유아기 자녀를 둔 아버지의 행복에 관련된 변인 탐색 (Exploring Happiness of Young Children's Fathers)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to explore socio-demographic factors, personality factors, socio-psychological factors, and relationship factors related to happiness of young children's fathers. Method: Subjects of this study were fathers who had 3, 4 and 5 years old children attending childcare centers. Data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 program. Results: First, father's subjective well-being was predicted by father's extraversion of personality, job satisfaction, satisfaction of economic status, marital intimacy, and relationship with child. Marital intimacy was the strongest predictor of father's subjective well-being. Second, father's global life satisfaction was associated with occupational status, family monthly income, father's extraversion of personality, satisfaction of economic status, marital intimacy, and relationship with child. Father's global life satisfaction was explained by satisfaction of economic status the most. Third, father's meaning of life was related to father's educational level, father's extraversion of personality, job satisfaction, satisfaction of economic status, marital intimacy, and relationship with child. Father's meaning of life was explained by relationship with child the most. Fourth, father's positive emotion was predicted by father's extraversion of personality, job satisfaction, satisfaction of economic status, marital intimacy, and relationship with child. Extraversion of personality was the strongest predictor for father's positive emotion. Fifth, neuroticism of personality and marital intimacy were related to father's negative emotion, and neuroticism of personality was the strongest predictor for father's negative emotion. Conclusions: The findings of this research provide the fundamental source for increasing father's happiness which can be used to establish the educational programs, counseling, and policy on general public's happiness.

유아특수교사의 배경변인에 따른 행복감, 교사효능감, 직무만족도에 관한 연구 (Relationship among Happiness, Teachers' Efficacy and Job Satisfaction of Early Childhood Special Education Teachers according to the Backgrounds)

  • This study was conducted to analyze the level of happiness, teachers' efficacy and job satisfaction of early childhood special education teachers and determine the correlations between the variables. For the purpose, we conducted a questionnaire survey with 179 early childhood special education teachers working at the day care centers for the children with disabilities and the special school kindergartens in B city. The data collected were analyzed using SPSS 23.0. The results of this study showed that there was a statistically significant difference in the level of happiness, teachers' efficacy and job satisfaction of early childhood special education teachers according to their backgrounds such as age, teaching career, type of organization, educational background. Also, A positive correlation among happiness, teachers' efficacy and job satisfaction of early childhood special education teachers were found in this study. Finally, discussions of the results as well as implications of the study were provided.

대학생의 주관적 행복감에 대한 영향요인 (Influence on Subjective Happiness of University Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of job-seeking stress, career decision-making self-efficacy and self-esteem on subjective happiness of university students. Methods: The participants were 281 university students in D city. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 19.0 using one-way ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression. Results: Subjective happiness showed positive association with career decision-making self-efficacy, self-esteem and negative association with job-seeking stress. Factors that had an influence on subjective happiness were monthly family income (less than two million won ${\beta}$=-.263, p<.001, between two million won and four million won ${\beta}$=-.207, p<.001), major satisfaction (very unsatisfied ${\beta}$=-.221, p<.001, satisfied ${\beta}$=.161, p=.003), gender (female ${\beta}$=-.154, p=.005), subjective health (unhealthy ${\beta}$=-.134, p=.013), and school year (sophomore ${\beta}$=-.123, p=.024). These factors explained 22.6% of the variance in their subjective happiness. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that more positive career decision-making self-efficacy, self-esteem and more negative job-seeking stress were needed for their subjective happiness. This study also indicated that economic status, major satisfaction, gender, and subjective health were very important in predicting their subjective happiness. Thus, to improve their happiness, it would be necessary to consider both intrinsic factors such as major satisfaction and extrinsic factors such as general characteristics.

