  • The new Korean government sets its main policy direction as Creative Economy. The Creative Economy can be defined as a growth strategy that establishes new companies, enhances the competitiveness of established companies and creates new markets, industries and jobs in consequence of combining of creative imagination, science and technology and ICT. In this context, the concept of innovation cluster, which aims to foster technological innovations from an organic ecosystem perspective, can be a valid policy instrument for attaining Creative Economy. Innovation cluster can and must make a contribution to achieving the Creative Economy of Korea. In particular, the ICT Convergence Innovation Cluster will be a good strategy for this purpose. Based on this conceptual background, this paper analyzes a recently notable case of an ICT Convergence Cluster in Korea, Pangyo Technovalley (PTV). We argue that the Pangyo Technovalley is a representative cluster of converging ICT and science and technology. We identify the major factors for successful development of ICT cluster: regional government's flexible response to environmental change, careful pre-planning and balance between private and public involvement. In addition, we also found that additional factors, settlement condition for securing good workforce, agglomeration of various innovation actors for promoting convergence, and cluster network revitalization are also important for implementing the creative ICT convergence cluster.

It shows even at job interviews that good-looking applicants are in a better position, for bankers must consult with many customers and so their neat and tidy appearance such as their natural make-up and decent hair style (short-hair style) is one of significant factors to perform their jobs. Therefore, appearance managements are primary for women bankers to work at their workplace.

  • 「Security Services Industry Act」made in 1976 for the purpose of contributing to the good operation of services industry by establishing the requirements for promotion, development and systematic management of services industry has been since 26 times of overall revisions. Period division of private security through overall revision of 「Security Services Industry Act」 can be roughly divided into three periods. The first is a settlement period. It is a period when the present five business areas were completed rom 1976 to 2001. Beginning with facility and escort security in 1996, five types of jobs have been prepared. so far by adding personal protection in 1996, and machine and special security in 2001. The second is a quantitative growth period. It is a period when quantitative development is made on the institutional basis. As various culture, sports and arts events are increasing based on the demand of security services due to an increase in the people's sense of security, quantitative development was made, which additionally influenced the downward trend of capital and the possibility of having two jobs through revisions. The third is a qualitative growth period. From 2013 to the present is a period when quantitative growth has slowed and qualitative growth has been made. After the period of quantitative growth, the growth slowed down. However, by raising the criteria for permission of services industry through creation of a rule for the group civil petition, by raising capital, by institutionally compensating for diverse punishment regulations, by realizing the training hours for new security guards, by permitting private education, etc, the reliability and professionality of a security guard job has been to be recovered.

This program is designed to focus on intern matching between students' major and their intern jobs, and requires new employees' level of job quality. They(56%) preferred to hire local college students majoring in special technology area related to regional innovation industry cluster. It also found that intern companies(87%) wanted to participate in this program again and hired intern students(61%) as showing the possible connection of internship and employment. • Due to the recent deepening youth unemployment aftereffect, government, companies and universities seek a youth unemployment resolution method and jobs creating measures. But there are indications that the Good Job the university students prefer are limited and sudden rise of the youth unemployment rate mirrors the situation in Japan 20 years ago. Thus, based on the preceding research, this research attempted to perform comparative analysis on Korean and Japanese university students' employment preparation activities and perceived organizational support affect their Awareness of Good Job. To achieve the goal, 2013 GOMS 5,380 copies provided by Korea Employment Information Service are used in the case of Korea and total 5,636 copies within 256 questionnaires targeted to Japanese university students are used in the case of Japan. The results of analysis are as follows. The effect relationship between the perception of organizational support and awareness of Good Job showed a positive influence both in Korea and Japan. The effect relationship between employment preparation activities and awareness of Good Job showed a meaningful effect in Korea whereas it showed no effect in Japan. In the relationship between activities of employment preparation and awareness of Good Job, moderating effect of gender and major field of study didn't show any effect either in Korea or Japan. The results of this research are as follows. First, because it is verified that the support of university has positive influence on the university students' awareness of Good Job, it seems that universities need to intensify the support for the students' welfare enhancement, education satisfaction and the structural support system. Second, the gap of attitude of employment preparation activities and awareness of Good Job between Korea and Japan occurred due to the levels of social structure, welfare and wage differences in the two countries. Therefore, if measures of policy to resolve the welfare and wage gaps between conglomerates and smaller enterprises are enacted, the awareness of younger generations to the Good Job will show a corresponding effect.

