아동기 애착 유형에 따른 아동의 가족화 연구 (A Study on Children's Family Drawings by Attachment Classification)

  • This study evaluated attachment representation of school aged children, its relation to classification of family drawings, and their association with children's perceptions about families. The attachment representation of 43 children 6-9 years of age was evaluated by the Manchester Attachment Story Task (Green, Stanley, & Goldwyn, 2003) children's family drawings were classified by Fury's Family Drawing Scales (1996). Results showed that 12 children (28%) were avoidant, 23 (54%) secure, 4 (9%) resistant, and 4 (9%) were disorganized. Classification of childhood attachment representation showed a high concordance rate (86%) with family drawings. Securely Attached children showed positive perceptions such as family pride/happiness and vitality/creativity while Insecure children showed negative perceptions like emotional distance, tension and bizarreness.

Farm-Housing 조성에 관한 지원방안 연구 (The Study of Supporting Plan for Create Farm-Housing)

  • There is a rental housing policy in Korea to support low income citizen. However, the living condition of tenants through this rental program is not work for improving, unlike the initial purpose of providing rental housings. Rental housings, which were planned to improve the residential welfare and enhance self-reliance ability of low income groups and the elderly. It's not effective any more in terms of policy purpose. To solve this problem, plans are needed to support for the construction by Farm-Housing(FH) so that the residents of can support their self-reliance by promoting creating jobs and cooperation. This paper analyze and propose some solution in terms of legal system, financing and streamlining of planing process and permission to support FH program. The paper focus purpose to help identify a new area through such proposals and retain a power of leading technology by bridging the gap between the realistic aspect and ideal aspect.

  • "SH공사(서울주택도시공사)가 내년 1월부터 '청신호 건축사'라는 이름으로 전문가 인력풀(Pool)을 운영하고, 매입임대를 늘려 신축 리모델링에서 역할을 할 수 있도록 제도화할 계획입니다. 그동안 SH공사가 '주거복지'에 주력해 왔는데, 인공지능과 빅데이터 등을 결합해 앞으로는 한 단계 발전한 '공간복지'로 정책기조를 확대하려 합니다. 이 일을 수행키 위해서 도시설계가, 조경가도 투입될 것입니다." 김세용 SH공사 사장은 최근 서울시 강남구 개포로 SH공사 사옥에서 본지와 인터뷰를 하고, '디자인건축'을 표방한 '청신호 건축사' 전문가인력풀(Pool)을 운영하겠다고 밝혔다. SH공사는 20 30대 청년과 신혼부부에게 공급하는 임대주택에는 내년부터 '청신호'라는 자체 브랜드를 적용한다. 올 1월 취임한 김세용 SH공사 사장은 서울시의 캠퍼스타운조성 시범사업을 총괄 지휘한 바 있다. 이 같은 경험을 토대로 ▲ SH공사 브랜드 가치 제고 ▲ 주택품질 개선 ▲ 임대주택사업 추진 방식 다양화 등을 위한 사업들을 이끌고 있는데, 특히 기존에는 단순히 주거기능만 제공하던 공공아파트를 공동체 생활기능이 접목된 커뮤니티로 발전시키는 '공간복지'를 강화하는데 역량을 집중하고 있다.

이용객 모니터링을 통한 홍릉숲 관리방안 연구 (A Study on the Management Plan of Hongneung Forest Based on Visitor Monitoring)

