4차 산업혁명에 대한 일부 보건계열전공 학생들의 인식과 교육요구도 조사 (The Awareness and Educational Needs of Some Health Major Students on The Forth Industrial Revolution)

  • 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명에 대한 보건계열 학생들의 인식과 교육 요구도를 조사하고, 보건의료 인력을 양성하기 위한 방향설정과 교육방안을 마련하고자 실시하였다. 이에 G도시에 소재한 H대학에 재학중인 보건계열 전공대학생 280명을 대상으로 성별, 학년에 따른 인식과 교육요구도를 비교 분석하였다. 여학생들은 4차 산업혁명에 대해 긍정적으로 인식하였으며, 학년이 낮을수록 전공영역에 미치는 영향에 대해 높은 인식을 나타내었다. 4차 산업혁명에 의한 영향에 대해서는 남학생의 경우 세대차이 심화(p<0.05), 빈부의 격차 심화(p<0.01), 개인정보침해 심화(p<0.05), 기존 일자리의 감소(p<0.05), 인공지능의 남용(p<0.05)과 같은 부정적인 요인에서 높은 것으로 나타났다. 보건계열 학생들은 4차 산업혁명에 대비해 바이오와 의료기기에 관한 교육(22.2%)을 가장 많이 희망하고 있었다. 4차 산업혁명의 영향에 대해 보건계열 학생들이 긍정적으로 인식할수록 교육 요구도가 높게 나타났다(p<0.001). 따라서 보건계열 학생들이 4차 산업혁명시대에 새로운 일자리의 창출과 삶의 질 향상과 같은 긍정적 요인이 향상될 수 있도록 프로그램 개발과 다양한 교육의 실시가 필요하다고 사료된다.

산모가 인지한 분만지지자별 분만경험분석 (Analysis Pregnant Women's Perceived Delivery Experiences According to Delivery Supporters)

  • The Delivery Process can be viewed as one of the developmental crisis that forces the majority of women. During the labor and delivery process the women may face a variety of problems and pain with all its subjectivity. This developmental crisis may lead a pregnant women to have a negative experience in delivery. For nurses, to help to pregnant women check with the crisis and perceived support and to positive experience. This study intended to analyze the pregnant women's delivery experience according to supporter during labor. The subjects for this study were 45 pregnant women who had normal delivery without complications, within 37 to 42 weeks of pregnancy. Data Collection was done from April 24th to May 20th 1995 by two instruments, a support measurement scale and a delivery experience measurement scale which were consisted it 18-items scale developed by researcher. The data was analyzed by SPPS program using descriptive statistic Kruskal-Wallis one way analysis and Spearman Correlation Coefficient. The result of this study are as follows. 1. Support distribution by support contents is shown is order of holding the hands (97.8%), help to urination(86.7%), bed arrangement(57.8%), massaging the arms and legs(55.6%), changes in posture(44.4%), teaching how to produce power(44.4%), while emotional support is disclosed in order of sympathy(97.8%), encouragement(82.2%), hearing the needs(60.0%), However, information support was as low as less than 33.3%. 2. The extent of delivery experience a Pregnant woman perceives is revealed in order of a sense of comfortableness(44%), satisfaction(43.2%), reduction of fear(43.2%), familiarity (42.8%), self-confidence (42.5%), decrease of laborpain(39.9%). 3. The extent of delivery support a pregnant woman perceives reveals that physical support($x^2$=22.4452, P=.000) and information support($x^2$=7.5187, P=.0233) Show a significant difference among the mothers group, the mothers-in-law group, the husbands group, but to significant difference was found in emotional support among them. 4. The extent of delivery experience a pregnant woman perceives represents a significant difference in order of the mothers group, the mothers in-law group, and the husbands group($x^2$=13.4255, P=.0012). 5. A positive correlation was manifested between the extent of support and delivery experience a pregnant woman perceives(r=.8643, P=.000). This information can be utilized as data to further the understanding delivery experience according to supporter. In Consequence, it is recommended that the range of family support limited to husband should be expended including mother and mother-in-law.