직장인의 직무스트레스, 우울, 심리적 행복감이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Job Stress, Depression, and Psychological Happiness on Job Satisfaction of Office Workers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify factors that predict job satisfaction in office workers. Participants were recruited from eight industries in B Ku in D city, and the research was carried out from February 10 until October 10, 2014. Job satisfaction was assessed using the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ). Methods: Data was analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficients and a stepwise multiple regression analysis with SPSS/WIN 18.0. There was a negative correlation between job satisfaction and job stress. Results: Job stress (lack of reward, occupational climate, job demand, job insecurity) and psychological happiness were identified as determinants of job satisfaction, which explained 43.6% of the total variance of job satisfaction. Conclusion: The findings provide empirical evidence to help nurses prepare effective interventions related to the mental health promotion of office workers.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 유아교사 280명을 대상으로 유아교사들의 삶의 질에 영향을 미칠 변수로 셀프리더십, 행복감, 직무만족도를 예측하고, 유아교사의 셀프리더십이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에 있어 행복감이 매개역할을 하는지에 대해 알아보는 것이다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사의 셀프리더십, 직무만족도, 행복감의 인식 정도를 살펴본 결과, 셀프리더십, 직무만족도, 행복감 순으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 셀프리더십, 직무만족도, 행복감 간의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과, 세 변인간의 정적 상관이 보였다. 셋째, 유아교사의 행복감은 셀프리더십과 직무만족도를 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 유아교사의 직무만족도를 높이기 위한 다양한 방안들을 모색하며, 유아교육의 질 향상을 위한 교사교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

심리유형별 진료도구를 이용한 한방치료의 만족도 평가 연구 (A Study on Satisfaction Evaluation of Korean Medicine Therapy Using Treatment Tool by Psychological Type)

  • Objectives : This study was designed to evaluate patient satisfaction of Korean medicine therapy using treatment tool by psychological type. Methods : 48 subjects were participated in this study. Before a treatment, we analyzed a patient's phychological type first by using a questionnaire. And then we divided 3 groups which were called a rational sympathy module group, emotional sympathy module group, control group. Manner of medical consultation according to patient's phychological type was carried out in all groups. After all treatment, we conducted a survey about medical service perception index, patient happiness index, medical satisfaction index. To evaluate a satisfaction degree, we analyzed results of survey statistically. Results : The results of the analysis, both rational sympathy module group and emotional sympathy module group got a higher score than control group statistical significantly on medical service perception index. Emotional sympathy module group got a higher score than control group statistical significantly on patient happiness index and medical satisfaction index. But rational sympathy module group only had a higher tendency than control group on patient happiness index and medical satisfaction index. Emotional sympathy module group got a higher score than rational sympathy module group on medical service perception index, patient happiness index and medical satisfaction index. Conclusions : Korean medicine therapy using treatment tool by psychological type consisted of patient's phychological type questionnaire and manner of medical consultation could improve a patient's satisfaction. It was more effective in emotional sympathy module group than rational sympathy module group.

학업적 자기효능감, 자아탄력성, 전공만족도가 간호대학생의 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Academic Self-Efficacy, Self-Resilience, and Department Satisfaction on Subjective Happiness of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 학업적 자기효능감, 자아탄력성 및 전공만족도가 주관적 행복감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 2020년 10월26일부터 11월 2일까지 4년제 간호학과 학생을 대상으로 131명을 편의 표집으로 조사하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS Statistics 25.0을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test와 ANOVA, Scheff'e, Pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 주관적 행복감으로 학업적 자기효능감(��=.26, p=.002), 자아 탄력성(��=.32, p<.001), 전공만족도(��=.27, p<.001)이었으며, 주관적 행복감을 43% 설명하였다. 결론적으로 간호대학생의 주관적 행복감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자아탄력성, 전공만족도, 학업적 자기효능감 순으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 주관적 행복감을 증진시키기 위한 프로그램 개발의 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

지역아동센터 이용 아동에 대한 돌봄 교사의 사회적 지지가 행복감에 미치는 영향: 서비스 만족도의 매개 효과 (The Effect of Caregiver' Social Support on Happiness of Children with Community Child Center: Mediating Effect of Service Satisfaction)

