경북지역 결혼이주여성의 영양지식 및 식생활 교육 프로그램 요구도 조사 (Nutrition Knowledge and Need for a Dietary Education Program among Marriage Immigrant Women in Gyeongbuk Region)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide basic materials and assistance for developing a nutritional education program targeting marriage immigrant women, and it was carried out on 86 female marriage immigrants living in the Gyeongbuk region. An average age of the female marriage immigrants who participated in this survey were 28.6 years, and their home countries were the Philippines (32.6%), Vietnam (29.1%), and so on. Exactly 59.3% of subjects had been married for 1~5 years, and 40.7% of the subjects had an education status of less than middle school graduation. The majority of them (65.1%) had one more children, and 51.2% of subjects were a part of a nuclear-family, with the husband's age between 40~49 years old (58.1%). Concern for nutrition label was significantly different according to number of children (P<0.01), period of marriage (P<0.001), and education level (P<0.05). It was demonstrated that a higher level of education was associated with a higher need to learn about nutritional information. Understanding nutritional facts and knowledge was significantly higher among the women with two children than no child (P<0.05), period of marriage >10 years than <1 year (P<0.01), and education level of college & university graduation than less than middle school (P<0.05). Sixty percent of the women surveyed participated in the education program of 'Korean language' as they were in their country, and the most preferred education program was 'Korean dietary life and culture' (39.5%). Regarding participation and educational method, the majority of subjects responded that they wanted to learn nutritional education in a cooking academy or school (52.9%) and public health center (34.1%).

패널 자료를 이용한 미충족 의료의 추세와 관련요인 (Trend of Unmet Medical Need and Related Factors Using Panel Data)

  • 본 연구는 2009년부터 2013년까지(2010년 제외)의 한국 의료패널 자료를 활용하여 미충족 의료의 추세 및 현황을 알아보고, 미충족 의료와 관련된 요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 대상자는 2009년 11,598명, 2011년 11,035명, 2012년 10,584명, 2013년 10,099명 그리고 7,144명의 패널 자료를 활용하여 빈도분석, 교차분석, 일반화 추정방정식 모형을 시행하였다. 연도별로 교차분석 결과, 여성, 중학교 졸업 이하의 학력, 의료보장 형태가 의료급여인 경우, 최저 분위의 가구소득, 주관적 건강상태 점수가 낮을 때 미충족 의료 경험률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 일반화 추정방정식 모형을 통한 분석 결과, 여성, 40세 미만 연령대, 초등학교 졸업 이하, 최저 분위의 가구소득, 주관적 건강상태 20점 미만, 활동 제한이 있는 경우 미충족 의료를 경험할 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과를 바탕으로, 의료서비스 이용의 정책을 수립하는데 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

방사선과 학생들의 학과선택 결정요인과 만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on Department Selection Determinants and Satisfaction of Radiology Majors)

  • Some radiology majors at three-year colleges in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-Do Province were selected for the research. The survey was conducted by explaining its objectives and distributing the self-administered questionnaires from March 7 to 30, 2011; then, the final analysis was carried out on 122 copies, drawing the following conclusions : 1) 31.1% of the radiology majors were motivated to enter their department by good employment after graduation, and 37.7% were getting information from their parents or relatives in selecting their major. 2) The majority of the respondents wanted to get a job in a big city after graduation on the basis of good pay. 3) Department selection was significantly affected by transportation, department and school image, and school facilities, and the effects were higher among females. 4) Department satisfaction was significantly affected by professor satisfaction, prospects for the department, and support for employment activities, and the effects were higher among females. 5) School satisfaction was significantly affected by satisfaction with school selection decision, good selection, and school environment, and the effects were higher among females. 6) Females were found to have higher professional consciousness as a radiologist, showing statistically significant differences: "the occupation as a radiologist will continue to be developed" at $3.97{\pm}.837$ for males and at $4.55{\pm}.663$ for females and "the occupation as a radiologist is stable and will be help get a life-long job" at $3.82{\pm}.9.08$ for males and at $4.41{\pm}.787$ for females.

