The purpose of this study is to identify the legal definition and usage of cultural property term related to the architecture within the cultural property-related legal system and general legal system, and to present proper terminology and specific concepts that can be used for the architecture as cultural properties. In the current cultural property legislative system, terms about the architecture are diverse and obscure, and the definition of each term is different from the concept in the general legal system. In this context, this study presented the terminology of 'the architectural heritage' as 'a cultural property by construction act' to cover whole cultural properties related to Korean architecture. And the conceptual scope of the architectural heritage is divided into the technology and the performer related to the act, the record and the building related to the product. and Each concept needs to be specifically tailored to its object and scope. Systematic definition of terms for cultural properties related the architecture can positively influence systematization of cultural property preservation and management as well as empirical research and education on Korean architecture.

The aim of this papaer is to prove the discrete compactness property for modified Raviart-Thomas element(MRT) of lowest order on quadrilateral meshes. Then MRT space can be used for eigenvalue problems, and is more efficient than the lowest order ABF space since it has less degrees of freedom.

The Japanese colonial authority investigated and institutionalized Korea's cultural properties for the purpose of governance. This process was conducted by Japanese officials and scholars, and systematized after making some changes. The Reservation Rule (1916) and the cultural properties designated in 1934 were actually the starting point for Korea's current cultural property policy. In the view of lineup of 'committee' that consider all of cultural property and changing of 'cultural property list', this study discusses the cultural property policy implemented by Joseon's Government-General, which can be summarized as follows. First, Joseon's Government-General formed a committee (Preservation Society) to formulate the cultural property policy, and had the policy implemented by appointing Governor officials who accounted for more than half the total number of officials of the institution. Although some Koreans were concerned about this, they had no influence on the matter. Second, the cultural properties listed by Joseon's Government-General are divided into three periods according to the lists. The compilation of the first list was led by Sekino Tadashi, who represented the grading system (1909~1916); while that of the second list (1917~1933) was led by Guroita Gatsumi, who represented listing (1917~1933). Guroita Gatsumi tried to erase Sekino Tadashi's list by formulating the cultural property policy and the list - a situation that was revealed in the system and the actual contents of the list. The third list was made as a list of designated cultural properties in 1934. This list also reflected the results of Sekino Tadashi investigation of the important cultural properties at existing temples that had been excluded from the previous regulations (1934~1945). In this way, a basic framework for the listing of Korean cultural properties was established in 1934.

This study examines the seller's liability to transfer the property to the buyer. Even though contracting parties choose CISG as the governing law regulating their obligations and rights by means of their contract, CISG does not concern with the effect generated by the transfer of property. Thus, the issues of the property is settled in conformity with the domestic law applicable by virtue of the rules of private international law. By considering the general rules of the transfer of property in goods under SGA and KCC as the lex rei sitae, the difference of requirements to pass the property between them is analyzed and then the reasons why the transfer of property is importantly considered are discussed. In addition, as CISG does not exclude completely the matters concerning the property and provides the provision like Art 41, the seller's liability to deliver goods free from the third party right or claim is examined under Art 41. Lastly, the practical advice is suggested.

Duggal-Jeon-Kubrusly([2]) introduced Hilbert space operator T satisfying property ${\mid}T{\mid}^2{\leq}{\mid}T^2{\mid}$, where ${\mid}T{\mid}=(T^*T)^{1/2}$. In this paper we extend this property to general version, namely property B(n). In addition, we construct examples which distinguish the classes of operators with property B(n) for each $n{\in}\mathbb{N}$.

Recently, Trouble of sand supply is occurred according to exhaustion of natural sand resources. therefore, various measures are proposed for solution of trouble of sand supply and crushed sand among measures is used as one of most universal measures. but because crushed sand have poor particle shape and plenty of makes micro particle, the quality of concrete using crushed sand deteriorated. Therefore, this study evaluated engineering property of concrete with replacement ratio of crushed sand and applied evaluation result to fundamental data for quality control of concrete using crushed sand. The result of this study have shown that quality of concrete using crushed sand independently is poor against general concrete. but, the concrete mixing crushed sand with general sand can be similar in workability of concrete used general sand and increase compressive strength of concrete as against concrete using general sand.

In this paper, an efficient hybrid nonlinear conjugate gradient method is proposed to solve general unconstrained optimization problems on the basis of CD method [2] and DY method [5], which possess the following property: the sufficient descent property holds without any line search. Under the Wolfe line search conditions, we proved the global convergence of the hybrid method for general nonconvex functions. The numerical results show that the hybrid method is especially efficient for the given test problems, and it can be widely used in scientific and engineering computation.

The results of this study have shown that quality of concrete using crushed sand independently is poor against general concrete. but, the workability, compressive strength and durability of concrete mixed crushed sand with genera can improve on those of concrete used general sand.