병원의 지식경영 도입방안에 관한 연구 -병원 지식경영 단계모델 구축- (A Study on the Implementation of Knowledge Management in Hospital)

  • In the meantime hospital system of Korea has institutionally performed its errand in stable circumstance, however the system now faces with new environment of change of customer's satisfaction, of regime, deepening of competition, and opening market. Under the rapidly and complicatedly changing circumstance, the hospital system is required to promote getting a dominant position in the competition, enhancing outcome, creating value added, and customer satisfaction in both internally and externally likewise other organizations, as they continuously introduce a knowledge management and originate, accumulate, and put the knowledge to practical use. This organization capacity of knowledge management involves a process of management that requires great change of all organizations and individuals and it is brought up through four steps which are Initiation, Propagation, Integration, and Networking. The main factors of successful knowledge management are intension of the chief executive officer(CEO), organizational culture, appraisal and compensation of work, knowledge controlling system, and organizational structure, and each of these five stage has got different characteristic. To be successful by introducing knowledge management, hospital organization should be based on these premises. Not only CEO or the director of a hospital, but also the constituent members should be fully aware of knowledge, the characteristic of knowledge management, and successful factors of this operation. Should understand step-by-step characteristic of knowledge management, therefore able to analyse a situation of specific hospital and see which step corresponds to that hospital. By analysing, constituents should make up for the weak points and ready to move on to next step. CEO or the director of a hospital should be aware of knowledge management as a strategic factor which is able to get a dominant position in the rapidly changing environment, and also it should be firm in the director's intention to introduce the knowledge management into the hospital. By continuously carrying out education and training constituent members, the director of a hospital should promote their interest and participation in knowledge management, and build an organization culture that ultimately creates, accumulates, shares, and put the knowledge to practical use. The hospital organization needs to systematize an institution of objective compensation that corresponds to objective appraisal of knowledge management outcome. The hospital ought to build knowledge controlling system in stages, in order to take the initiative in rapidly changing environment. By considering the characteristic of hospital system, it is required to change the organizational structure into self-managing team which is a sort of horizontal structure that allows members to make decisions and take the responsibility by themselves. The limitation of this study is experimental study. Positive investigation about successful factors of hospital knowledge management and characteristic of each steps is expected with following study.

불화수소에 대한 사고대응 정보시트 개발 (Development of Accident Response Information Sheets for Hydrogen Fluoride)

  • We analyzed the demand of competent authorities requiring adequate technical information for initial investigation of chemical accidents. Reflecting technical reports on chemical accident response by environmental agencies in the U.S. and Canada, we presented information on environmental diffusion and toxic effects available for the first chemical accident response. Hydrogen fluoride may have the risk potential to corrode metals and cause serious burns and eye damages. In case of inhalation or intake, it could have severe health effects. The substance itself is inflammable, but once heated, it decomposes producing corrosive and toxic fume. In case of contact with water, it can produce toxic, corrosive, flammable or explosive gases and its solution, a strong acid, may react fiercely with a base. In case of hydrogen fluoride leak, the preventive measures are to decrease steam generation in exposed sites, prevent the transfer of vapor cloud and promptly respond using inflammable substances including calcium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, ground limestone, dried soil, dry sand, vermiculite, fly ash and powder cement. The method for fire fighting is to suppress fire with manless hose stanchions or monitor nozzles by wearing the whole body protective clothing equipped with over-pressure self-contained breathing apparatus from distance. In case of transport accident accompanied with fire, evacuation distance is 1,600m radius. In cae of fire, fire suppression needs to be performed using dry chemicals, CO2, water spray, water fog, and alcohol-resistance foam, etc. The major symptoms by exposure route are dyspnoea, bronchitis, chemical pneumonia and pulmonary edema for respiration, skin laceration, dermatitis, burn, frostbite and erythema for eyes, and nausea, diarrhea, stomachache, and tissue destruction for digestive organs. In atmosphere, its persistency is low, and its bioaccumulation in aquatic organism is also low.