국내·외 초음파사의 아랍에미리트 취업 과정에 대한 고찰 (Analysis of Healthcare Employment into United Arab Emirates : Focused on Korean and Overseas Sonographers)

  • This study was intented as an investigation of the employment process into UAE for Korean and overseas sonographers to understand requirements for working abroad in regards to primary education curriculum and employment expansion abroad. A total of 10 candidates are selected who were working together with a job title of a cardiac sonographer in the same department under one hospital in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The candidates had clinical experience over 2 years in other countries after graduation and for 1 year at least in UAE. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, a web search and literature reviews. We analyzed the process regarding their curriculums studying in colleges, educational courses and certificates related medical fields. The findings were created with four essential themes: first, there are specific colleges or diploma courses corresponding academic major in United states, Portugal, Turkey, India and Pakistan. Secondly, healthcare professions were systemized by certifying as a specialist relevant medical fields. Thirdly, it is mandatory to be employed in UAE that are clinical experience for 2 years at least after graduation of specific courses. Lastly, It is required to work in UAE that is a license of healthcare authority under each state by taking a national examination or transferring own certificates to a current license in UAE. In conclusion, the results indicate that employing process for healthcare professionals depends on the educational requirements or clinical experience accumulated due to the various systems to be certified in each country. We believe that this study suggests experimental information for Korean job seekers considering working abroad in the medical ultrasound fields.

4차 산업혁명 시대 응급구조(학)과 융복합 교과목 개발을 위한 연구 (Study on the development of convergence subjects for departments of emergency medical technology in preparation for the fourth industry revolution)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine the development and improvement direction of university education according to job type and investigate the types of knowledge required for employment after graduation for departments of emergency medical technology in preparation for the era of the fourth industrial revolution in a converged society. Methods: From June 3 to June 10, 2019, data were collected through structured questionnaires from 90 paramedics working in firefighting, hospitals, different industries, and emergency patient transportation. Data were analyzed using the software SPSS version 18.0. Results: For employment after graduation in departments of emergency medical technology, character and sincerity education should be strengthened. To prepare for the fourth industrial revolution, educational innovations such as improving the field practice system and devising a convergence curriculum are needed. Preparation for the fourth industrial revolution should be accomplished through the development of convergence subjects such as forensic science, information and communications technology, and safety engineering. Ninety percent of the study respondents indicated their need for convergence subjects. Conclusion: The demands of future society should be responded to flexibly by holding and conducting convergence subjects. Furthermore, preparations should be made in anticipation of a shortage of 120,000 college freshmen for the 2024-2025 school year by increasing the competitiveness of departments of emergency medical technology.

3-Tier 캡스톤디자인 : SW 개발 캡스톤디자인 사례 연구 (3-Tier Capstone Design: SW Development Capstone Design Case Study)

  • 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터공학 분야에서 SW 개발 중심의 프로젝트 수행을 위한 캡스톤디자인 교과목 운영의 사례를 제시하고 해당 사례를 통한 3-Tier 캡스톤디자인 모델을 제안한다. 최근 공학계열의 학과들이 대부분 캡스톤디자인 수업을 운영하고 있으나 많은 경우 졸업학년도에 캡스톤디자인 교과목을 운영하는 것이 일반적이다. 이러한 캡스톤디자인 교과목을 수강하는 학생들의 경우 팀 프로젝트 수업 운영에 따른 협업과정과 함께 실제 코딩을 하고 구현을 하는 과정에서도 애로사항을 겪고 있지만 이러한 어려움 이전에 구현 가능한 아이디어의 도출과 검증 및 아이디어의 구체화 과정에서 더 많은 어려움을 보이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 효율적인 캡스톤디자인의 운영과 성과 창출을 위해 졸업학년도 이전 2학기에 학생과 교수, 산업체 인사의 멘토가 함께 진행하는 아이디어톤 경진대회 등을 통해 아이디어 도출 및 구체화 과정을 거치고 졸업학년도 1학기와 2학기에 거쳐 해당 아디이어의 고도화와 도출된 아이디어의 실제 구현 및 구현에 대한 고도화를 진행할 수 있는 3-Tier 캡스톤디자인 모델을 제안한다.

