모더니즘과 포스트모더니즘 시대 문화권력과 패션에 대한 연구 (A Study of Cultural Power and Fashion in the Modern and Post Modern Eras)

  • This study aims to examine the subjects of cultural power of the modernism and post modernism eras, and analyze how the change of power and subjects influenced fashion throughout the history from the microscopic perspective, and thus to explain the social relationship of the fashion phenomenon. The study findings can be summarized as follows. First, as the post modernism era which was being formed centering around Europe that was pursuing Haute Couture and formal masculine suits ended and the post modernism era started, America became the center of the world power, and the American equalitarianism and growing wealth among the general public spread over the world, and as a result, the ready-made clothes were propagated over the world, and various subcultures came to have multi-national tendency in the New Media society. Second, in the modernism era, the high class, whites, males, and the pre-existing powerful class were the subjects of cultural power. Although this changed in the post modernism era, as some of power moved from the high class to the middle class, the economically affluent general public, still the western world, males, and whites held the center of power. However, later, females, youths, the third world nations, and so on emerged as minor power, and when the New Media society started, the structure developed so that everyone can share cultural power.

과학중심 STEAM 수업을 통한 학습자가 인식하는 21세기 학습자 역량 변화 (A Study on Changes in Learners' Recognition of 21st Century Learner Competencies through Science-centered STEAM Class)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the educational effects of STEAM class by focusing on $21^{st}$ century learner competencies based on burning and extinguishing unit. Two 6th grade classes were divided into experimental group and comparison group to treat the experimental group with elementary science class using STEAM class. General class according to teacher manual was implemented for the comparison group. Elementary science class applying STEAM class was conducted for 9 lessons throughout the experimental period. The result of this study are as follows. Elementary science class with STEAM class had significant effect on 21st century learner competencies compared to traditional instructor-led classroom. Looking specifically, it was a significant difference in the three domains of the seven domains (problem solving, collaboration, flexibility). The study results indicated that STEAM class was effective in improving learners'recognition of 21st century learner competencies.

교육활동에 따른 실내오염도 변화에 관한 연구 -신설 초등학교를 중심으로- (A Study on Changes in Indoor Air Pollution by Educational Activities -Centering on Newly-Established Elementary Schools-)

  • The purpose of this study is to measure and analyze primary causes of indoor air pollution, including carbon dioxide, minute dust, and total volatile organic compounds, for each room before the beginning of a class through the time of discharge after the end of the class in general classrooms, computer rooms, and science rooms of three newly-established schools that opened in 2006, examine properties of indoor air environment in each room by educational activities at school, and determine effective management schemes; the results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1) As for implications for each item found in the mean for each place, since minute dust (PM10) was more likely to occur in time slots full of students' activities, such as a traveling class and a recess, than in the middle of a class and could be expected fully, it is necessary to make a scheme for cleaning in order to reduce minute dust within a room, for example, by usually using a vacuum cleaner indoors. 2) While carbon dioxide was expected to vary with the differences in the amount of breath between higher-graders and lower-graders in a general classroom but showed insignificant difference by grades, showing differences in pollution by four times at a maximum according to the opening of a window as expected, it is necessary to implement artificial or natural ventilation and take a positive measure, for example, by presenting a concrete ventilation scheme, in order to improve indoor air pollution at a room practice. 3) Total volatile organic compounds were found to exceed the standard by more than twice in general classrooms, science rooms, and computer rooms of the schools because of building materials, furnitures including desks and chairs, panels and boards for environment beautification, and items which could be detected even from students' clothes; while a field directly-reading tool was used, obtaining high reliability for the results, it is necessary to apply an analytical method based on process test separately for actual correct measurement if a significantly great amount of total volatile organic compounds appear as compared with other schools due to measuring expenses and consecutive measurements. 4) Since formaldehyde (HCHO) was generally found to exceed the standard in general classrooms, science rooms, and computer rooms, it is necessary to establish and operate a ventilator during a class in a computer room which requires airtightness and a science room in which an organic compound should be used for a class.

