A plused laser ablation deposition(PLAD) technique has been used for producing fine particle as well as thin film at relatively low substrate temperatures. However, in order to manufacture and evaluate such materials in detail, motions of plume particles generated by laser ablation have to be understood and interactions between the particles by ablation and gas plasma have to be clarified. Therefore this paper was focused on the understanding of plume motion in laser ablation assisted by hi plasmas at 100[mTorr]. One-dimensional hybrid model consisting of fluid and particle models was developed and three kinds of plume particles which are carbon atom(C), $ion(C^+)$ and electron were considered in the calculation of particle method. It was obtained that ablated $C^+$ was electrically captured in Ar plasmas by strong electric field(E). The difference between motions of the ablated electrons and $C^+$ made E strong and the collisional processes active. The energies of plume particles were investigated on a substrate surface. In addition the plume motion in Ar gas was also calculated and discussed.

This study investigates material properties of epoxy resins and reinforced materials for adhesion repairing-reinforced of RC construction. According to the test. elasticity modulus of mortar indicated 16-26(GPa) and that of concrete was 18-27(GPa). It became decreased as mixture proportion, W/C and fluidity of both mortar and concrete increased In addition the elasticity modulus of epoxy resins exhibited around 45.3-220(GPa), while that of steel plate and Carbon Bar indicated 338(GPa) and 34.1 (GPa), respectively. It is obvious that individual materials had big different value of elasticity modulus. Meanwhile, thermal expansion coefficients of mortar was 10-13 ${\mu}\varepsilon$ /$^{\circ}C$ and that of concrete was 9-11 $\mu \varepsilon$ /$^{\circ}C$ The increase of mixture Voportion and W/C resulted in lower value of thermal expansion coefficients and the increase of flow and slump exhibited slightly higher value. The epoxy resin indicated 41-54 ${\mu}\varepsilon$ /$^{\circ}C$ which is 4-5 times larger value than concrete and steel plate and Carbon Bar was 11.93 ${\mu}\varepsilon$ /$^{\circ}C$ and -1.68 ${\mu}\varepsilon$ /$^{\circ}C$ respectively. Hence, the adhesion strength of the epoxy resins should be considered before it is used in field condition, due to different thermal expansion coefficient of each material.

Four novel amphoteric surfactants of N-alkoxyethylcarboxybetaine series were synthesized via Schotten-Baurnman reaction between four alkyl chlorides contaning 10, 12, 14 and 16 carbon atoms in their N-alkyl group and dimethylaminoethanol to give the intermediate products, alkoxyethyldimethylamine, Quaternization of these intermediates was permitted to form 2-(alkoxyethyldimethylarnmonio) acetates, whose structures were identified by elemental analysis. IR spectrophotometry and $^1$Hnmr spectrometry. The yield of the final products was shown in the range of $74{\sim}77%$ based on the yield of the intermediate products, Surface tension of the aqueous solution of the final products was measured. and the critical micelle concentrations(cmc) were shown in the range of $2.82{\times}10^{-3}{\sim}2.67{\times}10^{-6}$mol/l, and the surface thension at erne was 35${\sim}$43dyne/cm. Cmc was lowered gradually by the increase of carbon numbers in N-alkyl ether containing group. The isoelectric point was shown in the range of 4.08${\sim}$6.03. It showed a tendency to lean toward the acidic site and its range was broadened as increase of the hydrophobic group length. A linear relationship between log erne and the number of carbon atoms(N) in the hydrophobic alkyl chain was shown in the relative equation of log cmc=2.49-0.50N.

Mesophase pitch-based carbon fibers(MPCF) have been investigated as an anode active material for lithium ion secondary battery. Graphitized MPCF gives high discharge capacity and good Ah efficiency. MPCF/Li cell shows an initial discharge capacity of 300 mAh/g and Ah efficiency above $90\%$ at a current density of 25 mA/g at $0\~1$ V. Cylindrical lithium ion secondary battery was fabricated using mixed carbon anode and $LiCoO_2$, cathode. In order to improve the cyclability of lithiun ion secondary battery, other carbons were added to the MPCF up to $10wt\%$. The cycle performance of lithium ion secondary battery using mixed carbons was superior to those using graphitized MPCF.

