The so-called Ding-Chen ring is an n-FC ring which is both left and right coherent, and has both left and right self FP-injective dimensions at most n for some non-negative integer n. In this paper, we investigate the classes of the so-called Ding projective, Ding injective and Gorenstein at modules and show that some homological properties of modules over Gorenstein rings can be generalized to the modules over Ding-Chen rings. We first consider Gorenstein at and Ding injective dimensions of modules together with Ding injective precovers. We then discuss balance of functors Hom and tensor.

We classify complete intersections I of grade 3 in a regular local ring (R, M) by the number of minimal generators of a minimal prime ideal P over I. Here P is either a complete intersection or a Gorenstein ideal which is not a compete intersection.

In this paper, in terms of the notions of strongly copure projective modules and the copure projective dimension cpD(R) of a ring R were defined in [12], we show that a domain R has $cpD(R){\leq}1$ if and only if R is a Gorenstein Dedekind domain.

Let I be an ideal in a Gorenstein local ring A with the maximal ideal m and d = dim A. Then we say that I is a good ideal in A, if I contains a reduction $Q=(a_1,a_2,...,a_d)$ generated by d elements in A and $G(I)=\bigoplus_{n\geq0}I^n/I^{n+1}$ of I is a Gorenstein ring with a(G(I)) = 1-d, where a(G(I)) denotes the a-invariant of G(I). Let S = A[Q/a$_1$] and P = mS. In this paper, we show that the following conditions are equivalent. (1) $I^2$ = QI and I = Q:I. (2) $I^2S$ = $a_1$IS and IS = $a_1$S：sIS. (3) $I^2$Sp = $a_1$ISp and ISp = $a_1$Sp ：sp ISp. We denote by $X_A(Q)$ the set of good ideals I in $X_A(Q)$ such that I contains Q as a reduction. As a Corollary of this result, we show that $I\inX_A(Q)\Leftrightarrow\IS_P\inX_{SP}(Qp)$.

Reed-Solomon(RS) 부호의 복호에서 오류위치다항식을 구하기 위한 알고리듬 중 Peterson에 의해 제안되고 Gorenstein과 Zierler가 개선한 알고리듬은 오류정정능력 t가 비교적 작을 경우 BerlekampMassey의 반복 알고리듬, Euclid 알고리듬을 이용한 복호, 변환영역에서의 복호보다 오류위치다항식의 계산이 간단하고 장치화에 이점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 Peterson-Gorenstein-Zieler의 알고리듬 RS부호의 부호화와 복호과정을 체계적으로 연구, 분석하고 실제로 통신 시스템에 응용할 수 있도록 유한체 GF($2^5$)의 심볼로 이루어지는 2중 오류정정(31,27)RS 부호의 부호기와 복호기를 설계하여 TTL IC로 장치화 하였다.

The classes of $G_C$ homological modules over commutative ring, where C is a semidualizing module, extend Holm and J${\varnothing}$gensen's notions of C-Gorenstein homological modules to the non-Noetherian setting and generalize the classical classes of homological modules and the classes of Gorenstein homological modules within this setting. On the other hand, transfer of homological properties along ring homomorphisms is already a classical field of study. Motivated by the ideas mentioned above, in this article we will investigate the transfer properties of C and $G_C$ homological dimension.

In this paper, we introduce the notion of C-Gorenstein weak injective modules with respect to a semidualizing bimodule $_SC_R$, where R and S are arbitrary associative rings. We show that an iteration of the procedure used to define $G_C$-weak injective modules yields exactly the $G_C$-weak injective modules, and then give the Foxby equivalence in this setting analogous to that of C-Gorenstein injective modules over commutative Noetherian rings. Finally, some applications are given, including weak co-Auslander-Buchweitz context, model structure and dual pair induced by $G_C$-weak injective modules.

In this paper, we introduce the notion of Gorenstein quasiresolving subcategories (denoted by 𝒢𝒬𝓡_𝒳 (𝓐)) in term of quasi-resolving subcategory 𝒳. We define a resolution dimension relative to the Gorenstein quasi-resolving categories 𝒢𝒬𝓡_𝒳 (𝓐). In addition, we study the stability of 𝒢𝒬𝓡_𝒳 (𝓐) and apply the obtained properties to special subcategories and in particular to modules categories. Finally, we use the restricted flat dimension of right B-module M to characterize the finitistic dimension of the endomorphism algebra B of a 𝒢𝒬_𝒳-projective A-module M.
