The purpose of this study is to research the impact of the organizational culture of large construction companies on emotional commitment through organizational trust targeting the headquarters and field workers of domestics. Applied the significance sampling method, and the number of samples used in the final analysis was 201, and statistical analysis used the SPSS 20.0 program for the input data processing. As a result of the analysis, first, in the group of the sub-factors of organizational culture recognized by members of large construction companies, rational culture, development culture, and consensus culture had a significant positive (+) effect on emotional commitment, but hierarchical culture was not significant. Second, development culture, consensus culture, and hierarchical culture were found a significant positive (+) effect on organizational trust, but rational culture was not found to be significant. Third, organizational trust was found a significant positive (+) effect on emotional commitment. Fourth, organizational trust has been shown to mediate the relationship between organizational culture and emotional commitment. This suggests that organizational culture that aiming flexibility & change value rather than stability & control value for organizational members can have a positive effect on emotional commitment.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the introduction of 'business performance evaluation program' on the changes in organizational culture and employee commitment. The data for this study were collected three times, in 2006, 2008, and 2009 from the employees at a public hospital in Korea. The main findings of this study are as follows. 1. Organizational culture has gradually changed as the 'business performance evaluation program' was introduced and implemented. Regarding the changes in the different type of culture, we can see that group culture, developmental culture and rational culture has been stronger and, on the other hand, the introduction of 'the program' did not have as much impact on the hierarchical culture as on the other types of culture. 2. The group culture has have more impact on the organizational commitment than other types of culture. In case of the hierarchical culture, however, statistically significant relationships could not be found between the organizational commitment and the introduction of business performance evaluation program.
Previous findings on Social Loafing indicated that Social Loafing explained the organizational commitment, that the lower level of Social Loafing they had, the higher performance they would have, and that it is a useful index for effectiveness of the organization. This study explored the Police Organizational culture & Organizational Commitment on Social Loafing. The Police officers' Police Officer's Organizational culture & Organizational Commitment and Social Loafing has been measured, and then how Organizational culture & Organizational Commitment affects Police Officer's Social Loafing has been examined. The study results may be used as a theoretical basis to assert the need of Organizational culture & Organizational Commitment to decrease the Police Officer's Social Loafing. Independent variable is Police Officer's Social Loafing and Dependent variable is comprises 2 categories; Police Organizational culture(The group culture, The hierarchical culture, The developmental culture, The rational culture), & the Organizational Commitment(Affective Commitment, Continuance Commitment, Normative Commitment). The result of analysis showed that The group culture & Normative Commitment influenced in Social Loafing(positive), and The Rational culture, Affective Commitment, & Continuance Commitment in Social Loafing(negative).

Objectives: Organizational culture has beer important in field of organizational behavior research for the past decade. Although there has been a growing interest in the organizational culture and organizational effectiveness, there is few research in health care field. This study was carried out to investigate the relationship of organizational culture and organizational effectiveness at general hospital. Methods: Data was collected by self-administrated questionares. Organizational cultures were measured by using Likert scale. A general hospital in Kyunggi-Do was selected and survey was conducted to 675 workers. Data was analyzed with computer package, PC-SPSS. Results: There were four types of organizational culture in this hospital consensual culture, developmental culture, hierarchical culture, rational culture. Many workers recognized their culture as rational culture and developmental culture. This finding showed that the hospital had both human related and task related climate. There were some differences in recognition of sub-organizational culture by occupational group, but perceived organizational culture was in accordance with sub-organizational culture in general. Multiple regression analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis were conducted to find the relationship of organizational culture and organizational effectiveness. As a result, developmental culture showed a strong relationship with organizational commitment and job-satisfaction. Conclusions: These results showed that types of organizational culture were significantly related to organizational effectiveness and understanding the existing culture is essential to develope their organizational effectiveness.