인턴십·종합설계 연계 교육 모델의 환류체계 구축 (A Feedback System for Internship & Capstone Design Integrated Program)

  • To enhance the university-industry collaboration, a novel program named as Internship & Capstone Design Integrated program (ICIP) is developed by Dongguk University. Senior students must take one Capstone design class for graduation. By participating in summer Internship and one-year Capstone Design work, practical problems given by businesses are solved. The ICIP is a Project and Internship-based course. By participating in summer internship and one-year Capstone Design work, practical problems given by businesses are solved. The internship course requires students to work in teams under mentors who work in the partner company proposed project themes. Students apply their academic experiences in constructing real projects at work under the supervision of their site mentors and academic advisor. In this regard, this study attempts to present a case study on the assessment of program outcomes using the Internship.

전쟁사 교육방안 연구 - 부사관 학과를 중심으로 - (On the study of war history education - On the focus of noncommissioned officer's department -)

  • 인류의 역사는 전쟁으로 점철되어 왔으며 지금 이 순간에도 전쟁은 벌어지고 있다. 이러한 전쟁을 대비하기 위해 전쟁사연구를 하고 있으며 그 중요성은 크게 세 가지로 요약 할 수 있다. 첫째, 전쟁을 이해하여 예측하고, 둘째, 상황변화에 맞는 교리를 개발하며, 간접 전쟁경험을 통해 전술전기를 연마하는 것이다. 현재 2년제 부사관 학과의 전쟁사교육 역시 전쟁사연구를 통해 교훈을 도출하여 대비능력을 배양해 나가는 교육과정이 무엇보다 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 교육을 통해 간접경험을 함으로써 장차 직책수행 시 그 능력을 배가 할 수 있기 때문이다. 이러한 관점에서 본고에서는 대부분의 학생들이 졸업 후 초급간부로 임관 할 2년제 부사관 학과에서 현재 시행하고 있는 전쟁사교육 내용 및 방법이 적절한가에 대하여 알아보고 향후 적용할 전쟁사교육 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다.

수산고등학교(水産高等學校) 교육(敎育)의 활성화(活性化) 방안(方案) 모색(摸索)을 위한 조사연구(調査硏究) (A Research For Groping of Activating Education in Fisheries High Schools)

  • This study is to observe and activate a groping of education based on the perceptual responses from the teachers and the students in fisheries schools. The conclusions of this study are as follows : First, lower level of the perceptual response was estimated in the curriculum and experimental courses, the financial and administrative supports from the Government, the contribution of a fisheries high school to the local society the wages of seamen and the co-works between the industries and the academies. Second, a careful consideration is needed for the fisheries school to have a different shape. As one way for co-works of the industries and the academies, two year program in school and one year internship in a related company should be formed for the curriculum in a fisheries high school. A localized support for sea area, a fisheries high school's role as a re-eaducation for the seamaen and opening a educational graduate school for teachers in the fisheries university are pursued. Third, the perceptual response from the teachers and the students are globally weighted in the acquisition of the license with a graduation of the school and then the credit for the military services, the entering into the same area of the higher education, the expansion of the experimental materials in the courses, developing the curriculum, the Governmental supports and the awareness for the local society, in order. The issues indicated here should be researched continuously for activating the education in the fisheries high schools.

전문대학 응급구조과의 4년제 개편 타당성 조사 연구 (Validity of redeveloping the paramedic education system from 3-years to 4-years)

  • Purpose: The study was to investigate the feasibility about reorganized the paramedic college into a four-year education system. Methods: Through literature review and analysis, a self-reported questionnaire was created and filled out by the professors of paramedic and analyzed. Results: An analysis of the curriculum indicated that, as paramedic schools involve practice-oriented education, reorganization of the college system is necessary to raise the quality of the actual training. The survey results found that most participants agreed with the need to reorganize the school system. Conclusion: Paramedics have a responsibility regarding the life of the nation. In order to be satisfied with its status as a national job that focuses on humanity and justice, increasing the years needed before graduation is necessary.
