Purpose: This study is an integrative review to analyze articles about sex education for school age children in Korean journals. This study explored the year, methods, major variables and key findings of previous studies. Methods: Five electronic databases and eleven journals of nursing in Korean language were searched to find studies done until 2017. 75 papers published from 1995 to 2017 were selected (43 were survey studies and 32 were intervention studies). Results: Among the intervention studies, there was no Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) study. Most intervention studies were conducted to change sexual knowledge and sexual attitudes. Among the survey studies, Q methodology and content analysis were used. The subjects' sexual knowledge and sexual consciousness were measured low in some studies. The sex education for school age children was composed of elementary school students' perception, understanding and needs related to sex. In addition, sex education was carried out to improve students' informational aspects such as sexual knowledge, prevention of sexual violence and secondary sexual character as well as emotional aspects such as sexual attitude. However, research on sexual consciousness, sexual values and sexual identity was insufficient. Conclusion: In order to develop an effective sex education program for school age children, it is necessary to consider the degree of their perception, understanding and needs and reflect both the social and cultural aspects as well as the informational and emotional aspects.

본 연구의 목적은 독거노인의 안전의식과 주거환경의 연관성을 알아보고, 이들 간의 관계에서 독거노인의 사고 발생 빈도 및 유형을 통해 안전의식 증진을 위한 개선방안을 모색하고 도출하고자 함이다. 본 연구는 생활관리사 22분의 도움을 받아 성남시 수정구에 거주하는 노인 총 67명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 연구에 필요한 20개의 논문을 정독한 후, 자체 제작한 주거환경 체크리스트 도구, 안전의식 진단 도구를 사용하여 설문지를 작성하였다. 독거노인들의 주거환경에 따른 사고 경험을 분석한 결과, 사고유형과 사고장소에 대한 유의한 차이가 있었다. 또한 독거노인의 안전의식에 대한 설문에 의해 외출 시간과 안전의식이 상당한 연관성이 있다는 사실을 새롭게 알아내었고, 그 결과 상대적으로 집에 머무르는 시간이 긴 노인이 안전의식 수준이 높았다.

본 연구목적은 국외의 자료를 토대로 한국의 실정에 맞게 스포츠 윤리의식을 측정할 수 있는 승부조작 예방을 위한 스포츠 윤리의식 척도를 개발하는 것이다. 본 연구는 D광역시의 엘리트스포츠선수들을 모집단으로 선정하였다. 연구대상자는 유의표집법을 통해 중, 고, 대학생 엘리트스포츠선수 304명이 선정되었으며, 조사는 2018년 5월부터 7월까지 3개월간 실시되었다. 자료 분석은 문항특성 파악을 위해 기술통계분석을 실시하였으며, 신뢰도와 타당도 분석을 위해 내적일관성계수(α), 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 개발된 스포츠 윤리의식 척도의 하위요인으로는 집단주의, 공익, 존엄성, 생산성의 윤리 5개요인 23문항으로 확인되었다. 이 척도는 적합한 구조(χ2=420.151, df=220, p=.000, GFI=.996, NFI=.979, TLI=.960, CFI=.978, RMSEA=.055)를 갖는 것으로 나타났다.

Recently, the environment has been recognized as an important factor in increasing competitiveness in the industry. In agriculture and rural areas, the environment is becoming important in terms of the competitive advantage of agricultural products and continued regional development. This study intended to provide farmers with basic data for the continuous development of local agriculture through exploratory studies of environmental behaviors and regional development. In this study, 107 questionnaires were used for analysis of farmers in Jinan County to analyze the impact of farmers' environmental consciousness on regional development, and the research model was verified using a structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, it was analyzed that among the components of the environmental consciousness of farmers, environmental health has a statistically significant positive effect on environmental behaviors, while environmental interest and soil environment do not have an impact. The environmental behaviors of farmers have not been shown to be statistically significant to regional development. As a result of the analysis of this research, first, it is necessary to foster at the local level by establishing a customized fostering system for each village and region, such as education and technical support to vitalize the participation of young farmers and small and medium-sized farmers through the establishment of an Eco-friendly agricultural organization support system. It is necessary to raise public awareness of the public good function of agriculture and expand opportunities for sharing the value of Eco-friendly agriculture.

A survey was carried out to investigate consciousness level of health. A total of 499 people living in Seoul and the vicinities were asked to fill out the questionnaire during the period from the October 1997 to the January 1998. Among the 532 answers collected 33 was imcompleate data, and 499 answers were used for the statistical analysis by using SPSS program. The most worried disease was cancer(27.6%), indigestion(23.0%), liver trouble(14.8%) and high blood pressure(14.8%). The perception of Korean on health and food habit indicated that food habit was considered the most important factor for the maintenance of health, as appeared in 28.9% of the subject. Eighty-seven percent of the respondents thought that health food is necessary for the health.