  • 이 연구는 돌봄서비스에서 사회적 지지와 서비스 만족도가 아동의 행복감에 단선적 영향을 넘어 아동권리실현의 연속적 과정으로 이루어진다는 점에 주목하였다. 이 연구의 목적은 지역아동센터 이용 아동에 대한 돌봄교사의 사회적 지지와 행복감과의 관계에서 서비스 만족도의 매개 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위해 전라북도 185개 지역아동센터를 이용하는 초등학교 4, 5, 6학년을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 최종 1,241명을 분석에 사용하였다. SPSS Win 23 Version과 Amos 23을 이용하여 기술통계, 상관관계 및 구조방정식 분석을 실시하였다. 그에 따른 주요연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동에 대한 사회적 지지는 행복감에 직접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 지지와 행복감 간 서비스 만족도의 매개 효과가 나타났다. 이러한 연구를 바탕으로 지역아동센터 이용 아동의 행복감 증진을 위한 실천적·정책적 함의를 제시하였다.

일부지역 치과위생사의 직무만족과 대인관계문제에 따른 행복지수 (Happiness index according to job satisfaction and interpersonal problems of dental hygienists in some regions)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify Happiness index according to job satisfaction and interpersonal problems of dental hygienists in some regions Methods: The subjects of this study were dental hygienists working in dental hospitals in Busan and Gyeongnam. from 1 July 2021 to 30 August 2021 a number of total 198. The structured questionnaire was surveyed and analyzed by self- entry. The collected data were analyzed using an IBM SPSS ver. 20.0. Results: The interpersonal problem were higher in the group under 25 years of age, with, less than 1 year of experience and less than 2-4 year of experience. Happiness index were higher over than 31 year of age. the happiness index was higher in the age group 31 years or older, with more than 5 years of experience, more than 7 days of vacation, work intensity that was tolerable and difficult, and the group with an annual salary of 30 million won or more. the higher the job satisfaction, the lower the interpersonal problems, the happiness index of dental hygienists was high. Conclusions: In order to increase the happiness index of dental hygienists working at dental medical institutions, it is necessary to develop a program that can form amicable interpersonal relationships in the workplace of dental hygienists with little experience. In addition, increase the job satisfaction of dental hygienists, it is necessary to adjust the intensity of work to fit the individual's abilities and aptitudes, and to develop a work system so that dental hygienists can increase their pride in their profession by signing a reasonable salary.

노인이 지각하는 개인-환경 적합성, 주거만족도, 주관적 행복감 간의 구조적 관계 - 주거만족도의 매개효과를 중심으로 - (Individual-environmental Suitability Perceived by the Elderly, Residential Satisfaction, Structural Relationships between the Subjective Euphoria -Focusing on the Mediating Effects of Residential Satisfaction-)

  • 선진국들은 삶의 질 지표를 개발하여 정책판단의 지표로 활용하고 있으며 우리나라도 국민의 삶의 질 지표를 개발하여 운용 중에 있다. 생활밀착형 SOC가 그 중 하나로 생활 인프라를 개선하여 국민의 삶의 질을 높이고자 하는 정책이다. 본 연구에서는 국민의 삶의 질 중 주관적 행복감을 중점으로 연구하고자 한다. 노인은 국가정책의 상대적 소외계층으로 노인의 주거환경이 삶의 질과 주거만족도, 행복감 등에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 노인들이 지각하는 개인-환경 적합성이 주거만족도, 주관적 행복감에 영향이 있는지 구조적 관계를 규명하고 주거만족도와 주관적 행복감 간의 매개효과를 분석하여 도시계획 수립 및 관련 정책 입안에 유용한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 연구결과 개인-환경 적합성의 편의성, 쾌적성, 공공복지는 주거만족도에 영향을 미치고, 주관적 행복감에도 영향을 미치며, 주거만족도는 주관적 행복감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 쾌적성, 공공복지와 주관적 행복감간의 관계에서 주거만족도는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 분석 되었다.