2016년도 한의 교의 프로그램의 교사들의 만족도에 관한 연구 - 성남시 중고등학교를 대상으로 - (A Study of Teacher's Satisfaction Regarding Korean Medicine Doctor's Student Health and Wellness Program in 2016 - In Middle & High School of Seongnam City -)

  • Objectives This study aims to build the baseline data for promoting school health care program by identifying satisfaction level and improvement point through the satisfaction survey after Korean medicine doctor's student health and wellness program in 2016. Methods An association of Korean medicine doctor in Seongnam city conducted Korean medicine doctor's student health and wellness program for 12 middle schools, 6 high schools and 1 special-need school in Seongnam city in 2016. The participating Korean medicine doctor visited each school for 8 times and conducted health consultations, health education classes and Korean medicine treatment for the school students and the school employees. Teachers and administrators from the participating schools answered the self-reported satisfaction questionnaires and the results were analyzed by SPSS 22.0. Results 35 people responded the program satisfaction questionnaires, the overall satisfaction average was $9.40{\pm}0.88$ (out of 10). In the course of the program, satisfaction average regarding the student's health check-ups was $9.05{\pm}0.88$, satisfaction average regarding the informatory brochures for the parents was $9.08{\pm}1.09$, satisfaction average regarding the participation enrollment process was $9.06{\pm}1.16$, and the satisfaction average regarding the questionnaire statistics and the result reports was $8.86{\pm}1.93$. The satisfaction average of the program was as follows: health consultation ($9.20{\pm}1.08$), treatment ($9.31{\pm}0.90$), and health education classes ($8.78{\pm}1.68$). Some of the good things about program were 'Telling students about their physical condition' (57.1%), 'Curing the sick student quickly' (48.6%), 'Providing students with useful information about the health' (48.6%), 'Teaching students how to manage their health and how to manage symptoms' (42.9%). Average satisfaction about sustainability and needs of the program was $9.15{\pm}0.91$, and the participant teachers wanted to learn more about how to manage internet addiction (22.9%), stress (45.7%), atopy (28.6%), neck pain (42.9%), allergic rhinitis (37.1%), and low back pain (34.3%) from the future wellness programs. Conclusions Student health care is one of the most important issue in national health policies. We have designed a bridge model that a local community, school, and doctors can work together to develop. After the implementation of the program, the results of the satisfaction survey showed a very high satisfaction level. This study can be the basis for further improvement of the bridge program as well as the expansion of the program in other settings.

농촌 전기노인과 후기노인의 건강행태와 건강상태 (Health Behavior and Health Condition of the Rural Young-Old and the Rural Old-Old in an Agricultural District)

  • 본 연구는 노인이 하나의 동일한 성격을 가진 집단이 아니라 연령에 따라 다양한 경험과 세대 차이가 있는 하위 집단으로 이루어져 있다는 것을 전제로 하여 65~75세 미만의 전기노인과 75세 이상의 후기 노인들의 특성과 개인별 건강행태 특성, 그리고 현재의 건강상태 등을 비교하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 상주시 관내 24개 읍 면 동 지역의 경로당 이용자 617명(전기노인 287명, 후기 노인 330명)을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하고 실태를 비교분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 결과는 남 여 모두 학력과 직업, 결혼상태, 동거가족에서 전 후기노인간에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 주 3회 이상 10분 이상 걷기 횟수는 남자 후기 노인이 전기노인에 비해서 유의하게 높았고 수면 시간은 남자와 여자노인 모두 전기노인의 수면시간이 후기노인에 비해서 유의하게 많았다. 질병 이환율은 여자 후기노인이 전기노인에 비해서 유의하게 높았고 제시한 16가지 계통의 질병중에서 남자 노인은 신경통 관절염이, 여자노인은 고혈압이 전기노인에 비해 후기노인의 이환율이 유의하게 높았다. 대상자의 생활수행능력은 경로당을 이용하는 건강한 노인이라는 특성이 반영되어 ADL(일상생활수행능력) 6개 항목을 모두 스스로 실천하는 응답자는 96.4%, IADL(수단적 일상생활능력) 6개 항목을 모두 실천하는 응답자는 90.8%로 매우 높게 나타났다. 건강상태에서 여자는 스트레스와 자살을 생각해본 경험이 후기노인이 전기노인에 비해 유의하게 많았고, 구강건강 상태와 청력, 시력은 남자와 여자 모두 전기노인이 후기노인에 비해서 유의하게 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 전 후기 노인의 건강행태와 건강상태에 대한 비교에서 남자는 주 3회 이상 10분 이상 걷기, 수면시간, 구강건강, 청력이, 여자는 수면시간, 스트레스, 청력, IADL이 유의한 변수로 분석되었다. 이상의 연구에서 후기 노인은 전기 노인에 비해서 인구사회학적인 특성에서 취약하며 이환된 질환의 수는 많았으나 규칙적으로 운동을 하는 노인은 적었다. 또한 신체활동능력과 정신건강 그리고 구강건강, 청력, 시력이 전기 노인에 비해서 좋지 못하였다. 따라서 후기노인에게 나타나는 신체적 정신적 건강의 취약성을 노화과정의 하나로만 볼 것이 아니라 연령층에 따라 나타나는 다양한 특성중의 하나라고 받아들이고 전 후기 노인들의 건강행태와 건강상태의 특성에 맞춘 다양한 질병예방, 건강 증진프로그램을 개발하고 적용할 수 있는 국가적 차원의 관리와 지원이 요구된다.

