The B2B e-commerce assurance system supports e-commerce purchases by Credit Guarantee Fund. This process seeks to replace a variety of current systems, including B2C, the credit card payment method on B2B, 2001 Credit Guarantee Fund and the Bank, logistics, e-MP (Market Place), and Business-to-business e-MP (business-to-business electronic payment settlement system). Over the past 10 years of its operation, the e-MP service (B2B e-commerce electronic payment systems) has contributed much to the growth of SMEs. The development of business-to-business e-commerce transactions systems and limits have provided a stable purchasing platform, improving corporate competitiveness. However. the project-based scale of credit guarantee institutions has limitations. To overcome these limitations, we propose a new model of direct or indirect government support for small business e-MP projects. This new model will support the B2B electronic commerce by allowing it to directly involve guarantee institutions directly in B2B online transactions. Therefore, this study urges government backing of the SME based B2B online business model with e-MP service.

DDoS attack has been continuously utilized that caused the excessively large amount of traffic that network bandwidth or server was unable to deal with paralyzing the service. Most of the people regard NTP as the biggest cause of DDoS. However, according to recently executed DDoS attack, there have been many SSDP attack in the use of amplified technique. According to characteristics of SSDP, there is no connection for making a forgery of source IP address and amplified resources feasible. Therefore, it is frequently used for attack. Especially, as it is mostly used as a protocol for causing DDoS attack on IoT devices that constitute smart home including a wireless router, media server, webcam, smart TV, and network printer. Hereupon, it is anticipated for servers of attacks to gradually increase. This might cause a serious threat to major information of human lives, major government bodies, and company system as well as on IoT devices. This study is intended to identify DDoS attack techniques in the use of weakness of SSDP protocol occurring in IoT devices and attacking scenario and counter-measures on them.

Rapid changes in the environment, such as the 4th Industrial Revolution, provide crises and opportunities for SMEs. The government is trying to improve and expand the SME support project, but has not been able to achieve the desired results. This study studied the effective performance factors of overseas marketing support projects in response to changes in the role of SMEs. The research was conducted based on a survey of coporations applying for export support projects. As a result of the research, the corporate competence, the support quality from the support institution, and the consultant competency have a significant influence on the utilization of the support project. In addition, it was analyzed that the utilization of support projects has a significant effect on corporate performance. In order to achieve the performance of support projects under a changing export environment, support organizations, consultants, and coporation should strengthen their competences. This study suggests the criteria for judging the actual factors necessary for the improvement of the export support project, and studies on how to strengthen the competences of each factor should be conducted in the future.

This study is a second analysis of the 7th Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Families. And, it is a descriptive survey research for comparing parental and health characteristics of 2 groups of workers and non-workers. For this, it has used crossover analysis and logistic regression analysis with the subjects of mothers of preschoolers - of 697 females in total, aged between 19 and 64. Based on the result of the logistic regression analysis, we have discovered a few factors inducing the females to participate in more economic activities. The factors are as follows : baby sitters available, the more number of child care centers, the more helps of baby sitting from the females' parents and in-law parents and physical activities less than 3 times a week. In contrast, however, the more preschoolers they have, the less likely they are to take an active part in the economy. Against the backdrop, the government should develop social service systems to encourage various child care services and to foster 'child raising mothers-friendly' environments not only in families but in workplaces. All this is to improve the health characteristics of preschoolers' mothers in a more healthy way' and to strike a balance between work and family.

The purpose of this study is to review systematically the literatures on the research of the elderly speech signal processing based on the domestic gender innovation and to introduce the utility and innovation of the gender analysis methods. From 2000 to present, among the 37 research papers published in the Korean Journal, 25 papers were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. And gender analysis methods were applied to gender research subject and design. Research results show diversity of research field and high gender recognition of R & D team are needed in research and development of engineering of gender innovation perspective. In addition, government-level regulation and research funding should be systematically applied to gender innovation research processes in the elderly voice signal processing and various gender innovation projects. In the future gender innovation in the elderly speech signal processing can contribute to the creation of a new market by developing a voice recognition system and service that reflects the needs of both men and women.

