그룹홈 청소년의 정서조절능력과 학교적응성에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Emotion Regulation and School Adjustment of Group Home Adolescents)

  • This study aims to investigate the effect of group home adolescents' emotion regulation and school adjustment. A survey was carried out on a total of 246 middle and high school students, who live in group homes. For data analysis, t-test, two-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and reliability coefficients were carried out by using SPSS program(version 18.0). The findings of this study were as follows: First, there were significant differences in emotion regulation ability of group home adolescents, depending on the grade and gender. Second, there was an interaction by grade and gender in school adjustment of group home adolescents. Last, group home adolescents' gender, grade, and emotion regulation ability affected their school adjustment.

제주도 청소년소비자의 과시소비성향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Propensity for Conspicuous Consumption of Adolescents of Cheju)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of self-concept, reference group, consumer education, and materialism on the propensity for conspicuous consumption of adolescents. The data used in this study were collected through questionnaires on 604 adolescents living in Cheju City. The data were analyzed by using SPSS PC(sup)+ program. The propensity for conspicuous consumption of adolescents differed significantly according to their age and allowance, and sex. The propensity for conspicuous consumption of the middle school students was higher than that of the high school students. The propensity for conspicuous consumption of boys was higher than of girl’s. The propensity for conspicuous consumption of the adolscents was influenced by materialism and the reference group. According to the results of the multiple regression analysis, the most influential factor was materialism and reference group. In clothing materialism was the most influential factor and the reference group was the second influential factor. But In shoes, bag, and school supplies the reference group was the most influential factor and materialism was the second influential factor.

남녀청소년의 자아탄력성과 스트레스 대처방식 (Ego-resilience and Stress Coping Styles of Male and Female Adolescents)

  • This study focused on the relationship between ego- resilience and stress coping styles of male and female adolescents. The study also tried to identify differences in stress coping styles based on sexual differences and the level of ego- resilience in adolescents. Ego-resilience showed a positive correlation to problem-focused and social support seeking coping styles and a negative correlation to emotion-focused coping style for both male and female adolescents. Canonical Correlation analysis revealed that self-confidence among four sub-domains of ego-resilience made the most outstanding contributions in predicting stress coping styles of female adolescents. The self-confident female adolescents tended to use the problem-focused coping style. For male adolescents, the optimistic attitude among four sub-domains of ego-resilience was the most significant factor in predicting emotion-focused coping style. Female adolescents tended to use more varied coping strategies than male adolescents in stressful situations. The group of adolescents who had a higher level of ego-resilience reported more problem-focused and social support- seeking coping styles in stressful situations. Conversely the group of adolescents with lower level of ego-resilience tended to use emotion-focused coping strategy. The results of this study have important implications for theory, research, and practice. Development of ego-resilience in adolescents based on sexual differences was an important task for their effective coping strategies.

청소년의 가족 및 학교 관련 요인에 따른 사이버 행동 (Cyber behavior of Adolescents According to Family and School Factors)

  • This study investigated the integrated effects of family and school factors on the cyber behavior of adolescents. Specifically, the purposes of this study were to categorize adolescents into groups by family and school factors and to find investigate differences among the groups regarding cyber behavior (internet use, internet purpose, and internet experience). no study distributed the questionnaires to middle and high school adolescent students of five representative cities in South Korea. The total respondents were 2240 (960 from Seoul/kyongki, and 320 each from Taegu, Pusan, Kwangiu, and Taejon). The response rate w3s 98.7%. no data were analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, and Duncan test. The results showed that Korean adolescents were segmented into four groups (family preference/school preference group, family dissatisfaction/teacher dissatisfaction group, family average/school average group, family average/peer dissatisfaction group). The four groups were significantly different in regard to cyber behavior. For example, the family dissatisfaction/teacher dissatisfaction group u%d internet to relieve stress and used communication more than the other groups. Also, the group had more diverse cyber behavior including internet addiction. The implications of the study were further discussed.

공동생활가정 청소년의 우울감이 학교 적응유연성에 미치는 영향: 자아존중감의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Group Home Adolescents' Depression on School Resilience : Focus on Mediator Effects of Self-Esteem)

  • 본 연구는 공동생활가정에서 생활하고 있는 청소년의 우울감이 이들의 학교 적응유연성에 미치는 영향과 이에 대한 자아존중감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 2013년 8월 19일부터 9월 13일까지 전국 64개소의 공동생활가정에서 보호되고 있는 청소년을 대상으로 우편 설문조사를 실시하였는데, 총 172명이 응답하였다. 본 연구의 주요한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공동생활가정 청소년의 우울감은 학교 적응유연성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이들의 우울감은 자아존중감에도 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 학교 적응유연성에 대한 우울감의 영향을 자아존중감이 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 공동생활가정 청소년의 학교 적응유연성을 증진하기 위한 정책적 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