Development of big data based Skin Care Information System SCIS for skin condition diagnosis and management

  • 피부상태의 진단과 관리는 뷰티산업종사자와 화장품산업종사자에게 그 역할을 수행함에 있어서 매우 기초적이며 중요한 기능이다. 정확한 피부상태 진단과 관리를 위해서는 고객의 피부상태와 요구사항을 잘 파악하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 피부상태 진단 및 관리를 위해 소셜미디어의 빅데이터를 사용하여 피부상태 진단 및 관리를 지원하는 빅데이터기반 피부관리정보시스템 SCIS를 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템을 사용하여 텍스트 정보 중심의 피부상태 진단과 관리를 위한 핵심 정보를 분석하고 추출할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 개발된 피부관리정보시스템 SCIS는 빅데이터 수집단계, 텍스트전처리단계, 이미지전처리단계, 텍스트단어분석단계로 구성되어 있다. SCIS는 피부진단 및 관리에 필요한 빅데이터를 수집하고, 텍스트 정보를 대상으로 핵심단어의 단순빈도분석, 상대빈도분석, 동시출현분석, 상관성분석을 통해 핵심단어 및 주제를 추출하였다. 또한 추출된 핵심단어 및 정보를 분석하고 산포도, NetworkX, t-SNE 및 클러스터링 등의 다양한 시각화 처리를 함으로써 피부상태 진단 및 관리에 있어 이를 효율적으로 사용할 수 있도록 하였다.

전화 아기건강상담을 통해 나타난 우리나라 어머니들의 육아문제 분석 (Analysis of Telephone Counseling Service on Child Health)

  • This study analyzed the services as operated by the Child Health Telephone Service Center. The Center is a toll free service operated as part of the community services of the Korean Academic Society of Child Health Nursing. The aim of the study was to describe the concerns of child caregivers regarding child health care as discussed during telephone counseling. Specific objectives were as follows: 1. To analyze the activities of the Center. 2. To describe the characteristics of caregivers who made phone calls for counseling services and also the characteristics of their children. 3. To analyze the content of the counseling sessions. 4. To analyze counseling content according to the characteristics of the caregivers and their children. Data used for the study were obtained from the counseling records for the period from Sept. to Dec. 1999, as kept by the three counselors at the Center. The total number of calls was 8,261 and that consisted of 15,150 questions. The total questions were merged into 13,236 by eliminating those questions which overlapped or were of similar content. The final 13,236 questions were used for the final analyses. Almost of the callers (98.4%) were mothers. Among them 89.6% were between 25 and 35 years of age. Geographical distribution of the callers covered the whole nation. The largest numbers who made the calls were from the Seoul metropolitan area (36%), followed by 28% from Kyung Gi Province, and 20% were from the Kyung Sang area. Among 8,261 callers, 72.8% were first users. Sex of the babies and children in question for counseling was about even for males and females and ages ranged from one month to six years. The largest group (62.5%) was the less than six month age group. The finalized 13,236 questions/problems were categorized into 11 problem areas. They were in order of frequency, physical problems, feedings and nutrient concerns, information on child rearing, growth and development, guidance on utilization of child care facilities, elimination problems, sleeping concerns, immunization related concerns, behavior problems, injury and accidents, and safety measures. The most frequent problems for counseling were physical signs and symptoms (27.3%), followed by feeding and nutrients, information on child rearing, and growth and development. Of physical problems, abnormal gastrointestinal signs and symptoms were the most frequent concern and skin problems were next at 25% and 23.3% respectively. Loose bowels, vomiting and constipation were the most frequent gastrointestinal problems. Atopic dermatitis had the highest frequency at 53.3% with diaper rash being the second highest among the skin problems. About 80% of the growth and developmental category were physical development concerns related to physiological, body growth, and motor and sensory development. This study constitutes the activity report for the first year of the Center. The findings correspond with literature reports on child health problems and parents educational needs. One recommendation from this study is that since the services of the Center are carried out only by telephone, the psychology of the counselees and the counselor relationship must be considered for better services.

