This study has surveyed and analyzed in 2005 S/S domestic men's street fashion by using the Web-SFAS system that was developed and completed in the earlier research. Total of 270 men who were sensitive to fashion were surveyed around 5 nationwide cities and 9 commercial zones. The analysis results of the questionnaire and image survey in 2005 S/S for each commercial zone was shown as follows. 1. The most interest in producing fashionable shape when they go out was in the order of clothes>hair style>shoes and it was found that the proper reason for visiting the commercial zone was to meet with friends>watching movies>shopping etc. 2. T-shirts were most preferred as upper garments and as for bottoms, blue jeans were preferred. Black, gray, and white colors were most preferred and blue color was most preferred primarily due to the preference for blue jeans. The color image was proven mainly modem and light tone, comfortable and casual items were preferred. An active comfort casual image emphasized with activeness by coordinating comfortable T-shirts or shirts with blue jeans were most preferred in 9 areas. 3. A clear difference was confirmed in color by commercial area. Blackish color was most prevalent in Daehakro whereas simple color was mostly shown around Hongik University area. Bright and unique colors such as green and violate were dominant at Dae-Gu Dongseongro, and basic colors such as white and black were preferred in Masan Hapseong-dong and Changwon Sangnam-dong. Through the results of nationwide street fashion survey, the each commercial zone has unique characteristics in fashion trend even in the same city, rather than the regional difference in Seoul and local city.

Online customer review data can be easily collected on the Internet and also they describe sentimental evaluation of a product in different aspects. Previous sentiment analysis studies evaluate the degree of sentiment with review data, which may have multiple sentences describing different product aspects. Since different aspects of a product can be described in a sentence, the proposed method suggested analyzing a sentence to build a pair of a product aspect terms and sentimental terms. Bidirectional LSTM and CRF algorithms were used in this paper. A pair of aspect terms and sentimental terms are evaluated by pre-defined evaluation rules. The paper suggested using the result of evaulation as inputs of QFD, so that the quantified customer voices effect on the requirements of a new product. Online reviews for a hair dryer were used as an example showing that the proposed approach can derive reasonable sentiment analysis results.

The purpose of this study is to analyze TV drama clothes that is reflected in domestic TV fashion style. Frist of all, luxiry look is one of drama cloth's signiture look. It takes a imported brand wear and a high price accessories. Especially, the hero and heroine of the drama 'Fine lady' wear imported brand jacket and a accessories as earrings, shoes and bags are in fashion. Also the hero of the drama 'The room of a roofiop's cat' wear Armani shirts and Kenzo suits. Second, nowadays sportive look is one of fashion trend and young people's representative look. The drama 'The room of a rooftop's cat' has define trends when it comes to training wear. And the training wear is a big hit because of drama 'The room of a rooftop's cat' hero and heroine. Third, utility look shows a practical wear and comfortable wear The utility look's items is shirring T-shirt, cargo pants and jeans. In addition to that drama's hero and heroine make a lots of fashion. The hero of drama 'Winter sonata' of hair style and matching muffler is in fashion. Also TV drama's fashion is a potent influence.

The purpose of this study is to research the achievement motivation of beauty industry professionals. The research method involved one-on-one, in-depth interviews with 7 hair professionals, 7 make-up professionals and 7 skincare professionals. The in-depth interviews were recorded in their entirety, and the recorded content was transcribed and organized. Analysis of the transcribed data involved encoding, deconstructing and re-composing the interview content. Research results revealed 5 factors that were extracted to explain the achievement motivation of beauty industry professionals. Four of the 5 factors were similar to the results of precedent studies, but the remaining factor presented unique characteristics. The 4 common factors were "motive to pursue success", "motive to avoid failure", "motive to meet challenges" and "goal-oriented motive". The factor discovered in this study was "relationship-oriented motive", which is characterized by the tendency to place importance in relationships with superiors, colleagues and customers based on the working characteristics of beauty industry professionals. Based on the results of this study, beauty industry professionals can learn about goals that must be met in various stages in order to establish a system for accomplishing those goals, implement an emotional education program for mental balance, introduce a competitive team system, and carry out a relationship improvement program to increase work efficiency.

A prostrate species of Codium (Bryopsidales, Chlorophyta) was collected from Daejin on the eastern coast of Korea. This alga is morphologically characterized by a prostrate, adherent or pulvinate, dark green thallus that is tightly attached to substratum. The utricles are strongly grouped and cylindrical to slightly clavate. Their apex is rounded to capitated, and it frequently has an alveolate ornament. Hair scars are found in the upper portion of the utricle. The gametangia grow on a short pedicel in the upper part of the utricle. In the phylogenetic tree based on molecular data, this alga is placed in the same clade as C. mozambiquense in UPGMA analysis, and nests in a sister clade of C. lucasii subsp. capense and C. mozambiquense in ML and NJ analyses. However, the genetic distance between the sequences of the Korean alga and the two species is 1.3-1.9%, while that between the Korean alga and C. lucasii from Japan is 1.1% within intraspecific range. The divergence value between the Korean alga and C. lucasii from the type locality (Australia) is 2.7% considered to be interspecific range. As based on this genetic divergence value, the Korean alga together with Japanese C. lucasii can be separated from genuine C. lucasii from the type locality. However, the Korean alga is identified as C. lucasii until those entities are morphologically characterized in species level. This is the first record of C. lucasii in Korea