This paper presents the prospects of today's situation of Korea Electric Power Industry and future's development direction at the sudden chin international environment Several paradigm,-Deregulated electric market Energy shortage, Green house effect due to $CO_2$, TBT(Technical Barrier to Trade), Digital society-will facilitate the glove to develope new technology based Power Industry. With respect to this change, Korea Power Industry needs to find new technology solutions for the smarter operation, higher efficiency and lower carbon consuming power system based on mid-long term plan.
SI process is one of the most advanced thermochemical water splitting cycles enabling mass production of hydrogen without emitting carbon dioxide when coupled to nuclear heat energy. The highest temperature (close to $1000^{\circ}C$) required in SI process is well matched with the outlet temperature of a coolant circulating a high-temperature gas-cooled reactor at around $950^{\circ}C$. In Section 3, some heat exchangers are included to recover heats from process flows at high temperature. In this work, we designed a heat exchanger based on the $1Nm^3/hr$$H_2$ production capacity using commercial tools for chemical process design.
As is the case in Korea, the expansion of renewable energy dissemination is an essential matter in Ukraine when considering its energy consumption and dependence on energy import. While Korea has set about promoting the new and renewable energy industry on the back of the national policy on green growth, Ukraine expects a virtuous circle of renewable energy industry with green tariffs and the attraction of foreign capital in association with carbon emission trade. Utilizing its well-developed heavy industrial sector including the shipbuilding and automobile industries, Korea expects wind turbine manufacturing to become one of its next-generation growth engines. Ukraine is also trying to enter the wind turbine system or parts manufacturing industry based on its automobile industry and advanced aerospace technology. Although the Crimean region in Ukraine seems to have excellent wind resources, and thus shows great potential as a location for wind farm development, political instability has been a major obstacle to the attraction of foreign capital, leading to delayed investment.

Unlike external bonded plate or carbon fiber, the external unbonded strengthening has some advantages in speed and simplicity of installation. It is not required surface preparations and not affected by environmental conditions. A set of six laboratory tests on RC beams strengthened using the technique are reported, results compared with non-strengthened specimens. The main test parameters are the cross-sectional area of the high-tension bar and the distance of stirrups. Test result show that the beams reinforced are superior to reference specimens, especially for the strength and deformation capacity. Also, it is shown that good efficiencies can be achived in shear strength of the beam.

DO-stat fed-batch cultures of Agaricus blazei were carried out using various feeding solutions, for the production of mycelial biomass and exopolysaccharides (EPS). It was observed to be more effective to use a feeding solution containing both carbon and nitrogen sources than that containing only carbon source. The best result was obtained when a feeding solution containing 450 g/l glucose, 60 g/l yeast extract, 30 g/l soytone peptone was used. The maxium mycelial biomass and EPS concentrations were 36.5 g/l and 10.9 g/l, respectively, at 100 hours of cultivation. The mycelial and EPS productivities were 0.37 g/l-h and 0.11 g/l-h, respectively. As compared with the batch culture, the mycelial biomass concentration and its productivity were 6.0- and 2.2-folds increased, respectively. The EPS concentration and its productivity were increased by 4.7 times and 1.8 times, respectively.
The constant-volume method was used to determine the solubility of CO2 in various physical absorbents such as DMPEG (dimethyl ether of polyethylene glycol), DEC (diethyl carbonate), DMC (dimethyl carbonate), and TAT (triacetin) in the total pressure range from 5 to 30 bar. The Peng-Robinson equation of state has been used to describe the equilibrium behavior of these mixtures. It was found that the solubility of absorbents was in the of DMPEG250 > TAT > DEC > DMC at the same temperature. Futhermore, the solubiity of blended absorbent of DMPEG250 and DEC is higher than that of DMPEG 250 alone. Therefore, blended absorbent of DMPEG250 and DEC is expected to be an effective and low cost absorbent for physical absorption in precombustion CO2 capture.
