The purpose of this study is to explore domains and elements of pedagogical content knowledge(PCK) for effective teaching in secondary schools. The value of PCK lies essentially in its relation with specific topics. Teachers' PCK becomes through making explicit the nature of their pedagogical reasoning and the associated decision making within the context of teaching content. This study propose the process of PCK research and development. The theoretical definition of PCK, basic directions of PCK development were discussed. This research provides teachers with an opportunity to think about what is important in the teaching of a topic and why and to consider possibilities for future development.

In recent years, there have been attempts to explain firms' capital structure based upon the agency theory which considers agency problems arising due to ownership structure. Agency theory starts from the coctractual relationship (explicit or implicit) between principals and agents. Since uncertainty exists in real world and information is distributed asymmetrically, there are conflicts between principals and agents. The objectives of this study are to analyze, based upon agency theory, factors which are expected to affect firms' capital structure and to test empirically the relevance of agency cost hypothesis about the determination of capital structure, For these purposes, this paper carried out multiple regression in order to examine whether the factors of agency costs affect significantly the determination of capital structure. The results of empirical analysis are summarrized as follows; First, insider-equity ration has been negatively correlated with capital structure. Second, growth opportunity variabless has been insignificant coefficients with capital structure.

본 연구는 방위산업체의 연구개발 투자활동이 경영성과에 대하여 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 실증적 분석을 수행하였다. 연구의 주요 분석 결과에 대해서 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 방위산업체의 성장성 증대를 위해서는 연구인력의 교육지원 기회 확대, 관련부서간의 긴밀한 협력이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 방위산업체의 생산성 증대를 위해서는 연구개발 투자비를 증대해야 하며, 셋째, 방위산업체의 수익성 증대를 위해서는 관련부서 간 협력강화가 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Development of liver cancers is driven largely by genomic alterations that deregulate signaling pathways, influencing growth and survival of cancer cells. Because of the hundreds or thousands of genomic/epigenomic alterations that have accumulated in the cancer genome, it is very challenging to find and test candidate genes driving tumor development and progression. Systematic studies of the liver cancer genome have become available in recent years. These studies have uncovered new potential driver genes, including those not previously known to be involved in the development of liver cancer. Novel approaches combining multiple datasets from patient tissues have created an unparalleled opportunity to uncover potential new therapeutic targets and prognostic/predictive biomarkers for personalized therapy that can improve clinical outcomes of the patients with liver cancer.

For the service and creation of new space, the next generation smart device for interactive space using tailor-made contents process serve as an opportunity for the growth of new special display due to the integration of the latest digital technology. The application of next generation technology is in the field that most people expect. So, this thesis serving as the beginning, it is hoped that the smart mirror and wall industry in Korea will play a practical and academic momentum. An interactive environment which is the smart device can be realized when space displays based on smart device built on the experience of the user can provide various tailor-made processes such as academics, performances, meetings, virtual experience, exhibits and promotion, and through this a strategic direction was suggested for the development of each field.

The growth in number and capacity of smart devices such as GPS enabled smart phones and PDAs present an unparalleled opportunity for diverse areas of life. In this paper we propose an approach for vehicle theft protection using GPS based trajectory anomaly detection. The detailed methodology of the proposed system is briefly described in this paper.

In China, the government has aggressively led the construction and expansion of airports across China. Upon this opportunity, "Korea-China" network is expected to expand. Therefore this study tried to deduce implications for Incheon International Airport by expansion of "Korea-China" traffic rights. As a result of analyzing the exchange values of traffic rights on the "Incheon~Beijing/Chengdu" routes, it was found that there is a concern that Chinese airlines could make inroads into Korean airline's market. In both routes, Korean airline's market share and passenger demand increased while the sales decreased after expanding traffic rights. On the other hand, Chinese airlines showed an increase in sales and a larger passenger growth than Korean airlines. Therefore it is necessary for the government to expand the traffic rights through detailed route value analysis.

The growth in number and efficiency of smart devices such as GPS enabled smart phones and PDAs present an unparalleled opportunity for diverse areas of life. However extraction of GPS traces for provision of services demand a huge storage space as well as computation overhead. This is a challenging task especially for the applications which provide runtime services. In this paper we provide a simplified model to extract GPS traces of moving objects at runtime. Road segment partitioning and measure of deviation in angle of trajectory path is incorporated to identify the significant data points. The number of these data points is minimized by our proposed approach in an efficient manner to overwhelm the storage and computation overhead. Further, the competent reconstruction of complete itinerary based on gathered data, is also ensured by proposed method.

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is becoming an important development opportunity for colleges and universities to realize curve overtaking. Affected by the physical and mental development characteristics, female college students in innovative undertaking showed different growth characteristics. In order to further promote female college students' innovative undertaking, we should combine the characteristics of female design with innovation entrepreneurship education path. As one of the three women's colleges, the general innovation and entrepreneurship course system of Shandong Women's University provides a wide education of innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness and thinking for all students. The undergraduate major of business Administration (entrepreneurial management) provides the whole system education of entrepreneurship, and through "system guarantee, professional construction, course system, competition assistance and project cultivation", female students' entrepreneurial consciousness is cultivated and their entrepreneurial ability is improved.

As the global epidemic continues to worsen, the pressure on the supply chain is also increasing. In this context, Internet shopping has ushered in new development opportunities. Under the influence of globalization, the development of cross-border e-commerce (CB-EC) is particularly remarkable. As China is a big manufacturing country, the growth of CB-EC is a significant opportunity for Chinese goods to enter the international market. Therefore, this paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation of the integrated development of China's manufacturing industry and CB-EC from four aspects: the operation mode, development mode, policy environment, and development prospect of CB-EC in China's manufacturing sector. This paper constructs an evaluation system including 19 secondary indicators to rank the CB-EC development environment of 30 provinces in China that have established comprehensive pilot zones of CB-EC.