일반고 학생의 자아인식 및 수업태도와 진로성숙의 관계에 대한 연구: 부모와 대화에 의한 진로탐색효능감의 조절된 매개효과 검증 (A Study on the Relationship between Self-awareness and Class Attitude and Career Maturity of General High School Students: Verification of the Moderated Mediating Effect on Career Exploration Efficacy through Conversation with Parents)

  • 본 연구는 일반고 학생들의 진로성숙에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석하기 위해 사회인지진로이론에 근거하여 자아인식과 수업태도가 진로성숙에 영향을 주는 과정에서 부모와 대화 빈도에 의한 진로탐색효능감의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. 일반고 2학년에 대한 연구를 위해, 한국교육고용패널(KEEP) II의 1차년도 설문 결과에서 일반고(자율고 포함) 5943명의 자료를 SPSS 22와 PROCESS macro의 모델 7번을 사용하여 조절된 매개효과를 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 긍정적인 자아인식과 수업태도는 진로성숙에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 진로탐색효능감은 자아인식 및 수업태도와 진로성숙을 매개한다. 셋째, 자아인식과 진로성숙의 관계에서 부모와 대화의 빈도에 의한 진로탐색효능감의 조절된 매개효과가 나타나지 않는다. 넷째, 수업태도와 진로성숙의 관계에서 부모와 대화 빈도에 의한 진로탐색효능감의 대립조절된 매개효과가 나타난다. 이러한 연구에 기반하여 일반고 학생들의 진로성숙을 위한 시사점과 향후 과제를 제안하였다.

Development and Application of Horticultural Kit for Children's Horticulture Education

  • Background and objective: For effective horticultural education, it is required to develop kits for practice. In this study, we developed a horticultural kit for germination that introduces storytelling, characterization, and assembly, and investigated the educational effects of using it to study its educational differentiation and usefulness. Methods: First, we developed a seed germination kit for learning. It consists of three components: the kit main frame for hydroponics, the activity sheet for storytelling, and the instruction manual. It is made into an acrylic assembly in consideration of the ease of delivery for contactless learning. Second, we developed two programs, each using a germination kit for horticultural education (experimental group) and a general germination kit program (control group). At this time, the class consists of pre-questionnaire, the 1st and 2nd classes, observation log writing (total six times for two weeks), the 3rd class, and post-questionnaire. The experimental group and control group were separately executed. Third, the application results were compared and analyzed before and after class. As a quantification questionnaire, the effects before and after class were compared through t-test with a questionnaire on program satisfaction and attitude change toward plants. The quantitative results were analyzed through observation activity sheets and effects before and after the class were analyzed through t-test with quantification and language coding. Results: The effect of horticulture education using the developed kit was estimated by a quantification questionnaire. Both the program satisfaction and the change in attitude toward plants showed high in the experimental group, and this difference was statistically significant (p < .05). As a result of analyzing the observation paper with a qualitative questionnaire, various cognitive and affective expressions appeared in the experimental group as well as the contents of the observation paper. The number of syllables and various qualitative expressions appeared, and these differences were also statistically significant (p < .05). Conclusion: Compared to general germination activities, it was found that the germination activities using storytelling-based horticultural kits would be effective for contactless classes in the post-COVID-19 era and in increasing the educational effect of horticultural activities.

CoRe에 기반한 과학 수업이 초등학생들의 과학 개념 형성과 학업 성취도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of CoRe-based Science Lesson on the Scientific Conceptual Formation and Academic Achievement of Elementary School Students)

  • This study aimed to investigate the changes in learner's scientific conceptual formation and academic achievement after a CoRe-based science lesson. For this study, two classes of the 6th grade of elementary school were divided into an experimental class and a comparison one. The students of the experimental class received CoRe-based science lesson and those of the comparison one received general science lesson. Both of the classes studied 'unit 1. A change in the weather', which is a part of content of 6th grade science text book. The results of this study were as follows. First, in the questions of invisible and abstract phenomena, students had misconceptions based on their experience in real life, or did not understand the fundamental causes of that phenomena. But after receiving lessons respectively, experimental class generally showed at a higher rate of understanding the causes of the phenomena than comparison class. Second, CoRe-based science lesson was more effective to improve students' scientific conceptual formation than the general science lesson. Moreover, when two classes were respectively divided into two groups as high and low-level groups according to their pre-test achievement records, the CoRe-based science lesson was more effective to learners of the high-level groups. Third, CoRe-based science lesson was more effective to enhance students' academic achievements than the general science lesson, especially to learners of the low-level groups.

