염해 조건에서 유기물이 첨가된 준설모래와 석탄회 토양이 크리핑 벤트그래스의 생육에 미치는 영향 (Growth of Creeping Bentgrass on Bottom Ash and Dredged up Sand with Four Organic Matter Amendment Rates Under Saline Irrigation Condition)

  • 본 실험은 서산 부남호 준설모래와 태안 화력 발전소에서 발생된 석탄회(Bottom ash) 토양이 염해 조건에서 크리핑 벤트그래스의 생육배지로서의 활용 가능성에 대한 평가를 해보고자 수행되었다. 준설모래와 석탄회 토양의 물리, 화학적 특성을 실험실에서 조사하였으며, 각 토양에 유기물(peat)을 0, 1, 2, 3% 비율(w/w)로 각각 혼합한 토양에서 크리핑 벤트그래스 Pen-A1 품종을 파종 후 염이 포함된 물(EC=$1.5dSm^{-1}$)을 관수하며 생육을 평가하였다. 유기물 혼합전 준설 모래의 ECe가 $1.4dSm^{-1}$로 나타나, 석탄회 $8.4dSm^{-1}$에 비해 낮게 나타났다. 가시적 품질, 초장, 줄기 건물중 등은 준설모래 처리구에 비해 석탄회 처리구에서 낮게 나타났다. 석탄회 토양은 염분을 보유하고 있었으나, 관수로 인한 세척시 염분이 용탈되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 유기물을 혼합하지 않은 경우는 준설모래와 석탄회 토양에서 가시적 품질, 초장, 건물중이 처리 간에 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 2% 유기물을 혼합한 경우 준설모래 처리구가 석탄회 처리구에 비해 초장이 높게 조사되었다.

깊이 영상 기반 손 영역 추적 및 손 끝점 검출 (Hand Region Tracking and Fingertip Detection based on Depth Image)

  • 본 논문에서는 깊이 영상만을 이용하여 손 영역 추적 및 손 끝점 검출 방법을 제안한다. 조명 조건의 영향을 제거하고 빠르고 안정적인 정보 획득을 위해 깊이 정보만을 이용하는 추적 방법을 제안하고, 영역 확장 방법을 통해 추적 과정 중에 발생할 수 있는 오류에 대한 판단 방법과 다양한 제스처 인식에 응용이 가능한 손 끝점 검출 방법을 제안한다. 먼저 추적점을 찾기 위해 중심점 전이 과정을 통해 최근접점을 찾고 그 점으로부터 영역 확장을 통해 손 영역과 경계선을 검출한다. 그리고 영역 확장을 통해 획득한 무효경계선의 비율을 이용하여 추적영역에 대한 신뢰도를 계산함으로써 정상 추적 여부를 판단한다. 정상적인 추적인 경우, 검출된 손 영역으로부터 윤곽선을 추출하고 곡률 및 RANSAC, 컨벡스 헐(Convex-Hull)을 이용하여 손 끝점을 검출한다. 마지막으로 성능 검증을 위해 다양한 상황에 따른 정량적, 정성적 분석을 통해 제안하는 추적 및 손 끝점 검출 알고리즘의 효율성을 입증한다.

  • "CRT" which had dominated the market of display until 2000 is not appropriate for information indicating media due to several limitations. Thus, TFT-LCD, PDP, OLED, etc are growing in display industry instead of CRT because they meet demands of information indicating media. OLED display which responses within 1ms fits any picture manifestation medias because it uses self radiance OLED for picture clement that has no obstacles in showing the angle of vision. OLED's characteristic of action is very sensitive to thickness of electrode so that this has been an important issue. This study tried to find the most suitable thickness of electrode using ITO, Mo, and AL. Using the results of IVL measurements, analyzed equality of electrode board. As a result, found the thickness of electrode that has high electrical efficiency and optimized it.

Establishment of Validation Methods to Test the Biocompatibility of Titanium Dioxide

  • Most of biomaterials come in direct contact with the body, making standardized methods of evaluation and validation of biocompatibility an important aspect to biomaterial development. However, biomaterial validation guidelines have not been fully established, until now. This study was to compare the in vitro behavior of osteoblasts cultured on nanomaterial $TiO_2$ surfaces to osteoblast behavior on culture plates. Comparisons were also made to cells grown in conditioned media (CM) that creates an environment similar to the in vivo environment. Comparisons were made between the different growth conditions for osteoblast adhesion, proliferation, differentiation, and functionality. We found that the in vivo-like system of growing cells in concentrated CM provided a good validation method for biomaterial development and in vivo implant therapy. The $TiO_2$ materials were biocompatible, showing similar behavior to that observed in vivo. This study provided valuable information that would aid in the creation of guidelines into standardization and evaluation of biocompatibility in $TiO_2$ biomaterials.

임베디드 기반의 IMS 솔루션 설계 (Design of IMS solution based on Embedded)

  • IMS(IP Multi-Media Subsystem)란 인터넷 프로토콜(IP)을 기반으로 음성, 오디오, 비디오 및 데이터 등의 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공 할 수 있는 서비스 플랫폼이다. 초기 3G 이동통신망에서 멀티미디어 서비스를 지원하기 위하여 3GPP(3rd Generation Partnership Project)에서 제안되었으나 현재는 IPTV, 유선전화서비스 사업자 등에서도 폭넓게 채택되어 기존 소프트스위치 기반의 인터넷전화 서비스 플랫폼을 대체하고 있고, 특히, 최근에는 이동통신서비스인 4G LTE의 확산에 따라 관련 시장이 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 1,000 회선급 가입자 회선을 수용 할 수 있는 고속의 메인 프로세서와 기존 표준 SIP 프로토콜을 사용하는 SIP 단말과 IMS 코어와 연동 할 수 있는 SIP 게이트웨이를 설계하였다.