ICF를 활용한 효과적인 장애인 재활보조기기 신청 모바일 어플리케이션 개발 (Development of Mobile Application based on ICF(International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health) for Provision of Assistive Devices for People with Disabilities)

  • 본 연구에서는 국제기능장애건강분류체계인 ICF 코드와 국제표준위원회 재활보조기기 분류체계인 ISO 9999의 코드 매칭을 활용한 재활 보조기기 사용자 맞춤형 정보 지원 시스템 구축에 활용할 수 있는 모바일 어플리케이션과 시각장애인을 대상으로 한 사용성 평가를 조사하였다. 장애인의 일상생활에서의 어려움을 분석하여 기능을 보다 향상시키고 어려움을 경감시킬 수 있도록 개인적 특성과 기기의 장점을 서로 매칭시켜 주는 모바일 어플리케이션은 10명의 시각장애인을 대상으로 사용성 평가를 실시한 결과 본 연구에서 개발된 ICF 코드를 활용한 모바일 어플리케이션이 온라인 의 기존 재활보조기기 신청 방식보다 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 결과 분석은 대응표본 t-검정을 수행하였으며 신뢰수준 95%를 기본값으로 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 프로토 타입 개발에 사용된 원천 기술은 온라인 클라우드 정보 기반 서비스로 확장할 수 있으며 관련 산업 및 시장의 활성화를 촉진 시킬 수 있을 것이다.

유방암 환자의 항암 치료 부작용 및 한의학적 보완치료 경험에 관한 포커스 그룹 연구 (Experiences of Treatment-Related Side Effects and Supportive Care with Korean Medicine in Women with Breast Cancer - A Focus Group Study)

  • Objectives: To explore experiences of treatment-related side effects and supportive care among Korean breast cancer survivors (BCS). Methods: Focus group interview was conducted with six Korean women with breast cancer. Participants were recruited through snow-balling. Interview was audio-recorded and transcribed verbatim. NVivo-11 was used to code the data into themes. Results: Two major themes were identified: (1) experiences of Western medicine, including treatment, side effects, needs and costs; (2) experiences of supportive care with Korean medicine, including the same as above. All participants experienced Western medicine in treatment phase and reported impairment of physical, emotional, and social functioning during and after Western medicine treatment. Only three participants used Korean medicine after treatments end. The negative responses from Western medicine doctors were the most important factor keeping participants from accessing Korean medicine when treatment-related side effects occurred. For this reason, some participants used Korean medicine without disclosure. Participants usually acquired information about Korean medicine from online community or other BCS, which was another important factor because it raised concerns about side effects and credibility of Korean medicine. High cost was also reported as barrier in using Korean medicine. During the cancer treatment, participants tended to endure their treatment-related side effects. Conclusions: Korean BCS may be at high risk of physical or emotional distress during treatment period. Findings suggest that there is a high need for supportive care to relieve treatment-related side effects and improve patients' quality-of-life. Furthermore, developing a systematic guidance or credible information sources should be warranted to help patients find the best supportive care options including Korean medicine.