Academic research of the social service delivery system is very limited. This paper checked on the status of research on current social service delivery system in order to explore new research and policy directions. Analysis study consisted of 79 pieces and the framework was divided into dimensional analysis, content analysis and analytical standards. Research on the papers of social service delivery systems showed from the initial stage of the policy discussion to the phase of the individual services. Summarizing the study is as follows. First, This studies confirmed that at this time the quality studies on social service delivery system is needed. Second, this indicates that right now, the government budget of social services and the data relating to social service agencies will be opened to the public for the expansion of social services studies. Third, to expand social services delivery systems research, it showed that social services demand forecasting research such as budget allocation, population characteristics, equality of public service and local information is needed. Finally, since the quality of service is reduced by the oversupply, the discussion of the entry regulations of social service providers is required.

This research describes strategies to promote the growth of the Big Data industry and the companies within the ecosystem. In doing so, we identify the roles and responsibilities of various objects of this ecosystem and Big Data concepts. We describe the five components of the Big Data ecosystem: governance, data holders, service users, service providers and infrastructure providers. Related to the Big Data industry, the paper discusses 13 business strategies between the five components in the ecosystem. These strategies directly respond to areas of research by the Big Data industry leading experts on its early development. These strategies focus on how companies can gain competitive advantages in a growing new business environment of Big Data. The strategy topics are as follows: 1) the government's long term policy, 2) building Big Data support centers, 3) policy support and improving the legal system, 4) improving the Privacy Act, 5) increasing the understanding of Big Data, 6) Big Data support excavation projects, 7) professional manpower education, 8) infrastructure system support, 9) data distribution and leverage support, 10) data quality management, 11) business support services development, 12) technology research and excavation, 13) strengthening the foundation of Big Data technology. Of the proposed strategies, establishing supportive government policies is essential to the successful growth of thee Big Data industry. This study fosters a better understanding of the Big Data ecosystem and its potential to increases the competitive advantage of companies.

This study empirically examined which factors facilitate or disturb the learning and practical knowledge transfer in consulting and which factors have most powerful influence on the learning and transfer of consulting knowledge. Analysing 160 data collected from FTA origin managers in export companies, the study findings show the ambiguity(-), complexity(+), consulting competences(+), intervention design and delivery(+), self-efficacy(+) and government subsidies(+) significantly affected on Client's learning, while consultant's expertise(+), consulting involvement(+), transfer culture(+) significantly affected on consulting knowledge transfer, respectively. It showed that consulting competence and causal ambiguity have an greater influence on learning while consultant's expertise has a greater influence on consulting knowledge transfer, respectively. The findings implicate that consulting success depends on rather consultant's factors(consultant's expertise and consulting competence) than client's input factors. To succeed in consulting project, it is important that the consultants effectively develop and apply consulting methods & tools as shared interfaces between consultant and client.

Digital accredited certificates issued under the Digital Signature Act provide essential functionalities for online service, so certificates are used for various services such as online banking, e-government. However, certificates can be stolen by hackers and users need to install separate software to use certificates. Recently FIDO, which aims to solve the problems of password-based authentication and the lack of interoperability between authentication methods, is used for biometric authentication and TrustZone, hardware-based secure environment, is used for safe smartphone usage. In this paper, the new service method is suggested which uses FIDO-based biometric authentication and stores certificates in TrustZone. This method can not only improve security and convenience but also be easily applied to the service because it uses built-in functionalities of new smartphones such as biometric sensors and TrustZone. It is expected that people can use certificates in a safe and convenient way with this method.

As economic activities decrease, and the stock market decline due to COVID-19, many people are jumping into stock investment as an alternative source of income. As people's interest increases, many stock price analysis studies are underway to earn more profits. Due to the variance observed in the stock markets, it is necessary to analyze each stock independently and consistently. To solve this problem, we designed and implemented models and services that analyze stock prices using a reinforcement learning technique called Asynchronous Advantage Actor-Critic(A3C). Stock market data reflected external factors such as government bonds and KOSPI (Korea Composite Stock Price Index) as well as stock prices. Our proposed work provides a web service with a visual representation of predictions of stocks and stock information through which directions are given to investors to make safe investments without analyzing domestic and foreign stock market trends.
