잔여시간 추정에 따른 ZEM 기반 유도법칙의 특징 (Characteristic of ZEM Based Guidance Law with Time-to-go Estimation Methods)

  • 본 논문에서는 이동표적을 요격하기 위한 ZEM(Zero-Effort-Miss) 기반의 유도법칙과 잔여시간(Time-to-go) 추정에 따른 유도명령의 특징을 살펴본다. 먼저, 가속도 명령을 미지수 계수를 포함한 잔여시간의 다항식 함수로 가정하고 이를 초기/종말 구속조건을 충족하도록 계수를 산출함으로써, 최종적으로 ZEM 벡터 되먹임 형태의 호밍 유도명령을 도출한다. 잔여시간의 추정방법에 따라 ZEM 벡터와 유도명령의 벡터방향이 결정되는 특징을 가지므로, 임의의 기준좌표계에 수직/수평하게 가속도 명령을 발생시키기 위한 일반적인 잔여시간 추정방법을 제안한다. 또한 제안한 유도법칙과 잔여시간 추정기법의 성능과 특징을 분석하기 위해 다양한 수치시뮬레이션을 수행하도록 한다.

  • Purpose : This study was conducted to find out the effect on the activity of trunk and lower limbs muscles during abdominal drawing-in bridging exercises by verbal cue on the unstable supporting surface after pelvic rearward sloping taping for trunk stabilization movement. Methods : The study subjects were recruited by using the on-campus bulletin boards for healthy adult males and females in their 20s attending K University in Changwon-city, South Gyeongsang Province. The subjects were 30 persons (15 males and 15 females) who agreed to the study purpose in accordance with the criteria for selection and exclusion. Results : The results were obtained by measuring the muscle activity of the trunk and lower limbs during abdominal drawing-in bridging exercises by verbal cue on the unstable supporting surface after pelvic fixed tapping. The effects on erector spinae and hamstring muscles was statistically significantly lower (p<.05), it was confirmed that there were no statistically significant differences between the multifidus and gluteus maximus muscle (p>.05). Conclusion : Through this study, it was found that the excessive flexion of the waist was significantly reduced from erector spinalis and hamstring muscle after abdominal drawing-in bridging exercises by verbal cue on the unstable supporting surface after pelvic rearward sloping tapping compared to the general bridging exercises.

스코어 버스 중재방식의 설계 및 성능 분석 (Design and Performance Analysis of Score Bus Arbitration Method)

  • 버스 시스템은 하나의 버스 내에 여러 개의 마스터와 슬레이브, 아비터 그리고 디코더로 구성되어 있다. 마스터는 CPU, DMA, DSP 등과 같은 데이터의 명령을 수행하는 프로세서를 말하며, 슬레이브는 SRAM, SDRAM, 레지스터 등과 같이 명령에 응답하는 메모리를 말한다. 또한 아비터는 마스터가 동시간대에 버스를 이용할 수 없기 때문에 이를 중재하는 역할을 수행하는데, 어떠한 중재 방식을 선택하는가에 따라 버스 시스템의 성능이 크게 바뀔 수 있다. 일반적인 중재 방식에는 fixed priority 방식, round-robin 방식이 있으며, 이를 개선한 TDMA 방식과 Lottery bus 방식 등이 현재까지 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 중재 방식인 스코어 중재 방식을 제안하고 RTL 디자인후 하이닉스 0.18um 공정 라이브러리를 이용하여 설계 합성하였으며, 일반적인 중재방식과 시뮬레이션을 통해 성능을 비교 분석하였다.

Principles of Flexible-Use Spectrum Rights

  • A serious problem with traditional 'command & control' spectrum management techniques is that they do not easily accommodate new technologies and new services. This paper describes the necessary principles of flexible-use spectrum rights which may allow a wide variety of spectrum uses in a single general-purpose band. Based on the electrospace description of the radio spectrum, these principles allow general aggregation or division of licensed electrospace regions via secondary markets, providing rules for how regulatory limits change under aggregation or division. These flexible-use principles limit transmitter behaviors that tend to create a more difficult operating environment for receivers, while making receivers responsible for handling any remaining interference. The author shows how flexible-use principles could provide a basis for real-world flexible-use frequency bands.

쓰시마 해전의 전술적 재조명 - 배진과 기동, 손상통제를 중심으로 - (The Tactical review of the Battle of Tsushima - with focus on disposition & maneuver, and damage control -)