  • As the proportion of women's participation in economic activities is rising, the increase of husband and wife both working and nuclear families makes children up-bringing a social problem. But many families have difficulties by the shortage of day nurseries which can solve it. As we can see in the research, the most urgent problem is the extension of nurseries in quantity. In Taegu, since it became a wide-area city, there are 473 nurseries. But in the respect of distribution, only less than 10% of Dongs have more than 7 nurseries and more than 90% of Dongs have less than 7 nurseries. Consequently nurseries are extremely insufficient. Moreover 29 Dongs don't have any nurseries at all and they take 18.6% of Dongs. The second problem is the unbalanced distribution of nurseries. West and north ward which are industrial complex and swarmed with low-income families, and Tal-sung county which is recently included in the wide-area city keenly need the establishment of nurseries. Besides, Bi-san 1 Dong and Non-gong which have only $1{\sim}2$ nurseries though they have high proportion of children and women who can be pregnant are also the areas which take precedence of nursery establishment. The third problem is that government support must be increased in the areas which have many small, petty and profit-making private nurseries so that good quality teachers can make breeding activities in nice facilities and environment. In materials which are obtained by the interviews with publich servants in charge of family welfare in some ward offices. Young and unexperienced persons who aquired certificate of qualification take day-nursery permits and run nurseries only a few months. and if the profits are insufficient, they sell the nurseries for premiums to third persons who are not qualified. Then the third managers only think of profits without thought of good quality childcare. As the result, the nurseries become asylums not nurseries. That is why the conditions of nursery establishment must be restricted to suitable scale and experienced persons. The fourth problem is that the nurseries in work places are extremely insufficient. The women who have jobs have many things to do before they go to work such as preparing meals and leaving children in the care of someone. Hence the childcare problem of working women must be solved. In nuclear families, childcare is the most serious problem for working women. The fifth one is the reduction of childcare expenses. Women must sacrifice themselves a lot to make social activities. To say nothing of physical and mental burden, they have to spend much of their salaries on childcare. And yet they don't take the benefit of good quality childcare. For the participation of women in public affairs, society must support the childcare problem to have then be devoted to their jobs without worries about their children. Therefore Taegu wide-area city must select west, north ward which are industrial complex and the low-income swarmed area before everything and establish many national, public and corporate nurseries which cost less expenses.

  • Cartoons and Animation are convergent arts created with a composite application of language arts described in the form of literary texts and sounds, plastic arts visualized in the form of artistic paintings, and film arts produced in the form of moving pictures. An academic university major in cartoons and animation studies established in late 20th century however, did not satisfactorily meet the needs in academic research and development and the free expression of artistic creation was limited. In order to systematize the major in cartoons and animation studies, an convergent approach to establish and clarify following are in demand : the terms and definitions, the historical developments, the research areas and methods, the major education and related jobs and start-ups. New culture and arts industries including cartoons, animation, moving images, and games contents are not yet listed in the industries listing service jointly provided online by the portal site Naver.com and Hyung-Seol publishing company. Above all, cartoons and animation are inseparably related to each other that even if one uses the term separately and independently, the meaning may not be complete. So a new combined term "Animatoon" can be established for the major in cartoons and animation studies and also used for its degree with concentrations of cartoons, animation, moving images, games, and etc. In the Introduction, a new combined term Animatoon is defined and explained the use of this term as the name of the major and degree in cartoons and animation studies. In the body, first, the Historical Developments classified Animatoon in the ancient times, the medieval times, and the modern times and they are analyzed with the help of esthetics and arts using examples of mural frescos, animal painting, religion cartoons, caricatures, cartoons, satire cartoons, comics, animation, 2 or 3 dimensional webtoons, and K-toons. Second, the Research Areas of Animatoon reviewed the theories, genres, artworks, and artists and the Research Methods of Animatoon presented the curriculum that integrated the courses in humanities, science technologies, culture and arts, and etc. Third, the Major Education considered Animatoon education in children, young adults, students of the major and the Related Jobs and Start-Ups explored various jobs relating to personal creation of artwork and collective production of business-oriented artwork. In the Conclusion, the current challenges of Animatoon considered personalization of the artists, specialization of the contents, diversification of the types, and liberalization of the art creation. And the direction of improvement advocated Animatoon to be an academic field of study, to be an art, to be a culture, and to be an industry. The importance of cartoons and animation along with videos and games rose in the 21st century. In order for cartoons and animation to take a leading role, make efforts in studying Animatoon academically and also in developing Animatoon as good contents in the cultural industries.