  • TOL 플라스미드와 NAH 플라스미드는 n-알칸을 자화하는 P. putida KCTC 2405에 접합에 의해 각각의 이동은 가능하나 두 플라스미드는 불화합성에 기인하여 본 균주내에 공존할 수 없었다. TOL plasmid에서 불화합성 체계는 남겨두고 tol 유전자만 이 CAM plasmid내로 transposition 되어 형성된 CAM::TOL* 플라스미드는 NAH 플라스미드와 P. putida KCTC 2405에서 공존할 수 있어 m-toluate, naphthalene, camphor 및 n-alkane(C8-C24)를 분해할 수 있는 P. putida 3SK 균주를 육종하였다. CAM::TOL* 플라스미드는 선택성 배지에서 안정하였으나 비선택성 배지에서는 불안정하였다.

Factors affecting Customer Relationship and the Repurchase Intention of Designed Fashion Products

  • Purpose: Human life is increasingly improved, so human needs are also growing more and more. One of the increasingly demanding industries is the fashion market. Fashion is an industry that produces essential items for human life, so manufacturers always need to know how to improve the relationship with customers, and make them repurchase. The study aims to discover the relationship between the factors that create a relationship with customers and the repurchase intention of designed fashion products. Research design, data, and methodology: The mix research method is applied to achieve research objectives. The qualitative research via the in-depth interview with 11 experts, and the quantitative research via the survey with 467 respondents was done in Ho Chi Minh city, the most developed city in Vietnam. Results: The research results point out that the fashion designer reputation, social media marketing, and the fashion store atmosphere have the positive impact on the relationship between the customer and fashion store, as well as the intention to repurchase of designed fashion products. In particular, customer relationship also affects the repurchase intention of designed fashion products positively. Conclusions: The study also proposed some managerial implications to develop a relationship with the customer and repurchase behavior of the customer in the fashion industry.

모더니즘과 포스트모더니즘 시대 문화권력과 패션에 대한 연구 (A Study of Cultural Power and Fashion in the Modern and Post Modern Eras)

  • This study aims to examine the subjects of cultural power of the modernism and post modernism eras, and analyze how the change of power and subjects influenced fashion throughout the history from the microscopic perspective, and thus to explain the social relationship of the fashion phenomenon. The study findings can be summarized as follows. First, as the post modernism era which was being formed centering around Europe that was pursuing Haute Couture and formal masculine suits ended and the post modernism era started, America became the center of the world power, and the American equalitarianism and growing wealth among the general public spread over the world, and as a result, the ready-made clothes were propagated over the world, and various subcultures came to have multi-national tendency in the New Media society. Second, in the modernism era, the high class, whites, males, and the pre-existing powerful class were the subjects of cultural power. Although this changed in the post modernism era, as some of power moved from the high class to the middle class, the economically affluent general public, still the western world, males, and whites held the center of power. However, later, females, youths, the third world nations, and so on emerged as minor power, and when the New Media society started, the structure developed so that everyone can share cultural power.

Selection and Isolation of a Mutant Yeast Strain Tolerant to Multiple Targeted Heavy Metals

  • BACKGROUND: This study was performed for selecting yeast mutants with a high tolerance for targeted metals, and determining whether yeasts strains tolerant to multiple heavy metals could be induced by sequential adaptations. METHODS AND RESULTS: A mutant yeast strain tolerant to the heavy metals cadmium (Cd), copper (Cu), nickel (Ni), and zinc (Zn) was selected by sequential elevated exposures to each metal with intermittent mutant isolation steps. A Cd-tolerant mutant was isolated by growing yeast cells in media containing $CdCl_2$ concentrations that were gradually increased to 1 mM. Then the Cd-tolerant mutant was gradually exposed to increasing levels of $CuCl_2$ in growth media until a concentration of 7 mM was reached, thus generating a strain tolerant to both Cd and Cu. In the subsequent steps, this mutant was exposed to $NiCl_2$ (up to 8 mM), and a resultant isolate was further exposed to $ZnCl_2$ (up to 60 mM), allowing the derivation of a yeast mutant that was simultaneously tolerant to Cd, Cu, Ni, and Zn. CONCLUSION: This method of inducing tolerance to multiple targeted heavy metals in yeast will be useful in the bioremediation of heavy metals.

Differentiation of CD31-Positive Vascular Endothelial Cells from Organoid Culture of Dental Pulp Stem Cells

  • The mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) that reside in dental tissues hold a great potential for future applications in regenerative dentistry. In this study, we used human dental pulp cells, isolated from the molars (DPCs), in order to establish the organoid culture. DPCs were established after growing pulp cells in an MSC expansion media (MSC-EM). DPCs were subjected to organoid growth media (OGM) in comparison with human dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs). Inside the extracellular matrix in the OGM, the DPCs and DPSCs readily formed vessel-like structures, which were not observed in the MSC-EM. Immunocytochemistry analysis and flow cytometry analysis showed the elevated expression of CD31 in the DPCs and DPSCs cultured in the OGM. These results suggest endothelial cell-prone differentiation of the DPCs and DPSCs in organoid culture condition.