Recently unemployed construction workers are increasing because of construction recession. But the lack of manpower occurs at the same time, in construction sites. So, the excess of workforce supply and demand exists in construction sites. Construction companies have a difficulty in seeking young skilled workers due to this problem. In this study, construction accidents reported by Korean Occupational Safety and Health Agency from 2007 to 2010 were analyzed. It has shown that 50-54, 45-49 and 55-59 year old workers formed 22%, 18% and 17% respectively. This means that old workers becomes a real problem in construction. This research has shown that old workers didn't have much more accidents than young workers, construction accidents related to the employment period of workers.

This paper presents the experimental results to analyze the atomization characteristics and environmental impact of cutting fluid in grinding process. Grinding is a major machining process to improve surface quality with different machining mechanism which is compared with turning or milling process. The environmental impact due to aerosol generation via grinding process is a major concern associated with environmental consciousness. Experimental results show that the generated fine aerosol which particle size less than 10 micron appears near working zone under given operational conditions. The aerosol concentration is much higher enough to affect human health risk with its generated aerosol quantities. This study can be provided a basic knowledge fur further research of environmental consciousness machining development.

본 연구의 목적은 노인장기요양보험제도로 신설된 요양보호사의 직업의식 정도와 영향요인을 파악하여 요양보호사의 직업의식을 높이기 위한 간호중재 개발에 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 서술적 연구로써 D시, C도 G시, C도 C시, K도 O시에 소재하고 있는 요양원 3곳, 재가복지센터 3곳, 요양병원 3곳의 요양보호사 185명을 대상으로 2009년 11월 12일에서 4주 동안 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집 하였고, 서술적 통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, Multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 요양보호사의 평균연령은 48.1세, 대다수 여성(95.1%)이며, 기혼자로서 배우자가 있고(79.5%), 고등학교 이상 졸업자(76.8%)가 많았다. 요양보호사의 자기효능 정도는 평균점수 3.68점, 소명의식 3.41점, 외적 통제위 성격 3.23점으로 보통 이상이며, 내적 통제위 성격은 4.12점으로 내적 통제위 성격이 강한 것으로, 교육훈련 유효성은 3.71점, 직업의식은 3.97점으로 다소 높은 것으로 나타났다. 직업의식과 관련 요인들의 관계에서, 직업의식과 내적 통제위 성격은 낮은 정 상관관계(r=.378, p=.000)를, 외적 통제위 성격은 낮은 역 상관관계(r=-.356, p=.000), 자기효능(r=.420, p=.000), 소명의식(r=.636, p=.000), 교육훈련 유효성(r=.441, p=.000)은 보통 정도의 정 상관관계를 보였다. 요양보호사의 직업의식에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 소명의식(B=.329, p=.000)이 가장 높은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며 교육훈련 유효성(B=.250, p=.000), 내적 통제위 성격(B=.216, p=.000), 외적 통제위 성격(B=-.165, p=.002), 요양보호사 선택시 자기 특성 고려(B=.207, p=.004) 순으로 전체 설명력은 57.5%로 나타났다. 추후 요양보호사에게 소명의식 제고 교육을 위한 체계적인 교육과 내적 통제위 성격 강화훈련, 요양보호사의 역할과 업무를 정확히 규명 하는 것이 필요하며 이러한 요인들을 활용하여 직업의식을 높일 수 있는 교육과 연구를 제언한다.

본 연구는 건강 기능성 게임인 흡연시뮬레이션 게임의 몰입을 결정하는 요인에 대해 파악하고 이들 요인들이 몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 특히 게임 중에 발생하는 뇌 활동 패턴이 게임몰입과 어떠한 상관관계를 가지는지 뇌파측정과 몰입과의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 게임몰입의 정도를 종속변인으로 설정하고 몰입에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 감정이입, 건강관심도, 생리적 지표인 뇌파(${\alpha},{\beta}$)를 독립변인으로 설정하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 흡연시뮬레이션 게임에서 몰입에 감정이입, 건강관심도, ${\beta}$파는 정적으로 영향을 미치고 있었으며, ${\alpha}$파의 경우 부적으로 영향을 미치고 있음이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 기능성 게임몰입에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 사용자 경험과 신경생리학적 변화에 대하여 자기 보고와 더불어 뇌파측정을 통해 실증적으로 분석하고 게임몰입의 결정요인을 규명하고 있다는 점에서 이론적 의미가 있다.

건설산업은 타 산업에 비해 재해율이 높으며, 그중에서도 특히 사망자 발생 등 중대재해 비율이 높아 안전교육 및 관리의 중요성이 매우 높은 산업이다. 고용노동부는 근로자의 안전의식을 고취하고 사고율을 낮추기 위해 건설현장의 모든 근로자를 대상으로 건설업 기초안전보건교육을 실시하도록 하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 이러한 의무를 지키는 현장이 한정적일뿐더러 형식적인 교육으로 인하여 그 효과가 미미하다는 지적이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 건설업 기초안전보건교육 실시현황, 교안 사례 및 교육방법을 분석하여 문제점을 파악한다. 또한 효과적 교육법에 관한 선행연구를 분석하여 근로자의 안전의식 고취에 효과적인 교육 방법을 제시하고, 최근 건설현장 사망사고 유형을 공종별로 분류함으로써 교육 대상 특성을 고려한 교육내용을 현행 건설업 기초안전보건교육의 개선방안으로 제시한다.