  • 1922년 임업시험장으로 조성된 홍릉숲은 한국 임업연구의 요람이면서 도시민에게 휴식의 장소를 제공하는 도시숲으로서의 역할도 수행하고 있다. 본 연구는 홍릉숲을 대상으로 이용객 모니터링을 통해 효율적인 홍릉숲 관리방안을 도출하였으며, 이를 위해 주말 홍릉숲을 방문한 750명을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였다. 설문조사 결과 이용객 연령대는 고르게 분포하고 있었으며 홍릉숲 인근지역에 거주하는 비율이 높았다. 또한 휴양목적으로 방문하는 비중이 높았으며, 홍릉숲을 시험림보다는 쉼터로 인식하는 경향이 나타났다. 마지막으로 이용객들은 전반적으로 높은 만족도를 보였으며 향후 홍릉숲 보전을 위한 적극 홍보와 교육의 필요성을 제기하였다. 이와 같은 결과는 홍릉숲의 관리 향상을 위해 다음과 같은 시사점을 제공한다. 첫째, 홍릉숲이 시험림과 도시숲 기능을 동시에 수행하기 위해서는 숲 해설 프로그램의 확대와 홍보를 통해 홍릉숲의 가치와 중요성을 더욱 적극적으로 알려 이용객들의 인식을 제고하여야 한다. 둘째, 주말 이용객을 대상으로 모니터링 수행을 통해 수요를 추정하고, 이를 바탕으로 이용객 관리 프로그램을 적용해야 한다. 결론적으로 홍릉숲의 엄격한 자원보전과 만족스러운 휴양기회 제공이라는 사회적 수요를 조화롭게 달성할 수 있도록 이용객 관리시스템을 구축하고 이를 자원과 서비스 관리에 반영하는 것이 필요할 것이다.

농촌마을종합개발사업의 기본계획 사업비 특성분석 (Characteristics Analysis on Budget Distribution of Master Plan for Comprehensive Development Projects of Rural Villages)

  • This study analyzed the budget investment plans for the unit-project items(UPI) of 176 project districts for the rural village comprehensive development projects (RVCDP). This study classified the master plan reports of 176 project districts into 88 unit project items in aspect of project management, in order to analyze characteristics of distribution of budget in each project item. Most of all unit project items have similar types of uniform distribution with plus skewness in frequency pattern analysis except the total budget of the project district. This study analyzed the characteristics of budget distribution per province, year, and geographical types of region. Furthermore this paper also analyzed ratio of budget in unit project items to find out distribution pattern of each budget between project items over time. The hierarchical system for UPI of RVCDP consisted of three steps, which are 4 items of the first step on Strength of Rural-urban Exchange & Regional Capability (RURC), Green-income Infrastructure & Facility (GIF), Culture- health-welfare Facility, and Eco-environment & Landscape facility (ELF), 13 items for the second one, and 52 items for the third project items. From the results of the budget investment analysis for 5 years from 2004 to 2008, the budget investment ratios of RURC and ELF have steady state for every year, while GIF in decreasing and ELF in increasing over time. The ratios of UPI on infrastructure were decreased, whereas those on culture, health, and welfare were increased. Portion of tow project items among 52 items, which are community centers for village residents and rural experimental study facility, has 30% of total budget investment. Futhermore, the budget ratios of seven project items showed 50% of total budget. Average value of project budgets for five years was optimized as a type of exponential function in the case of decent array for ranking order.

신축 공동주택의 주거환경에 관한 입주자 평가 (A study on the Occupants' Apprasials of Newly Consturcted Apartment)

  • Recently, large APT complexes are newly constructed in Taegu city and among them, large APT complexes aggegate densly espically in Weolsung and Jisan complexes of Dalsuh-gu and Susung-gu districts. The purpose of this thesis is to perform occupants' apprasials about residential environment on the housewifes residing at new constructed APT who seem tn have different apprasials on the residential environment by the zones. The results of the investigations are as follows. 1. House possessed type and house sire got elevated in comparison with them before shifting residence in respect to residential property and it was revealed they moved to short distance in the change of their lands. And most occupants could choose their houses by looting-out and there's some difference in the choice motive according to the zones. 2. As a result of studying the relation between demographic and residential properties, there were deep differe-nces in the Possessed house type before move, possessed house size after move, preferenti-al degree of house and move plan. 3. In the degree of satisfaction on residential environment, the result was high in the order of heating facilities, water-supply and draining facilities and lighting and was low in the order of room's size, interior decoration and soundproofin. According to zones, there was a great difference in the items of room's size, privacy, heating facilities, securi-ty from calamity, ventilation, convenience of traffic and school group and facilities for extracurricular activities and the degree of satisfaction was high in Jisan zone in othe items except for room's size and heating facilities. 4. In the tenants' apprasials on tile inside and outside spaces of the zones, important factors were "Cultural Institutions", "Green Areas", "Level of Welfare Facilities" and "Utility degree of welfare facilities" and in the classification of important factors according to the zones, the first and the third factors were changed each other. I think this is because they attached importance to somethings dissatisfied in present circumstances.