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational culture (group culture, development culture, rational culture, hierarchical culture) on job satisfaction based on the mediating effect of organizational trust on workers corporations. In particular, in the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction, the mediating effect of organizational trust was demonstrated, which varies by communication control variables. The results of the study of 8,615 workers in the manufacturing, financial, and non-financial industries in HCCP(Human Capital Corporate Panel) are as follows. First of all, the result of research showed that rational culture, group culture, development culture among organizational culture had a positive effect on job satisfaction. But, the hierarchical culture had a negative influence on job satisfaction. Second, rational culture, group culture, development culture among organization culture had a positive effect on organizational trust. But, hierarchical culture had a negative influence on organizational trust. Third, in the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction, the partial mediating effect of organizational trust was verified. In other words, although organizational culture directly affects job satisfaction, it indirectly affects job satisfaction through organizational trust. Fourth, it showed a significant moderating effect of communication between organization trust and job satisfaction. In other words, it was found that the group with high organizational trust in the relationship between organizational trust and job satisfaction had higher job satisfaction than the group without it. Finally, in the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction, the mediating effect of organizational trust was demonstrated, which varies by communication control variables. In other words, the indirect effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction through organizational trust is higher in the group with high communication capabilities. Through discussion and conclusion, the academic and practical implications, limitations, and research directions of this study were presented.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of organizational culture types (rational culture, developmental culture, group culture, and hierarchical culture) on Community-Centered Social Inclusion Orientation(COSI) among social service organizations for people with disabilities. More specifically, this study developed and empirically tested two theoretical models where each of organizational culture types were hypothesized to affect COSI either directly or indirectly through market orientation. For data collection, self-administered type questionnaires were mailed to 416 social service organizations for people with disabilities across the nation and 293 responded (response rate: 70.4%) from June 1 to September 22, 2006. For analysis, however, only 263 respondents were used, excluding Independent living centers due to their small size and short history. Structural Equation Modeling was employed for analysis and Full Information Maximum Likelihood was used for estimation. Findings indicated that market orientation had a significant effect on COSI. In addition, developmental culture and hierarchical culture were found to affect COSI directly while rational culture and group culture were found to affect COSI indirectly through market orientation. These findings imply that market orientation needs to be emphasized as a strategy in order to enhance social inclusion orientation for those organizations. Given that all the four types of organizational culture have direct or indirect impacts on COSI, those organizations are also advised to develop the four types of organizational culture harmoniously rather than one single type of organizational culture.
The purposes of this study were to describe the effects of perception of organizational culture type and job satisfaction on university hospital nurses' innovation behavior. A survey was conducted with 418 respondents working in a university hospital in Cheonan City. Organizational culture types (developmental, group, rational, hierarchical), job satisfaction and individual characteristics were surveyed. The relationships between each variable and the innovation behavior were analyzed by univariate analysis and the independent effects of these variables were examined with multiple regression. The mean score of general employees innovation behavior was 3.33 (p=.58) and that of managers was 3.53(p=.64). For general employees, there were statistically significant differences in innovation behavior according to education level. For managers, there were statistically significant differences in innovation behavior for education level, marital status and duration of work. On multiple regression analysis, the factors affecting innovation behavior of general employees were developmental culture( =.297, ${\beta}$ p<.01), group culture (${\beta}$=.184, p<.01) and job satisfaction(${\beta}$=.148, p<.05). And the factors affecting innovation behavior of managers were developmental culture(${\beta}$=.181, p<.01), rational culture(${\beta}$=.171, p<.01) and group culture(${\beta}$=.408, p<.01), In conclusion, the results of this study show that organizational culture and job satisfaction influence hospital nurses'innovation behavior.
The purpose of this study is to research whether organizational culture affected job satisfaction and whether there was the mediating effect of communication in the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction. This study analyzed the mediating effect with SEM using data of the HCCP in 2015. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was found that innovative, relationship, rational culture significantly influenced the job satisfaction of the employees. Second, the effect of innovative, relationship, hierarchical, rational culture on job satisfaction was mediated through communication. Therefore, this study suggested creating an innovative and relationship-oriented organizational culture and a working environment that could facilitate smooth communication in the enterprises.