Objectives : Historical study on application of Kyungohkgo, one of the most popular tonic medicine, and suggestion of modernistic method through it Methods : Investigated effect and its range of Kyungohkgo in original texts of Korean medicine, and researched studies on medical action and treatment effect of Kyungohkgo nowaday. Results : Kyungohkgo has "replenish essence and marrow(補精益髓)" as a major effect, and various original text suggested that Kyungohkgo can be used as antioxidant tonic medicine, treatment of respiratory disease like tuberculosis and medicine for bone disease controling hormone. Several research about these subjects has been progressed recently. However, the most of these researches is not an in-depth study about virtues in original texts, but deduced from effects of Kyungohkgo, and there are some studies experimented with Kyungohkgo that has not followed its own formula. Conclusions : It is required to discuss new application based on understanding effect and is range of Kyungohkgo. It could be thought that using for skin disease based on t theory of "lung presides skin and hair", chronic pulmonary disease based on treatment of cough(咳嗽), and disease of uterine and bone based on "replenish essence and marrow(補精益髓)".

Traditional methods based active contours or region merging are powerless in processing images with blurring border or hair occlusion. In this paper, a structure based convolutional neural networks is proposed to solve segmentation of skin lesion image. The structure mainly consists of two networks which are segmentation net and discrimination net. The segmentation net is designed based U-net that used to generate the mask of lesion, while the discrimination net is designed with only convolutional layers that used to determine whether input image is from ground truth labels or generated images. Images were obtained from "Skin Lesion Analysis Toward Melanoma Detection" challenge which was hosted by ISBI 2016 conference. We achieved segmentation average accuracy of 0.97, dice coefficient of 0.94 and Jaccard index of 0.89 which outperform the other existed state-of-the-art segmentation networks, including winner of ISBI 2016 challenge for skin melanoma segmentation.

A mouse homozygous for the spontaneous mutation uncovered (Uncv) has a hairless phenotype. A 309-bp non-frameshift deletion mutation in the N-terminal cytoplasmic domain of iRhom2 was identified in Uncv mice ($iRhom2^{Uncv}$) using target region sequencing. The detailed molecular basis for how the iRhom2 mutation causes the hairless phenotype observed in the homozygous $iRhom2^{Uncv}$ mouse remains unknown. To identify differentially expressed proteins in the skin of wild-type and homozygous $iRhom2^{Uncv}$ littermates at postnatal day 5, proteomic approaches, including two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and mass spectrometry were used. Twelve proteins were differentially expressed in the skin in a comparison between wild-type and homozygous $iRhom2^{Uncv}$ mice. A selection of the proteomic results were tested and verified using qRT-PCR, western blot and immunohistochemistry. These data indicate that differentially expressed proteins, especially KRT73, MEMO1 and Coro-1, might participate in the mechanism by which iRhom2 regulates the development of murine skin.

The purposes of the present research were (1) to investigate the sociological factors influencing the increase of ambivalence and the relationship between, the ambivalence and fashion change(2) to categorize sets of the ambivalence expressed for contemporary fashion and (3) to examine the frequency and the patterns of ambivalence presented for contemporary fashion. This research was conducted through in depth literature review and content analysis. Data was collected from 806 colored pictures presented on 'Collections' from 1972 to 1988. Eight types of clothing cues were incluede: look color texture decorative motifs of clothing collar sleeve and wearer's headdress/hair style and make-up. The results of this study were as follows: 1 The popularization of culture has been accelerated by mass production mass consumption and mass media. Since the 1980s postmodernism and poststructuralism have resulted in the breakdown of dualistic distinction. As the ambiguity of meaning in appearance increases the meaning is negotiated constantly for identity. 2. The most frequenctly expressed ambivalence in clothing was feminity/masculinity and tradition/modernity and wealth/poverty was the least. The number of ambivalent expression were the highest during 1990s. The rapid growth in ambivalence of tradition/modernity was found in 1970s feminity/masculinity in 1980s and modesty/immodesty in 1990s. Within a clothing style ambivalence was manifested through feminine look in white for beauty/ugliness feminine look mainly in yellow/red for wealty/poverty sexy look dominantly in black for modesty/immodesty androgynous look in black for feminity/masculinity and through ecology look most frequently in black for tradition/modernity.

The purpose of this study is to observe the cultural phenomenon in modern society from the point of view of pastiche, analyze the characteristics of pastiche, create a framework for studying modem fashion and body ornamentation, one of the facts of cultural phenomenon and, based on these aspects, will observe the pastiche phase, which occurred in body ornamentation of modem fashion in the late 1990's Collections. The characteristics of pastiche is that it transcends meaning, alters the usage of objects, raises the beauty of alienation and pursues temporariness. Observing pastiche, according to its definition and characteristics, as it appears in body ornamentation of modem fashion, the results were as follows: First of all, in terms of transcending meaning, body ornamentation of modern fashion is a mixture of all past styles. Secondly, use of objects in body ornamentation of fashion has shown the use of things which have never been used in accessorizing before, such as birdcages, bones of body, castle. Third, in terms of the raising of the beauty of alienation, accessories from countries, which were not high interest groups in the past, such as piercing, scar, corpulent, are being used as high-fashion accessories in body ornamentation of modern fashion. Fourth, in terms of the pursuit of temporariness, external ornamentation in body ornamentation of modern fashion is seen as permanent changes to the outer body, such as tattoos, piercings, hair color and the more temporary changes, such as coloring.