성인장애인의 자기 돌봄 활동 유형과 치유농업 서비스 수요와의 관계 탐색 (Relationship between Types of Self-Care Activities and Demand of Agro-Healing Services in Adults with Disabilities)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between types of self-care activities and demand of agro-healing services in adults with disabilities. Data were obtained from a survey of 160 adults with disabilities dwelling in Korea and SPSS 25.0 software was used for frequency, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The main results applying the Behavioral Model for vulnerable populations were as follows: 1) among the different types of their self-care activities, the mean of passive perceptions score was 1.13(SD=0.81), the mean of physical behaviors score was 3.01(SD=1.04), the mean of social relationships score was 1.40(SD=1.42) and the mean of agro-healing services utilization per year was 4.30(SD=2.55), 2) passive perceptions and social relationships in their self-care activities positively affected demand of agro-healing services, 3) age, perceived physical health, perceived mental health, region of adults with disabilities were also significantly associated with demand of agro-healing services. Based on these results, practical and political implications for promoting self-care activities and agro-healing services in adults with disabilities were discussed.

  • 녹색물류 개념의 등장으로 항만산업에서도 새로운 변화를 맞이하고 있는 시점에, 기존의 항만 리모델링 경제성 분석의 연구들은 주로 시장적 가치요인들을 비용-편익분석등과 같은 분석기법을 통해 경제성 및 타당성을 분석하였고, 환경적 가치와 같은 비시장적 가치요인들에 대한 분석들은 거의 전무한 상태이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 선행연구 되어왔던 해양환경과 친수시설, 이용자들의 후생과 관련된 요소들로 분류된 비시장적 편익요인을 중심으로 추출된 결과를 바탕으로 계층적 의사결정방법(AHP: Analytic Hierarchy Process)을 이용하여 비시장적 측면에서 인천내항의 리모델링 타당성 분석모델 구축을 목적으로 한다.

  • 생태계는 우리의 생존과 삶의 질을 유지할 수 있게 하여 인간 복지에 직, 간접적으로 기여하고 있다. 그래서 생태적 기능의 계량화 방법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 응용생태공학에 생태계서비스를 도입하고 적용하는 것에 대하여 논의하였다. 하천의 경제적 가치, 도시 블루-그린-화이트 네트워크 구축, 생태복원 및 통합 물관리에 생태계서비스 개념 및 평가체계를 적용할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다. 생태계서비스 개념 틀과 평가는 이해해당사자의 생태계 혜택 이해에 도움을 주고 응용생태공학 적용을 증가시켜 생태적 보호와 복원 가치의 증진에 이용될 수 있다.

공간규모별 어촌지역 진단지표 개발 (Development of Diagnostic Indicator in Fishing Villages by Spatial Scale)

  • In order to develop practical indicator that can diagnose the regional conditions and characteristics of fishing villages, this study reviewed domestic and foreign researches and selected the diagnostic indicator of fishing villages by spatial unit. The major categories are divided into population and society, economic conditions, and living conditions. The middle categories consists of population, household, industry, tourism, settlement, environment, safety, health and welfare, education, and culture and leisure. The indicator were selected with reference to the existence of statistical data officially provided according to the spatial range(Si/Gun, eup/myeon, village). Based on the selected indicator, the test evaluation was conducted in Jindo-gun, Jeollanam-do by applying data that can be obtained from KOSIS and web GIS. It is judged that the diagnostic indicator developed through this research can be used in various ways from the planning stage to the implementation stage of the regional development project, such as grasping the current conditions, setting improvement targets, promotion and evaluation/monitoring of the project. In addition, it is expected that it will be possible to carry out regional diagnosis for each spatial unit and to plan and implement regional development projects by giving priority to areas where the level of each department is insufficient.