실업계 고등학생의 인터넷 중독 수준과 가족체계유형에 따른 인터넷 사용동기 및 문제행동 (Internet Use Motivations and Problem Behaviors of Vocational High School Students according to Internet Addiction and Family System Type)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in internet use motivations and problem behaviors among vocational high school students according to internet addiction and family system type. Five hundred vocational high school students from Daegu took part in the survey. The questionnaire survey consisted of an internet addiction self-assessment scale, a family system type scale, an internet use motivation scale, and a problem behavior scale. The data was analysed using MANOVA and Cronbach a, and the $Scheff\acute{e}$ test was used for post-hoc analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, the study found significant differences in adolescent internet use motivation according to internet addiction. Adolescents in the high dangerous user group showed higher communicative, experiential, and addictive motivations than adolescents in potentially dangerous and normal user groups. Also, there were no significant differences in informative motivation according to internet addiction. Regardless of internet addiction, adolescents tend to use the internet to search for information and to solve problems. Second, there were significant differences in adolescents' problem behaviors according to internet addiction. More specifically, adolescents who were in the high dangerous user group displayed more problem behaviors toward their body, family, school, and society than adolescents in the potentially dangerous and the normal user groups. Third, an adolescent's family system type significantly influenced his/her internet use motivation. Adolescents from an extreme family showed higher communicative and addictive motivations than adolescents from middle and balanced families. Fourth, there were significant differences in the problem behaviors of adolescents according to family system types. Adolescents from an extreme family showed more problem behaviors toward their body, family, school, and society than adolescents from middle and balanced families.

가정외보호청소년의 사회적자본이 학교적응을 매개로 자립의지에 미치는 영향 (The relationship between social capital of adolescents in out-of-home care and their self-reliance: Focusing on the mediating effects of school adjustment)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 가정외보호청소년(양육시설, 그룹홈, 가정위탁)의 사회적자본이 그들의 자립의지에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고, 이 경로에서 학교적응의 매개효과를 검증하는데 있다. 본 연구를 위해 전국의 양육 시설, 그룹홈, 가정위탁 청소년들 가운데 중 고등학교에 재학 중인 만 13세 이상 만 19세 이하의 청소년을 연구 대상으로 하여 표집 하였고, 총 358명의 가정외보호청소년이 연구에 참여하였다. 주요 통계 방법으로는 구조방정식 모형 분석을 활용하였으며, 매개효과 검증을 위해 Bootstrapping 방법을 사용하였다. 구조방정식 모형 분석 결과, 가정외보호청소년의 사회적자본이 자립의지에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았으나 학교적응을 통해 간접적으로 자립의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 드러났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 가정외 보호청소년의 사회적자본과 학교적응, 그리고 자립의지를 높일 수 있는 정책적 실천적 함의를 논하였다.

소시오드라마가 특수교육대상 학생 어머니의 양육스트레스, 우울, 부모효능감에 미치는 효과 (Effects of sociodrama on parenting stress, depression, and parenting self-efficacy in mothers of adolescents receiving special education)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the effects of sociodrama on mothers of adolescents receiving special education at school. Methods: The participants were 30 mothers of adolescents with autism and intellectual, physical, emotional, and behavioral disability (experimental group=8, control group=16, 4 excluded). Sociodrama was conducted over 6 weeks (6 sessions). Data were collected using a mixed method. A constructed questionnaire on parenting stress, depression, and parenting self-efficacy was distributed before and after the intervention. A focus group interview was conducted subsequently. Data were collected from May to June 2016 and analyzed using Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney test and a content analysis. Results: The intervention group showed significant changes in parenting stress (Z=-2.34, p=.019), depression (Z=-.3.46 p=.001), and parenting self-efficacy (Z=-2.82, p=.029) compared with the control group. Results of the qualitative analysis exhibited two themes, namely "changes" and "healing and challenges," which were divided into 4 categories and 9 sub-categories. Conclusion: Sociodrama was effective in reducing the level of parenting stress and depression, and increased the level of parenting self-efficacy in participants. Sociodrama can be recommended as an intervention program for parents raising adolescents receiving special education.

부모의 심리적 통제와 청소년의 학교적응 간의 관계 : 희망의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Relationship between Parental Psychological Control and Adolescent School Adjustment : Hope as a mediator)

  • 본 연구는 부모의 심리적 통제가 청소년의 학교적응에 미치는 영향과 이들의 관계에서 희망의 매개효과를 알아보기 위하여 수행되었다. 서울과 강원지역의 중 고등학생 403명을 대상으로 t검증, 상관분석, 구조방정식 모형, 다집단 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모의 심리적 통제와 청소년의 희망 수준은 청소년의 성별에 따라 유의한 차이가 없었다. 하지만, 학교적응 중 학교교사 요인에서 남학생 집단의 평균이 여학생 집단의 평균보다 높았다. 둘째, 부모의 심리적 통제는 청소년의 학교적응에 직접적으로 영향을 미치기도 하였고 희망을 매개로 하여 학교적응에 간접적으로도 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, 청소년들은 부모의 심리적 통제를 높게 지각할수록 희망 수준이 낮았고, 희망 수준이 낮을수록 학교적응력도 낮았다. 이러한 부모의 심리적 통제와 청소년의 희망 및 학교적응의 관계는 청소년의 성별에 따른 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 청소년이 적응적인 학교생활을 할 수 있도록 부모의 심리적 통제를 감소시키고 청소년의 희망을 증진시키는 다양한 개입이 이루어져야 할 것이다.