  • The Russo-Japanese War(1904-1905) in the early 20th century greatly influenced the international politics in Northeast Asia and the destiny of both countries. There are many studies on the cause of the outbreak and its effect on the Korean peninsula. The victory and defeat of the battle of Tsushima also the subject of research by renowned scholars and navy officers. Many previous studies have analyzed the process of engagement. However, There was a lack of research that analyzed at the tactical level of naval commanders. Therefore, this study tries to review the battle of Tsushima in terms of tactical level, that is formation, maneuvering, damage control. Naval operations at sea with many variables are not always done as planned. The intuitive judgement and readiness have had a decisive impact on victory and defeat. The analysis of the naval warfare on the basis of formation, maneuvering, and damage control makes the cause of the win more clearly. The conclusion of the this study can be summarized in five ways. First, victory would be achieved through the suppression of the beginning. The destiny of the Tsushima battle was determined by an 1 hour after first firing. The Japanese fleet caught fire by paralyzing the command and control capabilities of the Russian fleet. Second, the Japanese fleet's power was superior to the Russian fleet. In general, Japan and Russia had similar powers, and Admiral Togo's "T crossing tactics" decisively contributed the victory. However, when compared to the weapon system level, formation and maneuvering, Japan was much more dominant. Third, people realized that one side to be annihilated in the battle between similar powers after the Tsushima battle. The common perception before the Battle of Tsushima was that the battle ship would not sunken, and that the result of wiping out was difficult. However, there is s time for one sided victory and defeat depending on the early suppression nad the destruction of the command and control ability. Fourth, it is the importance of damage control ability. The main cause of the Russian fleet's loss of command and control ability was thick smoke from fire, and maneuverability was greatly deteriorated due to coal overload. In this way, importance is still valid after more than 100 tears. Fifth, the area of uncertainty. In the navy battles, one or two shots of clear firing in the beginning and small misconception and minor mistakes decide win or loss. Ultimately, this area of fortune can be linked to mindset of the commander. I hope this research will be help to naval researchers and naval commanders at the sea.

중국 해상법집행기관조직 개편과 한·중 해양협력 (China's Reorganization of Maritime Law Enforcement Administrations and ROK-China Maritime Cooperation)

  • China National People's Congress has passed the bill to combine the Marine Law Enforcement into "State Oceanic Administration People's Republic of China". This bill was intended to resolve the overlapping jurisdiction and disputes caused in ocean territory in nearby countries. The purpose of reorganizing the administration was to combine the dispersed organization into one group. This new big administration was basically organized to increase the power of China marine state on the long-term. The reorganization plan is to group General Administration of Customs, China Marine Surveillance, Fisheries Law Enforcement Command, and Border Control Department into one State Oceanic Administration. The new state Oceanic Administration carries the authority to protect rights and enforce the marine law supported by Public Security Bureau. Korea Coast Guard has been cooperating with China Marine Surveillance since 1998 when the first pact was made. The next step expanded to General Administration of Customs. Currently working with Regional Maritime Law Enforcement organizations dealing mostly with illegal Chinese fishing boats and IEODO conflict. In order to solve the problems we face today is to observe the process of the New China Coast Guard administration, analysing the effects that could be caused by the change and to keep close cooperation between the new administrations.

재난관리 공무원의 재난대응훈련에 관한 인식 연구 - 일반 행정직공무원과 소방공무원을 중심으로 - (A Study on Disaster Management Officer's Perception about the Disaster Response Exercise - Focused on General Officers and Firemen -)

  • 본 연구논문은 지방자치단체에서 재난관리에 관한 총괄 조정업무를 담당하고 있는 일반 행정직공무원과 긴급구조업무를 담당하고 있는 소방공무원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 재난대응훈련에 관한 인식을 조사하였다. 설문조사결과 두 직렬공무원 모두 재난대응훈련에 동원되는 장비 및 훈련에 필요한 예산의 확보, 유관기관 사이의 네트워크 구축, 실제상황 및 지역특성의 반영, 훈련평가결과는 재난대응매뉴얼 및 다음 훈련에 반영, 훈련에 필요한 지휘통신 시스템의 확보 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

음성인식 시스템에서의 잡음 제거 개선에 관한 연구 (Study of the Noise Processing to Technique Speech Recognition System)

  • 본 논문에서는 음성인식 시스템에서의 잡음 처리 기술로서 SNR정규화와 RAS를 결합한 방법을 사용하여 여러 가지 잡음 처리 방법을 연구하여 인식 시스템의 성능을 개선하였다. 인식 시스템으로는 범용 DSP (TI사의 TM9320C31)가 내장된 모듈을 사용하였다. 실험에 사용된 인식 단어 샘플은 일반 사무 및 컴퓨터의 명령을 위한 60단어이며. 일반환경에서 잡음과 함께 가상의 여러 유색 잡음을 고려하여 샘플된 데이터를 시뮬레이션 하였다. 녹음된 데이터에 대한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 상에서 잡음 처리 방법으로 SNR정규화와 스펙트럼 차감법을 결합하여 실험한 경우 최고 94.61%의 높은 인식 성능을 보였다.

  • With the growing usage of the networks, the world-wide Internet has become the main means to exchange data and carry out transactions. It has also become the main means to attack hosts. To solve the security problems which occur in the network such as Internet, we import software products of network security elements like an IDS (Intrusion Detection System) and a firewall. In this paper, we have designed and constructed the general simulation environment of network security model composed of multiple IDSes and a firewall which coordinate by CNP (Contract Net Protocol) for the effective detection of the intrusion. The CNP, the methodology for efficient integration of computer systems on heterogeneous environment such as distributed systems, is essentially a collection of agents, which cooperate to resolve a problem. Command console in the CNP is a manager who controls the execution of agents or a contractee, who performs intrusion detection. In the network security model, each model of simulation environment is hierarchically designed by DEVS(Discrete Event system Specification) formalism. The purpose of this simulation is that the application of rete pattern-matching algorithm speeds up the inference cycle phases of the intrusion detection expert system and we evaluate the characteristics and performance of CNP architecture with rete pattern-matching algorithm.
