in the evaluation of preservice elementary teachers' classes, the more the subject showed high class difficulty, the more the score of class evaluation was low. The reason is analyzed that high class difficulty reduces teacher's confidence. The third, preservice elementary teachers had insufficient knowledges and concepts which are basically necessary for the classes of seasonal variation. Especially, it was more serious for preservice elementary teachers who didn't learn Earth-science during their high school time. The fourth, it is necessery that concrete and systematical teaching method should be developed so as to improving preservice elementary teachers' teaching method for the classes of seasonal variation.

고등학교 발명 활동과 대학 특허교육 성취와의 관계 (The Relationship Between High School Invention Activities and College Patent Education Achievement)

  • As intellectual property has become an important competitive element in the industry, government-led patent education is rapidly expanding. It is important to look at whether each patent education course is organically linked to each other under a life-long patent education system from elementary school to college. This study focused on the link between high school education and college education to analyze statistically how invention activities in high school affect patent education achievement at college. Statistical analysis of a survey of students taking a basic course of intellectual property revealed no statistically significant correlation between invention experience in high school and college students' patent class total score, contrary to popular perception. These results are believed to be due to the distribution of data on the number of invention contest participations or the number of invention class participations, which does not form a normal distribution and has a relatively large skewness. Rather, the attendance to the patent class showed a relatively distinct positive linear correlation with the patent class total score, indicating that the student's attitude in class was important for the patent education achievement.

단어빈도가 명사정의하기에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Word Frequency on Noun Definitions)

  • 본 연구는 한국어에서 단어빈도가 명사 정의하기에 미치는 효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 초등학생, 중학생, 고등학생, 대학생 80명을 대상으로 명사의 친숙도와 명사의 정의하기를 분석하였다. 의미범주를 "사용/목적," "묘사," "관련/관계," "부분설명," "설명," "오류," "부분설명-속성," "부분설명-특정 분류." "부분설명-비특정 분류," "설명-특정 분류," "설명-비특정 분류"로 분류하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 저빈도 명사보다 고빈도 명사의 경우 더 친숙도를 보였고 분류명사나 속성의 의미범주를 사용하는 "설명"의 경우 저빈도 명사보다 고빈도 명사의 경우 더 높은 빈도를 보였다. 그리고 분류명사와 속성의 의미범주가 연령에 따라 증가하였고 오류반응이 연령이 증가하면서 적게 나타났다. 따라서 명사 정의하기에서 명사의 출현빈도가 중요한 영향력을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다.

Single FET와 Class-F급을 이용한 이중대역 고효율 전력증폭기 설계 (Design of a Dual Band High PAE Power Amplifier using Single FET and Class-F)

  • 본 논문에서는 단일 FET를 이용하여 2.14GHz/5.2GHz 이중대역 고효율 Class F 전력증폭기를 설계 구현하였다. 전송선로를 이용하여 초기의 정합값을 적절히 이동시켜 하나의 능동소자로 2.14GHz/5.2GHz의 이중대역에서 동작되는 전력증폭기를 설계하였으며, 2.14GHz에서 32.65dBm의 출력과 11dB의 출력이득 36%의 전력효율을, 5.2GHz에서 7dB의 출력이득의 특성을 보였다. 고조파를 제어 회로를 설계하여 증폭기의 출력단에 추가 하여 Class F로 동작하는 이중대역 전력증폭기를 설계 하였다. 이중대역 Class F 전력증폭기는 2.14GHz에서 9.9dB의 출력이득과 30dBm의 출력, 55%의 전력효율을 가졌으며, 5.2GHz에서 11.7dB의 출력이득을 갖는 특성을 보였다. 고조파 제어 회로를 이용한 이중대역 Class F 전력증폭기가 전력효율을 향상시킴을 보였다.

MOSFET의 특성변화에 따른RF 전력증폭기의 신뢰성 특성 분석 (Reliability Characteristics of RF Power Amplifier with MOSFET Degradation)

  • MOSFET 트랜지스터의 전기적인 특성 변화에 따른 Class-E RF 전력 증폭기의 신뢰성 특성을 분석하였다. Class-E 전력 증폭기에서 MOSFET는 높은 효율을 얻기 위해 스위치로 동작하며, 이로 인해 MOSFET가 off 되었을 때 드레인 단자에 높은 전압 신호가 발생한다. 회로가 동작함에 따라 높은 전압의 스트레스로 인하여 MOSFET의 문턱 전압은 증가하고 전자의 이동도는 감소하여 MOSFET의 드레인 전류는 감소하게 된다. Class-E 전력 증폭기에서 MOSFET의 전류가 감소하면 전력 효율 및 출력 전력은 감소하게 된다. 그러나 class-E 전력증폭기에서 작은 부하 인덕터를 사용할 경우 큰 인덕터를 사용하는 경우에 비 해 신뢰성 특성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 1mH의 부하 인덕터를 사용한 경우 $10^{7}$초 후에 드레인 전류는 46.3%가 감소하였으며, 전력 효율은 58%에서 36%로 감소하였다. 그러나 1nH의 부하 인덕터를 사용한 경우 드레인 전류는 8.89%, 전력 효율 59%에서 55%로 감소하여 우수한 신뢰성 특성을 보여주었다.