초등과학 영재학생과 일반학생의 성공지능과 학습전략의 비교 분석 (Comparative Analysis of Successful Intelligence and Learning Strategies for the Scientific Gifted and the Regular Students in Elementary School)

  • 이 연구는 초등과학 영재학생들과 일반학생을 대상으로 성공지능과 학습전략에 대한 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 인천광역시 B 교육지원청 관내에 있는 3교의 단위학교 영재학급과 일반학생을 대상으로 설문조사 하였고, 이에 대한 결과를 간단히 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성공지능과 학습전략에서 초등과학 영재학생이 일반학생보다 높았고 이는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다(p < .001). 둘째, 학년별로 성공지능과 학습전략을 비교했을 때, 5, 6학년 모두에서 영재학생이 일반학생보다 평균이 높았고 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다(p < .001). 셋째, 성별에 따라 성공지능과 학습전략을 비교했을 경우, 남녀 모두에서 영재학생이 일반학생보다 높았고 이는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(p < .001).

온라인 교양 수업에 대한 대학 교원의 인식 (A Study on Instructors' Perspective of Online General Education Classes - Focusing on the Case of C University)

  • 본 연구는 코로나19 이후 불가피하게 진행된 온라인 교양 수업에 대한 교수자의 만족도를 조사, 분석하여 교수자가 인식하는 온라인 교양 수업의 효과성을 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 경상남도 C대학의 교양대학에서 2021학년도 1학기 말에 실시한 수업 만족도에 관한 설문조사에 응답한 54명의 교수자를 대상으로 온라인 교양 수업의 전체적인 만족도와 이에 영향을 미칠 만한 변인들에 관해 연구하였다. 그 결과, 교수자는 온라인 교양 수업에 대해 전반적으로 부정적 인식을 갖고 있었다. 전체 만족도와 학습자와의 상호작용 변인에서는 각각 2.80, 2.87의 낮은 만족도를 보였으며, 그 외 요인들에 대해서는 전체 만족도보다 높은 만족도를 보였다. 또한 전체 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 수업에 사용된 플랫폼에 관한 만족도였으며, 통계적으로도 유의미했다. 따라서 교수자의 온라인 교양 수업 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수인 플랫폼에 교수자는 익숙해질 필요가 있으며, 이를 위해 대학에서는 교수자를 위한 사전 교육이 이루어질 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 일개 대학의 교수자를 대상으로 연구가 진행되었다는 점과 한정된 변수만을 측정하였다는 데에 한계가 있다.

A Study on Contents Development for the Use of Generative AI in Elementary and Secondary Classes

  • 본 연구에서는 초‧중등교육에서 다양한 생성형 AI를 활용하여 수업이 계획될 수 있도록 수업 단계별, 수업 모형별 생성형 AI 활용 콘텐츠를 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 수업 단계별 생성형 AI 활용과 학교급별, 교과별 수업 모형에 따른 생성형 AI 활용을 위한 콘텐츠를 개발하고 현장 전문가 13인의 검토를 통해 수정‧보완하였다. 수업 단계별 생성형 AI 활용을 위해 일반적인 수업의 단계를 '수업 준비', '수업 중', '수업 정리' 세 단계로 구분하고 각 단계별 생성형 AI의 활용 주체와 활용 내용, 활용할 수 있는 생성형 AI의 종류를 정리하였으며, 수업 모형에 따른 생성형 AI 활용을 위해 학교급별, 교과별 특성에 따른 교수‧학습 모형을 바탕으로 8가지 수업 콘텐츠를 개발하였다. 초‧중등 수업에서 생성형 AI 활용을 확대하기 위해서는 학교급별, 교과별 더욱 다양한 수업 콘텐츠를 개발하여 현장에 보급할 필요가 있다. 또한 생성형 AI를 수업에서 활용할 때 고려해야 할 사항 등에 관한 자료의 개발도 필요하다.
